Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and workload on employee performance at PT Surya Ratu Decor, South Tangerang City. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all 65 employees of PT Surya Ratu Decor, with a saturated sampling technique so that the entire population was used as a research sample. The results of multiple regression analysis showed a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.913, which means that 91.3% of employee performance variations can be explained by work discipline and workload variables together, while the remaining 8.7% is influenced by other factors outside the study. The results of the t test showed that work discipline had a significant effect on performance with a calculated t value = 17.981> t table = 1.669 and sig. 0.000 <0.05, and workload had a significant effect with a calculated t value = 25.159> t table = 1.669 and sig. 0.000 <0.05. The simultaneous F test obtained a calculated F value = 335.275 > F table = 3.145 with sig. 0.000 < 0.05, which means that work discipline and workload together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Surya Ratu Decor employees in South Tangerang City.

Abstract

Peningkatan mutu pembelajaran sekaligus penguatan budaya literasi merupakan kebutuhan strategis pendidikan Indonesia dan relevan dengan SDGs mengenai pendidikan berkualitas serta literasi yang inklusif. Dalam konteks Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) yang sarat aktivitas berbasis teks, guru membutuhkan dukungan teknologi untuk menyusun asesmen secara cepat, akurat, bermakna, dan berorientasi HOTS. Analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara terhadap 30 guru di Yayasan Al Manar Menoro, Kabupaten Rembang, menunjukkan pemanfaatan Quizzy AImasih rendah: 60% guru belum pernah menggunakan, 20% jarang, 13% sering, dan 7% sangat sering, yang terutama dipengaruhi keterbatasan keterampilan operasional aplikasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan AI melalui Quizzy AI untuk asesmen formatif sedangkan GAMMA AI untuk pengembangan materi digital yang adaptif. Pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui workshop partisipatif berbasis seminar dan pelatihan praktik dalam tiga tahap (pra-pelaksanaan, inti pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi) selama satu hari, mencakup pengenalan AI, praktik penggunaan GAMMA AI dan Quizzy AI, simulasi penerapan, serta diskusi kelompok. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis guru, tercermin dari kenaikan skor asesmen pascapelatihan dan kemampuan peserta mendemonstrasikan pemanfaatan aplikasi untuk pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan asesmen formatif. Keterbatasan fasilitas tidak menjadi kendala utama karena pemanfaatan perangkat pribadi, namun keberlanjutan program memerlukan dukungan institusional, terutama ketersediaan internet yang stabil, perangkat presentasi, dan pelatihan lanjutan.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat dan distribusi pencahayaan alami di ruang kelas E901 dan E902 Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan menggunakan metode peta kontur. Pengukuran intensitas cahaya dilakukan menggunakan lux meter digital pada grid berjarak 60 × 60 cm di seluruh area ruang, dengan kondisi seluruh jendela dibuka untuk memaksimalkan pencahayaan alami. Data hasil pengukuran diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak Surfer untuk menghasilkan peta kontur distribusi iluminansi secara spasial. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa ruang kelas E901 memiliki nilai rata-rata iluminansi sebesar 193,4 lux, sedangkan ruang kelas E902 sebesar 151,2 lux. Kedua nilai tersebut masih berada di bawah standar pencahayaan ruang belajar berdasarkan SNI 6197:2020, yaitu 250–300 lux. Secara spasial, ruang E901 menunjukkan tingkat pencahayaan yang lebih tinggi namun dengan distribusi yang tidak merata, sedangkan ruang E902 memiliki pencahayaan yang lebih seragam tetapi dengan intensitas yang lebih rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi bangunan serta ukuran dan posisi bukaan jendela berpengaruh signifikan terhadap distribusi pencahayaan alami. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan optimalisasi pencahayaan melalui penggunaan elemen reflektif, pengaturan warna interior, serta penerapan sistem pencahayaan hibrida untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan visual ruang kelas..   Abstract This study aims to analyze the level and distribution of natural lighting in classrooms E901 and E902 at Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan using the contour mapping method. Light intensity measurements were conducted using a digital lux meter on a 60 × 60 cm grid covering the entire classroom area, with all windows fully opened to maximize daylight penetration. The measured data were processed using Surfer software to generate contour maps representing the spatial distribution of illuminance. The results indicate that classroom E901 has an average illuminance of 193.4 lux, while classroom E902 has an average illuminance of 151.2 lux. Both values are below the recommended illuminance standard for learning spaces according to SNI 6197:2020, which ranges from 250 to 300 lux. Spatially, classroom E901 exhibits higher illuminance levels but with uneven distribution, whereas classroom E902 shows a more uniform light distribution with lower overall intensity. The findings demonstrate that building orientation as well as the size and position of window openings significantly influence the distribution of natural lighting. Therefore, lighting optimization through the use of reflective elements, appropriate interior color selection, and the implementation of hybrid natural–artificial lighting systems is required to enhance visual comfort in classrooms.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakaat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis alat hidroponik di Desa Cibunar, Parung Panjang, untuk meningkatkan produktivitas masyarakat melalui penerapan teknologi pertanian modern. Desa Cibunar yang sebagian besar warganya tergantung pada sektor pertanian menghadapi keterbatasan lahan dan penurunan hasil pertanian akibat alih fungsi lahan serta penggunaan metode pertanian tradisional yang kurang ramah lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan hidroponik diberikan untuk memperkenalkan sistem pertanian berbasis air tanpa tanah yang lebih efisien dan ramah lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pendekatan pelatihan yang terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu pengenalan hidroponik, kewirausahaan, dan pemasaran produk hidroponik. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan metode teori dan praktik langsung. Setelah pelatihan, peserta diharapkan dapat mengaplikasikan keterampilan yang diperoleh dalam menjalankan usaha hidroponik yang berkelanjutan. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta tentang hidroponik dan kewirausahaan. Program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Cibunar melalui pengembangan usaha berbasis pertanian modern

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and physical work environment on employee performance at the Center for Meteorology Climatology and Geophysics Region II South Tangerang (BBMKG) this type of research using quantitative methods. Sampling technique using saturated samples and obtained as many as 80 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. The results of this study is the organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance by 40.1% while the remaining 59.9% influenced by other factors.  Hypothesis test obtained Value t count > t table or (7.227 > 1.991). Thus Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. The physical work environment has a significant effect with a correlation coefficient of 0.647, meaning that both variables have a strong level of relationship. Determination value or influence contribution of 0.416 it can be concluded that the physical work environment variables affect employee performance variables by 41.6% while the remaining 58.4% influenced by other factors. Hypothesis test obtained Value t count > t table or (7.452 > 1.991). Thus Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted.  Organizational culture and physical work environment simultaneously significantly affect employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.610 + 0,326x1 + 0, 388x2, the coefficient of determination of 46.3% while the remaining 53.7% influenced by other factors that were not conducted research.Hypothesis test obtained Fcounts value > Ftable or 33.256> 3.115. Thus Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the roots of the failure of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in achieving its ultimate goal, namely to form students who are faithful, pious, and have noble character in everyday life. Through a qualitative approach with content analysis methods and comprehensive literature studies, this study identifies fundamental factors that cause the gap between the ideals and the reality of PAI implementation in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that there are several main factors for PAI failure, including: problems with the curriculum that is not contextual, learning methods that tend to be indoctrinative, lack of teacher competence, limited infrastructure, disparities in education policies, the influence of globalization and digitalization, and minimal collaboration between three educational centers. The implication of this study is the need for a comprehensive reformulation and revitalization of the PAI system that involves all stakeholders, by considering philosophical, sociological, psychological, and technical pedagogical aspects to realize the ultimate goal of PAI in forming perfect human beings who reflect Islamic values ​​in life.

Abstract

.  This study aims to examine the impact of Communication and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Madani Solusi Internasional, both individually and simultaneously. A quantitative method was applied in this research. The population consisted of 55 respondents, and the sampling technique used was a saturated sampling method, resulting in a total sample of 55 respondents. Data analysis was conducted through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing.The results showed that Communication (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), as indicated by the regression equation Y = 12.534 + 0.610 X1 and the t-test result where t- count > t-table (5.608 > 2.006), thus H0₁ is rejected and Ha₁ is accepted. Similarly, the Physical Work Environment (X2) has a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y), as shown by the regression equation Y = 12.437 + 0.624 X2 and the t-test result where t- count > t-table (5.224 > 1.670), hence H0₂ is rejected and Ha₂ is accepted.Furthermore, the simultaneous effect of Communication (X1) and Physical Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) was also found to be significant. The regression equation obtained is Y = 7.969 + 0.398 X1 + 0.339 X2, with the F-test result showing F-count > F- table (19.448 > 3.18), indicating that H0₃ is rejected and Ha₃ is accepted. This means that both Communication and Physical Work Environment simultaneously have a significant impact on Employee Performance.

Abstract

mutual cooperation movement within the environment of Sunan Giri University Surabaya has been successfully carried out by scholarship students and also involves the community in this mutual cooperation movement. Good collaboration between students and the community has enabled positive outcomes. This mutual cooperation movement includes cleaning the environment, addressing waste management issues, and raising awareness about the importance of cleanliness. Active involvement of students is key to the success of this program. This mutual cooperation program also serves as a learning opportunity for students to develop social skills and leadership. This study aims to analyze the role of the mutual cooperation movement and student participation in improving campus cleanliness using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. Theresearch method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach is applied to identify assets and resources owned by the campus community as capital to encourage active student participation in cleanliness activities. The results show that optimizing community assets through mutual cooperation significantly increases awareness and participation of students in maintaining campus environmental cleanliness. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of asset-based empowerment in building collective awareness to create a clean and sustainable campus environment.

Abstract

PKH merupakan program pemberian bantuan sosial bersyarat kepada keluarga dan / seseorang miskin atau rentan yang terdaftar dalam data terpadu program penanganan fakir miskin, diolah oleh pusat data dan informasi kesejahteraan sosial dan ditetapkan sebagai keluarga penerima manfaat. Namun dalam penyaluran Program Keluarga Harapan di Kecamatan Gayungan ditemukan fenomena pemberitaan dari media dimana ditemukan penarikan dana sejumlah Rp. 25.000,- kepada Keluarga Penerima Manfaat yang telah dianggap masyarakat sebagai pungutan liar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan di kecamatan Gayungan Surabaya pada era adaptasi kebiasaan baru. Penelitian ini berdasarkan teori George C. Edward III sebagai tolak ukur implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan dikecamatan Gayungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kecamatan Gayungan Kota Surabaya menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan maksud ingin memperoleh gambaran yang komprehensif dan mendalam tentang Implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan di Kecamatan Gayungan Kota Surabaya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengetahui perbedaan penyaluran Program Keluarga Harapan di Kecamatan Gayungan Kota Surabaya sebelum pandemic dan semasa Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi PKH berdasarkan teori George C. Edward III yaitu komunikasi,sumberdaya,disposisi dan struktur birokrasi dalam Implementasi Kebijakan PKH sudah berhasil karena dapat menurunkan angka kemiskinan yang ada di Indonesia, lalu untuk implementasi PKH di Adaptasi Kebiasaam Baru (AKB) terdapat beberapa perubahan dari komunikasi yang melakukan sosialisasi dengan via Zoom dan Koordinator kecamatan untuk mengurangi adanya kerumunan, namun hal ini dirasa kurang efektif dan efisien, sehingga Koordinator Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) mengubah strategi dengan cara membagi zona.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Alfa Goldline Realty, South Tangerang. Data were collected through direct observation, questionnaires, and interviews, using an associative quantitative approach with a questionnaire comprising 10 statements on work discipline, 10 statements on work environment, and 10 statements on employee performance, distributed to 100 employees. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) for Macbook Version 23 through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, coefficient tests, linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results produced the regression model Y = 7.870 + 0.202 X₁ + 0.552 X₂, with an R Square value of 0.613, indicating that work discipline and work environment simultaneously contribute 61.3% to employee performance, while the remaining 38.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
