Abstract

Construction of state low-rise buildings in Pangkalpinang city is a common project that usually built by The Public Works Department of Pangkalpinang. The problem often faced by construction of state low-rise buildings projects at Pangkalpinang is the low performance of time (Delay). This condition be expected caused by Change Contract Order (CCO), man power, materials, and machine, This research aims to analyze the influence of those factors on delay time in state low-rise building construction projects. The analysis used in this research is multiple regression with SPSS. This research find that both and parsially the 4 (four) factors influence the time-performance (delay) of low-rise state building construction. Based on data analysis, the equation Y = 3.887+ 0.390 X1 + 0,278 X2 + 0,265 X3 + 0,341 X4. Based on the results of the Coefficient of Determination Test, simultaneously CCO Factors (X1), Manpower Factors (X2), Materials Factors (X3) and Machines Factors (X4) have an influence contribution of 74.0 % of Time Performance (Y). Meanwhile, for the results of the most dominant factor analysis using Beta Standardized x Zero-Order, it was found that the CCO Factor (X2) was the most dominant factor that could influence time performance with an influence value of 23.99%. Considerations in determining alternative solutions to control time performance in state low-rise building construction projects are carried out on the most dominant factor, namely the CCO Factor (X1).

Abstract

Flooding is one of the problems in Pangkal Pinang City. Tin mining activities in the districts around Pangkal Pinang City have triggered flooding in Pangkal Pinang City Apart from that, the reduction in catchment areas and sub-optimal polder system infrastructure affect the height and duration of flood inundation in Pangkal Pinang City. Flood management is currently still partial, so it is necessary to carry out integrated coordination between agencies and institutions to review the master plan for flood management in Pangkal Pinang City. To prevent flooding, it is necessary to review the things that cause flooding, so research needs to be carried out to analyze these things. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of mining activity factors, catchment areas, polder systems and coordination on flood conditions in Pangkal Pinang City. This research uses a multiple linear regression analysis model with supporting data from historical data on the height and average duration of flood inundation in Pangkal Pinang City. The research results showed that the model equation Y = 3.216 + 0.484X1 – 0.396X2 – 0.412X3 – 0.480X4. Based on the results of data analysis using SPSS, the results showed that mining activity factors, catchment areas, polder systems and coordination had an influence on flood conditions in Pangkal Pinang City with an influence contribution of 85.0% with the most dominant variable ranking influencing flooding, namely mining activity. The regression coefficient value for the mining activity variable has a positive value of 0.484. This shows that if mining activity increases by 1%, then the height and duration of flooding as a flood indicator will increase by 0.484 times assuming other independent variables are considered constant. This model is used to project future floods. With this modeling, it is hoped that it can be used to overcome flooding in Pangkal Pinang City.

Abstract

The hospitality industry plays a significant role in regional economic development, yet its financial performance is often influenced by various internal factors. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of company size, leverage, and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on the financial performance of hospitality businesses. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research collected data through purposive sampling, resulting in a total of 117 industry respondents. Quantitative data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, while qualitative insights were gathered to capture perceptions and experiences of industry practitioners involved in the study. The findings indicate that company size, leverage, and GCG significantly affect financial performance. By integrating quantitative and qualitative methods, this study offers a more comprehensive understanding of the factors shaping financial outcomes. Furthermore, this research contributes new evidence by specifically addressing the role of GCG, company size, and leverage in hospitality-sector firms, providing valuable implications for both scholars and industry stakeholders.

Abstract

Amid increasing competition in the Indonesian motorcycle market, understanding the factors that influence consumers’ purchasing decisions is crucial for manufacturers. This study investigates the extent to which product quality, brand image, and brand trust shape consumers’ purchasing decisions for automatic motorcycles. Employing a quantitative descriptive design, data were collected from 170 automatic motorcycle users selected through purposive sampling, and hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that product quality does not exert a significant influence on purchase decisions, whereas brand image and brand trust have positive and significant effects. Additionally, product quality, brand image, and brand trust collectively exert a significant simultaneous effect on consumers’ decisions to purchase automatic motorcycles. This study contributes to marketing literature by providing empirical evidence on the relative importance of brand-related factors in influencing consumer behavior and offers practical insights for enhancing marketing strategies.

Abstract

Tourism plays a crucial role in supporting economic growth and regional development, particularly in optimizing local potential and increasing community income. However, understanding the factors that influence tourists’ visiting decisions remains essential to ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of tourism destinations. This research aims to analyze the influence of destination image and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on tourists’ decisions to visit Kaligua Nature Tourism in Brebes Regency. The study applied a quantitative survey method involving 271 respondents, and the data were processed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that destination image exerts a positive and statistically significant impact on visiting decisions. Similarly, e-WOM demonstrates a positive and significant effect on tourists’ decisions to visit. The R-square result indicates that 73.4% of the variation in visiting decisions can be explained by the independent variables included in the model. These results highlight the importance of maintaining a favorable destination image and leveraging digital information channels to stimulate tourists’ visiting intentions. Accordingly, destination managers are encouraged to enhance the destination’s image and maximize digital marketing strategies.
