Abstract

Abstract The religious phenomenon has recently experienced interesting developments and dynamics, and even some religious sects often respond to it with attitudes of radicalism and extremism. One of the appropriate traditions to ward off radicalism and extremism in Majelis Taklim, which is non-formal education in society, is dialogue with a focus on strengthening Aswaja values ​​which include the values ​​of tawasuth, tasamuh, tawazun, and amar ma'ruf nahi mungkar. This community service uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The cycle used as a benchmark for the success is the cycle to Know, to Understand, to Plan, to Action and to Reflection. The result of community service is that the community can understand and practice Aswaja values, so that they can ward off ideas of radicalism and extremism and create harmony in society, especially in Purwosari, North Metro, Metro City. Keywords: Mentoring, Majelis Taklim, Aswaja Values. Abstrak Fenomena keberagamaan akhir-akhir ini mengalami perkembangan dan dinamika yang menarik, bahkan beberapa aliran dalam keagamaan sering menyikapinya dengan sikap radikalisme dan ekstrimisme. Salah satu tradisi yang tepat untuk menepis paham-paham radikalisme dan ekstrimisme pada Majelis Taklim yang merupakan pendidikan non formal di masyarakat adalah berdialog dengan fokus penguatan nilai-nilai Aswaja yang mencakup nilai tawasuth, tasamuh, tawazun, dan amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Siklus yang dijadikan tolak ukur keberhasilan yaitu dengan siklus to Know, to Understand, to Plan, to Action dan to Reflection. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu masyarakat dapat memahami dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai Aswaja, sehingga dapat menepis paham-paham radikalisme dan ektrimisme serta memunculkan keharmonisan dalam bermasyarakat khususnya di Purwosari Metro Utara Kota Metro. Kata Kunci: Pendampingan, Majelis Taklim, Nilai-nilai Aswaja.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efesiensi antara (BPSK) Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen dan (LAPS) Lembaga Alaternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa dan dalam proses penyelesaiannya apakah terdapat dualisme dalam penyelesaian sengketa pada bisnis fintech dengan jalur non-litigasi, metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan hukum normatif, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kemiripan fungsi dan efesiensi antara BPSK dan LAPS dalam penyelesaian sengketa disektor bisnis fintech, kedua lembaga tersebut memiliki fungsi sebagai badan penerima keluhan dan permohonan terkait dengan perselisihan antara pemilik usaha dan konsumen. Dengan kemiripan fungsi antara BPSK dan LAPS menimbulkan kebingungan oleh konsumen jika ingin melakukan gugatan terhadap pelaku usaha, hal demikian dapat menimbulkan dualisme dalam peroses penyelesaian sengketa dan tidak adanya ketegasan Undang-Undang dalam mengatur hal tersebut. Kata kunci : Sengketa, BPSK dan LAPS. Abstract This study aims to determine the efficiency between (BPSK) Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency and (LAPS) Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution and in the settlement process whether there is dualism in dispute resolution in the fintech business with non-litigation channels, this research method uses qualitative research with a normative legal approach, the results show that there are similarities in function and efficiency between BPSK and LAPS in dispute resolution in the fintech business sector, both institutions have a function as a receiving body for complaints and requests related to disputes between business owners and consumers. With the similarity of functions between BPSK and LAPS creates confusion by consumers if they want to file a lawsuit against business actors, this can lead to dualism in the dispute resolution process and the absence of firmness of the Law in regulating this matter. Abstract

Based on data from Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara (BSSN) in 2022, it was reported that a total of 1,950 security vulnerabilities were found in 457 electronic systems across various applications widely used by the public. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the risk of existing security vulnerabilities in the E-Office application and determine the level and impact that these vulnerabilities can cause. This research focuses on information system security, specifically evaluating the risk of security vulnerabilities in the E-Office application of the Ogan Ilir Regency. The research was conducted using the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) method with a risk rating assessment. The research process began with a literature review to gather data and information sources, determine the scope and research objectives, test, identify security vulnerabilities, analyze security vulnerabilities, and the results of the analysis. The research subject is the E-Office application of Ogan Ilir Regency, with the object of the research being the security vulnerabilities in that application. OWASPZap was used as a tool to obtain data on security vulnerabilities, and using OWASPZap, 38 security vulnerabilities were found, with 18 of them meeting the criteria of the OWASP Top 10. Our findings indicate that the security vulnerabilities in the E-Office application of Ogan Ilir Regency include vulnerabilities in authentication levels, access control, configuration, and data validation processes.

Abstract

Tulisan ini menganalisis penggunaan harmoni kwartal pada dua komposisi musik, yaitu Blizz (From The Theme of Suite Modale) dan Children Song No. 1. Melalui analisis mendalam, tulisan ini mengungkap bagaimana harmoni kwartal dibentuk dan diterapkan dalam konteks komposisi musik. Selain itu, studi ini juga mengeksplorasi penggunaan harmoni kwartal pada berbagai sistem tangga nada, seperti diatonik mayor, minor, dan modus. Analisis mencakup penggunaan berbagai teknik harmonik, seperti three note chord by fourth, four note chord by fourth, dan multi note chord by fourth. Selain itu hasil dari tulisan ini diharapkan mampu menunjukkan bahwa harmoni kwartal dapat menciptakan warna dan tekstur yang unik dalam komposisi musik, memberikan fleksibilitas dalam eksplorasi harmoni serta dapat menjadi sumber inspirasi bagi komposer dalam menciptakan karya-karya musik yang inovatif.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini difokuskan untuk membahas implementasi moderasi beragama. Indonesia adalah negara yang kaya akan keragaman memiliki banyak agama dan budaya, dengan keragaman tersebut tidak dapat dihindari dengan adanya hambatan tentang persatuan, keamanan, dan keadilan. Melihat banyaknya sikap intoleran serta fanatisme yang terjadi maka moderasi agama sangat diperlukan sebagai jalan keluar dalam menciptakan kehidupan keagamaan yang cinta damai dan minim kekerasan. Muatan ajaran tentang toleransi, multikultural, dan perbedaan faham dalam konteks keagamaan menjadi instrumen penting dalam konten Pendidikan Agama Islam. Secara ideal begitu pula pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam berhubungan erat dengan implementasi moderasi beragama. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualittif. Data diperoleh dengan teknik wawancara, obsevasi, dan dokumentasi. Data data yang diambil yaitu wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru agama, serta perwakilan dari peserta didik yang nantinya akan dijadikan sebagai objek penelitian. Kemudian didukung dengan data hasil dari observasi dan dokumentasi yang telah peneliti lakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Punggur. Dengan hasil penelitian bahwasanya Moderasi Beragama dikenalkan dan ditanamkan melalui pembelajaran pendidikan agam Islam yang terkandung dalam moderasi beragama yang meliputi sikap toleransi, anti kekerasan, komitmen kebangsaan, dan akomodatif terhadap budaya lokal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh yang melibatkan 60 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y=8,579+0,776X1. Koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,853 menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat, dengan kontribusi pengaruh 72,8%. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai thitung 2,395>2,002 ttabel, sehingga Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, yang berarti pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y=0,966+0,902X2. Koefisien korelasi 0,909 menandakan hubungan yang sangat kuat, dengan kontribusi pengaruh 82,6%. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan thitung 6,441>2,002 ttabel, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, pelatihan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y=1,291+0,232X1+0,681X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi 0,918 menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan kontribusi pengaruh 84,2%. Uji hipotesis Fhitung 152,255>3,16 Ftabel menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara pelatihan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of the Hidayatul Qur’an Islamic Boarding School in shaping the independence and creativity of its students in Sumbersari, East Lampung. The Islamic boarding school plays an important role in forming the independence and creativity of the Hidayatul Qur’an students. The purpose of this research is to understand the role of the Islamic boarding school in shaping the independence and creativity of the students. This research uses a qualitative approach with a field research method, and data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the results of the observation and interviews conducted by the researcher at the Hidayatul Qur’an Islamic Boarding School with the management, several factors hindering the development of independence and creativity among the students were identified. These factors include habits and personalities that have not yet adapted to the conditions at the boarding school, a lack of awareness regarding personal needs in various aspects, and continued dependency on their parents

Abstract

Achieving successful learning goals for a teacher is something that is desired, especially forming students' spiritual attitudes that are better, always grateful, and closer to Allah SWT through worship. The aim of this researcher is to determine teacher Pai's efforts to shape students' spiritual attitudes through the habit of performing dhuha prayers at MI ma'arif NU 5 sekampung. The research method used in this research is qualitative research, with a qualitative descriptive approach. Then the data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique has three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the research show that the efforts made by PAI teachers in forming a spiritual attitude through getting used to the dhuha prayer, namely the dhuha prayer, went well where the teacher gave directions for carrying out the dhuha prayer which is usually done in prayer. The benefits and rewards are according to the level of rak'ah performed. Because there are still students who are difficult to get to pray Dhuha. There are several efforts made by Islamic religious education teachers to shape students' spiritual attitudes, namely by using four methods, namely the example method, discipline method, habituation method and advice method. So from this method it is hoped that teachers will always provide motivation to all students continuously. so that they are enthusiastic to always do something good. At first the teacher must use coercive methods so that students can understand that the teacher applies these methods with the aim of forming students' spiritual attitudes to be better than before. For this reason, students must realize that the teacher is doing this which will later be beneficial for the students themselves.

Abstract

The background of this development research is the lack of use of learning media in the classroom, making students bored in following the lesson. There are no teachers who develop technology during teaching and learning activities, one of which is the use of the Canva application. Canva is one of the online design programs that offers various sophisticated features in creating learning media, one of which is. Even an account for Canva Education specifically for students and educators is available. Currently, we need to realize the importance of technology for the nation's future generations and they are Gen Z who may still be in school. The purpose of this study is to develop technology based on the Canva application in learning the Al Qur'an Hadith for class X at MA Ma'arif 06 Seputih Raman. This study uses the Research and Development (RND) method and chooses one of the RND models, namely ADDIE. As the name implies, ADDIE goes through several stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Based on the research that has been carried out, a conclusion has been drawn, namely that this video-based learning media is suitable for use as a learning medium in the Al Qur'an Hadith subject for class X. The results of the media and material validation questionnaire showed results in the very feasible category. From the learning results using the pretest posttest, the average difference in value was 33.46. From the average pretest value of 51.81 and the posttest value was 85.27. So it is concluded that video learning media based on the Canva application is worthy of being developed.
