Abstract

This research was carried out to determine the extent of effective communication's role in harmonizing work relationships between leaders, subordinates, and co-workers and what the results of employee work productivity are due to the role of effective communication. This research was conducted at the Bawaslu office in the South Sulawesi Province, with a total research population of 552. The sample was determined using purposive sampling so that 104 people were spread across 24 (twenty-four) districts/cities with the criteria of employee tenure and status. technical executive officer. The research results show that effective communication influences work relationships and employee work productivity. However, it was found that work relations do not impact work productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, discipline and compensation on employee performance at Dum Public Health Center, Sorong Islands District, Sorong City. The type of research conducted is quantitative descriptive analysis. Sampling of data by distributing questionnaires to 70 employees at Dum Health Center. The results showed that motivation (X1) had a positive effect on the performance (Y) of Dum Health Center employees. Discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance (Y) of Dum Health Center employees. Compensation (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the performance (Y) of Dum Health Center employees. Simultaneously Motivation (X1), Discipline (X2), and Compensation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on the Performance (Y) of Dum Health Center employees.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pegawai Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Gorontalo yang berjumlah 33 responden. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan alat bantu SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil uji penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, variabel kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variablel kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel motivasi tidak mampu memediasi antara disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel motivasi tidak mampu memediasi antara kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Performance as a result of work related to organizational goals such as quality, efficiency and other effectiveness criteria, the quality of voter data is one of the goals of holding elections. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the performance of election supervisors influences the improvement of the quality of voter data in the South Sulawesi Province region. The research will be carried out using a qualitative approach, namely a more in-depth approach that will result in a more comprehensive study of existing phenomena, in addition to the method of collecting data by conducting interviews with informants and sources who are in direct contact with the object of research, there are 8 informants who consisting of election supervisors (Bawaslu), technical implementers (KPU) and people who have been registered as voters. The results of this study are to show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the performance of election supervisors in carrying out their duties and responsibilities with the quality of voter data, especially in the province of South Sulawesi, even though currently the quality of voter data has not yet reached a quality value because there are still many problems left from the start. election until the completion of the election so that it takes the active role of all parties such as society and government.

Abstract

The role of the Central Statistics Agency is very dependent on the human resources working in the agency. Employees must have good expertise and skills. This work requires high professionalism and integrity, because the data produced must be accurate and trustworthy. The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of work-family conflict, workload and compensation on job satisfaction and its implications for employee organizational commitment. Questionnaires were used as a data collection technique obtained from BPS employees in the Papua Province region with a final sample of 203 people. The sampling technique is probability sampling with an area sampling approach. Data were analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) technique. The research results show that work-family conflict and compensation have a significant effect on job satisfaction, but workload does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Apart from that, compensation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on organizational commitment. However, work-family conflict and workload do not have a significant effect on organizational commitment. The final results show that job satisfaction mediates the effect of compensation on organizational commitment.
