Abstract

The insurance industry cannot be separated from the demands to keep up with the times and carry out digital transformation of its business. Digital transformation in the insurance industry has driven the emergence of insurance technology (InsurTech). The development of insuretech in Indonesia is quite fast and will continue to grow with the emergence of various digital insurance service providers such as PasarPolis, E-Bancassurance, Fuse and so on. Insurtech can be utilized throughout the lifecycle of insurance products including pre-contract, product development, post-contract, back office operations and in risk control. The digitalization of technology in Indonesia has driven the development of InsurTech's business. Key players in this industry include PasarPolis, Qoala and Simas Insurtech. InsurTech's high potential in Indonesia is not only supported by the development of InsurTech start-ups, but also due to low insurance penetration. The challenges that arise for InsurTech are mainly related to the current regulations that do not yet specifically discuss InsurTech.

Abstract

Coronary heart disease is the number one killer and its incidence is increasing year by year. Acute Coronary Syndrome has a substantial association with morbidity and mortality and imposes a large financial burden on the healthcare system Diagnostic and therapeutic advances over the past few decades have significantly improved the health outcomes of patients with acute coronary syndrome. Acute coronary syndrome is a multifactorial disease, which is influenced by many factors, such as hypertension, DM and smoking habits. The purpose of this online seminar is to increase participants' knowledge about the definition, risk factors and management of acute coronary syndrome. The method used is to hold a webinar and evaluate knowledge about the management of patients with acute coronary syndrome. The webinar activity was held for 1 day with 4000 registrants. The webinar was attended by 1649 participants who filled in the attendance link. Participants who filled in the pretest link were 721 participants and posttest were 1297 participants. 657 participants filled in both links (Pretest and Posttest). From the results of the pretest and posttest knowledge evaluation, it shows that there is an increase in the average participant knowledge score at the pretest of 29.95%, increasing to 46.91% at the posttest, with Pvalue = 0.000. To increase knowledge can use webinars.

Abstract

Hypertension is a frequent, chronic and age-related disorder, which often leads to debilitating cardiovascular and renal complications. The main causes of this disease are genetics, behavior and lifestyle. Low awareness of hypertension management is a major cause of complications. Tumbuan Village, Seluma Regency is the Working Area of Tumbuan Health Center which consists of Lubuk Sandi Sub-district with an area of 141.3 Km² consisting of lowlands, highlands, rice fields and swamps. Based on the survey results, there are still 1,368 people in Tumbuan Village who suffer from hypertension, and those suffering from hypertension are mostly the elderly. For the activity plan of the activities to be carried out, this is counseling on the importance of maintaining a good diet, the aim is to provide an understanding of the importance of maintaining a diet to avoid hypertension. Partners in this service are elderly posyandu cadres in Tumbuan Village, Seluma Regency, Participants in this activity are elderly people with hypertension as many as 25 people. The methods in this activity are counseling, lectures and discussions as well as demonstrations of making traditional medicines for people with hypertension. The success of this event can be seen from the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the elderly. The elderly also play a very active role in answering evaluations about the material that has been delivered. The implementation of the service activities was carried out smoothly, most of the 93% (14 elderly) increased their knowledge with the category of good knowledge while 6.7% (1 person) with the category of sufficient knowledge in the importance of maintaining a diet to avoid hypertension and committed to implementing all the recommendations of the service team to prevent hypertension.

Abstract

This research aims to be used in the preparation of writing advanced scientific articles about Islamic education based on the title by knowing the main information about the article, 1) most information, most citation, most relevant author, 2) reviewing the development of publications from 1980-2023, 3) fade most relevant affiliates, 4) co-occurrence network by title, source title, theme development, trending topics by title, and 5) wordcloud by title, thematic maps or future research theme opportunities. The tool used to analyze the data in this study was part of rR-studio, namely the bibliometric r-package software. The data analyzed were obtained from the Scopus database with the type of article title document obtained from CSV which was then analyzed using the Biblio Shiny Web Interface. The results of a bibliometric analysis on Islamic education based on titles from 1980-2023, provide an illustration that scientific articles on Islamic education have developed quite rapidly from year to year and are quite popular in the world of global academics on the Asian continent where the majority of the population is Muslim. The affiliates that are most active in publishing scientific studies on Islamic education are still dominated by universities on the Asian Continent, such as the National University of Malaya, the University of Malaya and the Indonesian University of Education. The discussion of scientific research on Islamic education raises many themes related to the social field in general, such as education and students.

Abstract

Character education has become the main focus in facing current global challenges. Amidst the dynamics of society, community service has become an effective strategy to realize character education. This research aims to explore and analyze the impact of community service programs in strengthening character education, with a focus on Village X. The research methods used are participatory observation, interviews, and document analysis. The research results show that the community service program in Village X has successfully increased awareness of moral values, ethics, and social responsibility among the community. Additionally, this program also provides a positive contribution in developing social skills and leadership among participants, especially the younger generation. The implications of this research highlight the need for more support and collaboration between educational institutions, the government, and the community in implementing community service programs to strengthen character education.

Abstract

This article discusses sustainable village development efforts through a community participation approach in Catak Gayam Village. This service project is designed to improve the welfare of village communities by actively involving them in every stage of development, from identifying needs to project implementation. Through observation, survey and training methods, the Catak Gayam Village community is empowered to play an active role in decision making and managing local resources. The results of this project show a significant increase in the quality of village infrastructure as well as community capacity to manage development sustainably. Community participation proved to be a key factor in the success of this project, creating a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for development outcomes. These findings provide an important contribution to village development models that can be applied in other regions with similar conditions.

Abstract

Environmental awareness is one of the main challenges in creating a sustainable society. In Mangunharjo Village, low awareness of the importance of environmental conservation prompted a greening movement based on youth collaboration. This program aims to increase participation and environmental awareness through education, greening actions, and sustainable plant management. The methods used include environmental awareness training, joint tree planting, and assistance in plant maintenance. The results of the program showed an increase in youth understanding of environmental issues and increased active participation in greening activities. In addition, a synergy was created between the youth and the community in maintaining and caring for the village environment. This program has a positive impact by creating a greener environment and strengthening environmental awareness among the youth of Mangunharjo Village.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in emerging markets, focusing on progress, challenges, and pathways for improvement. Drawing on a literature review and empirical evidence, the research investigates the current status of SDG advancement, identifying key obstacles such as socio-economic disparities, institutional complexities, and infrastructure deficits. Findings reveal significant progress in integrating SDGs into national agendas yet underscore persistent challenges hindering further advancement. The study emphasizes the need for tailored, adaptive strategies to address contextual complexities and promote inclusivity. Implications suggest the importance of collaborative endeavors among stakeholders to overcome barriers and foster sustainable development. By addressing these challenges collectively, emerging markets can realize their full potential in driving inclusive and resilient societies aligned with SDG principles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dimana letak kesulitan belajar yang dihadapi oleh siswa dan untuk mencari pemecahannya, karena jika kesulitan belajar siswa tersebut dibiarkan, maka tujuan pembelajaran tidak akan tercapai dengan baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitan library reasearch (perpustakaan), dimana sumber data diperoleh dari buku, artikel jurnal, maupun karya ilmiah lain yang relevan dengan pembahasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diagnosis ini membantu siswa untuk memperoleh hasil belajar yang optimal. Untuk melaksanakan kegiatan diagnosis kesulitan belajar harus ditempuh beberapa tahapan kegiatan seperti 1) Mengidentifikasi siswa yang diperkirakan mengalami kesulitan belajar; 2) Melokalisasikan kesulitan belajar; 3) Menentukan faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar; 4) Memperkirakan alternatif bantuan; 5) Menetapkan kemungkinan cara mengatasinya; dan 6) Tindak lanjut. Diagnosis kesulitan belajar dilakukan dengan teknik tes dan nontes. Teknik yang dapat digunakan guru untuk mendiagnosis kesulitan belajar antara lain: tes prasyarat (prasyarat pengetahuan, prasyarat keterampilan), tes diagnostik, wawancara dan pengamatan.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja gejala kejiwaan pada manusia. Metode penulisan jurnal yang digunakan yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber, seperti: buku, jurnal, dan e-book. Psikologi merupakan ilmu yang mempelajari proses mental dan perilaku pada manusia. Perilaku manusia akan lebih mudah dipahami jika kita juga memahami proses mental yang mendasari perilaku tersebut. Gejala jiwa yang ada pada diri manusia sangat mempengaruhi perilakunya. Tidak terlepas dalam dunia pendidikan yaitu pada pendidik maupun peserta didik. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa gejala psikologi yaitu proses perubahan perilaku manusia dalam kehidupannya. Gangguan kejiwaan pada manusia yaitu masalah kesehatan yang mempengaruhi bagaimana seseorang berpikir, berperilaku, dan berinteraksi dengan orang lain secara signifikan. Ada beberapa bentuk gejala jiwa pada manusia yang mendasar yang banyak muncul dalam bidang pendidikan. Di antaranya seperti penginderaan dan persepsi, memori, berpikir, inteligensi, emosi, motivasi, serta masih banyak lagi yang lainnya. Bentuk-bentuk gejala jiwa tersebut sangat mendasari dan mempengaruhi berbagai perilaku manusia, baik perilaku seorang pendidik (guru) maupun perilaku peserta didik (siswa). Oleh karenaitu, pejelasan tentang bentuk-bentuk gejala jiwa yang cukup mendasar dan banyak terkait dalam bidang pendidikan akan dijelaskan dalam pokok bahasan ini.
