Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan keadilan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan di Kawasan Industri Cikarang. Dengan menggunakan metode explanatory research dan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui SmartPLS, data dikumpulkan dari 246 responden karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja dan keadilan organisasi juga berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, yang pada gilirannya memediasi hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut dengan kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan keadilan organisasi untuk memperkuat komitmen organisasi yang berujung pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya manajemen memberikan perhatian khusus pada aspek kepuasan dan keadilan dalam lingkungan kerja untuk mencapai kinerja optimal di Kawasan Industri Cikarang.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah memungkinkan bisnis untuk menggantikan proses manual, seperti pencatatan kehadiran karyawan, dengan sistem digital. Graha Digital Network, untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pencatatan kehadiran, telah mengimplementasikan sistem absensi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem tersebut dan mengidentifikasi elemen yang mempengaruhinya dengan menggunakan algoritma C4.5. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang mengukur fitur-fitur seperti kemudahan penggunaan, keandalan, dan dampaknya terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa fitur nomor 3 memiliki nilai gain tertinggi, menunjukkan informasi paling signifikan dalam sistem absensi, sementara fitur nomor 8 memiliki pengaruh paling rendah. Pohon keputusan yang dihasilkan menggambarkan kontribusi masing-masing aspek terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa beberapa fitur sistem absensi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, memberikan manajemen Graha Digital Network kesimpulan dan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan fitur tertentu dan mengoptimalkan sistem demi meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dan produktivitas.

Abstract

Cikarang is currently one of the largest industrial areas in Asia, attracting many visitors from both within the country and abroad. Therefore, commercial buildings are in high demand, considering that many of these visitors require lodging facilities. The purpose of this writing is to serve as a conceptual foundation for designing a garden-themed hotel building in East Cikarang District, making this hotel uniquely attractive with green open spaces applied in the form of gardens to help minimize pollution. To realize this design, various analyses are required. These analyses will form the theoretical basis for this design. The concept applied is analogous to the Biohazard Antivirus symbol, commonly used as a warning to indicate that preventive actions should be taken when exposed to potentially hazardous substances. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that to realize this design, it is necessary to conduct various analyses related to the design of the hotel as the main activity and the garden as a supporting activity in the design. Examining the types of vegetation to be used is also very important in order to minimize pollution caused by the surrounding environment, thereby achieving the design's objectives.

Abstract

Industri Skincare berkembang dengan sangat pesat, hal ini menyebabkan persaingan antar pasar menjadi semakin kompetitif terbukti dengan hadirnya berbagai macam merek kosmetik baru. Penelitian ini akan mendalami mengenai Kualitas Produk dalam mempengaruhi pembelian ulang dengan variabel penghubung yaitu kepuasan fungsional dan kepercayaan. Studi ini melibatkan 80 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian dan memakai produk scarlett. Data yang sudah terkumpul diolah menggunakan SmartPLS dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis struktural menggunakan pendekatan partial least square. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa kepuasan fungsional dan kepercayaan memediasi kualitas produk terhadap pembelian ulang. Kualitas produk yang semakin tinggi akan meningkatkan kepuasan fungsional dan kepercayaan yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan pembelian ulang produk. The skincare industry is growing very rapidly, this causes competition between markets to become more competitive as evidenced by the presence of various new cosmetic brands. This study will explore Product Quality in influencing repeat purchases with connecting variables, namely functional satisfaction and trust. This study involved 80 respondents who had made purchases and used scarlett products. The collected data is processed using SmartPLS and analyzed using structural analysis using a partial least square approach. The study resulted in findings that functional satisfaction and trust mediate product quality against repeat purchases. Higher product quality will increase functional satisfaction and trust which will ultimately increase product repeat purchases.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Promosi Penjualan Dan Kualitas Layanan dalam Mempengaruhi Minat Beli Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen RH-Mart. Penelitian akan dilakukan di RH-Mart berlokasi di Jl. Babakan Indah RT02 RW15 Des. Ciangsana, Kec. Gunung Putri Bogor, Jawa Barat. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 konsumen ditentukan dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. Data hasil kuesioner dianalisis dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS. Penelitian menghasilkan; 1) Promosi penjualan memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap minat beli; 2) Kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap Minat Beli; 3) Minat beli memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap Loyalitas; 4) Promosi penjualan melalui minat beli tidak berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas; 5) Kualitas Layanan melalui Minat Beli berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Loyalitas. The purpose of the study was to determine Sales Promotion and Service Quality in Influencing Buying Interest and Its Impact on Consumer Loyalty. The research will be conducted at RH-Mart located on Jl. Babakan Indah RT02 RW15 Dec. Ciangsana, Gunung Putri District, Bogor. A study sample of 50 consumers was determined by the Simple Random Sampling method. The questionnaire result data was analyzed using Smart PLS software. The research data was analyzed using Smart PLS software. Research produces; 1) Sales Promotion has a positive influence on Buying Interest; 2) Service Quality has a positive influence on Buying Interest; 3) Buying Interest has a positive influence on Loyalty; 4) Sales promotion through buying Iinterest has no effect on Loyalty; 5) Quality of Service through Buying Interest has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty.

Abstract

Retaining competent employees is crucial for a company's success, defined as efforts to prevent the departure of talented and potential employees. Employee retention serves as a vital indicator of organizational effectiveness, alongside key factors such as compensation, career development, and job satisfaction. This quantitative study involved a saturated sample of 48 respondents from the total population at CV. Znepa Karya Mandiri. A quantitative approach was used in this research by collecting data through surveys and statistical analysis by, Partial Least Squares analysis was employed using SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. and the results There is a significant positive influence of compensation on employee retention. There is a significant positive influence of career development on employee retention, there is a significant positive influence of job satisfaction on employee retention, there is a significant positive influence of compensation on job satisfaction, there is a significant positive influence of career development on job satisfaction, there is a significant indirect positive influence of compensation on employee retention mediated by job satisfaction, there is a significant indirect positive influence of career development on employee retention mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotions and online customer reviews on purchase decisions mediated by the brand image of Erigo products in Shopee e-commerce. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Erigo consumers who shop through Shopee. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS application. This study concludes that promotions and online customer reviews directly influence purchase decisions; however, brand image is not a significant mediator in this relationship. These findings imply that effective promotion strategies and online customer review management can enhance purchase decisions, even though the brand image does not directly mediate this relationship for Erigo products on Shopee.

Abstract

Penurunan kinerja pegawai yang terjadi merupakan fenomena dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji peran motivasi berprestasi sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dan kinerja, juga mempertimbangkan peran kompetensi sebagai faktor pendukung kinerja di BPBJ (Bagian Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa) Setda Kab.Bekasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner berupa Google Forms melalui WhatsApp Group dan Jaringan pribadi selama 1 minggu. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 54 Pegawai. Metode analisis data yang diterapkan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan memanfaatkan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi; Motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja dimediasi motivasi berprestasi. Informasi lain yang diperoleh adalah Kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja.The decline in employee performance that occurs is a phenomenon in this study. This study aims to examine the role of achievement motivation as a mediator in the relationship between the work environment and performance, also considering the role of competence as a supporting factor for performance in BPBJ (Procurement of Goods and Services Section) Setda Kabubapten Bekasi. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms through WhatsApp Groups and private networks for 1 week. Respondents in this study were 54 employees. The data analysis method applied is SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) by utilizing SmartPLS 4 software. The result of this study is that the work environment has a positive effect on achievement motivation; Achievement motivation has a positive effect on performance. The work environment towards performance is mediated by achievement motivation. Other information obtained is that Competence has a positive effect on performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan otokratis, lingkungan, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melibatkan 108 pegawai departemen produksi PT. Indonesia Epson Industry Cikarang sebagai reponden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2019 dan program SPSS versi 26. Penelitian memperoleh hasil bahwa gaya kepemimpinan otokratif, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.This study aims to determine the influence of autocratic leadership style, environment, and work motivation on employee performance. The research was carried out by involving 108 employees of the production department of PT. Indonesia Epson Industry Cikarang as a repondent. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression using Microsoft Excel 2019 and the SPSS version 26 program. The study obtained results that autocratic leadership style, work environment and motivation had a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between workload, motivation, institutional support, and academic productivity among lecturers in private universities. Despite the growing emphasis on research output and academic productivity in higher education institutions, private university lecturers face unique challenges that may impact their productivity. Using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design, this study collected data from 217 full-time lecturers from 7 private universities across Brebes Regency, Tegal City, and Tegal Regency. The research employed stratified random sampling and utilized validated questionnaires measuring workload dimensions, academic motivation, perceived institutional support, and academic productivity indicators. Multiple regression analysis revealed that workload has a significant negative effect on academic productivity (β = -0.342, p < 0.01), while motivation (β = 0.418, p < 0.001) and institutional support (β = 0.376, p < 0.001) both demonstrated significant positive effects. Institutional support was found to moderate the relationship between workload and productivity, suggesting that strong institutional support can mitigate the negative effects of high workload. Path analysis indicated that motivation partially mediates the relationship between institutional support and academic productivity. The findings highlight the importance of balanced workload allocation, motivational strategies, and institutional support systems in enhancing academic productivity. This research contributes to the growing literature on academic productivity determinants in private higher education institutions in Indonesia and provides practical implications for institutional policy development aimed at fostering productive academic environments.
