<![CDATA[Gandaria Jambi shop is a shop engaged in the sale of plastic and cake ingredients, in this Gandaria Jambi shop the obstacles experienced are a decrease in sales turnover due to a conventional sales system, customers have to come directly to the store to purchase products and promote products only by word of mouth. Then an Online Sales Information System was designed at the Gandaria Jambi Store with the aim of helping increase sales at the Gandaria Jambi Store and making it easier to market products. In this study using prototype modeling and it is hoped that the results of the research will make it easier for customers to make purchases, order and confirm payments and for the store to have an online sales plan that can assist in sales transactions to be more effective in doing business. <![CDATA[Scabies is a skin disease caused by infestation and sensitization of Sarcoptes scabiei var. hominis. The prevalence of scabies reaches more than 20% in developing countries and mainly affects children. Scabies is more commonly found in a location with dense population, with high direct or indirect contact, such as in Islamic boarding schools. This counseling and community service activity aims to provide information related to scabies to students and to screen scabies risk factors at Darussalam Prabumulih Islamic Boarding School. The results of the questionnaire screening showed that respondents had a high risk of scabies infestation based on an assessment of the 4 main risk factors. The results of anamnesis and physical examination of 49 students showed that 19 students (38.7%) had scabies infestation and 30 students (61.3%) were free from scabies infestation. This counseling is expected to help reduce the number of scabies infestations in densely populated residential locations, especially in Islamic boarding schools.]]>

<![CDATA[Export is one of the most important ways for the country to generate income, which can have an impact on the country's economic stability. This research aims to forecast the value of Indonesian exports to G20 member countries. The Long Short-Term Memory method is used in this research to examine historical data on Indonesian exports from the previous 16 years. Experimental results show that the LSTM Neural Network method has the ability to predict the value of Indonesian exports to G20 member countries with a sufficient level of accuracy. The predictions generated by the model provide insight into trends and fluctuations in the value of exports in the future. The results of this study provide insight into the potential application of artificial intelligence techniques in economic and trade analysis. The results demonstrate that the LSTM model is capable of producing relatively accurate predictions, with an average score of Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) on training data is 0.10 and on testing data is 0.13, as well as graphs of prediction results demonstrating that the LSTM model can capture patterns and trends from Indonesia's export data to G20 countries. According to the prediction results, the highest export value to China is expected to be $6,100,000 in the 200th month (or in the year 2039), while the lowest export value to Mexico is expected to be $27,000 in the 135th month (or in the year 2034).]]>

<![CDATA[The development of goods delivery services could be seen from the growth of service companies’ quantity domestically and abroad. People could determine which delivery services they will use based on their will and the service quality. Freight forwarding companies often experience difficulty in retaining delivery services’ loyal customers. The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of satisfaction, service quality, and customer’s services on customer’s loyalty of the freight forwarder company. The research technique used the Quantitative approach that the survey data was collected and processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method of AMOS 22 software. This research used 200 purposive sampling of the company’s customers as respondents. The results show that there is direct and indirect influence of customer’s satisfaction, service quality, and customer’s service on customer’s loyalty. Therefore, the role of service quality and customer’s satisfaction has a significant impact on the business continuity of freight forwarding service companies. It means that the freight forwarding company should maintain the customer’s loyalty optimally by increasing customer’s satisfaction through the quality of service provided to customers in order to build the customer’s loyalty.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product, price, promotion and place on purchasing decisions at PT Arta Agrindo Subur Pratama Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all customers who bought fertilizer at PT Arta Agrindo Subur Pratama Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used is the proposive sampling method. The sample size of this study was 80 respondents who were customers of PT Arta Agrindo Subur Pratama Pekanbaru. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that product, price, promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions while place has no significant effect on purchasing decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[The process of exchanging information between schools and parents can affect the process of children's educational performance, especially the role of the family, because the family is the person who influences the child's development. However, not a few parents are busy at work, especially career parents who have children so that a good communication process can be neglected. This is a concern for the author to bridge the exchange of information between schools, children and parents so that there is no distance that can lead to errors or information about children at school so that parents can continue to monitor the development of children's education using the platform that the author created anytime and anywhere. The purpose of this research is to help link information about children's development at school not to stop or stop in the school environment, but parents can also participate in knowing the activities their children are doing at school by monitoring their children's performance or performance at school through a platform that can be accessed easily. especially for students at the elementary level, namely elementary and junior high schools because basic education is a general indicator that can be used to see the level of intelligence of the nation. The method that the author uses to carry out system analysis and design is application design using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The results of this research are monitoring applications that are made to make it easier for the school to carry out teaching and learning activities as well as parents who monitor the development and activities of their children at school. It can facilitate access to exchange of information from school to parents and vice versa so that there are no gaps or miss information with parents and easily see the number of students, value recap, and student spp payment reports. parents are also very helpful because they can easily monitor their child's performance at school, both academic and non-academic, parents can also consult with relevant teachers if their child has problems at school and parents can also see the daily agenda and will also get notifications about the status of tuition payments.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of debt structure, firm size and profitability on earnings quality. This study uses a quantitative method. The population of this research is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 30 companies. Based on the purposive sampling technique, a sample of 20 companies was obtained with the criteria of food and beverage companies that generated positive profits during 2018-2021 so that the research sample obtained was 80 samples. The data in this study were taken through the official website of each company or through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that: (1) debt structure, firm size and profitability show a simultaneous effect on earnings quality, (2) debt structure has a negative effect on earnings quality, (3) firm size has a positive effect on earnings quality, and (4) Profitability has a positive effect on earnings quality in food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. Simultaneously DER, Ln Total Assets and NPM affect earnings quality in the food and beverage sector in 2018-2021.]]>

<![CDATA[Manusia merupakan makhluk sosial yang membutuhkan sarana tempat berkumpul dan bersosialisasi. Sarana tersebut dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup manusia dan tidak menimbulkan kerusakan alam secara berlebihan. Salah satu sarana yang ditawarkan sebagai tempat untuk berkumpul dan bersosialisasi adalah kafe. Monkey Café adalah sebuah café yang menjual makanan sehat dan dikerjakan oleh VRO Inarchi Studio dengan konsep yang ramah lingkungan dengan penerapan green design berdasarkan parameter GBCI (Green Building Council Indonesia) dan konsep desain yang menyenangkan dengan ragam bentukan yang diterapkan sesuai dengan brand Monkey Café dan konsep platanos dengan style industrial. Penerapan desain ramah lingkungan (green design) menurut GBCI Rating Tools ver. 1.0, yaitu menyediakan area hijau dengan luasan 20% dari luas halaman/ luar bangunan yang memenuhi parameter. Menggunakan lampu hemat energi dan jendela untuk memaksimalkan pencahayaan alami dengan total penghematan 52% dari total seluruh daya penerangan dan peralatan hemat energi.Melakukan penghematan air dengan sistem greywater recycle dengan berhemat 1050 Liter/ hari dan 13800 Liter/ tahunnya, menggunakan air bekas mencuci tangan dan juga dapur untuk toilet flush dan menyiram tanaman. Material tidak beracun seperti tidak ada kandungan asbes dan rendah VOC (Voaltile Organic Compound). Proses awal hingga akhir dirancang dan realisasikan dengan sertifikasi GA, GP, ISO 14001, LEI atau FSC untuk material. Penerapan konsep sesuai dengan brand dan konsep platanos yaitu dengan memberikan bentukan yang beragam pada furnitur dan aksen warna kuning untuk menguatkan konsep.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the factors that influence company performance in the manufacturing sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used was 20 companies engaged in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for five years from 2018-2022. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and the analysis method used is panel data regression. The dependent variable used in this study is Cash Holding Ratio, while the independent variables are Current Ratio, Non-Current Ratio, Total Debt Ratio and with control variables namely Profitability, Firm Size, Dividend Rate, Liquidity. The results of this study indicate that (1) Current Ratio has no effect on Cash Holding Ratio. (2) Non-Current Ratio has no effect on Cash Holding Ratio. (3) Total Debt Ratio has no effect on Cash Holding Ratio. (4) Profitability has a negative effect on Cash Holding Ratio. (5) Firm Size has no effect on Cash Holding Ratio. (6) Dividend Rate has no effect on Cash Holding Ratio. (7) Liquidity has a positive effect on Cash Holding Ratio. The results of this study can be a consideration for companies in allocating corporate funding by paying attention to the use of debt as a source of capital to improve company performance, and consideration for investors in making decisions when investing in companies on the basis of considerations related to the level of use of debt as a source of capital in a company.]]>

<![CDATA[The Tortor Dance Performance has a cultural tourism attraction, and its role in increasing tourism is no less important when compared to other cultural attractions belonging to the Batak Tribe. This research is interesting because it was conducted in DKI Jakarta, as it is known that Jakarta is the national capital as a representation of a mini-Indonesia. Jakarta no longer only belongs to the Betawi tribe, but also to immigrant tribes who have lived in Jakarta for a long time, including the Batak tribe. The analytical method used is SWOT using a qualitative approach through data collection techniques through interviews. The results of this study stated that the potential for the Cultural Arts of the Tortor Dance in DKI Jakarta obtained positive results, meaning that the Tortor Dance has good potential, even though this dance originates from North Sumatra Province, the community still has high interest in this traditional dance. The role of stakeholders in DKI Jakarta towards the Tortor Dance Cultural Arts is considered very good, but there has not been a significant role in supporting the preservation of the Tortor Dance Cultural Arts in Jakarta. The strategy for promoting the Tortor Dance Cultural Arts in DKI Jakarta by using information technology is considered the most appropriate form to reach all levels of society. In an effort to increase the interest of the younger generation in terms of publication and information, stakeholders disseminate information about the Tortor Dance Cultural Arts through websites and social media such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and linked in.]]>
