Abstract

The purpose of this study is to 1) find out how the workability of the Civil Servant in the South Padang Sub-district office, 2) investigate how the performance of Civil Servant in the South Padang Sub-district Office. The research used is a Quantitative Research Method. The population is all employees of the Padang Selatan sub-district office of Padang city. Based on the results of the research CS workability level in the South Padang subdistrict office has so far reached 69.4%, the CS workability has reached a fairly good category with the level of respondents' achievements (TCR) between 65% - 79.99%, the results of ASN performance research in subdistrict office of South Padang so far have reached 71%, the CS performance has reached a fairly good category. The results of hypothesis testing can be explained that there is a strong relationship with interpretation between 0.60-0.799 and positive with a significant level smaller than 0.05 which is equal to 0,000. Based on the determinant coefficient test the Effect of Work Ability on CS Performance in the subdistrict office of South Padang is 62.6%, the remaining 37.4%. It is explained by other variables not included in the research model. Based on the results of a simple regression analysis, it was found that the workability variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Civil Servant (CS) in subdistrict office of South Padang.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) merupakan salah satu pilar pendidikan yang paling utama. Pendidikan karakter akan tumbuh dengan baik jika di tanamkan atau di mulai sejakdini,oleh sebab itu materi pendidikan agama islam islam di sekolah menjadi salah satu penunjang membentuk karakter anak. Melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan agama islam ini siswa di ajarkan aqidah sebagai dasar keagamaan, di ajarkan quran dan hadis sebagai pedoman hidup, di ajarkan fiqih sebagai hukum dalam beribadah dan mengajarkan akhlak sebagai pedoman perilaku manusia apakah dalam kategori baik atau buruk. Oleh sebab itu pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam adalah membentuk karakter siswa yang mencerminkan tingkah laku dan pola pikirnya dalam kehidupan sehari hari. Disamping itu guru memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter siswa sejak dini. Guru yang berkarakter baik memiliki peluang melahirkan siswa yang berkarakter lebih baik. Menjadi guru yang memiliki kasih sayang kepada siswanya serta menjadi mentor yang beretika, merupakan langkah penting yang harus di miliki guru untuk melahirkan siswa yang berkarakter.

Abstract

This Field Experience Practice (PPL) aims to gain experience related to teacher studies, in order to fulfill one of the subjects of the Islamic Religious Education Bachelor's program at the State Islamic University of Sjech Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi and provide students with knowledge and even experience in the world of education. Regarding an educational process which was implemented at SMP 01 BUKITTINGGI as an effort to increase learning in terms of students' interest in participating in the learning process, so in this case the time ranges more or less between 28 August - 01 November 2023 which followed the independent curriculum-based learning process at SMP 01 BUKITTINGGI In implementation The educational program carried out in grades 7 and 8 uses the truth or dare game learning system within the scope of Islamic Religious Education. The implementation starts from the approach, explanation of material, direction and implementation of the learning system which is carried out in accordance with the truth or dare system that has been designed. Field Experience Practice (PPL) is carried out at SMP 01 BUKITTINGGI which is located at Jl. Sudirmn, Kota Bukittinggi, Prov. West Sumatra. In its application, results are obtained in the development of learning that has variety and innovation and allows students to increase their focus and increase their intellectual value in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the local wisdom-based inclusive school learning management model on students in inclusive classrooms. The focus of the research also includes assessing whether the character values contained in Gurindam Dua Belas can be applied in everyday life by students. The method used is observation with indicators that include character values such as Islam, behavior/faith, social, character, usefulness, ethics, leadership, and leadership. The results of the observation recapitulation show positive changes in student behavior in inclusive classes and an increase in character values. Furthermore, the local wisdom-based inclusive school learning management model book has been declared valid and practical by education experts. The practicality of this model has also been tested and approved by users. The results indicate that this management model has the potential to improve learning effectiveness in inclusive schools and promote better character values in students.

Abstract

Media merupakan salah satu alat untuk memudahkan guru dalam menyampaikan materi, agar siswa mudah dan cepat memahami materi yang disampaikan. Untuk itu penulis merancang media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan program Adobe Flash CS 6 untuk belajar mengenal bilangan dan berhitung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Adapun populasinya adalah siswa suluruh TK Islam Masythah Bukittinggi, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan uji hasil belajar siswa, yaitu melakukan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil yang diperoleh dengan uji t, berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t diole = 3,62 > dari t tabel 1,66 pada taraf nyata. taraf = 0,05 berarti Ha diterima, artinya ada perbedaan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan desain media pembelajaran dan dengan menggunakan metode konvensional. Data yang diperoleh hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan desain media pembelajaran lebih baik daripada hasil belajar siswa dengan metode konvensional. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen 80,73 dengan standar deviasi 12,56 sedangkan kelas kontrol 69,39 dengan standar deviasi 12,74. Dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi bahwa ada pengaruh desain media pembelajaran berbasis Macromedia Flash terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 88,60%.

Abstract

This research focuses on Islamic school culture on the religious character of students at SMP N 2 Bukittinggi. Schools need to realize how important the role of Islamic school culture is in shaping students' religious character. Considering that there are various personality deviations among students, through Islamic school culture it is hoped that students can develop their personalities through the habits carried out at school. The formulation of the problem in this research is how Islamic school culture influences the religious character of students at SMP N 2 Bukittinggi. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of the role of Islamic school culture on the religious character of students at SMP N 2 Bukittinggi. This research method is quantitative and with a causality design with a sample size of 75 students determined using random probability sampling techniques. The instrument used was a questionnaire with student respondents. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire on Islamic school culture and religious character. With a correlation coefficient value of 0.406, meaning it has a positive influence and the coefficient of determination R Squer is 0.165, which means the influence of Islamic school culture on religious character is 16.5% while the remainder is 83.5%. % influenced by other factors. The results of this research analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between Islamic school culture on students' religious character.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems encountered in the field, namely at SMKN 1  Ampek Angkek, this type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Based on the results of research in the field, several problems have been found at SMKN 1 Ampek Angkek, where there are still many students there who engage in promiscuity without any filter within themselves, so they fall into things that are prohibited by the Islamic religion and norms. socio-cultural norms. These include students dating, having video call sex (VCS), smoking, getting pregnant out of wedlock, and saving and watching pornographic videos. One of the factors that causes student promiscuity is the influence of social media use. This is of course a very big problem which causes the relationship between fellow students to become bad, therefore the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers is very necessary to overcome this problem, Islamic Religious Education teachers need to fully instill Islamic values in individual students, one of which is by providing good role models to their students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the design of media development and determine the effectiveness of media development. This research includes research on development using the development method. The development methods used are interviews, tests, and documentation. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Where in the results of the study it can be seen that the support for the game of snakes and ladders was developed using development methods such as analysis, design, which in this case when analyzing the development of this field, students are excited to le jiarn PAI again, initially they feel bored learning PAI, which means poor communication. effective occurs when playing the game of snakes and ladders while learning PAI in class. So, the Snakes and Ladders game aims to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in terms of PAI knowledge and skills

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine efforts to increase students' interest in learning in Islamic religious education subjects using the role playing method. This research uses a qualitative approach or case study approach method. Researchers obtained data through direct observation and interviews. The research location was carried out at SMK Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek, Agam Regency for 3 months starting from 13 August - 13 November 2023. Based on the results of observations made, there was a) lack of student interest in studying Islamic Religious Education. b) Efforts to increase students' interest in learning, namely: Teachers look at students' learning styles or ways that suit their needs or habits, Teachers provide several questions that will be answered by students, Teachers provide educational games to students which aim to increase students' enthusiasm for learning, Through methods In this Role Playing, teachers really try to adapt students' learning methods using this method. c) The supporting factor for students' interest in learning is that teachers carry out practice and not only study in the classroom but also in the library, prayer room and others. d) Factors inhibiting students' interest in learning are lack of motivation or support from parents, lack of interest in studying PAI material because students are more focused on their respective major subjects.

Abstract

The learning process was initially carried out online during the pandemic then after the post-pandemic, learning activities began to be carried out face-to-face. This raises a new problem, because lecturers who teach are starting to be required to use various media in the learning process in the new normal era. But in reality, the lecturers still use old methods such as lectures or task-based learning. Therefore, the research objective is to develop a new model that can be used in the learning process in higher education. This type of research is development research using the ADDIE approach. The instrument used was a student learning motivation questionnaire and a student learning satisfaction questionnaire following the lesson. Another instrument used is a Likert model scale with three alternative answers. The operational procedure taken in this research and development goes through three stages, namely: (1) preliminary study, (2) preparation of conceptual models (3) validity test and (4) practicality test. The results of the validity test show that the model book and manual are in the very valid category from the aspects of design, language and content. Furthermore, the practicality test results show that model books and guidebooks for project-based learning models using flipped classrooms for drawing lectures in tertiary institutions are practically used by lecturers. The implications of this research can help lecturers in designing practical learning.
