Abstract

Latar belakang : Kehamilan merupakan proses yang menyebabkan berbagai perubahan fisiologis seperti perubahan fisik, psikis, hormonal, sistem respirasi, dan sistem pencernaan yang kadang menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan pada ibu hamil. Perubahan hormonal ini sering diikuti oleh perubahan emosional, yang dapat menyebabkan kecemasan hingga depresi. Tujuan : Memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil di PMB Yuni Nur Astuti, Sukoharjo. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data triangulasi, yaitu observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 4 pasang informan utama dan kunci serta 1 informan pendukung. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Usia ibu hamil berpengaruh terhadap kecemasan, 2) Tingkat pendidikan mempengaruhi kecemasan ibu hamil, 3) Status ekonomi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil, 4) Dukungan suami, keluarga, dan tenaga kesehatan berpengaruh signifikan dalam mengurangi kecemasan ibu hamil, sementara dukungan lingkungan sekitar tidak berpengaruh, dan 5) Paritas juga berpengaruh terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil. Kesimpulan : Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program edukasi dan konseling serta dukungan emosional yang komprehensif dari keluarga dan tenaga kesehatan sangat diperlukan untuk mengurangi kecemasan ibu hamil.

Abstract

Pasar halal telah muncul sebagai sektor pengembangan baru yang menciptakan potensi pasar dalam ekonomi global. Di Indonesia pasar halal juga sangat potensial karena sebagian besar penduduknya sebagai konsumen Muslim. Sehingga perusahaan penting untuk memperhatikan konsep industri halal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi implementasi konsep industri halal yang diimplementasikan PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk, yang meliputi aktivitas industry halal, halal procurement, halal manufacturing, dan halal logistic. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain single case study dengan mengidentifikasi konsep industri halal yang dilaksanakan oleh satu perusahaan yaitu PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Hasil studi kasus ini tidak dapat digeneralisasi, namun demikian tetap mungkin untuk dimunculkan proposisi, yaitu: aplikasi konsep industri halal di perusahaan dapat membentuk positioning perusahaan terhadap kebutuhan pasar Muslim. Hal tersebut dapat terjadi karena dari hasil temuan studi kasus ini diketahui bahwa perusahaan yang menjadi obyek penelitian yaitu PT. Unilever Indonesia memiliki komitmen yang tinggi untuk mengimplementasikan konsep industri halal sehingga mampu memiliki positioning yang bagus dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasar Muslim

Abstract

Current era MSMEs are one of them business to be opportunity in increase rotation wheel economy in Indonesia. Various problem often influence performance MSME business among other advantages competitive, practical supply chain management and innovation. MSME actors not yet realize will importance superiority competitive For win the market. Things that haven't maximized that is practice supply chain management that has not applied in performance MSME business, apart from that's also a drawback do innovation that causes low performance MSME business. Objective from study This is For test influence superiority competitive to performance MSME business, test influence practice supply chain management towards performance MSME business, test influence innovation to performance MSME business. Population in study This is MSME owners in the Regency Purworejo . Taking sample use technique purposive sampling as many as 100 craft MSME owners in the Regency Purworejo. Instrument data collection uses questionnaire with use scale likert which was answered complet, appropriate criteria and meet condition validity and reliability . Analysis This use multiple linear regression with use SPSS 20.0 for Windows tools. Research result show that Superiority Competitive influential to Performance MSME Business, Practice Supply Chain Management has an influence To Performance MSME Business, and Innovation influential to Performance MSME Business.

Abstract

Mother's knowledge about immunization influences the provision of immunization to babies. If the mother's knowledge about immunization is lacking and the mother feels that she does not need immunization, this will affect the schedule, administration and completeness of immunizations for babies, which will have an impact on the emergence of disease in babies. This research uses quantitative methods with a retrospective approach. The population of this research is all female orphans who are in the Karangpandan Health Center Working Area for the period March 2024, namely 44 toddler’s mom with the sampling technique used Total Sampling. The instruments used were a maternal knowledge questionnaire about advanced immunizations and a KIA book to see the completeness of immunization status. The statical test using Chi Square test results show the Asymp value. Sig. (2-sided) 0.001 < 0.05, meaning that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so there is a relationship between the mother's level of knowledge about Advanced Immunization and the Completeness Status of Advanced Immunization for Children Under 2 Years in Karangpandan Community Health Center Working Area.

Abstract

Background : The prevalance of anemia in Indonesia reaches 48.9%, attributed to various factors such as iron malabssorption. Therefore, additional vitamin C is required to improve the absorption of FE tablet consumption.Research Objective: The study aimed to examine the effect of red guava juice on improving hemoglobin levels during the second trimester of pregnant women at Pancasila Primary Clinic Wonogiri. Research Method : The research employed an experimental method with a pretest-posttest design with the control group. The sampling technique used total sampling involving 44 responden, divided into experimental groups (22 respondents) and control group (22 respondents).Research Results: The sstatistical analysis using the paired sample t -test revealed a Pvalue of 0,004 < 0.005 in the control group and 0.000 < 0.005 in the experimental group. In addition , the independepnt t-test demonstrated a P value of 0.002 < 0.005, indicatinga significant effect of red guava juice on improving hemoglobin levels. Conclusion: Based on the study development, red guava juice evoled as valuable therapeutic option for increasing hemoglobin levels during pregnancy, wether used independenly or in combination with iron ( FE ) tablets.

Abstract

Background : Anemia in pregnant women is a condition in which the mother has an Hb level of less than 11 gr% as a result of the inability of the red blood cell-forming tissue (erythropoietic) in its production to maintain Hb concentration at normal levels (Ariani et al., n.d., 2022 in Rohani et al., 2023). One important effort in preventing and overcoming anemia is the provision of Fe tablets. Non-compliance of pregnant women in consuming iron tablets can have a greater chance of developing anemia (Astriana, 2017 in Rumiati, 2023). To increase knowledge and compliance in consuming Fe tablets, namely by providing health education or education (Widya, 2021 in Rumiati, 2023). Objective : This study aims to analyze the effect of health education using flipchart media about Fe tablets on the level of knowledge of pregnant women at the Sungai Raya Dalam Kubu Raya Health Center. Method : This study is a Pre-Experimental design study with a one group pretest-posttest method. The population of this study was all pregnant women who underwent pregnancy check-ups at the Sungai Raya Dalam Health Center from July to September 2023, totaling 535 people, while the sample obtained from the calculation results was 53 pregnant women. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis used was the Wilcoxon test. Results : The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of health education with flipchart media about Fe tablets on the level of knowledge in pregnant women with a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The knowledge of pregnant women before being given health education with flipchart media was sufficient, then after being given health education with flipchart media it was good.

Abstract

Background: Based on the result of basic health research Riskesdas in 2018, as many as 23,7% of women aged 14-25 years nationally suffer from anaemia. About three to four out of ten adolescent girls, or about 32% of adolescent girls have anaemia. This study aims to determine the effect of providing video content about iron tablets on the understanding of adolescent girls at SMP N 1 Sragi.Methods: This research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design consisting of two groups, namely experimental and control. The experimental group was given an educational video about blood enhancer tablets, while the control group was given a lecture. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The age of the respondents was 13 to 15 years old. The research sample consisted of 67 students. The T-test is used to test data.Results: The average score in the experimental group was 8.76, while in the control group it was 6,45. There was an increase of 2.31, with a p-value of <0.005, which means that there is a significant influence on average before and after treatment.Conclusion: To reduce the prevalence of anaemia, especially in adolescent girls, it is expected that this study will improve the understanding of teenage girls, especially about blood tablets.

Abstract

This article was written to deliver the idea of the need for digital literacy competencies for archival graduate students in an era of disruption to meet the needs of users and professional development so that in the end the success of digital literacy becomes a new benchmark for soft skills competencies for archiving program graduates. This research is a descriptive qualitative study using the FGD method for collecting data from informants, namely users and graduates of the archiving program itself. The results show that graduates of archives have not been able to meet the needs of soft skill competencies according to user demands, especially regarding the use of digital technology in supporting the implementation of tasks and jobs. It is suggested that college can facilitate the efforts to increase digital literacy competence through learning methods, in addition to students also trying to improve their experience in the use of digital technology.

Abstract

Kekurangan zat besi sebagai salah satu dari sepuluh masalah kesehatan yang paling serius. Anemia merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan di seluruh dunia terutama negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia. Remaja putri merupakan salah satu kelompok yang rawan terhadap anemia. Insiden anemia dipengaruhi oleh asupan zat besi yang rendah. Tepung daun kelor mengandung senyawa mineral yang cukup tinggi, berfungsi sebagai bahan pangan fungsional untuk mengatasi anemia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suplementasi tepung daun kelor terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada remaja putri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan desain one group pre-post test. Populasi penelitian adalah remaja putri usia 14 – 19 tahun di Pondok Pesantren Al Mukmin Ngruki Sukoharjo sejumlah 700 siswi. Jumlah sampel 30 siswi. Tehnik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Alat dan bahan yang digunakan GCHb suplemen tepung kelor dengan dosis @ 500 mg. Teknik analisa data menggunakan Statistik Package for the Social Science (SPSS) 16 for windows melalui uji normalitas Kolmogrov-Smirnov dengan ? = 0.05 dan dilanjut dengan uji Wilcoxon Hasil penelitian didapat rata - rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum perlakuan 10.8033 gr% dengan nilai minimum 7.70 gr% dan maksimum 11.9 gr%. Kemudian setelah diberikan perlakuan suplemen tepung daun kelor 500 mg tiap setiap hari selama 14 hari diperoleh nilai rata-rata 11.8167 gr% dengan nilai minimum 8.40 gr% dan maksimum 15.30 gr%. Hasil Uji statistik nilai Z -4.451 dengan p value (Asymp. Sig 2 tailed) sebesar 0.000 dimana nilai Z kurang dari batas kritis penelitian 0,05 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya ada pengaruh suplementasi tepung daun kelor terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada remaja putri.

Abstract

Background: Children aged 0-6 years undergo rapid development crucial for their future, with parents serving as primary educators shaping their behavior and emotions. Parental involvement in education fosters social-emotional development, including emotion management and relationship building. Educating children and parents on prevention through innovative strategies, the Tree of Life is essential to address this. This activity aims to increase awareness and knowledge about violence prevention and strengthen parental roles in supporting children’s social-emotional development. Methods: The study involved 33 large-class students and 18 parents, using educational modules, questionnaires, and tools like Tree of Life and Aircraft Quiz. The implementation method includes the preparation of modules, outreach to children and parents, the use of interactive media such as the Tree of Life and Aircraft Quiz, as well as pretest-post test evaluation. Results: The Tree of Life, resembling an artificial plant with colorful leaves, effectively illustrated life and positive behavior. The community service program at Bakti Sawahan Islamic Kindergarten significantly improved children's understanding of violence, with pretest scores of 95.6% and posttest scores of 98.3%. Parents' awareness of their role in preventing violence increased from 77.2% to 91.0%. Conclusion: The education program significantly improved knowledge of social-emotional violence among both children and parents. The program is recommended to continue and be integrated into the curriculum to enhance children's social-emotional development and ensure a safe environment. ers social-emotional development, including emotion management and relationship building.
