Abstract

By using CDA as a tool in the classroom, this study visually and verbally analyses the children's growth. This is based on the understanding that learning is not content-oriented, but rather about the learning process of knowledge gained. Students who can think well will be successful in life. Therefore, this study aims to determine the app implementing critical discourse analysis on early children's development in the classroom. The method used is a qualitative approach with a literature review using sources from the internet, books, and related research outputs. Based on the study's findings, the critical thinking structure is explicit to make clear what is to be learned in order to facilitate writing skills, systematic to provide a consistent framework for focusing on both language and context, needs-based to ensure that course objectives and content are derived from students' needs, supportive to give teachers a central role in scaffolding students' learning and creativity, and empowering to give access to the pattern and possibilities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and supervision of learning in the 4.0 industrial revolution era at one kindergarten school located in Pematangsiantar since early childhood education is expected to produce creative, character, competent and innovative graduates which can only be done through the creation of conducive learning conditions supported by learning management. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research. The research was carried out at one kindergarten school located in Pematangsiantar with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results showed that based on existing competencies in the 4.0 industrial revolution era, there were innovations and a number of breakthroughs produced by teachers in improving the quality of learning in the form of curriculum development and the use of information and communication technology in carrying out several approaches and learning strategies. One of the breakthroughs that has been made is video learning for early childhood. All processes of innovation and breakthroughs in the learning process are supported by the ability of teachers to implement good learning management principles.

Abstract

This study aims to explain several implementations of Human Resource Management to improve the competence of early childhood education teachers, namely: human resource planning, training and human resource development. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation taken from teachers and headmaster. Post-data collection analysis used a data reduction pattern, data display, and data verification. The main points of the research results are: (1) the human resource planning system is carried out by analyzing all activities or workloads that must be carried out by all school components. (2) human resource training and development carried out still tends to be a formality limited to success whether or not the training was implemented, and not yet oriented to the effects of the post-training that was carried out, it was able to change for the better or not the behavior and performance of the participants towards organizational goals
