Abstract

Rafka Baby Convection is an industrial business that produces baby clothes that has been established since 22 years ago. Sales data collection at the Rafka Baby Convection is still done manually. This study aims to find out what are the needs and problems in sales data collection and to design a sales database in developing the Rafka Baby Convection business. The method used in this study is the method of data collection by interview and literature study, as well as the system design method, which means the author designs a new database system based on the results of data collection. The results show that sales at Rafka Baby Convection are still manual in the sense that sales are made without a database system regarding the goods sold, buyers, payments, and transactions. Therefore, a database design was made to help collect data on the Rafka Baby Convection. The database created is designed using a MySQL database and is managed in the PhpMyAdmin application. This database design is expected to be able to provide convenience in collecting sales data at Rafka Baby Convection.

Abstract

The development of marketplace-based online trading facilities has been widely circulated in Indonesia. However, there are no services to provide marketplace-based jobs. Even though this service is really needed by the community, especially with the increasing number of unemployed in Indonesia. These employment services are website-based so that people don't have to go to each company, just stay at home and attach several files as support to get a job. With this application, information on job vacancies in an area can be disseminated on this system. This freelance marketplace distribution system was built using the waterfall method with four stages of applicable methods, namely requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing using the PHP and Condigniter 3 programming languages. , ordering, talent details, logout.. On the other hand, the advantages of looking for a job online are that apart from being flexible, it can also open up new and broad opportunities. And it can reach various aspects of society.

Abstract

In writing this study aims to review the implementation of tree data structures on web blogs as learning media, starting from a discussion of the implementation of data structures. After that, it was continued with the use of blogs as an applied learning medium. The use of tree data structures is one of the most common data structures used in the development of a web. One of the efforts to streamline and provide a variation in the realm of learning media is to create a web blog, especially in the era of globalization, everyone who lives in that era should at least know about one of the results of technological and communication advances. This study will see how the description or description of the application of tree data structures on blogs as learning media. The making of this research uses a qualitative descriptive method in which the data is obtained from observation and documentation of matters relating to the topic under study. The core discussion of this research is the implementation of data structures on blogs as learning media.

Abstract

In the digital era, communication and information technology are increasingly developing which allows digital development to progress very rapidly by developing technology. Making communication in marketing more effective. Therefore, marketing communication is a facility used by entrepreneurs to influence consumers' increase in the product or brand offered directly or indirectly and becomes a statement about the product or brand. In addition, in marketing marketing communications are needed to foster buyer understanding of the goods offered, to increase sales results, and to make goods sell quickly. Therefore, this research aims to understand the role of Facebook social media in marketing communications in the current digital era. The method used in this research is qualitative with analysis and approaches to obtain data information. The results obtained in this study are that Facebook social media plays an important role for communication in the current digital era, this is due to the wide reach that is obtained and the many features that facilitate sales so that marketing carried out by people can be effective and quickly reach their target market.

Abstract

The Role of Business Communication on Customer Satisfaction in increasing profits at Sampono Perfumery. This research is to determine the role of customer satisfaction in increasing profits in the company. There are several things that you want to pursue so that this research data is collected properly, with the aim of knowing the development of business communications that are always applied in increasing profits at Sampono perfumery in each of its offline stores. The method used is a qualitative method using data collection techniques or questionnaires. The data that will be generated is the role of business communication on customer satisfaction and convenience such as the location of the offline shampoo store in Cimahi on Jalan Raya Cibabat and the newest offline store in Bandung, precisely Jalan Braga, providing the best and comfortable facilities so that pedestrians who are traveling in the city can visit the store, in the shampoo perfumery shop, they provide free facilities such as massage chairs and free coffee to provide comfort to every visitor who comes, provide good quality products, employees who always give a good attitude towards customers , so that satisfaction can create added value and increase consumer convenience when shopping at Sampono Perfumery and always provide customer loyalty in every problem or consumer complaint against the company so that it can be repaired and improved, so that Sampono Perfumery can further improve the service back at each of each store.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku usaha Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang (DAMIU) dalam mengelola administrasi secara lebih efektif melalui digitalisasi berbasis Google Sheets. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah pencatatan manual yang rawan kesalahan, memakan waktu, dan menyulitkan penyusunan laporan keuangan maupun manajemen stok. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui empat tahapan: analisis kebutuhan, penyusunan template administrasi digital, pelatihan menggunakan pendekatan participatory training dan hands-on practice, serta pendampingan pascapelatihan untuk memastikan konsistensi penerapan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada kemampuan peserta dalam menginput data, memahami fungsi dasar spreadsheet, dan menghasilkan laporan otomatis. Peserta juga dapat menghemat waktu pencatatan serta perbaikan ketelitian dalam pengelolaan transaksi dan stok. Implikasi dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi administrasi menggunakan aplikasi gratis dan mudah diakses dapat menjadi solusi praktis bagi usaha kecil yang ingin meningkatkan profesionalisme, transparansi, dan efisiensi manajemen. Selain itu, pendekatan partisipatif dan praktik langsung terbukti efektif dalam mempercepat adopsi teknologi dan mengurangi resistensi pengguna, sehingga berpotensi diterapkan secara lebih luas pada berbagai unit usaha mikro lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of technology on language learning in the 21st century, focusing on how technology is shaping modern pedagogy in language education. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research analyzes recent studies from the past five years on the application of technology in language learning. The findings indicate that technology, such as language learning apps, e-learning platforms, and artificial intelligence (AI), has significant benefits in enhancing basic language skills, such as vocabulary and reading comprehension. However, technology has not fully addressed challenges in developing speaking and writing skills, which require social and contextual interaction. Additionally, challenges include the lack of digital training for teachers and the digital divide that affects the quality of language education. Therefore, the integration of technology in language teaching should be accompanied by appropriate pedagogical approaches, professional training for teachers, and improved infrastructure to overcome digital inequalities. This study provides valuable insights for the development of language education policies that effectively incorporate technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the stoppage of gold exports that had been planned by the government, both on the country's foreign exchange and on the price of gold in the country. The method used in this research is a literature study. Literature study in this research is a series of activities carried out using library data collection methods, reading and recording, and managing data obtained from various sources in an objective, systematic, analytical and critical manner which will address the results of this study namely; 1) to find out whether the gold export ban policy can affect the country's foreign exchange. 2) whether it will generate greater foreign exchange earnings due to added value. 3) and whether there will be an increase in domestic commodity prices, especially gold. Previously, Indonesia was in 7th place from 2018 to 2020 with gold production of 130 tons to 139 tons. Even so, the gold that Indonesia exports is only raw gold which will be turned into gold which is a finished material in other countries, and besides that, Indonesia also only has gold reserves of only 78.6 tons. Thus, Indonesia will not stop gold but will carry out downstream operations where exports continue but only the type of gold is different and can affect the country's foreign exchange.
