Abstract

Rapid Flash NET is a legally registered local internet service provider with 267 customers, yet it faces declining profitability, unstable cash flow, inactive customers, simple service procedures, and underdeveloped digital marketing. This community service program aimed to improve profitability, strengthen service governance, and develop digital marketing strategies toward more professional internet services. The program was conducted through needs assessment, ISP business management training, cost and profit analysis, service standard operating procedure development, network monitoring assistance, customer retention strategy, and digital marketing support. The results showed that the partner gained better understanding of cost management, service package evaluation, human resource task distribution, customer service standards, and the use of digital media for branding. The uniqueness of this program lies in its integrated approach, combining network technology, business management, finance, human resources, and marketing aspects for a legally registered mini ISP/RT-RW Net.

Abstract

Agile Programming is a leading approach in modern software development because it offers flexibility and rapid adaptation to changing user needs. It emphasizes team collaboration, short iterations, and continuous product delivery, making it relevant in today’s dynamic digital era. However, its implementation still faces challenges, including organizational resistance, limited understanding of Agile principles, and difficulties shifting from traditional methods. This study explores the effectiveness of Agile Programming, analyzes organizational challenges, and identifies strategies to overcome them through a systematic literature review. It examines Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming, including their use in Indonesia and globally. Findings show that Agile can improve software quality and efficiency, but success depends on intensive training, senior management support, and deep cultural change within organizations.

Abstract

This study explores the critical role of ubiquitous technology in supporting the implementation of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) in inclusive education. Ubiquitous technologies, including real-time applications, metaverse technologies, and UDL-based learning modules, offer flexible, adaptive methods for presenting information, engaging students, and evaluating learning outcomes tailored to individual needs. Within the UDL framework, these technologies contribute to creating inclusive learning environments, enhancing accessibility for students with special needs. Despite their significant potential, challenges remain in their implementation, such as infrastructure limitations, inadequate teacher training, and the digital divide. To overcome these barriers, strong policy support, collaboration among stakeholders, and investments in educational infrastructure are essential. Additionally, teacher training programs focused on the integration of technology into inclusive education are crucial for ensuring effective adoption. The findings suggest that the integration of ubiquitous technologies can make education more inclusive, providing equitable learning opportunities for all students, particularly those with special needs. Furthermore, the research emphasizes the importance of addressing challenges related to technological accessibility, infrastructure, and teacher readiness to maximize the impact of ubiquitous technologies in fostering inclusive educational practices. This study offers key recommendations, including increased collaboration between governments, educational institutions, and private sectors, as well as the need for further research on overcoming implementation challenges and evaluating the impact of ubiquitous technologies on the learning outcomes of students with special needs.

Abstract

In the digital era, communication and information technology are increasingly developing which allows digital development to progress very rapidly by developing technology. Making communication in marketing more effective. Therefore, marketing communication is a facility used by entrepreneurs to influence consumers' increase in the product or brand offered directly or indirectly and becomes a statement about the product or brand. In addition, in marketing marketing communications are needed to foster buyer understanding of the goods offered, to increase sales results, and to make goods sell quickly. Therefore, this research aims to understand the role of Facebook social media in marketing communications in the current digital era. The method used in this research is qualitative with analysis and approaches to obtain data information. The results obtained in this study are that Facebook social media plays an important role for communication in the current digital era, this is due to the wide reach that is obtained and the many features that facilitate sales so that marketing carried out by people can be effective and quickly reach their target market.

Abstract

The Role of Business Communication on Customer Satisfaction in increasing profits at Sampono Perfumery. This research is to determine the role of customer satisfaction in increasing profits in the company. There are several things that you want to pursue so that this research data is collected properly, with the aim of knowing the development of business communications that are always applied in increasing profits at Sampono perfumery in each of its offline stores. The method used is a qualitative method using data collection techniques or questionnaires. The data that will be generated is the role of business communication on customer satisfaction and convenience such as the location of the offline shampoo store in Cimahi on Jalan Raya Cibabat and the newest offline store in Bandung, precisely Jalan Braga, providing the best and comfortable facilities so that pedestrians who are traveling in the city can visit the store, in the shampoo perfumery shop, they provide free facilities such as massage chairs and free coffee to provide comfort to every visitor who comes, provide good quality products, employees who always give a good attitude towards customers , so that satisfaction can create added value and increase consumer convenience when shopping at Sampono Perfumery and always provide customer loyalty in every problem or consumer complaint against the company so that it can be repaired and improved, so that Sampono Perfumery can further improve the service back at each of each store.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource management strategies in improving teacher competence in the digital era, identify the challenges faced by educational institutions, and describe strategic efforts to support continuous teacher competence development. This research employed a literature review method by examining relevant scientific journal articles published within the last five years. The findings indicate that improving teacher competence in the digital era requires systematic human resource management strategies, including competency needs identification, continuous digital training, mentoring, supervision, performance evaluation, career development, and the establishment of a collaborative learning culture. The main challenges include teachers’ limited digital literacy, inadequate technological infrastructure, lack of continuous training, and insufficient school policy support. This study emphasizes that improving teacher competence should not merely focus on technical skills in using technology, but also on integrating technology, pedagogy, and subject content through the TPACK approach. Therefore, human resource management serves as a strategic approach to developing teachers who are adaptive, professional, and innovative in responding to the demands of digital learning.

Abstract

This study aims to identify, analyze, and synthesize research findings on the implementation of human resource management (HRM) in education to improve learning quality. This study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach using the PRISMA method. The data were obtained from 20 journal articles, indexed in Sinta and Scopus, published within the last five years, and selected for their relevance to educational HRM and learning quality. The findings show that educational HRM plays an important role in improving learning quality. However, its implementation remains limited and has not been fully integrated. The main issues include weak HR planning, non-competency-based recruitment, limited continuous professional development, and ineffective teacher performance evaluation. In addition, digitalization in the Education 4.0 era creates new challenges, particularly in preparing teachers to integrate technology into learning. The novelty of this study lies in its systematic synthesis of problem patterns, research trends, and gaps in educational HRM implementation, particularly in relation to teacher readiness and the improvement of learning quality. This study contributes by providing a comprehensive literature-based framework that can serve as a basis for future research and the development of more integrated HRM practices in education.

Abstract

The library is an important facility as a source of information, especially in the world of education to support learning activities for students and knowledge seekers to add insight and knowledge. To facilitate and accelerate library services, a Library Information System is needed in order to increase productivity, effectiveness and efficiency in the library. For the development stage of the library information system using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool for modeling and documenting the Library Information System. With the Public Library Information System Development Project Analysis Using the Unified Modeling Language, it is hoped that it can improve service, productivity, effectiveness and efficiency in libraries to increase reading interest for students and facilitate and speed up the transaction process of borrowing and returning books to the library.

Abstract

Abstract The security factor is a major issue in the development of E-Banking because like other activities such as on the internet, banking transactions on the internet are also prone to surveillance and misuse by irresponsible hands. The purpose of this research is to analyze the e-banking information system project, how innovative traits can be used as a variable to positively influence the use of online banking and at the same time reduce perceptions of risk. Perceptions of risk can be interpreted as an individual's assessment of his or her own tendency to the consequences of losses and gains that arise and the level of consequences. Innovative nature as an underlying tendency for consumers to adopt new products or ideas. This research is a case study of measuring the quality of internet banking services using the webqual model, namely by measuring customer perceptions of two banks - one national private bank and one state-owned bank, about the quality of internet banking services. Instrument reliability and validity The results of the reliability test showed that the research variables had cronbach's alpha ranging from 0.826 to 0.934. Abstract

The rising use of artificial intelligence (AI) in education, particularly through tools like ChatGPT, has significantly affected how teaching and learning occur. While ChatGPT provides students with quick access to information and support, it also raises concerns about academic honesty, many aniani4d students depend on it to finish assignments without fully grasping the content. This reliance may hinder the development of critical thinking and analytical abilities, which are essential for academic success. This research examines the effects of ChatGPT misuse among vocational high school students in Bandung, with a focus on its implications for academic honesty and possible strategies for addressing these issues. A qualitative research methodology was applied, using interviews and observations for data collection. The results indicate that, although AI has the potential to improve learning, its unrestricted use may undermine students' motivation and ethical behavior. The study suggests that educational institutions should provide in-depth ethical training, establish clear rules regarding AI usage, and create an environment where AI acts as a complement to, rather than a replacement for, traditional learning methods.
