Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor penyebab perbedaan antara data yuridis dengan data fisik/data aktual dalam Sertifikat Hak Atas Tanah, dan perlindungan hukum yang sesuai. Yaitu penelitian empiris yuridis dan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik penjelasan deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di Pertanahan kantor Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pengukuran ulang yang disebabkan oleh ketidaksesuaian antara luas lahan yang tercantum dalam surat ukur dengan data faktual tanah di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Pekanbaru belum terlaksana dengan baik, hal ini dikarenakan masih banyak permohonan pengukuran ulang yang belum selesai.

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to test the volatility model of BBCA and BMRI stocks on the IDX. The research problem is whether there is an influence of BBCA and LQ45 volatility on BMRI and vice versa. The study also tested whether BRIS's volatility was influenced by its majority shareholder, BMRI. The EGARCH model analyzed daily return data for 2015-2022 in bearish/bullish markets. The results showed that the data experienced heteroscedasticity problems, and the EGARCH Student's model was selected. The volatility of BBCA and BMRI returns does not affect each other but is influenced by LQ45 when bearish/bullish. The volatility of BRIS returns is influenced by BMRI only when it is bearish and the LQ45 index when bullish. The implications of the research prove the independence of stock investors (BMRI and BBCA) in making decisions. However, it was indicated that both investors were influenced by the decisions of most investors, which was reflected in the significance of the LQ45 index.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji model volatilitas saham BBCA dan BMRI di BEI. Permasalahan penelitiannya adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh volatilitas return saham BBCA dan LQ45 terhadap BMRI dan sebaliknya. Penelitian tersebut juga menguji apakah volatilitas BRIS dipengaruhi oleh return saham pemegang saham mayoritasnya, BMRI. Model EGARCH digunakan untuk menganalisis data return harian tahun 2015-2022 saat pasar bearish/bullish. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data mengalami masalah heteroskedastisitas dan model EGARCH Student's-t yang dipilih. Volatilitas return BBCA dan BMRI tidak saling mempengaruhi, namun dipengaruhi oleh LQ45 saat bearish/bullish. Volatilitas imbal hasil BRIS hanya dipengaruhi oleh BMRI saat bearish dan indeks LQ45 saat bullish. Implikasi penelitian membuktikan independensi investor saham (BMRI dan BBCA) dalam mengambil keputusan. Namun kedua investor tersebut terindikasi dipengaruhi keputusan mayoritas investor yang tercermin signifikansinya indeks LQ45.

Sodo Village contains physical and non-physical potential that can be developed, albeit this potential is limited or constrained in actuality. In 2021, 74% of the population in Sodo village were impoverished. The goal of this research is to develop the region's potential through community empowerment programs. This study employed descriptive qualitative research methodologies, including data inventory on prospective physical and non-physical regions, spatial analysis, and problem tree analysis. The following issues arise in the Sodo Village: limited physical potential, ineffective management of MSMEs potential, and tourist potential. Participatory community empowerment initiatives are used to develop regional potential.

Background: Aspergilloma usually develops in the pulmonary cavity that already exists, including tuberculosis. The most frequent symptom is hemoptysis. Diagnosis of proven fungal infection requires a tissue sample obtained from a disease location to be subjected to histological examination or culture. A specimen taken using bronchoscopy alone is quite challenging because of its location. In this case, a C-arm fluoroscopy-guided bronchoscopic biopsy may be a solution to get specimens for a proven diagnosis.Case: A 53-year-old male presented to the emergency department following a massive hemoptysis with a previous history of tuberculosis. Chest radiography revealed opacity and hilar restriction in the left upper lobe. A chest CT scan without contrast revealed suspected aspergilloma. The patient underwent a C-arm fluoroscopy-guided bronchoscopy for a biopsy sample. The biopsy sample referred to Aspergillus niger.Discussion: Aspergillus sp. leads to parenchymal damage and causes several symptoms, mostly hemoptysis. Aspergilloma usually develops in the pulmonary cavity that already exists, including those from tuberculosis. The diagnostic effectiveness of bronchoscopy guided by C-arm fluoroscopy for peripheral lung lesions has consistently improved.Conclusion: Aspergilloma usually develops in the pulmonary cavity that already exists, including tuberculosis. The patient came to the emergency department with massive hemoptysis and met all the criteria for diagnosis of proven fungal infection. The diagnosis was made by analyzing biopsy samples, which was taken by C-arm fluoroscopy-guided bronchoscopy.

Perusahaan dalam mecapai tujuannya memerlukan sumber pembiayaan dengan melakukan kegiatan operasionalnya menciptakan produk guna memperoleh laba maksimal. Orientasi penelitian ini guna mengetahui dan mengenalisis pengaruh firm size, current ratio, financial leverage dan total asset turnover terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2018 dan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling dengan sampel 23 perusahaan. Metode analisis menggunakan Analisis Liniear Berganda. Hasil telaah ini mendedahkan variabel firmsize dan financial leverage berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, sementara variabel current ratio dan total asset turnover tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Observasi dimohon mampu memberi informasi dan menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk melakukan investasi bagi para investor.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of earning per share, return on assets, return on equity, and debt to equity ratio to the price of shares in the sector of consumption on the Stoctk Exchange. This research is a quantitative type. The sample in this research is sector of consumptiom that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample was chosen using purposive sampling method, with the number of 28 (twenty eight) companies. Data analysis techniques use classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. This analysis is done by using SPSS program. This research shows that Earning Per Share, Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Debt To Equity Ratio partially have no significant effect on stock price, while simultaneously have a significant effect on stock price.

The research aims to test and find out whether there is an effect of bussiness risk, profitability, liquidity and firm size on capital structure in food and baverage sub-sector companies in 2014-2018. The object of this research is a food and baverage company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018, totaling 26 companies. The technique used is purposive sampling. The samples used in this study were 12 food and baverage companies listed on the IDX. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the profitability and liquidity has affect the capital structure of food and baverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2018. While the bussiness risk and firm size have no effect on the capital structure of food and baverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2018.

Penelitian ini membandingkan kinerja lima algoritma klasifikasi dasar untuk prediksi penyakit jantung, yaitu Naive Bayes, Decision Tree C4.5, K-Nearest Neighbors, Artificial Neural Network, dan Support Vector Machine. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Support Vector Machine memiliki akurasi tertinggi, diikuti oleh Artificial Neural Network, K-Nearest Neighbors, Naïve Bayes, dan Decision Tree. Kurva Receiver Operating Characteristic juga menunjukkan bahwa Artificial Neural Network memiliki hasil terbaik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan model prediksi penyakit jantung yang lebih handal. Tujuan dari pemilihan fitur akuisisi informasi adalah untuk memilih fitur atau atribut yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi penyakit jantung. E-commerce is now seen to be a convenient way for merchants and buyers to do business in an effective and efficient manner. There are no longer any barriers between sellers and buyers, making it simple to conduct sales transactions at any time and from any location. The huge number of E-commerce users in Indonesia is due to the simplicity with which merchants and consumers may conduct online sales transactions. As a result, the author believes it is necessary to examine and analyze the freedom of online purchasing and selling (E-commerce) under Indonesian law. By providing and evaluating descriptive qualitative data, this research utilizes a normative legal technique. The study's findings show that the rules of E-commerce buying and selling processes can be found in the "General Dictionary of Civil Law," and that the validity of the juridical proof of electronic documents is clearly regulated in Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments of Law No. 11 of 2016 2008 Concerning Information (ITE).

Pembuatan surat keterangan di kantor desa menggunakan tulisan manual (ketikan) dinilai sudah kurang efisien melayani masyarakat. Inovasi berbasis teknologi sederhana diperlukan membantu masyarakat dan perangkat Desa Gedongan Baki Sukoharjo. Kegiatan kuliah kerja nyata mahasiswa Universitas Islam Batik Surakata menginisiasi program digitalisasi surat pengantar yang dikeluarkan desa sebagai bagian pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Tujuan digitalisasi ini adalah untuk memudahkan bagi masyarakat setempat yang ingin mengajukan surat pengatar dari desa. Hal ini ditandai dengan waktu pengurusan surat lebih singkat, lebih praktis dapat dilakukan di rumah, dan datang ke kantor desa tinggal ambil surat yang sudah divalidasi pejabat yang berwenang. Hasil isian pengajuan surat dari warga dapat langsung dicetak tanpa membuat surat secara detail per ajuan. Digitalisasi surat pengantar ini diharapkan dapat membantu memaksimalkan pelayanan desa kepada masyarakat secara praktis dan ekonomis.
