Harga Sahamj adalah harga yang terjadi di pasar bursa pada saat tertentu yang ditentukan oleh pelaku pasar dan ditentukan oleh permintaan dan jpenawaran saham yang bersangkutan, Kegiatan investasi saham diharapkan menghasilkan keuntungan bagi para investor. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji kinerja fundamental emiten terhadap harga saham pada jperusahaan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan Sektor perbankan fainance go publik yang sudah terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2019. Teknik jpengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan didapat 25 sample. Metode analisis jmenggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa variable ROA, ROE dan PBV berpengaruh positif terhadap Harga Saham.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, struktur modal, kebijakan dividen dan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap nilai perusahaan. Perusahaan sektor property, real estate dan bulding construction periode 2015-2019 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Diperoleh sampel sebanyak 58 perusahaan dengan menggunkaan purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa likuiditas diproksikan dengan Current Ratio (CR) dan kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Untuk profitabilitas diproksikan dengan Return on Equity (ROE), struktur modal diproksikan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan kebijakan dividen diproksikan dengan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

In line with the government's program to encourage lending to small businesses and the weak economic class which is the largest part of the Indonesian people. So it is expected that with credit based on fiduciary system can help both credit recipients and creditors. One of the parameters of a good material debt guarantee is when the right of guarantee can be executed quickly with a simple, efficient process and contains legal certainty. The specific target of this study is to explain the problem solving about the implementation of Fiduciary Guarantee Object Execution Based on the Decision of the Constitutional Court No. 18/PUU-XVII/2019 at PT Pegadaian KantorWilayah II Pekanbaru City.

Accountability of village funds management is the responsibility of the village officers. Village officers should have good competency. Its can help village officer to manage village funds. Another thing in managing village funds besides of good internal controlling system is the use of information technology and public participation. This study aims to know the effect of competency of village officers, internal controlling system, use of information technology, and public participation on the accountability of village fund management. This study uses a quantitative approach for hypothesis testing. The instrument of this study is in the form of questionnaires and filled by respondents. The population in this study is all village officers in Sub-District of Grogol at Regency of Sukoharjo. The sampling technique of this study is purposive sampling with 40 respondents as the sample and analyzed by multiple linear regression. This study finds that the competency of village officers and public participation are significant on accountability of village funds management. Also, this study finds that internal controlling system and use of information technology are insignificant on accountability of village funds management.

ABSTRACTCapital structure is a comparison of own capital with foreign capital owned by each company. Capital alone can be divided into retained earnings and company ownership. Meanwhile, foreign capital is short-term debt or long-term debt. The good and bad conditions of the company can be determined through the capital structure. Through the capital structure, the company can allocate funds owned for appropriate business activities as well as useful for the continuity of the company. In general, factors that affect the company's capital structure include profitability, liquidity, company size, sales growth, and asset structure.This study aims to find out the different influences of capital structures on property companies and building construction. This research uses property and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019.The result of this study profitability affects the capital structure of property companies, while in building construction companies profitability has no effect on the capital structure. Liquidity in property companies affects the capital structure. This is the same as the result of building construction companies where liquidity affects the capital structure. In property companies the size of the company has an influence on the capital structure, as well as building construction companies that the variable size of the company affects the capital structure. Sales growth has an influence on the capital structure in property companies, while building construction companies sales growth has no effect on the capital structure. The structure of the property company's assets affects the capital structure. The same indicates that the asset structure of building construction companies affects the capital structure. The difference in the influence of the capital structure of property companies is influenced by profitability, liquidity, company size, sales growth, and asset structure. For the capital structure of building construction is influenced by liquidity, company size, and asset structure. As for variable profitability and sales growth in building construction companies has no effect on the capital structure. This article aims to verify the critical elements in identifying factors for the change of small settlement centres due to overflow of the Klang-Langat Valley using the Exploration Factor Analysis (EFA) and Comfirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) approach. This study involved 355 respondents from Hulu Selangor, Selangor selected by random sampling technique. The Likert scale questionnaires 1 until 5 were used to obtain feedback. Overall, the questionnaire reached the level of reliability with Alpha Cronbach value for each construct greater than 0.7. The collected data were processed through EFA for the grouping of the constructs and items for the change factor of small settlement centres. The CFA was done to verify the accumulated constructs based on their respective groups. The findings show that there are six constructs has been created which were access (5 items), environment (5 items), security (2 items), activity (4 items), neighbourhood (2 items) and infrastructure (2 items). Therefore, hopefully, the finding of this research can help in identifying factors to the transformation of small settlement centres due to the overflow of the Klang-Langat Valley and in the studies area in the transformation of small settlements. This is because the transformation driving a positive and negative impact on both urban and rural areas through increasing socioeconomic in society and ultimately contribute to the quality of life of the community in line with the current globalisation.

The problem of partners in this community service activity is the lack of knowledge of members of Confederation of Prosperous Trade Union of Indonesia of Riau Province on protection of contract labor rights based on Law Number 13 of 2003 about Employment. The solutions offered in the public service activities are the improvement of K-SBSI members' knowledge of Riau province on the protection of the rights of labor contracts based on Law Number 13 of 2003 about Employment. The method of implementation of community service activities is by using lecture, dialogue, and discussion methods in order to provide legal counseling to partners. Participation of partners in community service activities is to provide time, provide a place with other supporting facilities, and present the community as participants of legal counseling. Output targets of community service activities are the publication of scientific articles in legal journals. The conclusion is that the community service has been successfully implemented and the benefits can be felt directly by the participants, which is to increase the knowledge of K-SBSI members of Riau Province regarding the protection of contract labor rights based on Law Number 13 of 2003 about Employment. This can be seen from the answers of the participants in the questionnaire given after the implementation of the activity. Of the 16 participants, 87.5% said they understood it.

Return saham merupakan salah satu hal yang memotivasi investor dalam melakukan investasi. Return saham adalah imbal hasil yang diperoleh investor dari modal yang ditanamkan di pasar sahamnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, Debt to Equity Ratio, Price to Earning Ratio, dan kapitalisasi pasar terhadap return saham perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2020. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017-2020 secara berkesinambungan. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Perusahaan yang dapat dijadikan sampel ini berjumlah 31 perusahaan yang telah memenuhi kriteria pengambilan sampel dan terdapat beberapa data teroutlier sehingga diperoleh 110 sampel data. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan tahunan yang telah diterbitkan selama tahun pengamatan 2017-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen Price to Earning Ratio berpengaruh terhadap return saham, sedangkan variabel profitabilitas NPM, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan kapitalisasi pasar tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dewan direksi, dewan komisaris, komite audit, kepemilikan institusional dan current ratio (CR) terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 22 perusahaan dengan jumlah populasi 22 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2017 â€“ 2020. Metode analisis data penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang di olah menggunakan software SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel dewan direksi, dewan komisaris, dan current ratio (CR) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sedangkan komite audit dan kepemilikan institusional tidak berpenaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan.

This study attempts to analyze the determinants of capital structure in the Indonesian manufacturing industry from 2000 to 2004. Empirical hyphoteses, drawn from five independent variables are tested against a sample of 49 firms or a cross sectional data. The results show that only In total asset (size), net operating income (NOI), and return on asset (ROA) affect long-term debt to total asset (leverage). It finds a p'ositive relation between leverage and In total asset, a negative relation between leverage andprofitability (NOI and ROA). Delta sales (growth) and ownership structure have no effect on leverage. These findings are stable in 2000 through 2004
