Abstract

PKBM Kartini merupakan lembaga nonformal yang berperan penting dalam memberikan layanan Pendidikan bagi masyarakat yang tidak bisa mengikuti Pendidikan formal. Namun dalam proses PPBD dan administrasinya masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal tersebut menyebabkan sulitnya mengakses, serta proses pengarsipan yang bertumpuk sering kali membuat data yang dibutuhkan sulit ditemukan. Selain itu, proses penyelesaian administrasi, mulai dari pengisian formulir hingga pengolahan data dan transkip nilai akhir, memakan waktu yang lama. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi berbasis website yang dapat mengintegrasikan seluruh proses administrasi akademik, mulai dari pendaftaran peserta didik baru (PPDB), pengolahan data hingga transkip nilai akhir. Pengembangan sistem dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode air terjun, dengan pendekatan model yang terstruktur dan berurutan, dimulai dari tahap perencanaan hingga pemeliharaan. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi berbasis website menjadi solusi dalam permasalahan PPDB dan paket program administrasi pada PKBM Kartini.

Abstract

Budidaya ikan dalam keramba jaring apung (KJA) mulai berkembang di pesisir Kota Bontang Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Sistem budidaya dalam KJA sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi perairan di sekitarnya, sehingga kematian ikan bisa terjadi akibat adanya fluktuasi lingkungan. Pengelolaan kesehatan ikan dalam wadah budidaya perlu dilakukan untuk menurunkan tingkat kematian ikan dan pada akhirnya mampu meningkatkan produksinya. Kapasitas pembudidaya dalam mengelola kesehatan ikan sangat dipengaruhi tingkat pemahamannya terhadap kesehatan ikan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pembudidaya dalam mengelola kesehatan ikan yang dipelihara dalam KJA Kota Bontang melalui pelatihan penanggulangan dan pengendalian hama dan penyakit pada ikan. Kegiatan pelatihan pengendalian hama dan penyakit ikan ini dilaksanakan selama dua hari di lokasi KJA di Kelurahan Tanjung Limau, Kecamatan Bontang Utara, Kota Bontang. Peserta pelatihan terdiri dari pembudidaya ikan kakap dan kerapu dalam KJA sebanyak 20 orang. Metode yang digunakan terdiri dari ceramah, diskusi serta praktik isolasi bakteri dan parasit dari ikan yang sakit bersama para pembudidaya. Evaluasi yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman peserta pelatihan terhadap materi yang disampaikan dalam bentuk tes tertulis yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah penyampaian materi. Hasil diskusi dan pengamatan di lokasi budidaya ikan dalam KJA, pengelolaan kesehatan ikan belum dilakukan secara baik. Materi yang disampaikan terdiri dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesehatan ikan, identifikasi ikan yang sehat dan sakit, upaya pencegahan dan pengobatan ikan yang sakit, direspon dengan baik oleh pembudidaya. Berdasarkan hal ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman para pembudidaya tentang metode pengelolaan kesehatan ikan yang dipelihara dalam KJA.

Abstract

The coral reef ecosystem is one of the ecosystems that functions as an important habitat for various marine species including coral reef fish, provides coastal protection, and supports economic activities such as fisheries and tourism. The study was conducted in March 2024 in the waters of Tanjung Labu, Bangka Selatan, precisely in Karang Kucek and Karang Tepi, with a total of 8 stations. This study aimed to determine the coral reef health index, diversity index, uniformity and dominance of coral reef fish, and the relationship between coral reefs and coral reef fish. The method of collecting coral reef data uses UPT (Underwater Photo Transect) and coral reef fish using UVC (Underwater Visual Census). The results of the study showed that the coral reef cover value in Tanjung Labu waters was classified as good with an average value of 51.14%, and coral fragments and fleshy seaweed algae were relatively low. The average coral reef health index value was 5.75, in the good range of 4-6 with high coral cover and good recovery potential. The community structure showed a low dominance index, moderate diversity, and uniformity indicating a labile community. Analysis of the relationship between coral reefs and coral reef fish shows a significant relationship, with a high correlation between the number of coral reef life form species and the number of individuals and biomass of coral reef fish. Public education and ongoing research are also important, with collaborative support from the government, organizations, and local communities for successful conservation.

Abstract

Kampung Linggang Tering Seberang has significant aquaculture potential and plays an important role in providing nutrition from fish, especially in the Tering District. Constraints related to fish feed and diseases have caused this business to not develop well. Improving understanding related to fish farming activities, especially the independent provision of fish feed and disease control, is important so that interest in fish farming continues to grow. This training was conducted at the Village Hall of Kampung Lenggang Tering Seberang, with a total of 20 participants from the Pokdakan in the vicinity of Kampung Lenggang Tering Seberang. The training activities are conducted with the delivery of theory and practice. The training results show that the interest of fish farmers has increased in understanding the process of making fish feed with simple formulations and the production of fish probiotics. This is evident from the enthusiasm of the fish farmers during the Q&A session and the high level of engagement in the practical activities. The participants' understanding of the function of fish feed increased from 15% to 85%, while the understanding of the function of feed for growth increased from 45% to 75%, for disease prevention from 45% to 65%, and for fish health from 10% to 50%. The participants' understanding of the good feed content, which should include protein, fat, and carbohydrates, increased from 30% to 75%. Meanwhile, the participants' response before the training regarding the selection of feed raw materials showed that 60% chose bran flour, but after the training, the participants' response shifted to fish meal with a percentage reaching 75%.

Abstract

Growth and the high competition in the hospital business, demands the existence of an appropriate strategy to achieve competitive advantage. Strategies that can be used is a strategy of differentiation through efficiency and co-branding and green health care in building competitive advantage to achieve sustainable business growth. The strategy of differentiation can be made through product differentiation, service, human resources, product and image channels. Differentiation strategy and the efficiency of performed detailed analysis using SWOT analysis, Resource Based View (RBV) and carried out in a comprehensive manner through the assessment method of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), which measures the performance of companies from both the financial and non financial perspective as a whole, so that it can be produced more precise measurement of the indicators for the survival and growth of the company. This thesis research done through qualitative approach on RS. Mitra Keluarga Surabaya on an ongoing basis to evaluate the strategy of differentiation and efficiency at the same time, to be able to always increase sales growth and get the value of an optimal efficiency in the operating costs of the hospital.

Abstract

Tanjung Labu waters have a coral reef ecosystem and are rich in a variety of biota such as the Pomacentridae and Chaetodotidae families. This family is an indicator of the health of coral reefs and plays a role in maintaining ecosystem balance. The aim of the research is to calculate the abundance of the Chaetodontidae and Pomacentridae families and analyze the relationship between the abundance of Chaetodontidae and Pomacentridae fish and habitat characteristics in coral reef ecosystems. The research was carried out in March 2024 in the waters of Tanjung Labu. The method used is UPT (Underwater Photo Transect) for coral reefs and UVC (Underwater Visual Census) for coral reef fish and the PAST 4.03 application to determine the relationship. The research results showed that the average live coral cover was 51.15%, and the abundance of the Chaetodontidae and Pomacentridae families was 1/m2. The number of individuals and species of the Chaetodontidae family is 37 individuals and 3 species, while the Pomacentridae family is 386 individuals and 20 species. The Chaetodontiadae family relationship is positively correlated with basic substrate cover components such as abiotic and other fauna, as well as environmental parameters such as brightness and current speed, but is negatively correlated with live coral and the type of coral reef life form, while the Pomacentridae family relationship is positively correlated with the closure component. basic substrates such as coral reef life form and dead coral, as well as environmental parameters such as water depth.

Abstract

Creditors, as a source of funding for companies, need to bear the risks inherent in the company to assess the company's ability to pay debts for the use of creditors' funds. One of the risks of concern to creditors is the risk of ESG risk consisting of Environmental (E), Social (S), and Governance (G) because this issue concerns the interests of society, such as climate change, work safety issues, as well as indications of fraud committed by the company and accompanied by government encouragement in achieving sustainability goals. The existence of ESG disclosure as a risk mitigation tool and providing additional information to reduce information asymmetry with external parties makes a company strategy to legitimize the company in the eyes of the public. Legitimacy can affect the perception of external parties, especially creditors, when deciding to determine the cost of debt as a fee for using funds that creditors have provided. The purpose of the study is to analyze the effect of ESG disclosure by using non-financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that ESG disclosure has a negative effect on the cost of debt. This shows that creditors in Indonesia consider disclosure of ESG information as a risk mitigation tool and can reduce information asymmetry between creditors and management as operational actors to reduce the company's cost of debt.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of the Employee Additional Income policy in Bengkulu Province. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The type of data used is primary data obtained through interviews and documentation studies. Respondents or informants in the study were civil apparatus in Bengkulu Province Government recipients of Employee Additional Income. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. This study found that: (1) Terms of granting Employee Additional Income in the Bengkulu Province Government are calculated based on the determination of job weight, work performance and employee discipline, as stated in the Bengkulu Province Regulation concerning Giving Additional Income to Bengkulu Province Government Employees; and (2) Mechanisms for granting Employee Additional Income within the Bengkulu Province Government have been carried out according to operational standards for improving employee welfare in the Bengkulu Province Government, namely based on Bengkulu Province Regulation concerning Giving Additional Income to Bengkulu Province Government Employees.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan merupakan informasi penting sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban manajemen ke investor. Laporan keuangan bersifat historis dimana meskipun informasi yang ada dapat digunakan sebagai prediksi masa depan, namun manajemen sebagai pihak internal perusahaan yang lebih paham kondisi perusahaan akan lebih baik apabila juga mengungkapkan informasi forward-looking dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan investor untuk pengambilan keputusan dengan mempertimbangkan prospek perusahaan di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh mekanisme tata kelola perusahaan meliputi komisaris independen, kepemilikan manajerial, dan komite audit terhadap pengungkapan informasi forward-looking. Disain penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan data laporan tahunan. Obyek penelitian digunakan perusahaan manufaktur di BEI. Teknis analisis data berupa analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mekanisme tata kelola perusahaan yang diwakili komisaris independen tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengungkapan informasi forward-looking. Mekanisme tata kelola perusahaan diwakili kepemilikan manajerial dan komite audit berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan informasi forward-looking, hal ini menunjukkan semakin besar kepemilikan saham oleh manajerial dan semakin rutin rapat komite audit mampu meningkatkan pengungkapan informasi forward-looking. Dari hasil penelitian, komisaris independen diharapkan dapat lebih memaksimalkan perannya sebagai pengawas dan mendorong manajemen mengungkapkan informasi selengkap mungkin, termasuk informasi forward-looking.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of communication and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was carried out on employees of the National Land Agency (BPN) of Boyolali Regency. This study usedprimary data obtained by distributing questions to respondents and through literature studies. The sample in this study were 87 respondents with sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. Data analysis used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS v.16. The results of this study indicate that communication has a positive effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, communication has a positive effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. While the results of the mediation test indicate that job satisfaction mediates the influence of communication and the work environment on employee performance.
