Abstract

Objective:  This study aimed to analyze the trends, collaborations, and contributions in Metaverse-related research within the context of science education from 2021 to 2024. The research identifies the growth dynamics, key countries, institutions, and thematic keywords in Metaverse research, emphasizing its educational applications. Method: A bibliometric analysis was conducted on 64 articles from 51 sources, spanning 2021-2024 with PRISMA. The data were collected using citation metrics, keyword analysis, author collaboration, and geographical distribution of publications. VOSviewer were employed to visualize the relationships between key themes and institutions. Results: The study revealed a significant increase in research output, particularly from 2021 to 2023, with a growth rate of 100%. China and the United States emerged as the leading contributors, with distinct research patterns: China focused on national studies, while the USA engaged in more international collaborations. Keywords such as Augmented Reality, Machine Learning, and Science Education were central to the discourse, highlighting the growing intersection of technology and education. Leading institutions included the University of Zilina and Jakarta State University.  Novelty:This research provides a detailed bibliometric overview of the metaverse in science education, highlighting the gap in bibliometric studies focused specifically on science education within the metaverse. It offers insights into emerging trends, key collaborations, and potential areas for further exploration.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the teacher's role as an applicator of Pancasila student profiles in the independent curriculum. This research is based on the development of the era which is getting faster which is marked by the development of information technology which triggers the fading of noble values and behavioral deviations in children. Therefore, it is necessary to have character education to foster and guide students to become individuals who behave, behave, and order words well. In the independent curriculum, there is a profile of Pancasila students which is a form of character education. Through the programs, students are expected to be able to apply Pancasila values in their lives. In making it happen, the role of a teacher is needed. This research uses qualitative methods through literature studies and interviews. The data that has been obtained will be processed and then analyzed. From the data that has been obtained, it can be concluded that the teacher has a strategic role in realizing the goals of having a Pancasila student profile. The teacher who is known as someone who is admired and imitated has a role as a role model for students to behave and behave. The teacher is the leader in the class. So that the condition of the teacher in learning can directly affect the condition of students. Teachers are indeed role models for students, but school principals and non-educational staff should also be good examples for students because in realizing a Pancasila student profile that can be applied by students, teachers also need support from all elements of the school.

Abstract

Scientific argumentation is the process of strengthening claims through critical analysis based on supporting evidence and logical reasons, where the evidence can include facts that can be accepted as truth. This study aims to describe the improvement of students' scientific argumentation abilities on the topic of light waves after applying the ADI learning model. This research uses the type of True Experimental with a Control Group Pretest and Posttest design. The data collection technique in this study was the test method. The results of this study indicate an increase in scientific argumentation abilities on the topic of light waves after applying the ADI learning model. The results of the scientific argumentation ability of experimental class students were higher than the control class, the experimental class got an n-gain of 0.60 with a medium category, while the control class got an n-gain of 0.26 with a low category. In the pretest, experimental, and control classes, students were at levels 1, 2, and 3. The posttest results of experimental class students who experienced increased scientific argumentation at levels 4 and 5. Meanwhile, the posttest results of students in the control class were relatively the same as the pretest results, namely at levels 1, 2, and 3. In addition, the Cohen's Effect Size analysis results showed a value of 0.88 in the strong criteria. It can be concluded the ADI learning model affects learning to improve students' scientific argumentation abilities of senior high school students on the topic of light waves.

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan inkuiri terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Pacet pada materi perpindahan kalor bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan inkuiri terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan mendeskripsikan respons siswa terhadap model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan inkuiri. Desain penelitian ini adalah randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Pacet yang terdiri dari tujuh kelas. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari tiga kelas eksperimen (VII E, VII F, dan VII G) dan satu kelas kontrol (VII C). Hasil pretest dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan homogenitas, sedangkan hasil posttest dianalisis menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan inkuiri pada materi perpindahan kalor di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Pacet lebih baik daripada penerapan pembelajaran yang biasa diterapkan di sekolah dan hasil angket respons siswa terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan inkuiri pada materi perpindahan kalor adalah positif.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan peneliti di SMA Negeri 1 Kedungadem diketahui bahwa selama ini siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan kegiatan eksperimen. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti mencoba menerapkan suatu metode eksperimen dengan model pengajaran langsung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan pengaruh metode eksperimen dengan model pengajaran langsung terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada materi perpindahan kalor. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain “True Experimental Design”. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Kedungadem yang berjumlah lima kelas. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari tiga kelas eksperimen (X-1, X-2, X-3) dan satu kelas kontrol (X-4).Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode eksperimen dengan model pengajaran langsung dapat meningkatkan prestasi siswa pada materi perpindahan kalor di SMA Negeri 1 Kedungadem.

Abstract

Menurut Kurikulum KTSP, tujuan pembelajaran fisika di SMA adalah selain memahami konsep-konsep fisika siswa juga dituntut mampu menggunakan metode ilmiah yang dilandasi oleh sikap ilmiah untuk memecahkan masalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari (BSNP, 2006). Namun, tujuan pembelajaran tersebut belum optimal di MAN 2 Bojonegoro. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari permasalahan yang ada di MAN 2 Bojonegoro antara lain: (1) Siswa jarang dilatihkan keterampilan berpikir sehingga penguasaan konsep siswa menjadi lemah. (2) Siswa jarang diberikan pengalaman langsung melalui praktikum sehingga pengetahuan siswa sebatas teoritis. Serta (3) kurang tersedianya Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS). sebagai penunjang pembelajaran. Berdasarkan studi pustaka yang telah dilakukan, salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan di atas adalah dengan cara melatihkan keterampilan proses berfikir kepada siswa. Salah satunya adalah membantu pemahaman konsep siswa melalui pemecahan masalah (problem solving) yang diimplementasikan ke dalam LKS, melalui pengembangan LKS Berorientasi problem solving. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan LKS Berorientasi problem solving pada Materi Kalor di MAN 2 Bojonegoro yang dikembangkan dan untuk mengetahui respons siswa terhadap LKS tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan sasaran penelitian adalah LKS yang dikembangkan. Sumber data diperoleh dari tim ahli meliputi dosen dan guru fisika sebagai penelaah dan validator, serta 15 siswa kelas X MAN 2 Bojonegoro. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah pengembangan yang mengacu pada 4-D (four D models) yang dikemukakan oleh Thiagarajan (1974). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) berorientasi problem solving yang dikembangkan telah layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran, karena telah memenuhi kelayakan berdasarkan hasil validasi terhadap kriteria kesesuaian terhadap komponen problem solving.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi bahwa di sekolah tersebut masih sedikit guru fisika yang menerapkan model dan strategi pembelajaran, hal ini mengakibatkan lemahnya motivasi siswa untuk belajar di kelas, sehingga hasil belajar mereka cenderung rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT (Numbered Heads Together) dengan metode snowball throwing terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi kalor. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen, dengan memberikan perlakuan terhadap subjek penelitian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Bangkalan dan sampel yang diambil yaitu kelas X-E, X-F, X-G sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X-D sebagai kelas kontrol yang berdistribusi normal dan homogen sebagai sampel penelitian dengan diberikan pre-test. Hasil post-test yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan uji-t. Hasil uji-t dua pihak diperoleh -ttabel < thitung < ttabel menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen berbeda dengan kelas kontrol. Hasil uji-t satu pihak diperoleh thitung > ttabel menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih baik daripada kelas kontrol. Kesimpulan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT (Numbered Heads Together) dengan metode snowball throwing berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Bangkalan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh model pembelajaran konsep dengan mengintegrasikan teknik skimming terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada sub materi pokok perpindahan kalor. Pada penelitian ini, skimming yang merupakan teknik membaca cepat berperan dalam meningkatkan kesiapan siswa untuk belajar sehingga siswa dapat berperan aktif dalam pembelajaran dan dengan pembelajaran konsep siswa dapat mengeluarkan pendapat mengenai konsep yang telah mereka temukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari (contoh dan non contohnya) sehingga siswa lebih mudah untuk menerima dan memahami konsep yang diajarkan serta bersikap lebih kritis. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X SMAN 18 Surabaya dan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah true experiment design. Berdasarkan analisis aspek kognitif siswa menggunakan uji-t dua pihak dan uji-t satu pihak diperoleh hasil bahwa prestasi belajar siswa di kelas eksperimen lebih baik dibandingkan dengan prestasi belajar siswa di kelas kontrol. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran konsep dengan mengintegrasikan teknik skimming yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini berjalan dengan baik, hal ini didapat dari pengamatan. Respons siswa terhadap pembelajaran konsep dengan mengintegrasikan teknik skimming secara umum baik, hal ini ditunjukkan pada respons siswa tertinggi terdapat pada aspek kelima dan keenam yaitu siswa lebih termotivasi untuk belajar dan lebih berani menyampaikan pendapat persentase sebesar 85,87% dan tergolong baik sekali.

Abstract

In everyday life, it is often found that ships sailing in the ocean move because of the wind and rain. The event contained the concept of physics, especially the concept of fluid which can be studied based on the Qur'an and science. This study aims to analyze the relationship between physics (science), especially the idea of fluid with verses contained in the Qur'an. The method used in this research is qualitative, namely literature review. The analysis used is based on the interpretation of Al-Mishbah, the interpretation of Ibn Kathir, and the interpretation of Jalalain as well as several articles from relevant research. The relationship between the concept of fluid and the Qur'an is found in the fluid characteristics described in Q.S. Al-Baqarah verse 164, Q.S. Al-Luqman verse 31, and Q.S. Al-Furqan verse 53. The concept of laminar and turbulent flow is explained in Q.S. Yunus verse 22 which discusses the types of fluid flow that drive ships sailing in the ocean. The relationship between pressure and fluid flow rate is explained by Q.S. Al-Baqarah verse 74. In addition, there is also an explanation of the relationship between temperature, air pressure, and fluid flow by Q.S. Al-Fathir Paragraph 9 which is also stated in the concept of the Bernoulli and Gay Lussac equation. Based on studies conducted on several verses of the Qur'an, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the Qur'an and physics (science), especially in fluids, namely regarding fluid characteristics, types of fluid flow, fluid flow rates, and the relationship between temperature and pressure. on fluid flow. Abstract

Developments in science and Indonesia continue to overgrow. One of them is proven by integrating knowledge through local wisdom in each of the studied knowledge. This study aims to explore and identify the potential of the local wisdom of Karapan Sapi Madura as teaching material on Newton's law material. This research uses qualitative descriptive type through Education analysis. Technique collection that data used is study literature, observation, and interviews. The results of this study present a linear study with knowledge of ethnoscience and ethnophysics on Karapan Sapi Madura. Besides that, study This study also found the potential for the local wisdom of the Madura Sapi Karapan to be used as teaching material on Newton's law material. In the future, local wisdom is expected of Karapan Sapi Madura that can be compiled in book form, e-books, or handouts that students and teachers can utilize to support learning physics by giving real examples and learning more meaning.
