Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Social Media Marketing and Brand Ambassadors on consumer purchase intention in Dabe Beaute products, both directly and indirectly thru Brand Awareness. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected from 196 respondents who were potential Dabe Beaute customers in the Jabodetabek area, using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The research results indicate that Social Media Marketing and Brand Ambassadors have a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention. Additionally, Social Media Marketing and Brand Ambassadors are also proven to have a positive and significant influence on Brand Awareness. However, Brand Awareness does not significantly influence Purchase Intention. The results of the mediation effect test show that Brand Awareness is unable to mediate the influence of Social Media Marketing or Brand Ambassadors on Purchase Intention. This finding confirms that the influence of Social Media Marketing and Brand Ambassadors on Purchase Intention occurs more dominantly directly. Companies need to design digital marketing strategies that emphasize engaging content and the selection of relevant Brand Ambassadors to increase consumer purchasing intention.

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and price perception on the decision to repurchase Catering Prames services, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research uses a quantitative approach thru a survey method targeting Catering Prames customers in 2024, selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected thru a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The research results show that product quality and price perception have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction also has a positive effect on the decision to repurchase and has been proven to mediate the influence of product quality and price perception. These findings indicate that product quality consistency, pricing aligned with perceived customer value, and enhanced satisfaction are important strategies to encourage repeat purchase decisions and strengthen the competitiveness of Catering Prames

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty, specifically examining the mediating role of customer satisfaction within the context of an Indonesian Internet Service Provider (ISP). Adopting a quantitative approach, the research utilizes Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze data obtained through proportional random sampling. The analytical framework incorporates confirmatory factor analysis and Sobel mediation testing to ensure a rigorous evaluation of the proposed model. The findings demonstrate that both service quality and product quality significantly influence customer satisfaction, which in turn serves as a strong predictor of customer loyalty. Furthermore, customer satisfaction is found to partially mediate the relationship between these quality dimensions and loyalty. These results offer theoretical advancement in understanding loyalty formation within emerging digital markets and provide practical guidance for ISPs to enhance retention strategies through integrated quality improvements. This research contributes novel empirical evidence on the joint effects of service and product quality in developing digital service environments, effectively addressing existing literature gaps regarding the mediation mechanisms that drive customer loyalty.

Abstract

Tourist loyalty is an important factor in maintaining the sustainability and competitiveness of tourism destinations, particularly tourism villages that depend on repeat visits and positive word of mouth. This study aims to analyze the effect of tourist satisfaction on tourist loyalty in advanced tourism villages in Bogor Regency, Indonesia. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL 8.80 software. Data were collected from 400 domestic tourists who had visited advanced tourism villages more than once through purposive sampling techniques. Tourist satisfaction was measured using four dimensions: attraction, accessibility, infrastructure, and environmental quality, while tourist loyalty was measured through revisit intention and recommendation intention. The results indicate that tourist satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on tourist loyalty, with a path coefficient of 0.80 and a t-value of 7.42. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.71 shows that tourist satisfaction explains 71% of the variance in tourist loyalty. Environmental quality emerged as the strongest dimension influencing tourist satisfaction, while revisit intention became the strongest indicator of tourist loyalty. These findings suggest that positive tourism experiences, particularly related to environmental conditions, encourage tourists to revisit destinations and recommend them to others. The study strengthens the application of Expectancy Disconfirmation Theory in the context of advanced tourism villages and provides practical implications for tourism village managers in improving environmental quality, infrastructure, and visitor experiences to enhance tourist loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to examine the influence of university image, personal sales, and price perceptions on the decision to choose a university with consumer attitudes as an intervening variable for Unitary Business Institute students. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The respondents of this research were 250 students from the Unitary Business and Informatics Institute. The research method uses hypothesis testing with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS software. The research results show that there is a significant and positive influence between university image and personal selling on the decision to choose a university. The results of this research imply that with the influence of IBIK's image on the decision to choose a university, IBIK management needs to innovate, both through taglines and good service quality by IBIK education staff and lecturers so that IBIK's image is easily known and always remembered.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh citra perguruan tinggi, personal sales, dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan memilih perguruan tinggi dengan sikap konsumen sebagai variabel intervening pada mahasiswa Unitary Business Institute.
