Abstract

Abstract

Climate change is a global issue that requires mitigation strategies in various sectors, including forestry. Agroforestry, which combines trees with agricultural crops, is considered a strategy that can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by increasing carbon storage. This study aims to estimate and analyze the amount of carbon stored in three different land cover types found in a landscape of forest management unit (FMU), namely agroforestry coffee, monoculture coffee, and forest. Carbon stock analysis was conducted using a non-destructive approach on 36 sample plots evenly distributed across the three land cover types. The results showed that the highest carbon stock was found in forested area, followed by agroforestry coffee and monoculture coffee. However, the agroforestry system showed a fairly high carbon storage potential and was close to forest land, especially due to the presence of species such as Swietenia macrophylla and Coffea canephora. These findings indicate that the agroforestry system has great potential in climate change mitigation strategies by increasing carbon stocks, making it worthy of being an alternative to support forest conservation and rehabilitation.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to development of learning media for shot put modification from ironwood material for physical education, sports, and health learning at SMKN 1 Kota Besi. The research and development model follows the ADDIE procedure. Product testing will determine the feasibility of the developed product. Data is collected through observation and questionnaires for expert evaluations of learning, media, and practitioners. Data is also collected through small and large group testing and student assessments from tenth grade students at SMKN 1 Cempaga, SMKN 1 Kota Besi, and SMKN 2 Sampit. Quantitative descriptive statistical analysis is used for data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, learning experts scored 94%, media experts scored 96%, and practitioner experts scored 80%. The small-group trial at SMKN 1 Kota Besi showed a percentage of 90%, while the large-group trials at SMKN 1 Cempaga, SMKN 1 Kota Besi, and SMKN 2 Sampit showed percentages of 94%, 85%, and 76%, respectively. A comprehensive analysis of the research results shows that the development of modified shot put learning media made from ironwood for use in physical education, sports, and health education, particularly for class X students at SMKN 1 Kota Besi, is practical and feasible. This conclusion is based on the results observed when applying physical education, sports, and health teaching materials for shot put athletics.

Abstract

This study examines current literature on the impact of information technology on entrepreneurial performance through socio-cultural adaptation. This review reveals the role of information technology as a key driver of innovation and entrepreneurial growth by facilitating global communication and rapid exchange of information. However, research in the field of digital entrepreneurship still faces the challenges of fragmentation and a lack of a unified framework. An interdisciplinary approach is needed to understand the unique characteristics of adaptive and generative digital technologies. In conclusion, information technology plays a strategic role in increasing efficiency, innovation and entrepreneurial collaboration. Future research is expected to integrate various disciplines to gain a comprehensive understanding of digital entrepreneurship and develop business models that are more responsive to technological and market changes.

Abstract

The rapid growth of Bandar Lampung City is characterized by an increasing conversion of non-built-up land into built-up areas. This condition is influenced by population growth, economic development, and the strategic position of Bandar Lampung as the capital of Lampung Province and the gateway to Sumatra Island. Such development has the potential to create pressure on land use if it is not aligned with the Spatial Plan (RTRW). This study aims to analyze the spatial pattern and distribution of urban growth, and to assess the conformity of urban growth modeling results with the Bandar Lampung Spatial Plan. This research employs a spatial-based quantitative approach. The analytical methods used include the  Cellular Automata (CA) modeling to predict urban growth up to 2041 and overlay analysis to evaluate the conformity of the modeling results with the Bandar Lampung Spatial Plan 2021–2041. The results indicate that the built-up area increased from 12,096.93 hectares in 2017 to 12,979.87 hectares in 2023, and is projected to reach 14,758.74 hectares by 2041. Spatially, urban growth tends to concentrate in peripheral areas that still have land availability and good accessibility. The conformity level of built-up land with the spatial plan decreased from 95.17% in 2023 to 89.24% in 2041. These findings indicate the need for stricter and more consistent land use control.
