Abstract

Preparing the final project is one of the requirements for graduation from a college student. The right Final Project management system will affect the quality of education. Industrial Engineering Trisakti University is one of the leading universities in Indonesia that continues to develop its education system. Managing the final project at Trisakti University Industrial Engineering is still manual and has not been integrated. As a result, the risk of errors in entering and saving Final Project data is still high. Therefore, this research was conducted to design a final project management system at Trisakti University Industrial Engineering. It begins with analyzing the existing management system. It is described with swim lane diagrams and PIECES to determine the process flow in the system and the actors who play a role in the system. After analyzing the system, proceed with designing information systems with Object-Oriented Modeling and evaluate it with black box testing and ERRC. This research results in website-based final project management at Trisakti University Industrial Engineering.

Abstract

The wood working line process is the production process of wood raw materials formed according to the specified size to be used as part of the body of the piano. This study aims to design a priority mitigation model by identifying and measuring risks in the production process. The model is divided into two sub models, namely the risk measurement model and the risk mitigation model. The risk measurement model uses the Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) approach, the risk mitigation model uses the House of risk (HOR) approach. The results of risk measurement produce an output in the form of a Fuzzy Risk Priority Number. There are 7 potential risks, namely the risk of the inside of the plywood having space due to imperfect press, the risk of wind being trapped in the piano cabinet, the risk of imprecise wood drilling, the risk of cutting damage to the sides of the piano cabinet, the risk of the piano cabinet press not being up to standard, the risk of raw materials wood and glue don't mix, risk of peeling paint. There are 21 mitigation actions that are divided into each risk. HOR shows the value of the correlation between mitigation, sources of risk, ease of implementing risk. Keywords: Fuzzy Iference System; Fuzzy Risk Priority Number; House of Risk; Production Process. Abstract

Lokomotif memiliki peran sangat penting bagi PT.KAI (Persero) sebagai  penggerak kereta dan pendukung untuk sistem kelistrikan dan sistem penumatik bagi kereta.  Penilaian  dan evaluasi kinerja perawatan lokomotif saat ini belum dilakukan secara komprehensif, hanya dilakukan berdasarkan indikator Availability dan MKBF (Mean Kilometer Between Failure).  Pada penelitian ini akan pengukuran kinerja perawatan lokomotif berdasarkan model pengukuran kinerja Maintenance Scorecard (MSc). Model yang digunakan diperoleh berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang terdiri dari enam perspektif yaitu productivity, Cost Effectiveness, Quality, Environment, Safety dan Learning. Pengukuran kinerja perawatan lokomotif dimulai dengan menentukan target untuk setiap KPI, menentukan skala pengukuran, menentukan bobot KPI.  Penentuan target dilakukan dengan proses FGD. Proses pembobotan dilakukan dengan metode pairwise comparison dengan bantuan software Expert Choice. Hasil pengukuran kinerja perawatan lokomotif di Dipo Jatinegara diperoleh skor 2.8 yang menunjukan kinerja perawatan lokomotif dipo jatinegara ini cukup baik. Hasil Penilaian berturut – turut pada perspektifQuality (37%), Cost Effectiveness (53%), Productivity (55%), Environtment (56%), Safety (83%) dan Learning (84%).Kata kunci : kinerja perawatan, lokomotif, maintenance scorecard ABSTRACT The locomotive has a very important role for PT.KAI (Limited) as a driver of the train, and support for electrical systems and systems for the railway penumatik. Assessment and evaluation of the performance of locomotive maintenance has not been done comprehensively, are solely based on indicators of Availability and MKBF (Mean Kilometer Between Failure). This research will measure the performance of locomotive maintenance by Maintenance Scorecard performance measurement model (MSc). The model used is obtained based on the results of previous studies of six perspectives, namely productivity, Cost Effectiveness, Quality, Environment, Safety and Learning Locomotive maintenance performance measurement begins by determining targets for each KPI, specify the scale of measurement, determine the weight of KPI. The selection of the carried the FGD process. Weighting process is done by pairwise comparison method with the help of Expert Choice software. The results of performance measurement in locomotive maintenance depot Jatinegara obtained score 2.8 which shows the performance of locomotive maintenance depot Jatinegara is pretty good. Abstract

Panti asuhan sosial di wilayah DKI Jakarta perlu ditingkatkan kemandiriannya sehingga bisa bertransformasi dari cost center menjadi sebuah lembaga yang mandiri secara ekonomi. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan mengembangkan sebuah bisnis dengan konsep bisnis yang ramah lingkungan dan mempunyai dampak positif terhadap masyarakat sekitar (community empowerment). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah framework implementasi bisnis dengan konsep green techno sociopreneur melalui ternak Maggot. Ini merupakan implementasi konsep waste to value, dimana merubah sampah organik menjadi Maggot yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan ternak berprotein tinggi. Hal ini akan mengatasi permasalahan sampah pada panti sosial dan masyarakat sekitar secara signifikan, sehingga akan berdampak terhadap penanggulangan masalah lingkungan secara global. Penelitian ini juga berbasis pemanfaatan teknologi tepat guna dengan melakukan redesign mesin pencacacah sampah dengan sistem knock down. Dari uraian di atas, dapat dikatakan bahwa bisnis ternak Maggot ini mempunyai dampak positif terhadap peningkatan ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memotivasi semua pihak (akademisi dan praktisi) untuk mengimplementasikan sebuah framework model bisnis green techno sociopreneur yang mengkombinasikan konsep green business model dengan pengembangan teknologi tepat guna.

Abstract

Virtual Tour (VT) Museum Bank Indonesia merupakan aplikasi menelusuri ruang museum secara maya, tanpa harus datang ke museum. Namun, muncul permasalahan pengguna hanya menelusuri ruang tanpa mengakses artefak yang dipamerkan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi dalam bentuk Multiplayer Virtual Tour yang dapat dimainkan oleh lebih dari satu orang pemain, dalam satu layar virtual. Tangan pengguna (user) bersama pengguna lain seakan-akan dapat menyentuh artefak yang ditampilkan secara maya. Muncul keingintahuan impak efektivitas pembacaan materi pameran dengan menghadirkan konten imersif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah respon pengguna dari segi usability dan interactivity. Secara metodologis, penelitian dianalisis dengan metode Miles and Huberman. Hasil kajian mengungkap bahwa aspek usability MVT terlihat lebih menarik. Pengunjung mengamati lebih detail materi pameran. Pengunjung tidak merasa sendirian, serasa dalam permainan game. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa interaktivitas dibangun dengan keigintahuan pengalaman bermain-main dengan artefak imersif. MVT memunculkan kembali esensi pengunjung yang sejatinya makhluk sosial yang selalu ingin berinteraksi. Kata kunci: imersif, interaktivitas, kehadiran sosial, multiplayer virtual tour, museum.

Abstract

UMKM is a part of the national economy with the potential and independence to improve the community's economy. In enhancing its performance, UMKM Cilodong Berkarya (Ciber) Depok City faces various obstacles, including the version of its human resources. HR performance in the organization is also determined by the ability of all elements to synergize with all the potential within the organization. This training aims to provide knowledge and understanding of several approaches that can be used to identify oneself and others. The training was attended by 30 participants, most of whom have businesses in the culinary field with an average length of business of 2–3 years. The material given in this training is about the importance of getting to know ourselves and others, some core approaches to self, filling in personality plus, how to read the results, and how to recognize other people quickly. The systems and methods given to get to know yourself include the Johari Window, the Enneagram, DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance), and Personality Plus (Choleric, Melancholy, Sanguine, and Phlegmatic). From this training, participants are expected to recognize their strengths and weaknesses to become personable, productive, fun for others, and able to build effective communication. The training evaluation results showed that 90% were satisfied with the training materials provided and that they provided benefits for the participants. 90% of the participants stated that they were interested in participating in the next training.

Abstract

The laundry industry is one of the industries that is growing rapidly at this time. The development of this industry cannot be separated from the growing need for human clothing. While carrying out their work, laundry workers have a risk of exposure to laundry chemicals. However, most laundry workers do not understand these risks and how to prevent and handle them. This service activity aims to provide counseling to laundry workers regarding the risks of laundry chemicals and the application of occupational safety and health in the laundry industry. Counseling was carried out directly to one of the laundry industries in Tangerang City, involving 14 laundry workers. The material provided includes various types of laundry chemicals, potential hazards, how to prevent them and the need for OSH applications such as the use of PPE in work. The results of the activity evaluation show that this counseling activity has an impact on increasing the knowledge of laundry workers regarding the risks of laundry chemicals and how to prevent and handle them. Evaluation of the usefulness of the activity and the activity presenter gave the result that the presenter conveyed the material clearly so that all laundry workers agreed that this extension activity was very useful.

Abstract

The evaluation of supplier selection is an important aspect that needs to be considered in supply chain management. The best suppliers contribute to a more efficient supply chain system. Companies operating in the food distribution sector are particularly attentive to their suppliers. One of the products that receives significant attention is spinach, a perishable item, making supplier evaluation crucial. This research aims to evaluate the supplier selection of spinach products based on several criteria, such as delivery, quality, price, service, and location. Weighting is done using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). In this case, assessment or weighting is carried out by distributing questionnaires to three respondents in the field. The Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is employed to determine the rankings of each alternative. The results of this study indicate that the price criterion has the highest weight with a weight of 0.39. The recommended selected alternative is alternative 4, with the highest average value (Vi) based on the assessments of three experts. This model proves capable of addressing the issues of supplier selection evaluation, leading to the selection of alternative or supplier 4 as the spinach supplier for the food distribution company.

Abstract

Dani’s Auto merupakan usaha jual beli mobil bekas yang saat ini masih menggunakan rumah pribadi sebagai tempat usaha. Pemilik berencana ingin mengembangkan usahanya dengan cara membuka lokasi usaha baru yang dapat membantu perkembangan usahanya. Penenlitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keputusan pemilihan lokasi baru Dani’s Auto, dengan alternatif lokasi yaitu Lot Showroom Mangga Dua, Lot Showroom Kelapa Gading, Ruko di Klender, dan Ruko di Rawamangun. Pemilihan lokasi tersebut dilakukan berdasarkan 10 kriteria diantaranya pasar, biaya, infrastuktur, dan lingkungan. Evaluasi pemilihan  lokasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Comparative Prefrence Index (CPI). Tingkat kepentingan setiap kriteria dihitungan dengan menggunakan Pairwise Comparison. Penilaian dilakukan oleh pemilik usaha Dani’s Auto. Pembobotan kriteria menggunakan pairwise comparison diperoleh 3 kriteria dengan prioritas terbesar yaitu kapasitas mobil, jumlah kompetitor, dan biaya sewa. Hasil perhitungan CPI yaitu diperolehnya lokasi Ruko di Rawamangun sebagai alternatif terbaik dengan nilai akhir sebesar 83,1518.

Abstract

PT Iron Wire Work Indonesia memiliki permasalahan pada  penempatan mesin produksi Cold Finished Bar yang tidak sesuai dengan urutan kedekatan dalam proses produksinya dan metode pemindahan yang tidak terencana. Hal ini berdampak pada  pola aliran produksi dan besarnya besarnya waktu perpindahan material. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang model simulasi Promodel untuk evaluasi  perbaikan tata letak lantai produksi Cold Finished Bar. Perbaikan Tata letak lantai produksi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Layout Planning (SLP).  Penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 tahapan utama  yaitu analisis sistem saat ini, merancang model simulasi, Promodel merancang perbaikan tata letak lantai produksidengan SLP, dan mengevaluasi perbaikan dengan Simulasi.  Hasil perbakan Tata Letak dengan SLP  menghasilkan dua alternatif iterasi blockplan dan tujuh skenario usulan perbaikan. Setiap usulan skenario perbaikan dievaluasi berdasarkan indikator waktu produksi.  Waktu produksi dalam penelitian ini didefinisikan sebagai waktu proses pembuatan Cold Finished Bar ditambah dengan waktu perpindahan. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa skenario keenam dengan perbaikan layout BlockPlan alternatif 2 ditambang dengan  satu unit shotblasting machine sebagai usulan terbaik dengan waktu produksi sebesar 273,4 jam dan persentase penurunan waktu proses produksi sebesar 25,71% dari model awal. Penurunan waktu produksi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pencapaian target produksi perusahaan.
