Abstract

Festival perang air Ciancui merupakan sebuah festival yang dilakukan dalam rangka menyambut perayaan hari raya Imlek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bentuk solidaritas serta fungsi festival Festival bagi masyarakat Melayu dan etnis Tionghoa menggunakan perspektif teori solidaritas dan struktural fungsional Emile Durkheim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan tahapan reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan terdiri dari 2 kelompok suku yaitu masyarakay Melayu dan etnis Tionghoa yang bermukim di sekitar lokasi pelaksanaan festival dan untuk mendukung data penelitian maka dipilih 1 informan kunci sebagai triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk solidaritas masyarakat Melayu dan etnis Tionghoa adalah solidaritas mekanik yang diwujudkan dalam kegiatan yang dilakukan bersama seperti gotong royong, tolong menolong, dan toleransi antar kedua kelompok. Fungsi dalam festival ini bagi kedua kelompok masyarakat tercermin dalam fungsi ekonomi, sosial, budaya, dan pariwisata sebagai penguat solidaritas antar kedua kelompok.

Abstract

Era modernisasi saat ini setiap kalangan baik tua maupun muda pasti memiliki smartphone, dimana smartphone yang mereka miliki banyak manfaat salah satu digunakan aktifitas game online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi 1) pengetahuan orangtua dalam aktifitas game online remaja desa Perkebunan Sungai Lala Kabupaten Indragiri hulu. 2) Kontrol sosial orangtua dalam aktifitas game online remaja di Desa Perkebunan Sungai Lala Kecamatan Sungai Lala Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Perkebunan Sungai Lala Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu Provinsi Riau. Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh orangtua yang anaknya bermain Higgs Domino Island, ditemukan sebanyak 71 remaja dan 49 orangtua. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar orang tua (87,8%) berada pada kategori kontrol sosial tinggi, khususnya dalam aspek ikatan, komitmen, dan keyakinan. Namun, aspek keterlibatan masih tergolong rendah. Selain itu, mayoritas responden (85,7%) memiliki tingkat pengetahuan tinggi mengenai game online. Terdapat hubungan positif antara tingkat pengetahuan orang tua dengan tingkat kontrol sosial yang diterapkan: orang tua yang memiliki pengetahuan tinggi cenderung menerapkan kontrol sosial yang lebih kuat. Sebaliknya, orang tua dengan pengetahuan rendah atau sedang menunjukkan pengawasan yang kurang konsisten. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengetahuan orang tua menjadi faktor penting dalam efektivitas pengawasan terhadap aktivitas digital anak, khususnya dalam penggunaan game online.

Abstract

The circular economy has emerged as an alternative development approach that transforms waste into economic value through waste-to-wealth initiatives. This study aims to empirically examine the role of circular economy–based waste-to-wealth practices in driving regional development. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from regional waste management records and structured surveys involving waste-to-wealth initiatives across multiple regions. The analysis employs descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression to assess the relationship between waste-to-wealth implementation and regional development outcomes, including employment generation and income contribution. The results indicate that waste-to-wealth implementation has a positive and statistically significant effect on regional development, even after controlling for regional characteristics such as population size and baseline economic conditions. Regions with higher waste processing capacity and greater value-added utilization of waste tend to achieve stronger economic performance. These findings demonstrate that waste management, when oriented toward value creation, can function as a productive economic sector rather than solely an environmental activity. The study concludes that integrating circular economy principles into regional development strategies offers practical opportunities to support sustainable and inclusive regional growth. The findings provide empirical support for policymakers and regional stakeholders in designing development policies that align economic objectives with environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TBC) adalah penyakit yang mempengaruhi sistem pernapasan, terutama paru-paru, dan disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Tuberkulosis merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang penyebarannya melalui udara. Tingginya angka kejadian TBC dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, antara lain kondisi lingkungan, status gizi, kepadatan penduduk, serta rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pencegahan dan pengobatan TBC. Permasalahan ini sejalan dengan agenda Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), khususnya tujuan ke-3 yaitu menjamin kehidupan yang sehat dan mendorong kesejahteraan bagi semua orang di segala usia, yang salah satu targetnya adalah mengakhiri epidemi penyakit menular termasuk tuberkulosis pada tahun 2030. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji gambaran umum penyakit tuberkulosis, faktor risiko, upaya pencegahan, serta pentingnya deteksi dan pengobatan dini dalam menekan angka penularan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya penanggulangan yang komprehensif melalui peningkatan edukasi kesehatan, penguatan peran fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, serta partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam pencegahan dan pengendalian TBC sebagai bagian dari kontribusi terhadap pencapaian target SDGs. Upaya tersebut diharapkan mampu menurunkan angka kejadian dan penularan penyakit tuberkulosis di Kota Sepang secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Salt is one of the most important commodities for domestic use and as a raw material for industry. It is essential to make an estimate salt requirement to meet them appropriately. The purpose of the study was to estimate salt needs using the time series forecasting method and to identify the most effective technique for salt needs forecasting. Forecasting analysis uses Naive, Moving Average, Weighted Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing, Exponential Smoothing with Trend, and Trend Projection methods. Forecasting accuracy is tested using MAD, MSE, and MAPE. Based on the results, the Trend Projection is the most effective time series forecasting technique for predicting salt requirements. This method was selected due to its lowest error rate value (MAD of 0.16, MSE of 0.04, and MAPE of 4.28%) compared to other methods. According to projected estimates, the amount of salt required in 2024 would be 4.86 million tons.

Abstract

The tobacco industry in Indonesia is developing rapidly. Indonesia itself is the fifth largest tobacco producing country. Cigarettes are one of the sectors that contribute the most to excise and foreign exchange revenues for the country. With the rapid growth of the cigarette industry, producers must design good strategies to continue to compete and develop in this cigarette industry, one of which is finding a strategic factory location for consumer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to find the best location for the PR Putra Madura Sejati cigarette factory based on the criteria of accessibility, environment, workforce, market, and traffic. And the alternative locations that will be selected in this research are located in Pamekasan district, namely on Blumbungan Street, Bangunran Street, Larangan Street, and Pademawu Street. The method used this time is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the results of the pairwise comparison between the criteria, this time it shows that the accessibility criterion has a value of 0.09, the environment has a value of 0.23, the workforce has a value of 0.47, the market has a value of 0.05, and traffic has a value of 0.16. then the results of the pairwise comparison between the accessibility criteria with all alternatives obtained the nyalaran road alternative has the highest value with 0.59, environmental criteria with the alternative namely nyalaran road highest with 0.53, workforce criteria with the alternative namely blumbungan road highest with 0.49, market criteria with the alternative namely pademawu road with 0.49, and traffic criteria with the alternative namely nyalaran road with 0.52. The final result of the pairwise comparison between all alternatives and all criteria shows that Jalan nyalaran is the best location to be selected with a value of 41.6. The author advises PR Putra Madura Sejati to continue implementing strategies by getting closer to the market and selecting skilled workers so that the quality of the cigarettes created will be better and can provide satisfaction to consumers.
