Abstract

Mesin tusuk bakso hasil pengabdian tahun 2020 berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan jumlah produksi mitra. Walaupun demikian, tusuk bakso masih dapat terkontaminasi kapang perusak dan penghasil toksin. Oleh karena itu, teknologi sanitasi serta pengemasan perlu diaplikasikan. Tahapan pengabdian meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi pengabdian. Persiapan diawali dengan mendesain logo, menyiapkan plastik, sealer, sarung tangan, serta bahan sanitizer. Teknologi sanitasi yang digunakan berupa sanitizer dari daun papaya kering yang dilarutkan pada air panas dan digunakan setelah dingin dengan cara spray pada tusuk bakso sebelum penjemuran. Pengabdian dilaksanakan di Desa Karang Anyar, Lampung Timur pada Sabtu, 18 September 2021. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi pre-test, diskusi dengan mitra, aplikasi teknologi sanitasi dari bahan alam, aplikasi pengemasan dengan plastik dan sticker logo, serta post-test. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan pemahaman terkait aplikasi teknologi sanitasi dari bahan alam meningkat namun tidak pada pemahaman terkait teknologi pengemasan.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan augmented reality dan virtual reality sebagai media pembelajaran dapat menstimulasi pola pikir siswa untuk mampu kritis terhadap suatu kondisi dan memberikan pemahaman dalam menvisualisasikan konsep abstrak dan struktur suatu model objek yang lebih efektif. Adapun dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini guna meningkatkan pemahaman para guru di Sekolah Ar-Raihan terkait pemanfaatan media pembelajaran alternatif dengan augmented reality dan virtual reality. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan teknik presentasi, yakni metode ceramah dan dilanjutkan dengan proses diskusi berupa tanya jawab dan praktik. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dan menyimpulkan data dari masing-masing hasil pre-test, post-test dan survey kepuasaan peserta. Dari hasil survei tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap kegiatanmenunjukkan persentase baik sebesar 50%, sangat baik 43% dan cukup baik sebesar 7%. Lalu, indikator sangat mengetahui peserta terhadap pemahaman materi meningkat dari sebelumnya tidak paham atau 0% menjadi rata-rata sebesar 37,2%. Hal tersebut mengidentifikasikan bahwa peserta menyambut baik dan antusias dengan kegiatan ini.

Abstract

This research describes the process of making and developing a fire detection system using IoTtechnology. The background for making this tool is because the existing tool at the research site, namely at the Captive Power Plant of PT Indorama, is still a conventional device with an ordinary smoke sensor system and notifications only via a buzzer. This system combines telegram notification mode. Using three sensors namely temperature sensor, smoke sensor and fire sensor is a very effective combination as an early warning system. The test results show that the system provides notification via telegram when there is a significant increase in temperature above 31oC. The smoke sensor is tested with three smoke conditions, namely thin, medium and thick with a value of 704-803 ppm. The sensor response is less than 2 seconds, notification instructions to telegrams are sent directly without any delay. In the fire sensor test, six test conditions were carried out with variations in distance ranging from 10-100 cm, the sensor response was under 2 seconds, immediately activated the buzzer and a telegram notification was sent. The results of this study contribute to the hope that with the three sensor combinations the security layer will be more optimal and in real terms it can be used in industrial buildings which are prone to fire.

Abstract

Motor induksi termasuk jenis motor AC yang bekerja akibat adanya arus stator yang terinduksi sebagai akibat adanya perbedaan relatif antara putaran rotor dengan medan putar yang dihasilkan arus stator. Motor induksi dinamakan motor tak serempak (asynchrone) karena putaran poros motor tidak sama dengan putaran medan fluks magnet stator. Motor coal feeder merupakan motor induksi tiga phasa yang pengaturan kecepatannya diatur oleh Variable Speed Drive (VSD). Motor coal feeder berfungsi sebagai media penyalur bahan bakar batubara menujuruangbakardiboiler yang bertujuan untuk proses pembakaran dalam memanaskan air pada dinding pipa yang akan dijadikan uap penggerak turbin. Sebelum mensuplai batubara terlebih dahulu memperhatikan jumlah batubara yang masuk ke coal feeder, karena akan mempengaruhi aliran batubara dan kinerja motor. Semakin banyak batubara yang masuk ke coal feeder maka akansemakin besar aliran batubara, sama halnya dengan tingginya kecepatan motor akanmemperbesar aliran batubara yang masuk ke furnace. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kecepatan motor coal feeder pada frekuensi 4Hz sebesar 115,2 rpm dengan, coal flow 17,16 t/h dan efisiensi 32,76 %.

Abstract

Communication systems are very decisive in modern warfare, the use of long-range weapons without crew requires a long-distance communication system using digital modulation communication. One of the basics of digital modulation communication that is important is QPSK modulation, so the Department of Electronics develops learning by conducting research on QPSK modulation and demodulation by conducting research on series block systems built on Modicom 5/1 and Modicom 5/2. Modicom 5/1 consists of blocks, namely the separation of serial data into MSB and LSB data, Unipolar to bipolar converters, Modulator I and Modulator Q and the summation of the Op-Amp. The Modicom 5/2 consists of a QPSK detector, a two-order filter, a comparator and a decoder differential. The results of the study prove that serial data from modicom 3/1 is in the form of serial data (D0,D1,D2,D3,D4,D5) separated by MSB data separator blocks (D0,D2,D4) and LSB (D1,D3,D5), serial data MSB and LSB (unipolar data standard (0V/+5V)) are converted to bipolar standard digital data (-4V/+4V) by a unipolar to bipolar converter block system. Balance Modulator (IC 1496) with MSB signal input ( I ) on modulator 1 carrier frequency of 960kHz (∟0º) and 960 kHz (∟-180º) on modulator 2 is LSB (Q) will output data in the form of an analog sine signal with a frequency of 960 KHz with different phase according to carrier signal '0'=∟-90º or '1'=∟-270 . the sum of the Module I and Q signal modules into phase angles of 00(45º),10(135º),11(225º), 01 (315º). The QPSK detector by means of the information signal is generated 4 times, the phase is detected (IC PLL) then divided by 4 , phase difference angle as control switch signal I and Q to get signal I and signal Q . The I and Q signals are filtered by fourth order butterworth then the I and Q signal data as comparator inputs to get a logic 0 or 1. Data I and O as logic data (0/1) as MSB and LSB data are combined again into discrete serial data with blocks differential decoder by using the PISO register (parallel input serial output) using IC 17HC175.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, there are many places to sell various products, plus the presence of minimarkets with the name Alfamart has mushroomed in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Kota Bima. This type of research is associative with data collection techniques using observation, literature study and questionnaires with a Likert scale. The total population in this study were all consumers who had bought at Alfamart with a sample of 50 people. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, simple regression, determination test, correlation test and t test. The results of this study where it can be stated that the marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Bima City

Abstract

As an effort to create innovation in the world of radiography, it is necessary to develop technology in software. This effort is to improve image quality by using pyramidal decomposition. This digital image decomposition is referred to as pyramid decomposition. The original image is decomposed into several frequency bands, repeatedly divided into high-pass components and low-pass components. The high-pass component is set aside while the low-pass image is subjected to subsequent division. This creates a kind of "3D" stack of image layers. Each layer is at a lower frequency and therefore fuzzier. This processing was pioneered by Philips Healthcare as UNIK (Unified Image Quality Enhancement), and by Agfa as MUSICA (Multi-Scale Image Contrast Amplification) with various innovations. The test image uses digital radiography images resulting from innovation from 14bit RAW digital conversion into JPG format. Image quality is calculated using Mean Square Error (MSE) and Peak Signal Noise Ratio (PSNR). The pyramidal decomposition application succeeded in improving the quality of digital radiography images with an average MSE reduction value of 0.018 and an average PSNR increase of 22.114 dB. Visually, there is a constant increase in contrast and detail, so it can be applied in the medical field.

Abstract

Indonesian hold presidential election in 2024. One of the most discussed topics by public is the presidential candidates. The discussion about the presidential candidate certainly reaped various kinds of responses from public, ranging from support to statements of disapproval. This research was limited to the candidacy of Anies Baswedan as a presidential candidate before a vice president candidate as his pair was selected. The purpose of this study is to conduct a sentiment analysis of public responses regarding Indonesia 2024 presidential candidate Anies Baswedan using tweets data from October 2022 to January 2023 using the naïve bayes classifier algorithm. This is expected to provide an overview of the public opinions on Twitter. Three test models were carried out with differences in the division of the amount of training data and test data, respectively 60%:40%, 70%:30% and 80%:20%. The test results showed the highest accuracy level was obtained by the 3rd model using training and testing data of 80%:20% with an accuracy value of 76.21%. Further research is recommended to conduct sentiment analysis on the pairs of Presidential and Vice-Presidential candidates who have been officially registered with the General Election Commission using various other classification algorithms.

Abstract

The rare earth element (REE) is not a free metal element or an individual pure mineral, generally in the form of compounds. To obtain rare earth element is done by extraction that requires modern technology with expensive costs. The use of REE is very important for the development of industry and modern technology. Seeing the potential and rapidly developing technology, the Rare Earth Metal in developed countries is currently being used as a mixture of materials in the manufacture of weapons. This journal will discuss the use of rare earth element for the F-35 Lightning II fighter. REE used in F-35 is a mixture for composite Graphite/Epoxy and Graphite/Bismaleimide, as elements Rhenium, Samarium, and Tantalum. This compost is used on the fuselage structure as an example for the Fuselage Center. The results of these alloys can increase aircraft performance, which is resistant to high temperatures, resistant to high pressure, and cannot be detected by radar (stealth). But also before being applied it needs accurate analysis of the negative impacts if the composites are implemented

Abstract

Buah-buahan yang sering dibuang akan menghasilkan limbah, akan tetapi lebih dari itu limbah khususnya buah-buahan memiliki nilai ekonomis bagi yang memanfaatkannya, salah satunya adalah sebagai energi alternatif karena beberapa buah mengandung keasaman yang berbeda-beda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji beda potensial dan arus yang dihasilkan, maka dari itu peneliti memandang perlu untuk melakukan penelitian seberapa besar beda potensial dan arus listrik yang dihasilkan limbah buah-buahan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survey di lokasi pasar Induk Jakabaring Kota Palembang, berupa pengamatan langsung di lapangan disertai pengambilan sampel. Tahapan selanjutnya dilakukan percobaan (eksperimen) di Laboraturium. Sampel limbah buah-buahan ini terdiri dari buah nanas, tomat, jeruk dan pisang, di blander dan selanjutnya sampel diambil ekstrak buah di diamkan tersebut dimasukan kedua elektroda Cu dan Zn untuk di ukur beda potensial dan arus listrik berdasarkan 6 kali pengulangan dan pengulangan pengukuran pada masing-masing ekstak limbah buah berjangka waktu 5 menit. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Urutan buah yang menghasilkan beda potensial dan arus listrik dari yang paling tinggi yaitu tomat (0,99 v ; 1,41 mA), jeruk (0,97 v ; 1,04 mA), nanas (0,97 v ; 1,01 mA), dan pisang (0,96 v ; 0,43 mA).
