Abstract

This community mentoring activity aims to identify local potential that can be developed into creative economic products and formulate development strategies appropriate to the characteristics of tourist villages. The mentoring approach uses socialization and talk shows. The mentoring results indicate that creative economy development based on local potential, such as arts and crafts, traditional culinary arts, local culture, and ecotourism, can increase community income and strengthen local identity. Recommended development strategies include increasing human resource capacity, collaborating with various stakeholders, utilizing digital technology for promotion, and strengthening village institutions. In conclusion, developing a creative economy based on local potential requires a participatory, sustainable, and adaptive approach to the dynamics of the tourism market

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemerintah dalam pengendalian inflasi dan penetapan harga dalam perspektif fiqh muamalah dan maqashid syariah di Sumatera Utara. Fiqh muamalah sebagai cabang hukum Islam yang mengatur aktivitas ekonomi umat mencakup prinsip-prinsip keadilan, transparansi, serta perlindungan terhadap kemaslahatan manusia di dunia dan akhirat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumentasi terhadap data inflasi, kemiskinan, serta kebijakan ekonomi yang berlaku di Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi yang tidak terkendali berpotensi menurunkan daya beli masyarakat, memperburuk distribusi pendapatan, serta memperlambat pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sebaliknya, inflasi yang stabil dapat mendorong investasi dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Dalam konteks fiqh muamalah dan maqashid syariah, peran negara sangat penting untuk memastikan aliran harta yang adil melalui penciptaan lapangan kerja, subsidi, dan investasi yang etis. Pemerintah juga berperan menjaga harga agar tidak melampaui batas kewajaran, serta menjamin pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar masyarakat sesuai dengan skala prioritas: dharuriyyah, hajjiyah, dan tahsiniyyah. Kesimpulan, integrasi nilai-nilai fiqh muamalah dan maqashid syariah dalam kebijakan ekonomi mampu menjadi solusi strategis dalam menghadapi tantangan inflasi dan ketimpangan ekonomi. Dengan pendekatan ini, pembangunan ekonomi di Sumatera Utara dapat diarahkan pada tercapainya keadilan, kemaslahatan, dan stabilitas jangka panjang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of RCOC in the relationship between EE and EP by exploring direct and indirect effects. Data from lecturers of Islamic private universities in North Sumatra Province were collected through surveys to explore EP. Hypotheses were tested using SEM with the application AMOS with a sample of 200 respondents. The results showed that RCOC has not been able to play a significant role in bridging the relationship between EE and EP. This study contributes: First, to the author's knowledge, this study is the first empirical study regarding the role of RCOC in bridging the relationship between EE and EP. Second, it enriches the literature on SIT by demonstrating the relationships between EE, RCOC and EP, particularly in higher education. This study also enriches the organizational behavior literature by using a few mediating variables to improve the relationship between employee engagement and employee performance on the context of Islamic higher education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Akad merupakan suatu perjanjian yang sangat penting bagi orang yang membuat atau yang mengucapkannya, baik itu janji kepada Allah SWT., orang lain, lingkungan atau institusi, maupun janji kepada dirinya sendiri. Sekecil apapun janji itu akan tetap menjadi hutang jika tidak dipenuhi. Celakanya, sebagian besar masyarakat belum mengerti arti dari pada konsepperjanjian yang sebenarnya, masih banyak orang yang lebih memperhatikan janji tertulis dan menyepelekan janji-janji kecil yang hanya terucap dengan lisannya. Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini sangat penting agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui arti dari konsep perjanjian yang sebenarnya, tidak hanya dalam hukum positif saja, namun juga dalam hukum Islam, sehingga penyepelean janji sekecil apapun dapat dihilangkan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of E-Commerce services in the form of PosPay Financial Services (JASKUG) and PosAja courier services on Income Levels at PT. Pos Indonesia KC Langsa. While the research method uses a quantitative research approach. In this study using primary data, namely distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were PosPay and PosAja users, totaling 50 people, the number of samples used was 50 respondents. The method of analysis is using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23. The results show that the results of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2), that e-commerce PosPay(X1) and e-commerce PosAja(X2) simultaneously affect the level of income (Y) is 70.2%, while the remaining 29.8% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. PosPay e-commerce test results (X1) on income levels (Y) Tcount<Ttable with a value of -0.007<2.011 and arithmetic significance value>table significance value 0.994>0.05 means that PosPay E-Commerce has no effect and is not significant to Income Level, PosAja e-commerce (X2) to Income Level (Y) obtained Tcount>Ttable with a value of 6.758> 2.011 and a calculated significance value <table significance value 0.00 <0.05 means that PosAja E-Commerce is influential and significant on Income Level, the F test obtained an Fcount value of 22.867> Ftable of 3.19 and a Sig F value of 0.000 <0.05 there was a significant effect of PosPay E-Commerce and PosAja E-Commerce simultaneously on PT. Pos Indonesia KC Langsa.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi saat ini harus memiliki sumber daya manusia yang kompetitif agar mampu bersaing dengan organisasi lain. Sumber daya yang dibutuhkan untuk menjalankan organisasi tidak dapat dilihat sebagai bagian yang berdiri sendiri, tetapi harus dilihat sebagai satu kesatuan yang tangguh membentuk suatu sinergi. Agar dapat mengatur dan mengurus sumber daya manusia berdasarkan visi organisasi sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan organisasi maka dibutuhkan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Dalam kualitas pendidikan indonesia yang masih buruk atau rendah hingga sekarang ini, terdapat banyak sekali faktor-faktor penyebabnya, salah satunya adalah yang dikemukakan oleh pengamat pendidikan Budi Trikoyanto, menurutnya ada 3 permasalahan dalam pendidikan indonesia, yaitu : Kualitas pengajarnya, menurutnya kompetensi guru-guru indonesia masih berada pada tingkat yang sangat rendah, sedangkan untuk menciptakan murid-murid yang cerdas dan berkualitas sangat bergantung pada pengajar dan memerlukan pengajar yang kompeten, tidak hanya kompeten, penjelasan yang baik dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran tidak kalah penting,dan pengajar yang kreatif dan inovatif juga diperlukan untuk dapat menarik perhatian dan keinginan para murid untuk lebih mendalami pelajaran dan lebih fokus dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

 The purpose of this research is to find out and uncover, 1) Implementation of the Arabic Learning process in the Arabic language and literature department of UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, 2) the steps of teaching Arabic by the Arabic language lecturers through the book Al-Qawaid al-Arabiyah al-Muyassarah ", 3 ) the level of mastery of Arabic vocabulary in Arabic language and literature students at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, 4) the weaknesses and strengths of al-Qawaid al-Arabiyah al-Muyassarah books ”. in learning Arabic at UIN STS Jambi. This research design uses a qualitative research approach, the target or respondents of this study are students majoring in Arabic and Arabic who are studying Arabic semester one. Data collection techniques through questionnaires in the form of quizzes that are open and closed, and also interviews. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively by producing data through analytical techniques. The results of this study can be seen 1) the Arabic learning process at UIN STS Jambi uses a grammatical-translation approach, namely lecturers teaching qawaid, without honing skills such as kalam, qiraah and kitabah, 2) there is progress in mastering Arabic vocabulary, after it is applied al-qawaid al-arabiyah al-muyassarah book, many students have Arabic vocabulary because the book uses Arabic in total, and also the package book gives training on developing the abilities of istima ', kalam, qiraah, and kitabah, 3) the advantages of this book according to Arabic language lecturers, among others.

Abstract

Penentuan biaya produksi sangat penting untuk menetapkan harga jual yang kompetitif dengan pemain perusahaan lainnya. Namun, tidak adanya pelatihan dan keahlian di bidang akuntansi biaya menjadikan tugas ini sangat berat bagi para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah. Penentuan penjualan hanya berdasarkan perkiraan atau dugaan saja. Akibatnya, perbedaan ini akan menyebabkan pembebanan biaya yang tidak akurat dan salah. Harga jual yang ditetapkan oleh UMKM berisiko menjadi terlalu tinggi atau terlalu rendah ketika biaya produksi terlalu tinggi atau terlalu rendah, sehingga menurunkan potensi margin keuntungan mereka. Untuk keperluan penelitian ini, kami menggunakan metode Full Costing dalam menentukan biaya produksi. Metode ini membedah pengeluaran produksi secara keseluruhan ke dalam unsur-unsur penyusunnya, termasuk biaya bahan baku, tenaga kerja, dan overhead. Dengan usulan harga jual Rp 10.000, total biayanya adalah Rp 837.000 menurut pendekatan pemilik UMKM. Metode total costing menghasilkan hasil sebesar Rp 959.000, sedangkan harga jualnya sebesar Rp 12.000. Untuk penentuan biaya produksi, keseluruhan metodologi penetapan biaya berbeda dengan metode perusahaan. Kedua metode penghitungan biaya produksi tersebut bervariasi sebesar 2.000 rupiah per unit. Kesenjangan dalam penciptaan nilai merupakan akibat dari upaya korporasi untuk menghindari pengumpulan biaya overhead. Selain itu, dengan memperhitungkan semua kemungkinan biaya, penetapan biaya yang komprehensif membantu perusahaan menjadi lebih kompetitif ketika menentukan harga produk, sehingga menghasilkan hasil keseluruhan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

IntroductionArticle 65 of Aceh Qanun No. 11 of 2018 concerning Sharia Financial Institutions regulates that financial institutions operating in Nagroe Aceh Darussalam are required to make adjustments no later than three years from the promulgation of the qanun. PT Asuransi Sinarmas Syariah Banda Aceh is one of the financial institutions that is transitioning from conventional to sharia as the implementation of this qanun.ObjectivesThis research aims to find out the impact of implementing this Qanun on PT Asuransi Sinarmas Syariah Banda Aceh. MethodThis qualitative research uses interviews, observation, and documentation for data collection. The data is then reduced, simplified and presented to draw conclusions.ResultsThe results of the research show that there were changes in the payment mechanism carried out by PT Asuransi Sinarmas Syariah Banda Aceh before and after the implementation of the qanun. Apart from that, the implementation of the qanun caused PT Asuransi Sinarmas Syariah Banda Aceh to experience a decline in business of up to 70% in the initial stages. However, subsequently, PT Asuransi Sinarmas Syariah Banda Aceh began to experience an increase in business. ImplicationsThe sharia insurance industry in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam needs to provide education and information about the implementation of the sharia system for the wider community.Originality/NoveltyThis research is unique because it contributes to the analysis of the impact of sharia legislation on the sharia insurance industry.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of resolving claims for the Brilliance Hasanah Sejahtera product and to review it from the Maqashid Syariah aspect. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, namely research that provides an overview of the situation being studied in the form of a narrative description. The conclusion of this study is that the settlement of Brilliance Hasanah Sejahtera life insurance claims is in accordance with the specified conception which consists of notification of claims, submission of claim files, investigation of claim files, and payment of claims. Then in the process of settlement of Brilliance Hasanah Sejahtera life insurance claims in terms of maqashid sharia aspects, PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia Medan branch has realized maqashid sharia in the aspects of hifzh ad-din (property protection) and social benefit. The forms of hifzh ad-din (property protection) in the settlement process for Brilliance Hasanah Sejahtera life insurance claims at PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia Medan branch are: the false. Second, the management of claim funds in the form of tabarru funds is issued with sharia values ​​and does not contain elements of usury. Third, the administration of fund claims can be quickly provided to customers because the investigation of claims submission is carried out in a fast, responsive and strict procedure so that handling feels safe for customers and the company. And fourth, claims for payment of funds are made by transferring to each customer's account, so there is no need to worry about fraud or elements of gharar. However, the hifzh ad-din (property protection) aspect in the claim settlement process cannot be separated from other aspects of maqashid sharia which include hifzh ad-din (religious protection), hifzh an-nafs (life protection), hifzh al-aql (protection of reason) and hifzh an-nasl (protection of offspring) because all aspects of maqashid sharia influence one another. In the realization of the benefit of the existing maqasyid sharia values, the level lies at the first level, namely dharuriyat.
