Abstract

Stroke is the third leading cause of death in the world. Stroke is a condition with rapidly developing clinical signs in the form of focal and global neurological deficits, which can occur and last for 24 hours or more. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of head CT scans in patients with clinical stroke, both ischemic and non-hemorrhagic, in the Radiology Department of Tiarasella Hospital, Bengkulu, January-December 2024. Methods: This study is a retrospective descriptive study utilizing secondary data in the form of head CT scan request answer sheets. Results of the study: Based on 50 patient data obtained, 74 patients were diagnosed with ischemic stroke (92%) and hemorrhagic stroke (8%). Male patients were more numerous (54%) than female patients (46%). The 56-65 year age group was the largest age group, namely 19 patients (38%) followed by those aged more than or equal to 66 years as many as 18 patients (36%); Conclusion: In patients with a radiological diagnosis of ischemic stroke, the most patients were.

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam memanfaatkan platform digital sebagai sarana pemasaran produk secara online. Dengan maraknya perkembangan teknologi dan transformasi menuju desa digital, pelaku usaha diharapkan mampu beradaptasi dengan strategi pemasaran modern guna meningkatkan daya saing dan jangkauan pasar. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan praktis, dan pendampingan dalam penggunaan berbagai platform digital seperti media sosial, marketplace, dan aplikasi bisnis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman pelaku usaha terhadap pentingnya digitalisasi serta kemampuan awal dalam mengelola akun bisnis secara daring. Program ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam mendorong transformasi digital UMKM di wilayah pedesaan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of stakeholder involvement, namely foreign and institutional ownership, on ESG disclosure and how the relationship is moderated by the independent board of commissioners. This study uses a sample of 108 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during the 2019-2021 period. Data analysis was carried out using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method using a random effect model. The results showed that foreign ownership, institutional ownership, and independent boards of commissioners have a positive influence on ESG disclosure. In addition, an independent board of commissioners is proven to strengthen the effect of institutional ownership on ESG disclosure. In contrast, company size as a control variable has no impact on ESG disclosure. This study suggests companies in the manufacturing sub-sector increase ESG disclosure, which can be encouraged through the presence of foreign and institutional ownership.

Abstract

An alternative solution to the availability of inadequate rain data as hydrological data input is with the help of Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) satellite rainfall data using remote sensing technology (satellite). The purpose of this study was to find correlations and corrections of data and validate GPM satellite data with rainfall data at rain stations and observation data in the Jelai watershed. The corrected GP M rain data validation results in Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), Correlation Coefficient (R), and Relative Error (KR). The validation results resulted in NSE values of 0.33, RMSE 48.54, Correlation Coefficient (R) of 0.75, and Relative Error of 0.19 for 2019 and yielded NSE values of -0.14, RMSE 100.24, Correlation Coefficient (R) of -0.36, and Relative Error of 0.23 for 2020. The overall analysis shows that GPM data can be used as an alternative to rain data if in a watershed there is a small number of rain posts that do not meet the WMO criteria. As a suggestion for further research, it is necessary to calibrate and validate by distinguishing between rain data in wet years and dry years

Abstract

Pidana mati dalam KUHP 2023 bukan lagi merupakan pidana pokok melainkan pidana khusus untuk tindak pidana tertentu yang ditentukan undang-undang dan diancam dengan pidana penjara seumur hidup atau pidana penjara paling lama 20 tahun. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) kedudukan pidana mati dalam perspektif KUHP 2023; 2) Ketentuan mengubah pidana mati menjadi pidana seumur hidup atau pidana 20 tahun dalam perspektif KUHP 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Hasil pembahasan menyimpulkan bahwa 1) kedudukan pidana mati dalam perspektif KUHP 2023 bukan sebagai pidana pokok tetapi sebagai pidana yang khusus untuk tindak pidana tertentu yang ditentukan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan dan dapat diancam dengan pidana penjara seumur hidup. atau penjara paling lama 20 tahun. 2) Ketentuan pidana mati yang dapat diubah adalah pidana mati dengan masa percobaan 10 tahun dengan memperhatikan: a) rasa penyesalan terdakwa dan harapan untuk memperbaiki diri; atau b) peran terdakwa dalam Tindak Pidana. Pidana mati dengan masa percobaan harus dicantumkan dalam putusan pengadilan. Ketentuan mengenai masa percobaan dalam putusan pidana mati harus diatur dalam peraturan pelaksanaannya. Saran dari penelitian ini 1) Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP (KUHP 2023) sebaiknya segera disosialisasikan kepada seluruh masyarakat agar penegakannya mudah dilaksanakan. 2) Peraturan pelaksanaan pidana percobaan harus mengatur lebih jelas dan rinci

Abstract

This study analyzes the inner conflicts experienced by the characters in the novel Mata Penakluk. The theory used is Sigmund Freud's theory to examine the psychological condition of the characters described in the novel Mata Penakluk. In addition, it also examines educational values. The aims of this study are to (1) describe the mental turmoil experienced by Abdurrahman Wahid's character in the novel Mata Penakluk by Abdullah Wong, a review of literary psychology; (2) describe and imitate the values ??of character education contained in the novel Mata Penakluk by Abdullah Wong. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The object of this research is the novel Mata Penakluk by Abdullah Wong published by PT Mizan Publica. Data collection techniques in this study used library, listen, and note-taking techniques. Data validity uses data triangulation. The data analysis technique uses flow analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are (1) the psychological condition experienced by the character KH. Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) in the novel Mata Penakluk is influenced by three elements including id, ego, superego; (2) the character values ??contained in the novel Mata Penakluk have 9 values ??including monotheism, humanity, justice, equality, liberation, brotherhood, simplicity, chivalry and local wisdom/tradition. Abstract

The supply of clean water for the residents of Sidogede Village, Prembun District, is currently insufficient. In order to be able to obtain water for their daily needs, some people still transport it. The need for clean water in some places does not match the amount of clean water available in that place, so that it does not meet the demand for water. Around this area there is a river flow which has the potential to be utilized for planning the supply of clean water. Population growth for this village is calculated by projecting water demand. Plan year on the water supply system for the next 15 years from 2021. In this study, four units of parallel dug wells were used for extraction. The clean water supply system includes raw water intake, reservoir, processing, and distribution systems in providing clean water. The distribution of clean water to service locations uses a gravity system with a simple water treatment system with a 3m x 2m x 2m reservoir to store water and become one building with a treatment tub. The clean water treatment design uses treatment processing which contains zeloid stones. The design of a clean water supply system uses hydraulic calculations for pipe dimensions. The use of infiltration wells with pumps is channeled to the Treatment Tub and to the Reservoir and then channeled to the service area using PVC pipes. The diameter for the transmission pipe is 1.5'' and for the distribution pipe is 1''. Keyword: distribution, treatment, hydraulics, pipes, reservoirs

Abstract

Abstract: The aims of this development research are: (1) to describe the feasibility level of developing interactive learning media using articulate storyline, and (2) to describe the level of attractiveness after developing interactive learning media using articulate storyline. This development research adapts the stages of developing the Borg and Gall model which consists of the pre-development stage, the development stage, the validation stage, the small group field trial stage and the student test stage of class X. The research data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive. This study resulted in: (1) html5 published interactive learning media using articulate storylines on material in quantities and units that can be accessed anywhere as long as internet access is available (2) Assessments from material content experts found that this interactive learning media was categorized as very feasible with a percentage assessment by 93%, from design experts categorized as feasible with a percentage of 87%, from media experts categorized as feasible, a percentage of 88% was obtained, from teacher practitioners and colleagues obtained an assessment percentage of 91% with a very decent category, from the responses of small group students of 5 students obtained results with a decent category with a percentage of 89% and a large group student response of 36 students obtained very decent results with a percentage of 91%. While the level of attractiveness of interactive learning media obtained a percentage of 89% with an attractive category for students. Keywords: interactive learning media, articulate storyline, android, physics  Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah: (1) Mendeskripsikan tingkat kelayakan Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif dengan Menggunakan Articulate Storyline, dan (2) Mendeskripsikan tingkat kemenarikan setelah dilakukan Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif dengan Menggunakan Articulate Storyline. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengadaptasi tahap-tahap pengembangan model Borg and Gall yang terdiri dari tahap prapengembangan, tahap pengembangan, tahap validasi, tahap uji coba lapangan kelompok kecil dan tahap uji siswa 1 kelas X. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan: (1) media pembelajaran interaktif terpublish html5 dengan menggunakan articulate storyline pada materi besaran dan satuan yang bisa diakses dimana saja selama tersedia akses internet (2) Penilaian dari ahli isi materi diperoleh bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif ini dikategorikan sangat layak dengan persentase penilaian sebesar 93%, dari ahli desain  dikategorikan layak dengan persentase 87%, dari ahli media dikategorikan layak diperoleh persentase 88%,  dari praktisi guru teman sejawat diperoleh persentase penilaian sebesar 91% dengan kategori sangat layak, dari respon siswa kelompok kecil yaitu 5 siswa diperoleh hasil dengan kategori layak dengan persentase sebesar 89% dan respon siswa kelompok besar yaitu 36 siswa diperoleh hasil sangat layak dengan persentase sebesar 91%. Sedangkan tingkat kemenarikan media pembelajaran interaktif diperoleh persentase sebesar 89% dengan kategori menarik bagi siswa. Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran interaktif, articulate storyline, android, fisika

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh CV Setia Makmur Surabaya dalam meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan melalui penerapan analisis SWOT. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang diperkuat dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan pihak internal perusahaan, serta dokumentasi yang relevan sehingga mampu memberikan gambaran nyata mengenai kondisi aktual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan internal, khususnya kualitas produk yang konsisten, harga yang bersaing, serta hubungan baik dengan pelanggan, menjadi faktor dominan dalam mendukung keberlangsungan usaha. Namun, perusahaan masih menghadapi sejumlah kelemahan seperti keterbatasan inovasi produk, pemanfaatan strategi pemasaran digital yang belum maksimal, dan persaingan harga yang cukup ketat di pasar lokal. Melalui pemanfaatan peluang pasar yang terus berkembang dan penguatan strategi berbasis keunggulan internal, CV Setia Makmur tidak hanya mampu menjaga stabilitas posisi kompetitifnya, tetapi juga memiliki peluang besar untuk melakukan ekspansi menuju pasar yang lebih luas dan terstruktur demi mendukung pertumbuhan usaha berkelanjutan yang semakin unggul.

Abstract

Lack of knowledge and society awareness dealing with the importance of Women's Education often makes treat, differently between men and women in the teaching process. Even though both of them have different characteristics and needs. For this reason, the research will be discusse an effort to look deeper into some thoughts of women's education, developing women’s potential and maximising the potential of women as a support for the superior generation in civilization of  ummah. This research is library research, while data obtained were analysed by using the documentary method. the researcher also use descriptive method, comparative method and content analysis method to analyzing data. This study found that: 1) according to Hamka the importance of women's education is because women play a very important role in life  as a wife, a mother,an  educator and a caregiver. 2) according to muthahhari women's education in Islam is important because it aims to make women understand about their duties and responsibilities in accordance with their nature as a wife and a mother who will educate their children later. 3) Both of them have an understanding of the importance on women education. While the different are in the way to understand the importance of women’s education. Hamka tend to understand it from interpreting Al-Qur’an and Al- Hadist, while  Muthahhari tend to understand it from philosophical side.
