Abstract

SDN Petompon 02 Semarang merupakan salah satu Sekolah Dasar Negeri yang memiliki program beasiswa "Bumbung  Kemanusiaan"  yang ditujukan bagi siswa yang kurang  mampu. Oleh karena itu diperlukan perankingan siswa untuk memilih calon penerima beasiswa. Pengumpulan data untuk penelitian  ini  didapatkan melalui  wawancara  dengan  Kepala  Sekolah  SDN  Petompon  02  Semarang  untuk  mendapatkan  kriteria penerimaan beasiswa. Terdapat 5 kriteria untuk penerimaan beasiswa yaitu kepemilikan kartu miskin, rata-rata raport semester terakhir, kepemilikan piagam, penghasilan orang tua, dan tanggungan orang tua. Permasalahan ini merupakan permasalahan dunia nyata, sehingga data yang dikumpulkan biasanya melibatkan beberapa jenis ketidakpastian. Salah satu solusi dalam pengambilan keputusannya adalah memodelkan dengan fuzzy. Di dalam Metode Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting terdapat pemilihan variabel linguistik membership function, dimana skala tersebut sangat berpengaruh  bagi perhitungan pada  metode.  Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk  menganalisis pemilihan  jumlah variabel linguistik  membership  function  untuk mendapatkan nilai preferensi yang  sesuai dan nilai akurasi. Penelitian ini melakukan 2 percobaan yaitu dengan memilih jumlah variabel linguistik 5 dan jumlah variabel linguistik  7.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  nilai  akurasi  yang  lebih  baik  pada  pemilihan  jumlah  variabel linguistik 7 menggunakan metode Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting mencapai 96,08%.

Abstract

This study aims to understand and analyze the school's strategy in increasing institutional profitability through strengthening Quality Service at SMA Nurul Jadid Paiton, Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The results show that SMA Nurul Jadid seeks to increase school profitability by continuously strengthening Quality Service through five things: Crost-Interest Curriculum, namely cross-interest subjects that exist in each specialization; Performance, namely prioritizing the appearance of all components of the institution; Improving the quality of human resources, namely forming good and religious characters for all students and teachers; Excellent Service, namely excellent service for all school components; Infrastructure, namely as the effectiveness of student learning. This study implies the importance of institutions strengthening Quality Service to impact the profitability of institutions.

Abstract

SMK NU Purworejo is a vocational school with an Islamic background under the auspices of the Nahdlatul Ulama organization. Over the past few years, the school has experienced ups and downs in the number of new students. This study examines the marketing strategy of education at SMK NU Bener Purworejo. This research aimed to find out the marketing strategies and results of the SMK NU Bener Purworejo in recruiting new students. This research used a qualitative descriptive design. Research results showed that marketing strategies and results carried out by SMK NU Bener varied greatly, including visiting community leaders, advertising media through distributing brochures and installation of 'banners' at strategic locations, school sports competitions, word of mouth, and socializing with junior high school (MTs/SMP). However, the marketing results are still far from expectations. Therefore the school is necessary to rebrand educational marketing strategies relevant to the current era to achieve the expected targets and combine offline and online marketing strategies that align with the digital era.

Abstract

Babirusa (Babyrousa celebensis) is an endemic animal from Gorontalo Province whose population is declining day by day due to poaching, land clearing, and selling babirusa meat in traditional markets in Gorontalo Province. Since 1931 this species has begun to be protected in Indonesia, and since 2008, International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) named the babirusa species as a vulnerable category. This study aims to determine the suitability of babirusa habitat areas (Babyrousa celebensis) in Gorontalo Province with a Geographic Information System (GIS) approach and to determine the relationship of physical characteristics for the habitat of the babirusa habitat in Gorontalo Province. The variables are land use, slope, and elevation. The method used is GIS spatial modeling with overlay analysis. From the results of the analysis, it has concluded that a suitable area as a babirusa habitat is only about 33% of the total area of Gorontalo Province and there are types of land use in the wilderness and swamps at an elevation of 0-500 msl with sloping 0-8%. The validation test shows that Coefficient kappa is 0.16 and overall accuracy is 58%. Therefore, further research is needed by adding other variables to delineate the spatial distribution of babirusa

Abstract

Air pollution is a significant problem in many urban areas. WHO declares 91% of people in the world breathe unhealthy air. Bandung, as a metropolitan city continues to experience increased population growth is causing an increase in the land area, woke up and dropped in the green area. The raises the problem of the decline in air quality. This research aims to analyze the spatial distribution of pollutants in Bandung City and its relation to distribution patterns of land surface temperature, the building density, and density of vegetation. The data used in the form of pollutant levels and Landsat 8 images in the dry month of 2018. The methods used in the study of spatial interpolation methods of the form IDW, LST, NDBI, and NDVI. Statistical tests using correlation and regression. The results showed that the spatial distribution of CO concentrations showed a pattern that was spread almost the same in the dry month of 2018, namely at a relatively high land surface temperature and building density and relatively low vegetation density, high levels of pollutants. The results of statistical tests declared land surface temperature, the density of buildings and vegetation density correlated moderate level against the distribution of CO and regression results declared land surface temperature, the density of buildings and vegetation density there are influences that significantly to the distribution of CO.

Abstract

AbstrakPenerapan Algoritma Decision Tree (C4.5) dan Eksperimen proses klasifikasi dilakukan menggunakan data nilai mahasiswa program studi S1 Universitas Dian Nuswantoro dengan 120.232 dataset menggunakan metode klasifikasi dengan Algoritma Decision Tree menghasilkan 99,99 % dan menghasilkan 7 klasifikasi  dengan rekomendasi ntuk pelatihan dan uji sertifikasi di Lembaga sertifikasi profesi UDINUS pada  5 klasifikasi yaitu klasifikasi  pred C sejumlah 2.355 data, pred BC sejumlah 4.633, pred B sejumlah 38.420 , pred AB sejumlah  33.414  dan pred A  sejumlah 37.230 dan 2  klasifikasi  yang tidak direkomendasikan yaitu klasifikasi pred D 1.440 dan pred E sejumlah 2.784 yang memberikan penyesuaian kurikulum pendidikan di Universitas Dian Nuswantoro dengan lembaga Sertifikasi dan Kebutuhan pekerjan. Kata Kunci: Sertifikasi, klasifikasi, mahasiswa, Tree Algorithm, rekomendasi

Abstract

Schools have their own strategies as a center for implementing strategic management to compete. It has become a demand that must be carried out to improve and increase the quality of education. This research aims to explore how schools can improve the quality of education through effective management strategies. The method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, where data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to get a comprehensive picture of the strategies implemented by the school. The research results show that the quality of education is not only determined by schools as educational resource teaching institutions but is also adjusted to the expectations and views of society, which continue to develop. Quality is an important part of institutional strategy and must be approached systematically using a strategic planning process to defend schools from increasingly fierce competition. In conclusion, school quality in education must meet the needs, hopes, and desires of all stakeholders, with the main focus on students through the leadership of the school principal, the quality of the school itself, learning programs, teaching staff, and students. The target of the principal in the current era as a learning leader is to create school policies that are more focused on student-centered learning services.

Abstract

The decision-making process has many assessment criteria needed as the basis for its assessment. A large number of problems regarding the length of time required in the decision-making process require decision-makers to find solutions. Decision Support System is one option that can be developed by decision makers because it can help improve efficiency and accuracy in the decision-making process. The process of developing decision support requires certain calculation methods as part of the processing. The methods that are quite widely used to build a decision support system include the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. This research aims to analyze the accuracy of the cases raised as solutions to decision-making problems. A dynamic decision support system has been successfully created to design dynamics in the calculation of the SAW method and the TOPSIS method. The system is evaluated and analyzed for its accuracy level based on manual calculations. The results obtained are the SAW system has an accuracy value of 65% and the TOPSIS system is 100%. Furthermore, the calculation of the accuracy value of the SAW and TOPSIS methods in order to find out the best method to use by taking parameters in the form of the same value results generated from the calculations of the two methods. The results obtained are the accuracy value of the SAW method of 40% and the TOPSIS method of 100% based on testing using 60 employee data and 8 criteria used.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan untuk membantu mengatasi persoalan yang dihadapi terkait dengan proses pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemic Covid-19. Pembelajaran daring membutuhkan koneksi internet yang baik dan stabil untuk menghadiri video conference. Permasalahan muncul ketika infrastruktur internet di pedesaan belum mampu memenuhi kebutuhan untuk proses pembelajaran secara memadai. Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan mengoptimalkan internet sebagai media pembelajaran daring. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode, yaitu: 1) penyuluhan, untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat sasaran mengenai kebijakan pembelajaran daring; 2) memberikan pelatihan penggunaan internet sebagai sarana pembelajaran daring; dan 3) hibah atau  bantuan secara langsung berupa pemasangan infrastruktur internet. Penyuluhan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Sumber Arum, dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai seluk beluk pembelajaran daring. Materi penyuluhan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat ada 2 (dua) materi pokok, yaitu: kebijakan tentang pembelajaran daring dan teknis pembelajaran daring. Penyampaian materi melalui metode ceramah yang disampaikan oleh pemateri di depan audiens masyarakat sasaran, dan dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab seputar materi penyuluhan. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan, diberikan pelatihan dengan praktek langsung pembelajaran daring dengan memanfaatkan infrastruktur jaringan internet yang telah terpasang. Pelaksanaan pelatihan tidak mengalami kendala, karena pada dasarnya peserta pelatihan sudah memahami bagaimana menggunakan perangkat teknologi informasi untuk melakukan pembelajaran daring.
