Abstract

Etika profesi teknisi memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam memastikan kualitas layanan internet yang diberikan oleh penyedia layanan seperti PT ForIT Asta Solusindo di Kota Cimahi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan etika profesi oleh teknisi PT ForIT PT ForIT Asta Solusindo dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan internet di Kota Cimahi. Fokus utama pembahasan meliputi kepatuhan terhadap standar prosedur operasional, komunikasi yang transparan, perlindungan data pribadi pelanggan, serta profesionalisme teknisi dalam menyelesaikan masalah teknis. Dengan menjaga standar etika yang tinggi, teknisi dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan, memperkuat citra perusahaan, dan pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas layanan internet yang lebih handal dan efisien di Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara dan studi kasus sebagai metode pengumpulan data.

Abstract

Background: The implementation of a community empowerment program, which involves external mobilizing agents or perisai, is anticipated to serve as a remedy for increasing participation in informal workers/ non-wage recipient workers (BPU). Nevertheless, the procedure of obtaining membership in the informal sector demonstrates erratic expansion of individuals who get non-wage benefits from BPJS Employment. Purpose: This study examines the factors that influence productivity and formulates strategies to enhance the productivity of perisai agents.Design/methodology/approach: This study adopts a quantitative causal approach, using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) assisted by the Smart PLS statistical method (PLS-SEM)Findings/Results: The analytical findings demonstrate that the productivity of the Perisai agency system is positively and significantly influenced by four factors: organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Work motivation has the greatest indicator value and has a positive impact on increasing the productivity of Perisai agents.Conclusion: Job satisfaction within the perisai agency system exhibits the highest indicator value and significantly influences the enhancement of work productivity. Job satisfaction fosters a profound sense of trust, promoting enhanced work behavior via dedication to becoming perisai members and optimally contributing to the expansion of social security protection for informal workers.Originality/value (state of the art): BPJS Employment utilizes four criteria that directly impact production, chosen specifically to align with the company's requirements. The utilization of the PLS-SEM approach is regarded as more efficient due to its ability to reduce company expenses. Abstract

The manufacture of tungsten carbide begins with mixing WC with Co in the milling process and then the compaction process is carried out using a compacting machine. After that, the sintering process is carried out to increase the strength of the material. From various studies it was found that the sintering temperature had an effect on the density of the tungsten carbide produced. The problem is what is the best sintering temperature for WC (Tungsten carbide). This study was intended to analyze the effect of temperature on the density and porosity of tungsten carbide. The research was carried out with a compaction press load of 20 tons with 4 variations of sintering temperature and heating electric current strength, namely 50A -600°C, 60A -800°C, 70A -1000°C and 80A -1200°C. The results of this study prove that the WC sintering temperature has a significant effect on density and porosity. The highest average density of 9.4763 g/ml was achieved by specimens with a sintering temperature of 1.000°C and a current of 70A. Microstructural observations using SEM-EDX also proved that this specimen had the best density compared to other specimens.

Abstract

Children who are in the early elementary classroom are children who are at an early age range. Early childhood period is a short time but it is a very important period in one's life. Therefore, at this time the full potential of the child should be encouraged so that it will develop optimally. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an approach to learning that is more appropriate to the child's level of cognitive development, One approach that can be used in low- grade teaching in particular is an integrated thematic approach. One of the advantages of thematic learning is holistic in nature. Holistic nature is in accordance with the level of cognitive development of children, and also relefan with science learning pattern that requires integrity and coherence (holistic). So the design of learning science with a thematic approach dinyakini will provide an effective influence on the process of learning is done.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk (X1) dan Desain Produk (X2) terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) di Eiger Adventure Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif statistik, uji instrumen penelitian, analisis linier berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan uji t Kualitas Produk (X1) diperoleh nilai t hitung 8,598 > t tabel 1,667 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 yang berarti secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y), sedangkan Desain Produk (X2) diperoleh nilai t hitung -4,672 < -1,667 t tabel dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 yang artinya secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y). Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji f diperoleh nilai f hitung 90,659 > 3,130 f tabel dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa Kualitas Produk (X1) dan Desain Produk (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y). Nilai R Square (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,724. Artinya variabel independen kualitas produk (X1) dan desain produk (X2) dapat mempengaruhi variabel dependen (Y) sebesar 0,724 atau 72,4%, sedangkan sisanya 27,6% dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar variabel yang diteliti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh inovasi produk dan digital marketing terhadap loyalitas konsumen produk fashion brand Langky di Kota Tasikmalaya. Berdasarkan data APJII, pengguna internet di Indonesia mencapai 215,63 juta pada 2022-2023, hal ini mendorong perusahaan seperti Shopee dan Tokopedia untuk fokus pada penjualan berbasis internet. Konsumen kini mudah mengakses ulasan, membandingkan harga, dan berbagi pengalaman melalui media sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh inovasi produk dan digital marketing terhadap loyalitas konsumen, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Variabel penelitian merujuk pada teori Saraswati (2019) untuk inovasi produk, Ayu (2021) untuk digital marketing, dan Tjiptono (2022) untuk loyalitas konsumen. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif verifikatif dengan sampel 100 responden konsumen Langky. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk dan digital marketing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (Inovasi Produk: 4,223 > 1,661; Digital Marketing: 3,651 > 1,661). Secara simultan, kedua variabel juga berpengaruh signifikan (Fhitung = 28,053 > Ftabel = 3,09) dengan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,366 menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk dan digital marketing memengaruhi loyalitas konsumen sebesar 36,6%, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain

Abstract

In today’s competitive business environment, companies face the dual challenges of improving performance and retaining qualified employees. One strategy gaining recognition is the development of a coaching culture, which has been shown to positively impact both organizational performance and employee retention. This study examines the implementation of a coaching culture at PT Neural Technologies Indonesia, analyzing the strategies employed and their effects on company performance. Using a mixed-method approach, this study combines quantitative data from SEM-PLS with qualitative insights from in-depth interviews and strategy analysis through the Eckenrode method. The results indicate that a strong coaching culture, driven by leadership commitment, coaching competence, and integration into management processes, significantly enhances company performance and employee retention. Notably, the ESQ 3.0 Coaching model was effective in fostering intrinsic motivation and aligning individual goals with organizational objectives. Practical recommendations for enhancing coaching culture include prioritizing leadership commitment, offering continuous coaching competency development, and embedding coaching practices into the organizational structure. These strategies are crucial for sustaining a coaching culture that contributes to long-term performance improvement and employee engagement. This study highlights the importance of leadership in creating a supportive coaching environment and suggests that a well-implemented coaching culture is integral to achieving business success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pengiriman surat tagihan manual dalam meningkatkan kelancaran arus kas masuk perusahaan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk menggambarkan secara mendalam proses pengiriman surat tagihan di UD Trucks Bandung. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pegawai yang terlibat langsung dalam proses pengelolaan piutang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengiriman surat tagihan secara manual belum berjalan efektif karena masih terdapat kendala administratif dan teknis yang menghambat ketepatan waktu penerimaan kas. Temuan lapangan mengidentifikasi lima poin utama permasalahan, yaitu prosedur pengiriman yang belum efisien, mekanisme pengelolaan piutang manual yang memperpanjang waktu penagihan, hambatan teknis dalam pengiriman, respons pelanggan yang kurang optimal, serta dampak negatif terhadap kelancaran arus kas masuk. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pengiriman surat tagihan manual berdampak negatif terhadap stabilitas arus kas perusahaan. Diperlukan penguatan sistem penagihan dengan mengadopsi digitalisasi agar proses penagihan berjalan lebih efektif, efisien, dan mendukung likuiditas perusahaan secara optimal. Abstract

Influencer marketing adalah strategi yang efektif untuk mempromosikan produk, memanfaatkan hubungan dekat dan kepercayaan antara influencer dengan pengikutnya. Namun, praktik ini kerap dihadapkan pada dilema etis, yaitu menjaga kejujuran saat berada di bawah tekanan dari merek yang mengharapkan ulasan positif. Para influencer memiliki tanggung jawab untuk tetap transparan dan jujur dalam menyampaikan informasi, meskipun tantangan ini bisa berdampak pada hubungan dengan brand. Etika deontologis menekankan bahwa kewajiban moral, seperti kejujuran, harus diutamakan, meski ada risiko kehilangan keuntungan finansial. Sebaliknya, pendekatan utilitarian melihat bahwa ulasan positif dapat membawa manfaat lebih besar bagi banyak pihak, walaupun kadang kejujuran dikorbankan. Etika keutamaan mengedepankan pembentukan karakter yang kuat, di mana kejujuran dan tanggung jawab menjadi prinsip utama. Menjaga keseimbangan antara profesionalisme dan integritas memerlukan kebijaksanaan, sehingga influencer dapat mempertahankan kepercayaan dan reputasi jangka panjang yang berdampak positif pada audiens dan ekosistem pemasaran.

Abstract

This study evaluates the integration of learning models within the Ministry of Finance of Indonesia, using the SECI model as a theoretical framework to assess knowledge management practices. The research addresses the urgent need for effective knowledge integration in public sector organizations, particularly in light of the Ministry’s adoption of the 70:20:10 learning model. The primary objective is to analyze the alignment of this model with the SECI framework and identify areas for improvement in knowledge management practices. A quantitative research design was employed, utilizing Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) to assess the perceived importance and performance of three integrated learning models: Learning from Experience, Social Learning, and Formal Learning. Data were collected from 382 employees using surveys based on a 1-5 Likert scale. The results indicate significant gaps in the integration of explicit knowledge, particularly in the Learning from Experience and Social Learning models. These models were found to lack sufficient structures for organizing and disseminating explicit knowledge, which hindered their effectiveness. The study recommends the development of a centralized knowledge management system, standardized documentation guidelines, and enhanced collaborative learning environments to address these gaps. This research contributes to the theoretical understanding of the SECI model in public sector learning environments and offers practical insights for improving knowledge management strategies. The findings provide valuable implications for policy and decision-making, aiming to optimize learning processes and enhance organizational performance in public sector institutions.
