Abstract

The calculation of parking retribution income which has been managed by PT. Bumi Daya Plaza Bengkulu City used Microsoft Excel application. Data processing is only limited to revenue recapitulation. Then a forecasting application will be made that will be used to forecast future income, for the benefit of the company by using Trend Method Non-Linear Quadratic Model. Trend Method NonLinear Quadratic Model is a trend in which the value of the dependent variable increases or decreases linearly or a parabola occurs when the data is made a scatter plot (the relationship between the dependent and independent variables is quadratic) tend to be in one direction (up or down), such trends generally include movements lasting about 10 periods or more. This motion reflects the nature of continuity or a continuous state from time to time over a certain period of time, because of the nature of this continuity, the trend is considered a stable motion so that in interpreting it a mathematical model can be used, according to the circumstances and the time series data itself. Trend can be a straight line (regression/linear trend) or non-straight (regression/non-linear trend). The results obtained are derived from the processing of income for the last 12 months using Trend Method Non-Linear Quadratic Model. With data that has been processed from January 2020 to December 2020, it produces income forecasting at the T001 parking point of Rp. 467,272 and at the T002 parking point of Rp. 15,814,697 in January 2021. By using Trend Method Non-Linear Quadratic Model can determine forecasting/ prediction of parking retribution income in the future using preexisting data.

Abstract

Security issues are one of the most important aspects in the world of information technology, such as document security. Most of the documents are created through the Microsoft Office application package, because it is easy to use. There are several applications available in Microsoft Office, namely Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Powerpoint, and others that are used to process words and numbers according to user needs. Comparative analysis of the Blowfish algorithm and the DES algorithm in the encryption process is carried out based on 3 comparison aspects, namely processing time, file size and memory used. Comparisons were made with 40 test data in the form of document files, each consisting of 10 test data with extension formats *.docx, *.xlsx, *.pdf, and *.pptx, where these formats are familiar in data processing using Microsoft Office. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that in the encryption process, the DES Algorithm has a faster time than the Blowfish Algorithm with a percentage of the DES Algorithm's encryption processing time of 3.7975%. In the decryption process, the DES Algorithm has a faster time compared to the Blowfish Algorithm with a percentage of the DES Algorithm's encryption processing time of 3.595%. In the encryption process, the file size in the DES Algorithm increases bytes less than the file size in the Blowfish Algorithm. In the decryption process, the file size in the DES Algorithm and the Blowfish Algorithm does not change, because the file size returns to the original file size. In the encryption process, the DES Algorithm uses less memory compared to the Blowfish Algorithm with the percentage of memory used by the DES Algorithm being 49.655%. In the decryption process, the Blowfish Algorithm uses less memory compared to the DES Algorithm with the percentage of memory used by the Blowfish Algorithm 49.5925%

Abstract

Sukamerindu Health Center is one of the health centers in the city of Bengkulu. Drug management at the puskesmas has utilized an office application package, namely excel, but this utilization has not been fully implemented, because there is still a manual process where drug data collection is filled in through the books that have been provided, then only recapitulated at the end of the month. This sometimes makes it difficult for the puskesmas to manage the availability of drugs at the puskesmas. The application for forecasting the amount of drug supply at the UPTD Sukamerindu Health Center in Bengkulu City was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language by applying the Multiple Linear Regression Method for the forecasting process. In determining the results of the forecast for the following month and year, there are 3 supporting variables used, namely demand, use, and supply of drugs in the previous month and year. Based on data on the 500 mg Amoxicillin Capsule, where there were 36 data analyzed from January 2019 to December 2021, the prediction results for the number of drug supplies in January 2022 using the Multiple Linear Regression Method were 13066, with a prediction error rate of 7.10%. . Based on testing the application for forecasting the amount of drug inventory at the UPTD Puskesmas Sukamerindu, Bengkulu City, it was found that the functionality of the application ran according to expectations .

Abstract

One of the network monitoring applications is using Icinga with the Linux Ubuntu server operating system. Icinga is a Linux application or tool that can be used to monitor computer networks. Monitoring computer networks using Icinga can monitor data traffic, network traffic and errors that occur on the network. Monitoring traffic and traffic on the network is displayed in graphical form, making it easier to do the analysis. Meanwhile, in monitoring the errors that occur on the network, they are grouped based on the client and service, so it is easy to see which error occurred from the client and what service was used. In operating the network monitoring system with Icinga using the Linux Ubuntu server operating system, the use of computer resources is very small, which is less than 20%.

Abstract

The North Bengkulu Regency Education Office is one of the government agencies in North Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. So far, the process of evaluating the serkvices of each employee at the Education Office of North Bengkulu Regency is still carried out internally without the views of the community. This certainly cannot be used fully in knowing the level of service satisfaction. The application of the level of public satisfaction with services at the North Bengkulu Regency Education Office using the CSI (Customer Satisfication Index) Method can assist the admin in managing the results of the service satisfaction assessment survey at the North Bengkulu Regency Education Office and provide information on the results of the public satisfaction assessment survey on the services provided. In addition, the application can also facilitate the community in providing an assessment of satisfaction with services at the North Bengkulu Regency Education Office.The application of the level of public satisfaction with services at the North Bengkulu Regency Education Office using the CSI (Customer Satisfication Index) Method is made with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Based on system testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the application of the level of public satisfaction with services at the North Bengkulu Regency Education Office has run well and can be able to provide information in the form of the level of public satisfaction with services at the North Bengkulu Regency Education Office through the stages of the CSI (Customer Satisfication Index) Method.

Abstract

Decision support system is an amalgamation of sources - sources of intelligence with the ability of individual components to improve the quality of decisions . Decision support system is also a computer -based information systems for management decision-making that deal - semi-structured problems . The purpose of this research is to create a decision support system application appointment of civil servants in structural positions in the provinces of Bengkulu staffing agency . Based on the results of studies that have been discussed , namely Decision Support System Makes Appointment of Civil Servants In Structural Position In Regional Employment Board of Bengkulu province Borlan Using Delphi 7.0 with the benefits to be able to facilitate the processing of employee data and simplify the decision-making environment for employee promotions Personnel Board area of Bengkulu province , based on the results of the testing system to test the program display , the test data retrieval , test the system and understanding of the assessment calculation system.

Abstract

is chicken. Chicken had a variety of illnesses. For Some farmers who want to raise chickens especially lay people hit by several problems one of which is a disease. Required to diagnose a disease symptoms appear on the body of the chicken. Necessary seriousness and quick action before it was too late and suffered losses.Therefore, this program is designed to help the farmers in getting some information about chicken diseases. The sooner the disease is known, then the sooner they can prevent it. Identification techniques chosen the chicken disease because the symptoms of common illnesses suffered by chickens are relatively easy to observe and relatievely safe to do by anyone.Applications developed using Visual basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access as the database. Inference method used is a forward chaining, the inference prosess that initiates the search of the premises or in the form of input data lead to the conclusion that the symptoms of the illness conclusions and provide solutions regarding the treatment and prevation advice based on the symptoms observed.

Abstract

Currently the software is found everywhere , not just on a supercomputer with 25 processors, a computer equipped with a p has software that can synchronize with a PC. Language used to instruct a computer programming language called . There are 2 types of programming languages consists of high-level languages and low-level languages . We know them: Basic, Algol, Cobol, Pascal, PL - 1, RPG, SNOBOL, APL, LISP, GPSs, ADA, DEAL and so that is a high -level language , machine language understood by the computer is the machine language instructions ( Machine language) which is a low-level language , high level language so that we mentioned above in order to be understood by a computer must first be translated by the compiler. Abstract

Computers that have the functionality and usability of diverse basically still in use as a medium of typing, data storage and entertainment. Due to there are computer users who have not been able to streamline the ability of the computer to the maximum.Hospital Laboraturim M. Yunus Bengkulu is one unit for the diagnosis of diseases and always use a computer in completing the work, the current hospital laboratory, M. Abstract

Bengkulu Police Directorate Reskrimsus using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language. The formulation of the problem is how to design a database encryption software that will help in logging application security and database programs. The purpose of this research is to create a security system logging application program by using encryption and security techniques encryption as a cryptographic security of course.The place and time of the research conducted at the Office of the Police Directorate Reskrimsus Bhayangkara Bengkulu is in the No. 2 City Road Begkulu. The method used in this study were interviews, observation, and literature. At this stage of encryption on logging applications using the programming language Visual Basic 6.0From the discussion, it can be concluded that in Bengkulu Police Directorate Reskrimsus evidence in the record necessary for logging in with the password encryption techniques so that not all personnel can open and change it.
