Abstract

This study aimed to find out: the activeness of students during the online learning process with E-Learning, the obstacles that arose in the implementation of online learning with E-Learning, and the efforts made to face the existing obstacles. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The data of this study obtained from informants, documents and archives. The sampling techniques used were purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, documents, and archive analysis. The data validation was done through source triangulation and method triangulation. The data analysis technique used  interactive model data analysis. The results showed that: (1) The activeness of students in implementing online learning with E-Learning during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic was lack. (2) The obstacles in the implementation of online learning were: (a) low concentration of learning, (b) interactions that tend to be one-way, (c) less varied learning methods, (d) the internet network was less stable, (e) the difficulty of lecturers in controlling the class. The efforts to overcome obstacles were as follows: (a) provided ice-breaking, (b) used more varied learning methods, (c) provided stimulus by lecturers, (d) used different applications, (e) performed periodic control on students.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Mal Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Karanganyar, (2) mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Mal Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Karanganyar, (3) mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Mal Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Karanganyar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun untuk penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu accidental samplimg dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 orang pelanggan yang diperoleh berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Mal Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Karanganyar. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan nilai thitung (8,398) > ttabel (1,991) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Mal Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Karanganyar. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan nilai thitung (3,456) > ttabel (1,991) dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Mal Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Karanganyar. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung (121,839)  > Ftabel (3,114) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Kata kunci : kuantitatif; kesesuaian harapan; ketepatan waktu; mutu pelayanan Abstract: The aim of study is to (1) determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Public Service Malls in Karanganyar Regency, (2) determine the effect of work discipline on customer satisfaction at Public Service Malls in Karanganyar Regency, (3) determine the effect of service quality and work discipline simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Public Service Malls in Karanganyar Regency. This study is a quantitative study. Meanwhile, the sample determination was carried out using a sampling technique, namely accidental sampling with a sample size of 80 customers obtained based on calculations using the Slovin formula. The results of the study proved that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Karanganyar Regency Public Service Mall. This is evidenced by the results of the calculation of the tvalue (8.398) > ttable (1.991) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on customer satisfaction at the Karanganyar Regency Public Service Mall. This is evidenced by the results of the calculation of the tvalue (3.456) > ttable (1.991) and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05; (3) there is a positive and significant influence of service quality and work discipline simultaneously on customer satisfaction at the Karanganyar Regency Public Service Mall. This is proven by the Fvalue value (121.839) > Ftable (3.114) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this study indicate a joint effective contribution value of 0.760 or 76%, while the remaining 24% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Keywords : conformity to expectations; punctuality; quality of service; quantitative

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out the performance-based implementation of Si TAMPPAN at KUKM and Perindag Office Wonogiri. The research is a qualitative descriptive research using a case study approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data validation was obtained by methodological and sources triangulation. The results of the research shows: (1) Performance-based implementation of Si TAMPPAN at KUKM and Perindag Office Wonogiri in the form of: (a) Planning stage which includes: (1) socialization and training; (2) preparation of SKP; and (3) SKP approval; (b) activity uploads; (c) activity journal verification; (d) implementation results; (e) evaluation of information systems. (2) Obstacles in the implementation of Si TAMPPAN include: (a) dissemination of Si TAMPPAN was not maximal; (b) lack of IT mastery; (c) lack of facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation; (d) Si TAMPPAN's server is still having problems. (3) Efforts to overcome obstacles to the implementation of Si TAMPPAN include: (a) Re- dissemination of Si TAMPPAN to civil servants; (b) IT mentoring to civil servants who lack IT skills; (c) use more upgraded mobile phones and personal laptops; (d) make a statement letter and contact the super admin of Si TAMPPAN.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi model pembelajaran flipped learning dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) sebanyak dua siklus. Sumber data berasal dari hasil belajar siswa, guru mata pelajaran, siswa kelas 10 MPLB 1, dan dokumen pendukung. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes, observasi, dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan flipped learning berjalan efektif melalui penyampaian materi berupa video pembelajaran yang diakses siswa sebelum pembelajaran tatap muka. Rata-rata nilai siswa meningkat dari 61% pada pra tindakan, menjadi 72% pada siklus I, dan 85% pada siklus II. Model ini juga meningkatkan keaktifan dan keterlibatan siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Kata kunci:  Inovasi Model Pembelajaran; Penelitian Tindakan Kelas; Video Pembelajaran Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the implementation of the flipped learning model in improving student learning outcomes in the subject of Office Management and Business Services Fundamentals. The research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted over two cycles. Data sources included student learning outcomes, subject teachers, Grade 10 MPLB 1 students, and supporting documents. Data were collected through tests, observations, and interviews, then analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings demonstrate that flipped learning was effectively implemented through instructional videos accessed by students prior to face-to-face sessions. Student average scores increased from 61% in the pre-action phase to 72% in Cycle I and 85% in Cycle II. This model also enhanced student engagement and active participation throughout the learning process. Keywords: Classroom Action Research; Instructional Video; Learning Model Innovation

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to determine the implementation of archives in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Surakarta City. This study is a descriptive qualitative study employing a case study technique. The study was carried out in the Surakarta City Regional Secretariat's General Section. Purposive sampling was a technique for taking samples. Observation, interviewing, and document analysis were used to compile data. Check the accuracy of the data obtained through source and method triangulation. The data analysis technique included interactive model data analysis.The result of this study reveal that: 1) The implementation of archives in the General Section of the Surakarta City Regional Secretariat which uses an active dynamic archive management system which includes the creation stage such as receipt and recording of records, the using stage such as archive arrangement and archive storage, archive maintenance and caring, and depreciation stages such as moving archives that are already running quite well, 2) The implementation of archives in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Surakarta City is exist some problems like as lacking of human resources in the field of correspondences and lacking of archival supporting infrastructure, and 3) Conducting to solve some problems be found in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Surakarta City such as planning of increasing human resources and budgeting for facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Karanganyar. (2) mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Karanganyar, dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Karanganyar. Penelitian ini  menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan angket secara offline.Populasi yang digunakan seluruh karyawan Di Dinas Kearsipan Dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Karanganyar yaitu sebanyak 56 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan data yaitu teknik nonprobability sampling dan menggunakan pendekatan sampling jenuh. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS 24. Teknik uji validitas yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan cronbach’s alpha. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, dan uji F.Keywords : kedisiplinan profesional; kinerja karyawan;lingkungan kerjaAbstract: This study aims to (1) identify the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Karanganyar Regency Archives and Library Office. (2) knowing the effect of the working environment on the performance of employees at the Karanganyar Regency Archives and Library, and (3) knowing the effect of working discipline and working environment together on employee performance at the Karanganyar Regency Archives and Library. This study used a descriptive quantitative research method. This research data collection technique uses offline quantifiers.The population used by all employees at the Karanganyar Regency Archives and Library Office is 56 employees using data retrieval techniques, which are nonprobability sampling techniques and using a saturated sampling approach. Analysis of the data in this study using the SPSS 24 program. Validity test techniques used are product moment correlation and reliability tests using cronbach's alpha. This research data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, tests, and F tests.Keywords : employee performance; work discipline; work environment

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa PLP Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS Angkatan 2021 baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kausalitas. Populasi berjumlah 81 mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda  dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistic 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan self efficacy terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa PLP dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (6,143 > 1,665) dan nilai signifikasi pada self efficacy sebesar 0,00 < 0,05; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa PLP dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (6,750 > 1,665) dan nilai signifikasi pada komunikasi interpersonal sebesar 0,00 < 0,05; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan self efficacy dan komunikasi interpersonal secara bersama-sama terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa PLP  dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (229,47 > 3,11) dan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,00 < 0,05. Persamaan regresi penelitian adalah Ŷ =0,207+0,487 X1+0,500 X2 dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,855. Kontribusi self efficacy dan komunikasi interpersonal secara bersama-sama sebesar 85,5% dan sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian.  Keywords: efikasi diri; komunikasi interpersonal; kesiapan mengajar Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy and interpersonal communication on teaching readiness among Pengenalan Lingkungan Persekolahan (PLP) students of the Office Administration Education Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), Class of 2021, both simultaneously and partially. The study employed a quantitative causal approach. The population consisted of 81 students. Saturated sampling technique was utilized for sample selection. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of self-efficacy on teaching readiness among PLP students, evidenced by t-calculated > t-table (6.143 > 1.665) with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of interpersonal communication on teaching readiness among PLP students, evidenced by t-calculated > t-table (6.750 > 1.665) with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05; (3) there is a positive and significant simultaneous influence of self-efficacy and interpersonal communication on teaching readiness among PLP students, evidenced by F-calculated > F-table (229.47 > 3.11) with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. The regression equation is Ŷ = 0.207 + 0.487X₁ + 0.500X₂ with an R² value of 0.855. Self-efficacy and interpersonal communication together contribute 85.5% to teaching readiness, while the remainder is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: self efficacy; interpersonal communication; teaching readiness

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media sosial dan efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI MPLB SMKN 1 Banyudono tahun ajaran 2024/2025, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 72 siswa melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penggunaan media sosial terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (4,145 > 1,995) dan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (3,778 > 1,995) dan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penggunaan media sosial dan efikasi diri secara bersama-sama terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan Fhitung > Ftabel (49,274 > 3,13) dan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Ŷ = 1,615 + 0,712X1 + 0,557X2 + e dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,588 yang berarti bahwa 58,8% minat berwirausaha dipengaruhi oleh kedua faktor tersebut. Results showed: (1) social media use had a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest (t = 4.145, p < .001); (2) self-efficacy had a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest (t = 3.778, p < .001); (3) social media use and self-efficacy together had a significant influence on entrepreneurial interest (F = 49.274, p < .001). The regression equation obtained was Ŷ = 1.615 + 0.712X₁ + 0.557X₂ + e with an R² value of 0.588, meaning that 58.8% of entrepreneurial interest was influenced by these two factors. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan literatur review yang bertujuan untuk mensintesis dan menggali dampak penggunaan media sosial terhadap prestasi peserta didik (siswa maupun mahasiswa). Tinjauan literatur ini melibatkan analisis berbagai studi dan artikel penelitian yang mengkaji hubungan antara penggunaan media sosial dan prestasi akademik peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik literatur review. Pencarian jurnal dilakukan di google scholar, ScienceDirect, dan Scopus dengan rentan tahun 2015-2022. Hasil skrining dan seleksi studi menghasilkan 122 artikel, dengan hasil akhir sebanyak 13 artikel. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik literatur review sesuai kategori yang ditentukan dalam diagram PRISMA. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat dampak positif dan negatif penggunaan media sosial terhadap prestasi peserta didik. Dampak positif meliputi akses yang lebih mudah terhadap sumber belajar, peluang kolaboratif, dan peningkatan komunikasi antar Peserta didik. Namun, terdapat juga dampak negatif seperti gangguan konsentrasi, penurunan fokus, dan berkurangnya waktu belajar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwasanya penggunaan media sosial memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap prestasi Peserta didik, tetapi apabila Peserta didik menggunakan media sosial secara berlebihan akan menyebabkan gangguan konsentrasi belajar yang mengakibatkan penurunan prestasi belajar Peserta didik.Kata kunci : hasil belajar, jaringan sosial, siswaAbstract: This study is a literature review that aims to synthesize and explore the impact of social media usage on learners’ achievement (students and university students). This literature review analyzes various studies and research articles that examine the relationship between social media usage and students’ academic performance. The research method used is qualitative with a literature review technique. Journal searches were conducted on Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and Scopus, covering 2015-2022. Screening and selection of studies resulted in 122 articles, with a final set of 13. The collected data was analyzed using literature review techniques according to predefined categories in the PRISMA diagram. The findings of the study indicate that there are both positive and negative impacts of social media usage on student achievement. Positive impacts include easier access to learning resources, collaborative opportunities, and improved student communication. However, there are also negative impacts, such as distraction, decreased focus, and reduced study time. This study concludes that social media usage has a significant impact on student achievement, but excessive usage can disrupt study concentration and lead to a decline in student performance.Keywords: learning outcomes, social networks, students

The objectives of the research are to determine: (1) the implementation of service system at the Office of Health Social Security Agency (BPJS) in Karanganyar; (2) the customer satisfaction at the Office of Health Social Security Agency (BPJS) in Karanganyar; (3) the obstacles faced in the application of service at the Office of Health Social Security Agency (BPJS) in Karanganyar; and (4) the solutions implemented to overcome obstacles that occur at the Office of Health Social Security Agency (BPJS) in Karanganyar. This research used qualitative approach methods with  case study type. The data source in this research derived from informant, place and event, as well as  document and archives. Data were collected by interview, observation, and document and archives analysis. The obtained data then were analyzed with interactive analysis technique consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data validation was done by using source and method triangulations. The results showed that: (1) the service system used consisted of the direction by the officer, giving a queue number, and service; (2) customer satisfaction, which is related to the services offered according to the needs of participants, competent officers, and adequate facilities; (3) the obstacles that emerge in the service are the lack of participants' retention of the existence of MOBILE  JKN and insufficient space capacity during long queues; (4) efforts made in overcoming the obstacles are optimization of the JKN MOBILE function, addition of counters, additional waiting chairs, expansion of service space, and partnership.
