Abstract

Abstrak Dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan Kota Makassar merupakan komponen pemerintah daerah, yang memiliki posisi strategis dalam memberikan pelayanan pendidikan kepada masyarakat yang senantiasa diperhadapkan pada tuntutan-tuntuan dari masyarakat akan pelayanan yang berkualitas efisien dan efektif. Hasil kinerja pegawai dalam suatu organisasi tidak terlepas pula dari adanya motivasi, yaitu keadaan dalam diri pribadi seseorang yang mendorong keinginan individu untuk melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan tertentu guna mencapai suatu tujuan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan Kota Makassar berjumlah 174 orang pegawai. penentuan jumlah sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin diperoleh sampel 121 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji instrumen penelitian terdiri dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, pengujian statistik terdiri dari uji koefisien determinasi dan uji t statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan Kota Makassar. 2) Motivasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan Kota Makassar 3) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan Kota Makassar. 4) Variabel kompetensi lebih dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai jika dibandingkan dengan variabel motivasi dan disiplin kerja pada dinas penddikan dan kebudayaan Kota Makassar Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor Kompetensi Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Populasi yang dijadikan sebagai target penelitian ini adalah pihak-pihak yang terkait dengan kinerja Pegawai Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Respondennya berjumlah 47 orang, dan seluruhnya menjadi responden dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel, yakni: Kompetensi Dan Kompensasi, memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Sedang secara parsial ditemukan bahwa faktor kompetensi yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, penulis menyarankan bahwa kinerja Pegawai Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.dapat lebih memperhatikan faktor yang dapat mendorong kinerja pegawai seperti Kompetensi Dan Kompensasi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan strategi promosi wisata dan mendeskripsikan langkah yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi hambatan promosi, menganalisis pelaksanaan digital marketing, word of mouth, hambatan promosi pariwisata. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Informan penelitian utama adalah Kepala Dinas, informan pendukung adalah Sekretaris Dinas serta Kepala Bidang Pemasaran, dan Tambahan Informan adalah Ketua Badan Promosi Pariwisata Daerah Sulawesi Selatan serta Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Sulawesi Selatan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, sajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan strategi promosi wisata sudah ada, walupun belum sepenuhnya optimal; pengembangan wisata di sulawesi selatan ternyata memiliki beberapa hambatan antara lain: beberapa obyek wisata masih kekurangan unsur 3A, amenitas, atraksi, aksesbilitas, alokasi anggaran dari pemerintah daerah yang masih terbatas, dan belum adanya bagian khusus yang menangani masalah promosi wisata, misalnya bagian tim kreatif; dinas terkait dan para stakeholder dunia pariwisata menempuh beragam cara untuk mengatasi berbagai kendala yang ditemui antara lain: mengoptimalkan integrated promosi dan pengoptimalan sumber daya yang ada serta menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak/instansi/lembaga lain untuk mengembangkan pariwisata di Sulawesi selatan. This study aims to describe the implementation of tourism promotion strategies and describe the steps taken to overcome the obstacles of promotion, analyze the implementation of digital marketing, word of mouth, barriers to tourism promotion. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The main research informants were the Head of Service, supporting informants were the Office Secretary and the Head of Marketing, and Additional Informants were the Chairperson of the South Sulawesi Regional Tourism Promotion Board and the South Sulawesi Regional House of Representatives. Data collection is done by direct observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is performed through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study conclude that the implementation of tourism promotion strategies already exists, although not yet fully optimal; Tourism development in South Sulawesi turned out to have several obstacles including: some tourism objects still lacked 3A elements, amenities, attractions, accessibility, budget allocations from the local government which were still limited, and there were no specific sections that addressed the problem of tourism promotion, for example the creative team ; related agencies and stakeholders in the world of tourism take a variety of ways to overcome various obstacles encountered, including: optimizing integrated promotion and optimizing existing resources and establishing cooperation with other parties / agencies / institutions to develop tourism in South Sulawesi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran Terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung Pada Trans Studio Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dan eksplanatori dengan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS V. 16, untuk sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 116 orang pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Trans Studio Makassar; produk berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Trans Studio Makassar; promosi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Trans Studio Makassar.; distribusi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Trans Studio Makassar; people (orang) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Trans Studio Makassar; proses berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Trans Studio Makassar dan bukti fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Trans Studio Makassar. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Effect of Marketing Mix on Visitor Satisfaction at Trans Studio Makassar. The research approach used is descriptive and explanatory approaches with quantitative and qualitative methods. The research method used is multiple regression with the help of the SPSS V. 16 program, for the sample in this study were 116 customers. The results showed that: Price had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Trans Studio Makassar; the product has a negative and insignificant effect on Trans Studio Makassar customer satisfaction; promotion has a negative and insignificant effect on Trans Studio Makassar customer satisfaction; distribution has positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Trans Studio Makassar; people (people) positive and not significant effect on customer satisfaction Trans Studio Makassar; the process has a positive and not significant effect on Trans Studio Makassar customer satisfaction and physical evidence has a positive and significant effect on Trans Studio Makassar customer satisfaction.

Abstract

In a company, employee productivity is very dependent on the company's ability to implement appropriate leadership in the company organization through both vertical and horizontal communication. In this research we used a research method, namely a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is a research procedure that provides descriptive data or descriptions that can be built from observations. In short, a qualitative approach methodology is a methodology that utilizes qualitative data in the form of defining analysis or analysis through descriptive research. Financial management and operational management have an important role in business success at PT Bina Sarana Sulawesi, as in other places in the world. Some important financial management roles in Makassar are managing and allocating funds efficiently, maintaining financial health, developing long-term financial strategies, making wise investment decisions, and following applicable financial rules and regulations. However, the implementation of financial management in Makassar also faces several obstacles or obstacles, such as a lack of understanding and awareness about financial management, limited human resources, unique business environment challenges, and lack of access to financial resources. Therefore, there needs to be better awareness of the importance of financial management, development of quality human resources, and increased access to financial resources to implement effective financial management in Makassar.

Abstract

The primary objective of companies involved in the production process is profitability, achieved through optimizing labor, raw materials, and resources. This continual improvement results in a robust production system geared towards generating significant profits. A prevalent method for ongoing refinement is the application of Quality Control Circles (QCC). This research focuses on assessing productivity improvements in the K84 Line Steering Handle following the implementation of QCC methodologies. It aims to understand the factors affecting productivity and applies QCC techniques to enhance efficiency. The research reveals promising findings, indicating that QCC-driven enhancements have substantially reduced cycle times across workstations. This reduction directly contributes to increased production output for the K84 Line Steering Handle. The utilization of QCC methods has proven remarkably effective, elevating efficiency levels from 65% to an impressive 92% and concurrently reducing manpower requirements by 3. In summary, this research emphasizes the transformative impact of QCC practices on productivity, highlighting substantial gains in output efficiency and resource optimization for the K84 Line Steering Handle. The integration of QCC-driven improvements has proven instrumental in achieving these positive outcomes. Keywords: Quality Control Circle, Seven Tools and Productivity

Abstract

This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The target population in this research were sales force employees at Toyota Hadji Kalla, Urip Sumoharjo Branch, Makassar City with a total sample of 42 employees. The sampling method in this research uses the census method. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data with data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. The analysis technique is validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing using the multiple linear regression method.The research results show that Motivation and Commitment each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while Discipline has no effect on the performance of sales force employees at Toyota Hadji Kalla, Urip Sumoharjo Branch, Makassar City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, workability, and work motivation on employee performance at the Wajo Regency Agriculture and Food Security Office. The main hypothesis tested is that the three variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to 60 employees as research samples. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression, validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results showed that leadership style, workability, and work motivation have a significant positive influence on employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of inclusive leadership, employee placement according to ability, and strong motivation from within and the work environment to improve performance. This research implies the need to improve the quality of leadership and human resource management in government agencies to achieve optimal performance. Further research is recommended to involve other variables, such as work environment and compensation, as well as expanding the number of samples and research context to gain a more comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

This study aims to further review how the business model and operational management of e-commerce start-up companies. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. With the library research method, namely research whose object of study uses library data in the form of books as its data source. The results of this study show that in the start-up-commerce business model, startups facilitate the process of purchasing and delivering goods or services through a website or application. A successful e-commerce business model usually focuses on forming strong relationships, utilizing technology and being able to innovate. The operational management of start-up companies is by increasing brand awareness through social media as a marketing channel.
