Abstract

A franchise must meet the criteria, have business characteristics, be proven to provide profits, have standards for services and goods and/or services offered which are made in writing, easy to teach and apply. Legal awareness is the source of all law. With In other words, legal awareness exists in every human being because every human being has interests, so if the law It is understood and implemented well their interests will be protected and if friction occurs interests, the law is present as an alternative solution. Thus, legal awareness is not only a must have only by certain groups such as law graduates, lawyers,police, prosecutors and judges, but basically it must be owned by every human being without exception so that their interests can be achieved protected. In this research, normative research methods were used. Normative juridical research is a type of library legal research, Legal consequences for franchises that do not have a franchise registration certificate (STPW). does not meet the objective requirements as intended in Article 1320 paragraphs (3) and (4) such as violating the law, public order and morality.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology currently has an impact on society in supporting various business activities. Samataring Village, one of the areas in Kelara District, Jeneponto Regency, has high regional potential in improving community welfare through home businesses created by the community itself. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which digital marketing is effective in increasing sales in order to obtain maximum profit. The method used is Descriptive verification where researchers describe the state of digital marketing in increasing sales volume. Correlation analysis is the analysis used in this study, partial hypothesis testing to determine its influence. The conclusion of this study is that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on sales, meaning that the benefits of digital marketing on sales are very much needed because it will increase or decrease sales.

Abstract

Abstract: This study will discuss the analysis of drama performances. The drama that will be analyzed from this study is entitled "Sunset's Promise" by Taofan Nalisaputra. The analysis of the drama performance in this article is more in-depth regarding the structure of the drama. Some of the drama structures that will be analyzed are the prologue as an introduction, the dialogue sequence of conversations from each character in the scenes, the epilogue is part of the ending, the scene is the way a character plays the role he plays, and the act. Apart from the structure already mentioned, in this article the author also provides an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the drama performances studied. There are two main actors in the drama performance staged by theater students, FIB, Unja, namely Sasa as the mother and Natasha Salsabila as the child character. The two main characters played the roles given very professionally. Even so, there are some technical implementations that are less than optimal, such as lighting, shooting, and noisy sound.   Keywords: drama, structure, performance.

Abstract

Poverty, being a major problem in Bintan Regency, hampers people's access to their basic food needs. The purpose of the "Distribution of Secanting Rice to Underprivileged Families" program is to help underprivileged families overcome their difficulties in life by providing rice. This community service aims to find out how the mechanism for distributing secanting rice assistance to underprivileged families works. This program involves various elements of society, from funding, fundraising, or donations, to providing direct assistance to target families. The results of community service related to the implementation of this program show an increase in household food security and greater social concern among the Bintan community. This program is expected to be a long-term solution to the food problems of poor families.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Kelompok Usaha Perhutanan Sosial (KUPS) di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, Sumatera Barat. Sejak lahirnya Permenlhk P.83/Menlhk/Setjen/Kum.1/10/2016 tentang Perhutanan Sosial jumlah KPS dan KUPS yang ada di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota seperti jamur di musim hujan. Peningkatan jumlah KUPS yang banyak tersebut tidak berbanding lurus dengan kesejahteraan anggotanya. Tujuan dari artikel ini untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi kerberhasilan KUPS di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan penumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan KUPS di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota terkait dengan community development yang ditunjukkan dengan indikator kelompok yang tidak menjalankan peran dan tanggung jawabnya serta kelemahan dalam melakukan managemen pengelolaan kelompoknya

Abstract

The problem that often occurs in planning is the Government's consistency in formulating plans, with accurate data or processes carried out not by applicable regulations, so sustainable development is only normative without any concern for achieving predetermined targets. However, the urgency of sustainable development cannot be overstated. It is an agenda echoed globally and has become the world's attention to resolve the gaps that have occurred so far. The pillars of sustainable development are social, economic, and environmental sustainability. These three pillars are derived into 17 indicators known as SDGS, which help make it easier to evaluate the achievement. This research method uses qualitative methods with data collection carried out both primary and secondary through interviews, observations, and document reviews. This study aimed to determine the integration of the sustainable development pillars in preparing the RPJPD document in West Lombok Regency. The urgency of this research is to find out the readiness and condition of the region to support the country in achieving sustainable development goals. The result of this research is that West Lombok Regency makes sustainable development the basis of long-term development planning (RPJPD).

Abstract

Background: Bangkalan district has the highest incidence of stunting in East Java. Various efforts have been made to accelerate the reduction of stunting, but maximum results have not been achieved. This study aimed to determine the impact of family empowerment based on Madura sociocultural structures on the ability to prevent stunting. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design with a population of families with school-aged children in PAUD, Regency area of Bangkalan, with a sample of 280 individuals drawn by stratified random sampling. Data analysis was performed using SEM. Results: The results showed that the Madurese family culture and social structure were built on religious, kinship, and economic interest indicators. Family empowerment, with aspects of family structural strength, family functioning, and family values, influences the family's ability to prevent growth retardation. Family empowerment in stunting prevention is strongly influenced by the culture and social structure of the Madura family. Indicators of stunting prevention skills include the ability to meet family nutrition, fertility management, growth and development monitoring, personal and environmental hygiene patterns, and family capacity to modify the environment. The more power a family has, the more impact it has on their ability to prevent stunting. Conclusion: Stunting based on Madhura culture can be achieved through the integrative implementation of stunting. Local government organizations involve informal community figures

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara dengan total sampel sebanyak 105 mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Borneo Tarakan angkatan 2018 sampai 2022 yang dihitung dengan menggunakan metode Lemeshow. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada generasi Z yang menggunakan QRIS sebagai alat transaksi digital. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi liner berganda. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat software yaitu Statistical Package for the Social Sciences 23.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa gaya hidup dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan QRIS di kalangan generasi Z khususnya mahasiswa di fakultas ekonomi Universitas Borneo Tarakan. Kata Kunci: Financial Technology (Fintech), Gaya Hidup, Literasi Keuangan dan Gen-Z.

Abstract

Berbagai masalah sering terjadi pada ibu hamil trimester II yaitu anemia, anemia merupakan suatu kondisi dimana jumlah sel darah merah atau konsentrasi hemoglobin didalamnya lebih rendah dari biasanya. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanda dan gejala anemia, faktor resiko pada anemia, dampak anemia serta penatalaksanaan dari anemia. Metode dalam studi kasus ini menggunakan rancangan multiple case design. Adapun subjek studi kasus ini menggunakan dua ibu hamil dengan kriteria yang sama yaitu primigravida trimester II dengan anemia. Studi kasus dilakukan di desa karang duwek kecamatan arosbaya. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara menggunakan kusioner dan dokumentasi buku KIA. Analisa berupa data deskriptif. Hasil studi kasus ini bahwa tanda dan gejala anemia pada kedua responden yaitu sering mengalami mudah Lelah, tekanan darah tidak normal dan pusing. Faktor resiko pada primigravida trimester II yaitu responden 1 tidak didapatkan faktor resiko, sedangkan pada responden 2 yaitu usia. Dampak pada primigravida trimester II dengan anemia tidak didapatkan pada kedua responden. Penatalaksanaan pada primigravida trimester II dengan anemia yaitu kedua responden telah diberikan tablet Fe, akan tetapi pada responden ke 2 tidak teratur dalam mengomsumsi tablet Fe karena merasa malas, serta telah diberikan KIE tentang anemia dan makanan tinggi zat besi. Untuk menurunkan angka kematian ibu dan anak maka diperlukan pencegahan salah satunya terjadinya anemia kehamilan. Pencegahan anemia bisa dilakukan dengan cara mengonsumsi tablet Fe secara teratur dan mengonsumsi makanan kaya zat besi, serta melakukan ANC rutin. Kata kunci: primigravida, anemia, tanda dan gejala, penatalaksanaan. Abstract Various problems often occur in second trimester pregnant women, namely anemia, anemia is a condition where the number of red blood cells or hemoglobin concentration in it is lower than normal. This case study aims to determine the signs and symptoms of anemia, risk factors for anemia, the impact of anemia and the management of anemia.The method in this case study uses a multiple case design. The subjects of this case study used two pregnant women with the same criteria, namely second trimester primigravida with anemia. The case study was conducted in Karang Duwek village, Arosbaya sub-district. Data collection methods with interviews using questionnaires and maternal and child health book documentation. Analysis in the form of descriptive data.The results of this case study that the signs and symptoms of anemia in both respondents are often experiencing easy fatigue, abnormal blood pressure and dizziness. Risk factors in second trimester primigravida, namely respondent 1, were not found risk factors, while in respondent 2, namely age. The impact on second trimester primigravida with anemia was not found in both respondents. Management in second trimester primigravida with anemia is that both respondents have been given Fe tablets, but the 2nd respondent is not regular in taking Fe tablets because she feels lazy, and has been given IEC about anemia and foods high in iron. To reduce maternal and child mortality, prevention is needed, one of which is the occurrence of pregnancy anemia. Prevention of anemia can be done by taking Fe tablets regularly and eating iron-rich foods, and conducting routine antenatal care Keywords: primigravida, anemia, signs and symptoms, management.
