Cooperatives as joint business units owned by their members certainly require good and transparent management, cooperative managers should play an active role in carrying out their role of fostering their members so that they can progress and grow together in building a business. Throughout the establishment of the kartini mandiri lestari cooperative, there are still a number of challenges faced including technical operational problems in the Cooperative which are still carried out manually, another challenge comes from the lack of knowledge of cooperative members' business management so that the business that is built tends to not last long. In this community service activity efforts are made to solve problems that exist in the kartini mandiri lestari cooperative with activities in the form of socialization, training, assistance and implementation of cooperative applications as well as monitoring and evaluation of each activity. The results of the evaluation of the socialization activities for the preparation of financial reports and production costs stated that there had been an increase in participants' understanding by 74.07%, while the assessment of user interpretations of cooperative applications reaches 80% in the category of feasible implementation.

This article discusses maintaining the life of religious tolerance of the Tengger Bromo tribe through the role of religious figures. Tolerance is very necessary in the face of the nation and regions that are patterned variously in religious aspects, as is the case in the Tengger Bromo tribe, in Indonesia. Religious diversity that arises in society has the intention of civil conflict and intolerance issues. Maintaining harmony and maintaining the principle of tolerance between religious people which is accommodated through the role of religious leaders is an important part of the life of the Tengger community. This research uses qualitative research with a type of case study approach. The purpose of this study is to explain religious tolerance and the role of figures in relations between religious people in the Tengger Bromo community. The results of this study show that religious tolerance is established and contained in a life of value through the form of community cooperation, partisanship, awareness of the recognition of individual or group religious rights, as well as the maintenance of distinctive traditions that continue to run and are knitted through emotional ties that are useful in forming unity solidarity in social, cultural, and religious life. Efficient consolidation by the role of religious leaders maintains religious tolerance with open communication in response to the issue of relations between people and as an alignment of public knowledge for a harmonious and harmonious life

Currently, there are many festival events organised in Indonesia. However, most of the events organised only focus on delivering entertainment and do not focus on the essence of the ideas that want to be conveyed to the participants of an event, which of course can include all topics that are educational and informative. Pekan Sastra is one of the festival events held based on the lack of interest in literacy. This study aims to identify communication strategies in event management aimed at increasing Gen Z literacy in the implementation of literary week in Cirebon. This research explains the management of entertainment events and the improvement of Gen Z literacy in organising events. This research uses descriptive empirical research with a qualitative approach. The data sources used consist of secondary data and primary data. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, reading data and drawing conclusions. This research applies the event management theory proposed by Goldblatt in 2013, which consists of Research, Design, Planning, Coordination, and Evaluation. The results of this study indicate that event management has not run optimally, especially in terms of planning and coordination related to the implementation schedule that has not been flexible. This condition causes female participants who are students to have difficulty in obtaining permission from parents, and there is a lack of coordination with volunteers. In running an event, the event organiser needs careful coordination and preparation so that the event can be managed more effectively and efficiently.

Pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga memerlukan pendekatan inovatif yang mendorong partisipasi aktif masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi pengelolaan sampah melalui pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Buang Sampah kepada warga RW.22 Perumahan Pura Bojonggede dan nasabah Bank Sampah Pratama. Metode pelatihan dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui sosialisasi, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, dan diskusi. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test menggunakan skala Likert terhadap lima indikator utama. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pemahaman memilah sampah, keterampilan teknis penggunaan aplikasi, dan kesadaran terhadap jadwal pengumpulan sampah. Responden yang sebelumnya tidak memahami manfaat aplikasi menunjukkan perubahan persepsi yang positif setelah pelatihan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan edukatif berbasis teknologi digital mampu membangun kesadaran lingkungan dan dapat diterapkan pada komunitas lain dengan karakteristik serupa. Untuk keberlanjutan, diperlukan dukungan kebijakan, infrastruktur digital, serta kolaborasi multipihak.

Children's fear of going to hospitals is a common emotional barrier that can interfere with medical treatment and early health education. This research addresses that issue by developing an animated educational film using artificial intelligence (AI) to help children aged 6–9 overcome their anxiety about medical environments. The purpose of this study is to produce a multimedia-based health education tool that is emotionally engaging, educationally effective, and technically efficient. The film development followed the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), consisting of six stages: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. Several AI-based tools were integrated, including ChatGPT for scriptwriting and visual prompting, Kling AI for animation and lip-syncing, ElevenLabs for AI-generated voice-over, and CapCut for final editing. The result is a 7-minute 2D animation titled "Mengatasi Ketakutan Berobat ke Rumah Sakit", which introduces child-friendly characters and a relatable storyline to reduce fear and improve comprehension of hospitals. User testing was conducted on five children aged 8–12, showing a noticeable decrease in hospital-related fear and increased verbal engagement with the topic. Most participants found the animation enjoyable and easy to follow. The findings suggest that AI-supported animation can be an effective medium for health education in children. While the outcome met the expected goals, future research is recommended to include larger participant groups and validated psychological assessment tools for more robust evaluation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran komunikasi interpersonal dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan konsultasi pengangkatan anak bagi calon orang tua angkat di Dinas Sosial Kota Malang. Komunikasi interpersonal diharapkan dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas layanan konsultasi, yang pada gilirannya berkontribusi pada keberhasilan proses pengangkatan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap petugas Dinas Sosial serta calon orang tua angkat yang menerima layanan konsultasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal yang baik antara petugas dan calon orang tua angkat berperan penting dalam menciptakan pemahaman yang jelas mengenai prosedur dan persyaratan pengangkatan anak. Selain itu, komunikasi yang terbuka dan empatik mampu mengurangi kecemasan dan meningkatkan rasa percaya diri calon orang tua angkat. Meskipun demikian, terdapat tantangan dalam hal keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya yang mempengaruhi intensitas komunikasi antara petugas dan calon orang tua angkat. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar Dinas Sosial Kota Malang terus memperbaiki kualitas komunikasi interpersonal dengan memperhatikan keterampilan komunikasi petugas serta meningkatkan fasilitas dan waktu yang tersedia untuk konsultasi.

This study stems from the increasing demand for digital transformation in education, which calls for adaptive and technology-integrated school management. Google Workspace has emerged as a promising platform to enhance administrative efficiency and digital-based learning. The research aims to explore the implementation of digital school management based on Google Workspace to improve teacher competence and foster innovation in teaching practices. The study is grounded in the concepts of POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling), TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge), and digital leadership, emphasizing the integration of technology in educational management. This case study was conducted at SMP Negeri 57 Bandung, located at Jl. Gempol Sari No. 142, RT 05/RW 09, Gempol Sari Village, Bandung Kulon District, Bandung City, West Java, Postal Code 40215. The results reveal that Google Workspace has been systematically implemented across four managerial stages and has positively impacted teachers' digital literacy, work efficiency, and creativity in designing technology-based learning. Innovative practices are reflected in collaborative learning, the use of interactive media, and active student engagement. The study recommends ongoing training and the development of data-driven evaluation systems to ensure the sustainable implementation of digital school management.

The success of a software project is a crucial factor in the information technology industry, but it is often difficult to predict due to its complexity and high dynamics. This research aims to develop a model for predicting the success of software projects, particularly B2C e-business software in Indonesia, utilizing a machine learning approach. This study involved 28 variables that affect the success of software projects obtained from previous research. The dataset was compiled from the historical records of software projects from various software development companies in Indonesia. The predictive model was developed using Support Vector Machine and Artificial Neural Network algorithms, with hyperparameter tuning performed via Grid Search. The modelling process includes the pre-processing stage of data, which involves synthetic data generation due to inadequate data collection, as well as the application of several dataset mining techniques (SMOTE, ADASYN, SMOTE Tomek Links, and ADASYN Tomek Links). Additionally, model training and performance evaluation are conducted using a confusion matrix. The search for important features using the Shapley Additive Explanations method is also conducted to develop an automated recommendation system based on key factors that require improvement. The results showed that the SVM model with Grid Search tuning of hyperparameters in the SMOTE Tomek Links data test yielded the best performance, with an accuracy of 87.8%, demonstrating the significant potential of machine learning in identifying project success factors from the early stages. This study contributes to the development of decision-support tools for B2C project managers in Indonesia by providing accurate early predictions and interpretable recommendations.

Background: Low back pain (LBP) is one of the most common musculoskeletal complaints encountered in healthcare settings, thus requiring accurate diagnostic management to support clinical diagnosis. Radiographic examination of the lumbosacral vertebrae in the erect position is one of the essential procedures in evaluating this condition. Purpose: This study aims to determine the implementation of lumbosacral vertebrae radiographic examinations in patients with LBP at the Radiology Department of Majalengka Regional General Hospital (RSUD Majalengka), starting from data verification to the interpretation of results by a radiology specialist. Method: This study employed a descriptive method with an observational approach to the radiographic procedure using anteroposterior (AP) and lateral projections. Results: The findings indicate that the implementation of the examination was carried out properly, as evidenced by the appropriate patient positioning, adequate radiation protection, and radiographic images that met diagnostic quality criteria. Interpretation by the radiology specialist confirmed that the images produced were suitable for establishing a diagnosis of low back pain.
