Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Amtsilati method in improving the reading skills of yellow books of students at the Al Falahiyah Islamic Boarding School, Batanghari, East Lampung. The approach used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis was carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and verification of findings based on triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the study indicate that the Amtsilati method is effective in improving students' understanding of Nahwu & Shorof. This method provides a more systematic learning structure, makes it easier for students to memorize Arabic language rules, and improves their skills in reading and understanding yellow books independently. However, this study also found that the main challenges in implementing this method are the limited resources of competent teachers and the lack of consistency of students in practicing the material that has been learned. Thus, this study recommends strengthening learning strategies based on the Amtsilati method with a more interactive and adaptive approach, as well as improving the quality of teachers to support the effectiveness of this method in the long term).

Abstract

The problems faced by teachers of moral beliefs in instilling attitudes social values among students at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum, namely the lack of practical activities to practice social values at Madarsah Aliyah Darul Ulum and the process of learning moral beliefs is more focused on theory without being equipped with practical activities that involve real social interactions such as social service activities, mutual cooperation, so that students do not get the opportunity to practice social values directly. This research was carried out at Madarsah Aliyah Darul Ulum which is located in the Bone Bawang Barat district of the village. Panaragan Jaya, in the 2025 academic year. This research aims to determine the role of moral aqidah teachers in instilling social attitudes in students at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. In this research, the researcher used several data collection tools, namely through interviews, observation and documentation involving the madrasa head, moral aqidah teachers and students as research subjects. This research uses source triangulation. This research finds that moral belief teachers have a strategic role in instilling social attitudes in students through example, interactive learning, integration of moral values, and habituation in the school environment. With an effective approach, students can develop positive social attitudes and apply them in everyday life. The research results show that there are efforts made by moral aqidah teachers in instilling social attitudes in students at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum, students become more polite, helpful, have a sense of empathy, strengthen cooperation and tolerance, behave fairly and honestly

Abstract

Modern human life is currently lived in and with social media. Social media with the power of its internet network influences social character and life, including teenagers. Social media is an internet-based platform that allows users to create, share and exchange information, ideas and content in various forms (text, images, videos, etc.) in real-time compared to conventional media such as radio, television, magazines and newspapers. Social media plays an important role in facilitating self-expression and social interaction, but it also has the potential for negative and positive influences and a lack of social character attitudes such as tolerance, respect, togetherness, mutual cooperation and empathy. This article aims to analyze the role of social media in forming social character in teenagers in Panaragan Jaya Indah village. The method used is a qualitative research method. The research sample was 6 teenagers and 2 parents. In this study, the researcher used several data collection tools, namely through observation, interviews and documentation. This researcher used a sampling technique in the form of snowball sampling to ensure data authenticity. The research results show that the role of social media in forming social character in teenagers in Panaragan Jaya Indah village is that researchers see the ethics of social media users as being keepers for filtering information, with the ethics of social media users it can be directed towards self-development, responsibility and meaning in life together. The development of social character in teenagers can be seen from how teenagers use social media according to their needs, especially the need to learn, build friendships and build positive networks with other people.

Abstract

Abstract

The identification of learning styles plays a crucial role in enhancing personalized education and optimizing learning outcomes. This research proposes a model for detecting learning styles based on the Felder-Silverman model using two machine learning algorithms: K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) and Linear Regression (LR). Electroencephalography (EEG) data, known for its ability to capture cognitive and neural activity, serves as the primary dataset for this study. The proposed model was tested on a dataset comprising EEG signals collected during various learning tasks. Feature extraction and preprocessing techniques were employed to ensure high-quality input for the learning algorithms. The experimental results revealed that the LR-based model achieved an accuracy of 96.4%, significantly outperforming the KNN-based model, which obtained an accuracy of 89.9%. These findings highlight the potential of EEG-based models for accurately identifying learning styles, offering valuable insights for educators and researchers aiming to implement adaptive learning systems. This study demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of combining EEG data with machine learning techniques for learning style detection, paving the way for more personalized and efficient educational approaches. Future research will explore the integration of additional physiological data and advanced machine learning methods to further improve model accuracy and applicability.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology influences students' thinking patterns and behavior, so that the role of teachers (PAI) plays a very important role in shaping students' character, especially in terms of morals and morals. They function as educators, mentors, innovators and motivators for students. This research focuses on examining the role of PAI teachers in shaping student behavior in digital developments in class VIII of SMP Islam Plus Sabilunnajah, where there are several declines in student character, especially in the digital era. This research was conducted using a qualitative case study method and data collection was carried out by means of documentation, interviews and observation. The results of the research show that Islamic Religious Education teachers at Islam Plus Sabilunnajah Middle School have an important role in internalizing the principles of Islamic teachings to students through personal example, technology-based learning, as well as strengthening the principles of Islamic teachings in daily activities. Therefore PAI teachers not only have a role as religious teachers, but also as guides in shaping students' behavior amidst digital developments
