Abstract

Tamansiswa teachings, formulated by Ki Hadjar Dewantara, have a main principle known as "Ing Ngarso Sung Tulodho, Ing Madyo Mangun Karso, Tut Wuri Handayani." This principle reflects a holistic approach in education that emphasizes the role of educators as role models, motivators, and supporters for students. The application of this teaching in the context of modern education, especially in Indonesian schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in several schools that apply the Tamansiswa principle. The results of the study show that the application of the principle of "Ing Ngarso Sung Tulodho" emphasizes the importance of educators being good examples for students in attitudes, behaviors, and values. The principle of "Ing Madyo Mangun Karso" shows the role of educators in building enthusiasm and motivation to learn among students through inspiring and constructive interactions. Meanwhile, "Tut WuriHandayani" describes the role of educators in providing encouragement and support from behind, allowing students to develop. The implementation of this teaching has proven effective in shaping student character, increasing learning motivation, and creating an inclusive and competitive educational environment. This article concludes that the principles of Tamansiswa are relevant and can be applied in the context of contemporary education to create a more humane and student-centered education system.ABSTRAKAjaran Tamansiswa, yang dirumuskan oleh Ki Hadjar Dewantara, memiliki prinsip utama yang dikenal dengan istilah "Ing Ngarso Sung Tulodho, Ing Madyo Mangun Karso, Tut Wuri Handayani." Prinsip ini mencerminkan pendekatan holistik dalam pendidikan yang menekankan peran pendidik sebagai teladan, pendorong, dan pendukung bagi para siswa. Penerapan ajaran ini dalam konteks pendidikan modern, khususnya di sekolah-sekolah Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus di beberapa sekolah yang menerapkan prinsip Tamansiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip "Ing Ngarso Sung Tulodho" menekankan pentingnya pendidik menjadi contoh yang baik bagi siswa dalam sikap, perilaku, dan nilai-nilai. Prinsip "Ing Madyo Mangun Karso" menunjukkan peran pendidik dalam membangun semangat dan motivasi belajar di antara siswa melalui interaksi yang inspiratif dan konstruktif. Sementara itu, "Tut Wuri Handayani" menggambarkan peran pendidik dalam memberikan dorongan dan dukungan dari belakang, memungkinkan siswa untuk berkembang Implementasi ajaran ini terbukti efektif dalam membentuk karakter siswa, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, dan menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang inklusif dan berdaya saing. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip Tamansiswa relevan dan dapat diterapkan dalam konteks pendidikan kontemporer untuk menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang lebih manusiawi dan berpusat pada siswa.

Abstract

This study employs a qualitative approach with research subjects consisting of the school principal, Indonesian language teachers, and two student representatives from grades X, XI, and XII, selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis was conducted in three stages: data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions.The findings indicate that the principal’s role as a manager in elaborating habitus and educational capital is implemented by designing literacy and Indonesian language learning activities using learning strategies based on students’ cognitive structures. This is achieved through diagnostic assessments involving basic writing tests, learning processes that present concrete facts, and student engagement through contextual questions.

Abstract

As tourism develops in the Bali area, it is directly proportional to the increase in city hotels which provide various facilities. Four Points Hotel in Seminyak Bali is a city hotel with a four star classification that provides facilities for guests on holiday and business trips by paying attention to the main function of the hotel and enhancing aesthetics to be applied to every interior element. Aesthetics of Processing (motifs) of Gringsing Woven Fabric as a Decorative Element in De Vali Restaurant Interior Design Planning is research that discusses the transformation and implementation of gringsing woven fabric motifs in various decorative elements of De Vali Restaurant interior planning, through consideration of motifs, functions and symbolic meanings. The transformation of the shape of the motif is carried out through an aesthetic approach in accordance with the principles of design aesthetics, with an emphasis on three elements, namely composition, proportion and color in the material. That is the planning for the interior renewal of the Four Points Hotel Seminyak Bali Restaurant so that it can become an attraction through a contemporary concept.

Abstract

Kinerja organisasi yang terus meningkat akan mampu menjaga tingkat kompetitif, mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan merebut pangsa pasar, sehingga setiap elemen dari organisasi harus menyadari penting dan urgensinya dari perbaikan dan peningkatan kinerja sebagai individu dan kinerja tim kerja atau departemennya. Teknologi dan digitalisasi dipercaya dan terbukti dapat menciptakan kreativitas dan inovasi, sehingga lahir karya dan sejumah terobosan dari organisasi. Sesi seminar nasional yang membahas dan bertajuk peran teknologi dan digitalisasi dalam meningkatkan performa bisnis dilaksanakan oleh tim dosen pengabdi pada Hari Sabtu, 16 November 2024. Seminar dibawakan oleh delapan dosen pengabdi yang berasal dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Simpulan adalah organisasi hari ini dihadapkan pada suatu problematika dengan tuntutan untuk mampu bersaing dengan memberdayakan penggunaan teknologi dan digitalisasi. Tidak hanya manajemen puncak yang memiliki peran dan andil dalam meningkatnya kesadaran dan kinerja organisasi, namun pemerintah sebagai regulator dan perguruan tinggi memiliki peran penting dalam mengoptimalkan teknologi dan digitalisasi untuk mencapai keunggulan bersaing melalui peningkatan kinerja organisasi di tanah air.

Abstract

This research explores the challenges and prospects for dispute resolution through the National Sharia Arbitration Board within the Indonesian legal context. Utilizing qualitative research methods, including interviews, case studies, content analysis, and comparative analysis, the study identifies institutional challenges such as resource constraints, procedural complexities, and limited jurisdiction. Legal and cultural factors, including the harmonization of laws, cultural sensitivity, and gender equity, are examined. Case studies illustrate the Board's efficacy in family disputes while revealing challenges in handling commercial disputes. Prospects for future development encompass legal reforms, capacity building, and public awareness initiatives. A comparative analysis with global Sharia arbitration bodies provides insights into shared challenges and distinctions. The implications for the Indonesian legal system highlight the need for strategic interventions. Overall, this research contributes to a nuanced understanding of the National Sharia Arbitration Board's role and suggests pathways for its sustainable development

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pandangan dan persepsi pengajar mengenai kontribusinya terhadap pengelolaan dan perancangan kebijakan pendidikan di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei dan kuesioner. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode simple random sampling. Sampelnya meliputi pengajar dan siswa. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pengetahuan, kemampuan menghasilkan, dan menyebarkan pengetahuan dari pengajar, serta sikap siswa dalam berpartisipasi merupakan faktor utama penentu mutu pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Namun, pengajar cenderung kurang memperhatikan atau tidak mempunyai pengetahuan luas tentang sistem kredit homogen. Pendapat para pengajar menunjukkan bahwa mereka menilai kualitas terutama berdasarkan pencapaian tujuan dan sasaran yang ditetapkan oleh lembaganya, serta kemampuan staf pengajar dalam mengembangkan kemampuan siswa untuk maju dalam transformasi dirinya sendiri.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar–Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, launched by Indonesia’s Ministry of Education and Culture, seeks to improve the quality and relevance of higher education by granting students greater autonomy and learning flexibility. In the era of Society 5.0, where human and technological collaboration is essential, MBKM aligns with the constructivist philosophy that emphasizes active participation, collaboration, and reflection in constructing knowledge. This study employs a literature review approach within a constructivist philosophical framework, analyzing academic publications, policy documents, and empirical studies from 2020 to 2025 to explore how MBKM facilitates contextual, adaptive, and student-centered learning. The findings indicate that MBKM strengthens experiential and project-based learning by promoting collaboration among students, lecturers, and communities through internships and interdisciplinary projects. These practices enable learners to connect theory with real-world experiences, enhance critical and reflective thinking, and develop adaptive, creative, and resilient competencies. Viewed through a constructivist lens, MBKM represents a transformative educational innovation that bridges academic theory with societal application. It supports learner autonomy and cultivates holistic competencies necessary for the Society 5.0 era, preparing graduates to face global challenges with resilience, innovation, and a lifelong learning mindset. Overall, MBKM serves as a strategic model for advancing higher education that is contextual, adaptive, and responsive to the dynamic demands of the digital and technological age.

Abstract

Terminal Bus Tipe A Tirtonadi Solo yang berkembang pesat dalam pelayanan kedatangan dan pemberangkatan bus antar kota dan antar provinsi di Pulau Jawa. Terkait dengan semakin pentingnya mutu layanan terminal bus untuk kenyamanan dan keamanan penumpang tersebut, maka  telah diterbitkan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No. 132 Tahun 2015 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Terminal Penumpang Angkutan Jalan. Terminal Bus Tirtonadi diwajibkan memenuhi ketentuan yang telah diatur dalam PERMEN tersebut. Terminal Tipe A akan mengelola dan memiliki 4 (empat) zona. Zona I, zona bertiket bagi pengguna terminal yang sudah memiliki tiket untuk pemberangkatan penumpang dan zona ini  disebut zona steril untuk menunggu keberangkatan bus dalam terminal.  Zona II,  yaitu zona umum atau publik untuk kegiatan komersial, ticketing dan lain-lain. Selanjutnya Zona Perpindahan penumpang dari berbagai jenis pelayanan angkutan umum. Dan terakhir  Zona Pengendapan untuk istirahat awak kendaraan, pengendapan kendaraan, raamp-chek, serta bengkel perawatan dan operasional bus. Berdasarkan  peraturan tersebut maka Terminal Bus Tirtonadi memerlukan kajian mendalam tentang ketersediaan sarana yang telah dan akan dimilikinya di masa mendatang.Kata kunci : pelayanan, terminal, zona

Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of artificial intelligence features in the Canva application for the development of Islamic Teaching Modules by teachers at SDN Muntilan. In the digital age, the use of technology in education is increasingly important to improve the quality of learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving 10 teachers who actively use Canva. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed thematically. The results showed that the artificial intelligence features in Canva made it easier for teachers to design teaching modules, increased time efficiency, and encouraged creativity in the creation of teaching materials. However, several technical challenges, such as dependence on a stable internet connection and limited access to devices, were obstacles. The implication of this study is that the use of Canva can be an effective tool to improve the quality of Islamic Teaching Modules, provided that there is technical support to overcome existing obstacles. This study contributes to the development of educational technology, particularly in teaching at the elementary school level.
