This study aims to describe the role of the school principal in fostering teacher partnerships, identify the forms of partnerships that have been established, and analyze their contribution to improving the quality of student learning at SDN 468 Bilante in Luwu Regency. This study employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive research design. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, involving the school principal, teachers, and relevant parties as research informants. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results indicate that the school principal has fulfilled their role as a planner, communicator, motivator, facilitator, supervisor, and evaluator in fostering teacher partnerships. The forms of partnership established include data-driven program planning, professional communication, academic activities such as Kombel and KKG, instructional supervision, and teacher involvement in school activities. These partnerships have made a positive contribution to enhancing teachers’ professionalism, work motivation, and the quality of student learning. However, the implementation of these partnerships has not yet been fully optimized because formal communication has not been fully dialogic, teacher involvement has not been evenly distributed, and follow-up on supervision and evaluation has not been carried out systematically and sustainably.
