Abstract

Keterbatasan kajian mengenai pengaruh spektrum cahaya LED terhadap respons fisiologis berbagai varietas kentang pada kultur in vitro masih menjadi kendala dalam upaya optimalisasi produksi bibit secara efisien. Variasi spektrum cahaya diketahui dapat memengaruhi proses fotosintesis, pertumbuhan, serta akumulasi klorofil planlet secara berbeda antardiferensiasi varietas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh spektrum cahaya LED terhadap fisiologis eksplan kentang pada kultur in vitro, pengaruh varietas kentang terhadap fisiologis eksplan kentang pada kultur in vitro dan serta interaksi antara keduanya. Lima jenis spektrum cahaya LED diaplikasikan dan dilihat pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan eksplan 5 varietas kentang in vitro. Percoabaan menggunakan Rancangan Split-plot tiga ulangan dengan rancangan dasar RAKL. Kandungan klorofil planlet kentang diukur menggunakan metode Arnon (1949) melalui ekstraksi 0,1 g daun dengan aseton 80%, dilanjutkan pengukuran absorbansi pada λ 645 nm dan 663 nm. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji F dan dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa spektrum cahaya LED berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap fisiologis eksplan kentang pada minggu keempat setelah kultur, dengan cahaya putih dan kombinasi cahaya red-green-blue (RGB) menghasilkan kandungan klorofil tertinggi. Varietas kentang berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap fisiologis eksplan kentang pada kultur in vitro, dengan varietas Tedjo MZ menunjukkan performa terbaik. Tidak ada interaksi nyata antara varietas kentang dan spektrum cahaya LED terhadap fisiologis planlet kentang pada kultur in vitro. Temuan ini memberikan dasar ilmiah bagi optimasi sistem pencahayaan kultur in vitro kentang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi bibit berkualitas.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Hypertension remains one of the most prevalent non-communicable diseases globally and in Indonesia. Interventions such as education combined with complementary therapies utilizing local wisdom (pineapple peel extract) have not been widely implemented, making them necessary to address the problem of hypertension in patients. This community service project aims to implement health education and the use of complementary therapies to support hypertension management in the community. Community service was conducted using health education methods combined with complementary therapy training based on local wisdom (pineapple peel extract balm) in Kalijati District, Subang. The education was provided for one day, while the pineapple peel extract balm was applied for seven days. Knowledge scores were measured before and after the health education, while blood pressure measurements were taken before and after the pineapple peel extract balm application. The results showed that there were positive changes in the knowledge of hypertension patients from 4.775 to 6.825 (Mean Difference: 2.05), systolic blood pressure from 145.15 to 143.25 (Mean Difference: 1.9), and diastolic pressure from 87.5 to 85.9 (Mean Difference: 1.6). This community service activity increases patient knowledge regarding hypertension and reduces both systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Keywords: Blood Pressure Management, Complementary and Alternative Medicine, Health Education, Hypertension, Pineapple Peel Extract Balm.

Abstract

This paper deals with the vehicle routing problem with multiple trips and time windows (VRPMTTW). The problem combines two features to the basic vehicle routing problem (VRP): multiple trips and time windows. The basic VRP and its variants fall into hard combinatorial optimization problems. Therefore, many heuristics have been developed to solve large problems. Local search (LS) is one of the heuristics using a neighborhood structure in order to find a better solution. This paper focuses on the comparative study of neighborhood structures applied in LS for the VRPMTTW. Two classes of neighborhood structures are compared: Tour-based and permutation-based neighborhood structures. The tour-based neighborhood structures are the neighborhoods in which the moves are performed on the solution represented by a set of tours. The permutation-based neighborhood structures are the neighborhood structures in which the moves are carried out on the solution represented by a permutation of customers. Comparing the performance of the neighborhood structures uses two responses: (1) relative improvement in the objective function value and (2) computation time. The first response is used to measure effectiveness, while the second is used as efficiency. Based on the computational experiment results, it is generally revealed that the permutation-based neighborhood structures used in LS are more effective than the tour-based neighbourhood structures. However, the permutation-based neighborhood structures are less efficient because they give higher computation times.

Abstract

Bendungan Mamak di Kabupaten Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat merupakan bendungan urugan batu yang mengalami indikasi lendutan pada daerah puncak saddle dam 2 serta rembesan pada bukit tumpuan kanan hilir saddle dam 2. Investigasi lapangan dilakukan menggunakan metode geolistrik resistivitas dengan konfigurasi dipole–dipole serta metode Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) pada lintasan yang berbeda untuk mengidentifikasi sumber permasalahan. Hasil geolistrik menunjukkan zona resistivitas rendah (<25 Ω·m) yang mengindikasikan keberadaan jalur rembesan aktif pada area bukit tumpuan kanan hilir saddle dam 2, sedangkan hasil GPR mendeteksi anomali refleksi berupa blank zone dan reflektor hiperbolik pada puncak saddle dam 2 yang menunjukkan adanya deformasi atau lendutan. Penanganan direncanakan melalui pemasangan lapisan selimut kedap air geokomposit tiga lapis pada area rembesan serta penimbunan kembali pada bagian yang mengalami lendutan. Evaluasi stabilitas dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak GeoStudio (SEEP/W dan SLOPE/W). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebelum penanganan, nilai Factor of Safety (FK) lereng berada pada kisaran 2,26–2,57 untuk kondisi statik dan 1,36–1,84 untuk kondisi gempa maksimum (MDE). Setelah penerapan geokomposit, nilai FK meningkat menjadi 2,30–3,26 pada kondisi statik dan 1,45–2,16 pada kondisi gempa, yang menunjukkan penurunan tekanan air pori dan peningkatan stabilitas lereng secara signifikan. Dengan demikian, penerapan geokomposit terbukti efektif dalam mengendalikan rembesan serta meningkatkan keamanan struktur bendungan terhadap deformasi dan potensi kegagalan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Peningkatan produktivitas merupakan faktor penting dalam keberhasilan proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini menganalisis kombinasi alat berat yang paling efisien untuk pekerjaan galian pada proyek Bendungan Cijurey, khususnya pada pembangunan jalan akses menuju puncak bendungan. Dengan mempertimbangkan kapasitas alat, waktu siklus, efisiensi kerja, serta biaya operasional dan kepemilikan berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri PUPR No. 1 Tahun 2022, penelitian ini mengevaluasi beberapa alternatif kombinasi untuk memperoleh hasil yang optimal. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pengurangan jumlah dump truck dari empat menjadi tiga unit, sehingga kombinasi menjadi dua excavator dan tiga dump truck, mampu mempertahankan produktivitas sebesar 72,78 m³/jam dengan durasi pekerjaan tetap 235 jam. Selain itu, kombinasi ini meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan menurunkan biaya dari Rp519.964.501,50 menjadi Rp445.303.142,70, menghasilkan penghematan sebesar Rp74.661.358,80 dengan persentase penurunan sebesar 14,35%, serta waktu untuk pekerjaan 1 dump truck yang awalnya memerlukan 940 jam/bulan menjadi 705 jam/bulan sebagai konsekuensi dari pengurangan jumlah unit alat.

Abstract

This study proposes a novel grayscale image encryption framework integrating a fractional-order 4D hyperchaotic Lorenz system with DNA encoding operations and SHA-256 plaintext-dependent key generation to address the security vulnerabilities in digital data transmission. The encryption pipeline employs a robust two-stage confusion-diffusion architecture designed to maximize pixel randomness and resistance against differential attacks. Stage 1 implements DNA-based confusion-diffusion with chaotic rule selection, while Stage 2 executes a four-round pixel-level permutation and XOR diffusion drixven by fractional-order Grünwald-Letnikov sequences (α = 0.95, d = 5). This multi-layered approach ensures that any infinitesimal change in the plaintext or the secret key results in a completely different cipher image. Hyperchaos is verified through the Lyapunov exponent spectrum (λ1 = +0.973, λ2 = +0.531), confirming two positive exponents and complex dynamical behavior. Experiments on five standard 512 × 512 grayscale images yield near-maximum information entropy (7.9993–7.9994 bits) and negligible pixel correlation (below 0.023). Statistical evaluations show an average NPCR of 99.5992% and UACI of 33.4216%, closely matching theoretical ideals. Key sensitivity analysis demonstrates that a perturbation of only ±10⁻¹⁴ in the initial conditions renders decryption unsuccessful, ensuring high security. In conclusion, the proposed scheme achieves perfect lossless recovery (PSNR = ∞ dB) and successfully passes all NIST SP 800-22 tests, providing a highly secure and reliable solution for protecting sensitive medical or military digital imagery.
