Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of price and location on consumer purchasing decisions at SPBU 7593741 in Baubau City. The research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 80 consumers selected using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that price does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as fuel prices are standardized and regulated by the government. Conversely, location demonstrates a positive and significant influence on consumer behavior, indicating that strategic positioning and accessibility are critical factors in attracting customers. Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect purchasing decisions, with a coefficient of determination of 40.2%, suggesting that other factors also contribute to consumer choices. These results emphasize the importance of location optimization in enhancing competitive advantage within the fuel retail industry.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of transformational leadership by the principal in strengthening a culture of quality at SD Negeri 232 Tellesang. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type, with research subjects including the principal, teachers, and educational staff. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing stages, and tested for validity through source and technique triangulation. The results showed that transformational leadership, principals, quality culture, and elementary schools. The dimensions of inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulation were the most dominant aspects in encouraging learning innovation and increasing teacher participation. The implementation of transformational leadership had a positive impact on strengthening the school's culture of quality, which was demonstrated by increased teacher participation in learning communities, improved teacher performance, and the emergence of innovative literacy and digital-based programs. However, the aspect of individual consideration still needs to be improved through more structured mentoring and professional development programs for teachers. This study confirms that the transformational leadership of school principals has a strategic role in building a collaborative, innovative, and continuous improvement-oriented school quality culture.

Abstract

Gaya mengajar adalah cara atau metode yang dipakai oleh guru ketika sedang melakukan pengajaran. Metode pembelajaran lebih bersifat prosedural, yaitu berisi tahapan tertentu, sedangkan gaya mengajar adalah cara yang digunakan, yang bersifat implementatif. Dengan kata lain, metode yang dipilih oleh masing-masing itu adalah sama, tetapi mereka bisa saja menggunakan teknik yang berbeda. Macam-macam gaya mengajar yang relevan dengan pendidikan agama Islam, yaitu sebagai berikut: 1. Gaya mengajar klasikal, 2. Gaya mengajar teknologis, 3. Gaya mengajar personalisasi, 4. Gaya mengajar interaksional. Hadis-hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW memberikan pedoman penting terkait metode pengajaran yang berfokus pada kasih sayang, kesabaran, dan keteladanan. Gaya mengajar beliau yang menggunakan pendekatan ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, demontrasi dan eksperimen, pemberian tugas (resitasi), dan kerja kelompok dapat diadaptasi dalam konteks pendidikan masa kini. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi prinsip-prinsip yang terkandung dalam hadis mengenai gaya mengajar dan aktualisasinya dalam pendidikan Islam modern, dengan menekankan pada relevansi nilai-nilai Islami dalam proses belajar mengajar saat ini. Selain itu, artikel ini juga membahas tantangan yang dihadapi dalam mengimplementasikan gaya mengajar berdasarkan hadis, serta bagaimana mengharmoniskan antara tradisi dan tuntutan zaman modern. Temuan artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun tantangan perubahan sosial dan budaya dalam pendidikan Islam modern cukup signifikan, prinsip-prinsip yang diajarkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW tetap sangat relevan untuk diaplikasikan dalam konteks pendidikan kontemporer guna membentuk karakter, keterampilan, dan akhlak peserta didik yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the principal’s transformational leadership on teachers’ performance at SDN 548 Rante Alang. The research employed a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design, using a saturated sampling technique in which all teachers were selected as respondents. The research instrument consisted of a Likert-scale questionnaire developed based on the dimensions of transformational leadership proposed by Bernard M. Bass and teacher performance indicators aligned with the standards set by the Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results indicate that both the principal’s transformational leadership and teachers’ performance are in the high category. Regression analysis shows a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership on teachers’ performance (sig < 0.05). The better the implementation of transformational leadership, the higher the teachers’ performance.

Abstract

This study analyzes the use of Instagram as a digital medium to introduce Torajan culture in social studies learning through a literature review method. This study used a qualitative approach with a literature review method that reviewed several relevant scientific articles. The results of the study indicate that Instagram, as a visual and interactive medium, is effective in presenting cultural content such as Tongkonan, Rambu Solo', Rambu Tuka', kinship systems, and mutual cooperation, thus helping students understand social studies concepts such as social interaction, values ​​and norms, and social stratification more concretely. In addition to improving cognitive understanding, Instagram use also fosters tolerance, appreciation for diversity, and pride in local culture. Thus, Instagram can be an innovative learning strategy that integrates digital technology, local culture, and character education to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of Torajan culture. This study aims to analyze the use of Instagram as a digital medium to introduce Torajan culture in social studies learning.
