Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of collaboration between Guidance and Counseling Teachers and Subject Teachers in overcoming learning difficulties experienced by students. This study aims to determine the form of collaboration carried out by the Guidance and Counseling teacher with subject teachers in diagnosing learning difficulties in the form of 1) identifying students who have learning difficulties, 2) determining the location of students' learning difficulties, and 3) determining the factors causing the occurrence. Learning difficulties in students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The key informants of this study were two counselling teachers and two subject teachers; additional informants were two teachers who taught in class XI IPS at SMAN 13 Padang. This study uses interviews as a technique for collecting data. Data analysis consists of three stages: data reduction for grouping data relevant to the research objectives and focus, data presentation, and conclusion. The study results revealed: 1) Collaboration between counselling teachers and subject teachers in identifying students with learning difficulties, namely providing information and discussing the data collected to determine students who have learning difficulties. 2) Collaboration between guidance and counselling teachers and subject teachers in determining the location of student learning difficulties, namely exchanging information and communicating informally in determining how to locate student learning difficulties. 3) Collaboration between guidance and counselling teachers and subject teachers in determining the factors causing student learning difficulties, namely conducting discussions, counselling, and discussing. The results of this study are recommended for counselling teachers to collaborate with other parties such as subject teachers, school principals, parents, and other parties to overcome students' learning difficulties

Abstract

Research found that self-efficacy has an important role in the development of students’ career cognitive skills. Besides, there still needs further research in self-efficacy, particularly in career readiness. The authors conduct this continuing study is to determine the effect of understanding perceived self-efficacy on student’s awareness in career readiness (mastery experience, vicarious experience, social persuasion, and emotional arousal). Data collected using a self-report of the Self-Efficacy Scale in Career Readiness (SESCR), semi-structured interview, and observation of student’s behavior between both participants with the high and low level of self-efficacy. In the current study, 100 students involved based on their convenience. Results showed that 66% of participants have a high mastery experience, 69% with high vicarious experience, 76% have a high percentage in social persuasion, and 70% have a high level of emotional arousal to understanding their career readiness. The results also showed perceived self-efficacy predicts student’s awareness of career readiness based on gender.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya peserta didik yang mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar di SMA Negeri 9 Tebo. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan 1) Jenis kesulitan belajar dilihat dari gangguan belajar, 2) Jenis kesulitan belajar dilihat dari ketidakmampuan belajar, 3) Jenis kesulitan belajar dilihat dari gangguan fungsi belajar, 4) Jenis kesulitan belajar dilihat dari pemahaman belajar lambat, 5) Jenis kesulitan belajar dilihat dari keinginan belajar rendah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu sebanyak 88 orang peserta didik, sedangkan pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling Jenuh. Istrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah data interval. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) jenis kesulitan belajar dilihat dari ganguan belajar pada indikator kelelahan tergolong dalam kriteria banyak. 2) jenis kesulitan belajar dilihat dari ketidakmampuan belajar pada indikator rendahnya konsentrasi tergolong dalam kriteria cukup banyak. 3) jenis kesulitan belajar dilihat dari ganguan fungsi belajar pada indikator terganggunya fungsi belajar tergolong dalam kriteria cukup banyak. 4) jenis kesulitan belajar dilihat dari pemahaman belajar rendah pada indikator rendahnya kompetensi guru tergolong dalam kriteria sedikit 5) jenis kesulitan belajar dilihat dari keinginan belajar rendah pada indikator rendahnya minat tergolong dalam kriteria sangat banyak Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat direkomendasikan kepada guru agar menanggulangi atau mendeteksi dini kesulitan belajar peserta didik agar peserta didik terbantu dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajarnya.

Abstract

Applying communication for success in the world of work is a Padang Vocational Training Center (BLK) program that aims to increase or improve knowledge, skills, attitude and work experience for trainees at Padang BLK. The activity method is carried out by way of workshops, lectures and questions and answers which will be held from June 8 2021 to June 9 2021. The scope of this activity is carried out at the BLK Padang Office with a schedule that has been coordinated with the committee and the soft skills team. The results of this activity indicate an increase in knowledge and attitude skills and work experience for the trainees. In addition to providing material, the training participants are equipped with communication skills and preparation for entering the world of work, both from making cover letters, facing interviews and how to communicate with superiors.

Abstract

Tiktok adalah media sosial yang saat ini disukai oleh berbagai kalangan dari anak-anak hingga dewasa, dan penggunaannya meningkat akhir-akhir ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan hubungan antara penggunaan media sosial tiktok dengan kecenderungan narsistik. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa yang terdaftar pada Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo. Sampel berjumlah 165 mahasiswa. Purposive sumpling digunakan dalam proses pengambilan sampel dengan kriteria subjek adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo yang memilki akun tiktok saat ini. Peneliti menggunakan kuesioner (angket) untuk pengumpulan data yang dibuat sendiri yang telah melalui uji plot, skala yang mengukur tingkat penggunaan media sosial tiktok dan narsis digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi pada uji korelasi intensitas penggunaan media sosial tiktok dan kecenderungan perilaku narsistik sebesar 0,000. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi < 0,05 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial tiktok terhadap kecenderungan perilaku narsistik.

Abstract

Football is a popular sport in both developed and developing countries. The purpose of this study was to see if the shooting ability of Persemal soccer players could be significantly improved by using resistance bands and skipping exercises. In this study, total sampling is the sampling method used. In this study, the entire population of Persemal football players totaling 20 people was sampled. Therefore, this study belongs to the category of population studies. Bobby Charlton's shooting test was used to measure shooting ability in this study. Paired sample T-test and independent sample T-test are used in statistical data analysis. Paired sample T-tests showed that resistance band training had an average value of 0.000 on improving football shooting ability. In addition, skipping exercises have an average value of 0.000. So that the results of both exercises show that there is a significant influence on improving football shooting ability. The Independent Sample T-Test is used to compare and contrast the two exercises tested. The findings showed that no difference was seen between the two forms of exercise. Sig. pre-test score is 0.702 and post-test value is 0.600 respectively, higher than the required value of 0.05. As a result, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference between skipping training and resistance bands

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the lack of understanding by the Students’ parents about the character of early childhood. The purpose of this research was to describe the perception of parents about 1) The character of healthy early childhood, 2) The character of an unhealthy early childhood. This research is quantitative descriptive research, 45 young learners as the population in PAUD Hidayah Ampera. The sample of this research found 48 parents. This sampling uses a total sampling technique. The instrument was used in the form of a questionnaire and analyzed using the percentage technique. The results of this research revealed that: 1) Parents' perceptions of the character of healthy early childhood in Early childhood education programs  Hidayah Ampera were in a good category. 2) Parents' perceptions of the unhealthy character of early childhood in Early childhood education programs  Hidayah Ampera are in the fairly good category. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Self Efficacy dengan Academic Burnout pada mahasiswa prodi Pendidikan Jasmani dan Olahraga Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional, dengan analisis data menggunakan linear sederhana. populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa prodi Pendidikan Jasmani dan Olahraga Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling sebanyak 155 sampel dari 260 populasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan analisis linear sederhana variabel Self-Efficacy terhadap variabel Academic Burnout diketahui bahwa Self Efficacy berpengaruh signifikan pada Academic Burnout dengan nilai sing 0,000 < 0,005 dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) diperoleh nilai sebesar 74%, (74% (R2=0,740;Sing. 0,000). kesimpulan pada penelitian ini Self Efficacy memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Academic Burnout artinya, semakin tinggi Self Efficacy maka semakin rendah Academy Burnout.
