Abstract

This study aims to determine The Influence Of The Recruitment And Selection Process On Employee Work Quality With Competence as Mediation At PT Arjuna Sejahtera Bersama. Respondents of this study were 70 respondents and this study used a quantitative approach with the SmartPLS 3.0 data processing application. The results of this study found that 1. Recruitment Process has no significant effect on competence, 2. Selection process has a significant effect on competence, 3. Recruitment Process has no significant effect on employee work quality, 4. Selection process has a significant effect on employee work quality, 5. Competence has a significant effect on employee work quality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of firm size and price-earnings ratio on firm value, with investment decisions as a moderating variable, focusing on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2023. The research employs a quantitative approach using panel data regression analysis. Financial data were collected from annual reports and financial statements of listed property and real estate companies. The study utilises E-Views software for data analysis, including descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and moderated regression analysis. The findings reveal that firm size and price-earnings ratio positively and significantly influence firm value. However, investment decisions do not moderate the relationship between firm size or price-earnings ratio and firm value in the context of Indonesian property and real estate companies during the studied period. The study is limited to a specific sector and time frame, which may affect the generalizability of results. Additionally, secondary data may not capture all nuances of managerial decision-making processes. This research contributes to the body of corporate finance and strategic management knowledge by providing insights into the determinants of firm value in the Indonesian property and real estate sector.

Abstract

The marketing mix is a set of controllable tactical marketing tools that companies combine to generate desired responses in their target markets. The main objective of this study is to examine the influence of the marketing mix on customer satisfaction, the impact of the marketing mix on customer loyalty, and the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the relationship between the marketing mix and customer loyalty. This research employs a quantitative method, involving customer loyalty as the dependent variable, the marketing mix as the independent variable, and customer satisfaction as the mediating variable. The results of the study indicate that the marketing mix has a significant impact on customer satisfaction, meaning that the better the marketing mix, the higher the level of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the marketing mix also significantly influences customer loyalty, indicating that a higher quality marketing mix leads to increased customer loyalty. Regarding the mediating variable, it is concluded that customer satisfaction serves as a mediator linking the marketing mix and customer loyalty, demonstrating that customer satisfaction effectively bridges the relationship between the marketing mix and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of halal-friendly attributes on visit intention, which is mediated by destination image and adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in tourist destinations. This study addresses the inconsistencies in previous findings by proposing a comprehensive model that combines cultural and technological factors. This study involved 164 respondents who visited tourist destinations in Bekasi. The results showed that halal-friendly attributes significantly improved destination image, which positively influenced AI adoption and travel intention. The dual mediation effects of destination image and AI adoption provide insight into how these factors interact to shape tourists’ visit intention. This study contributes to the literature by offering empirical evidence supporting the integration of halal-friendly attributes with technological advancements to attract Muslim tourists. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh atribut ramah halal terhadap niat berkunjung, yang dimediasi oleh citra destinasi dan adopsi kecerdasan buatan (AI) di destinasi wisata. Penelitian ini membahas ketidakkonsistenan dalam temuan sebelumnya dengan mengusulkan model komprehensif yang menggabungkan faktor budaya dan teknologi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 164 responden yang berkunjung ke destinasi wisata di Bekasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atribut ramah halal secara signifikan meningkatkan citra destinasi, yang secara positif memengaruhi adopsi AI dan niat berkunjung. Efek mediasi ganda dari citra destinasi dan adopsi AI memberikan pemahaman tentang bagaimana faktor-faktor ini berinteraksi untuk membentuk niat berkunjung wisatawan. Studi ini berkontribusi pada literatur dengan menawarkan bukti empiris yang mendukung integrasi atribut ramah halal dengan kemajuan teknologi untuk menarik wisatawan Muslim.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh motivasi dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap jenjang karir dan dampaknya pada kinerja dosen di Indonesia. Menggunakan data primer dari 108 dosen di wilayah Jawa Barat, penelitian ini mengaplikasikan pemodelan persamaan struktural untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jenjang karir dan kinerja dosen. Keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap jenjang karir, tetapi keterlibatan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa motivasi merupakan faktor utama yang mendorong peningkatan kinerja dosen. Jenjang karir tidak memediasi pengaruh motivasi dan keterlibatan terhadap kinerja, sehingga terdapat faktor lain yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap kinerja seperti lingkungan kerja dan dukungan institusi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam literatur jenjang karir dosen, dan menekankan perlunya strategi yang terstruktur dan berbasis motivasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja dosen. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan kebijakan yang lebih efektif dalam mendukung jenjang karir dan kinerja dosen di institusi pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini membuka peluang untuk eksplorasi lebih lanjut mengenai faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja dosen seperti kepemimpinan, dukungan institusi, dan lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

Objectives- This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance by involving work engagement as a mediating variable at CV Mustika Jaya Furniture. Methodology- The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 74 employees of CV Mustika Jaya Furniture selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS V3.0 software to test the mediating role of work engagement and the validity and reliability of the model. Findings- The results of the study indicate that: (1) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, and (3) work engagement acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. Suggestion- Theoretically, this study strengthens the empirical evidence on the mediation mechanism in the leadership-performance relationship in the context of Indonesian furniture SMEs

Abstract

The mentoring activities for business development and financial governance of MSMEs in Serang Baru Village aim to increase the capacity of business actors in managing their businesses effectively. Through training covering financial management, business planning, and technology utilisation, participants are expected to understand the importance of financial records and business development strategies. Monitoring and evaluation results showed a significant improvement in the understanding and skills of MSME players, which was reflected in better financial management and increased competitiveness of local products. Participants were able to record financial transactions more accurately and manage cash flow, thereby monitoring the financial health of their businesses. This activity is expected to contribute to business sustainability and local economic growth in Serang Baru Village and encourage MSME players to continue to innovate and improve the quality of their products.

Abstract

This study explores the mediating roles of trust and reputation in the relationship between transaction security and purchase intention on Shopee. As online shopping becomes increasingly common, understanding how security influences consumer behavior is essential for e-commerce growth. The research investigates how transaction security affects purchase intention through trust and reputation, addressing the question: How does transaction security influence purchase intention via trust and reputation on Shopee? This study offers novelty by analyzing trust and reputation simultaneously as mediators an approach rarely explored together in existing research. Using a quantitative method and structural equation modeling (SEM), data were collected from 161 Shopee users. The results show that transaction security significantly increases both trust and reputation. However, while reputation positively affects purchase intention, trust alone does not show a significant direct influence.  The findings imply that improving transaction security must be accompanied by strong reputation management to effectively drive consumer purchasing decisions. For platforms like Shopee, integrating security measures with visible, trustworthy reputation systems is key to enhancing user confidence and boosting engagement. The study concludes that robust transaction security must be complemented by effective reputation management to increase purchase intention. Ecommerce platforms like Shopee should prioritize both security protocols and user reputation systems to foster consumer confidence and drive engagement.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan menjadi elemen krusial yang menentukan keberhasilan dan daya saing organisasi. Kinerja karyawan mencerminkan sejauh mana individu mampu melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya, sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan organisasi. Dalam suatu perusahaan kinerja karyawan sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, termasuk peran pengembangan diri dan kepercayaan diri sebagai mediator, adalah sangat penting. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru mengenai strategi pengembangan karyawan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kemampuan karyawan terhadap kinerja. Kemampuan di sini merujuk pada kombinasi dari keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah keseluruhan pegawai Yayasan Gema Indonesia Sejahtera, yang berjumlah 67 orang. Data penelitian yang terkumpul akan diinput dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa investasi dalam pengembangan keterampilan dan pengetahuan karyawan, serta pemberdayaan melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan, secara langsung memperkuat kinerja mereka. Selain itu, program pengembangan diri yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran diri, tanggung jawab, dan kemampuan interpersonal berdampak positif tidak hanya pada peningkatan kinerja individu tetapi juga pada peningkatan kinerja tim dan organisasi secara keseluruhan. Di sisi lain, kepercayaan diri memainkan peran penting dalam mengaktualisasikan potensi penuh dari kemampuan karyawan. Karyawan yang memiliki kepercayaan diri tinggi lebih cenderung proaktif, inovatif, dan efektif dalam menghadapi tantangan, yang berkontribusi langsung pada peningkatan produktivitas dan kinerja keseluruhan.

Abstract

Di era saat ini, akses cepat terhadap informasi melalui perangkat genggam telah menjadi bagian penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Platform media sosial telah berkembang dari alat hiburan dan jejaring informal menjadi saluran bisnis penting untuk promosi, peningkatan citra merek, pengenalan produk, akuisisi pelanggan, dan mempertahankan loyalitas. Transformasi digital ini sangat signifikan bagi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia, yang merupakan komponen vital dalam perekonomian lokal. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pelaksanaan program pelatihan dan pendampingan yang bertujuan memberdayakan UMKM di Desa Cikedokan, Kecamatan Cikarang Barat, Kabupaten Bekasi, melalui pemanfaatan smartphone secara efektif untuk pemasaran digital. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan teknologi, merancang tampilan produk menggunakan Canva, serta memanfaatkan Instagram dan Shopee untuk pemasaran online. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan selama lima jam dengan sesi terstruktur dan dipandu oleh para ahli ini mencakup aktivitas praktis seperti pendaftaran akun dan pembuatan konten. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai konsep pemasaran digital serta kemampuan mereka dalam merancang visual produk yang menarik dan menggunakan media sosial serta platform e-commerce untuk tujuan pemasaran. Peserta juga menyadari bahwa pemasaran digital merupakan alat penting untuk meningkatkan pendapatan usaha mereka. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan berjalan dengan sukses sesuai jadwal dan merekomendasikan pemantauan berkelanjutan serta peningkatan pemanfaatan smartphone untuk memperkuat jejaring bisnis dan meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM. Inisiatif ini berkontribusi pada upaya inklusi digital dan pemberdayaan ekonomi pelaku usaha lokal melalui intervensi peningkatan kapasitas yang terarah.
