Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pengembangan bahan ajar e-learning berbasis web yang memuat nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, khususnya pada materi teks Laporan Hasil Observasi (LHO) di SMK Diponegoro Kabupaten Tegal. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek lima guru dari SMK Diponegoro dan SMK Bhakti Praja Kabupaten Tegal. Data diperoleh melalui angket dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis dengan tahapan reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data menggunakan triangulasi sebagai uji validitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru membutuhkan bahan ajar e-learning yang mencerminkan enam dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila, yaitu beriman, berkebinekaan global, bergotong royong, mandiri, bernalar kritis, dan kreatif. Sebanyak 100% responden menilai bahan ajar digital penting untuk melengkapi pembelajaran konvensional, 96% menilai e-learning dapat menghemat biaya, 92% menyatakan dapat mendorong kemandirian dan kreativitas, serta 88% menilai pentingnya menumbuhkan berpikir kritis melalui media digital. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar e-learning berbasis web dengan muatan pendidikan karakter sangat relevan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMK serta mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila.

Abstract

.The purpose of this study is to explain the role of the secretary in maintaining smooth administrative operations in the Banda Aceh District Attorney's Office. Efficient and effective administration is critical to ensuring that work processes at the Attorney General's Office run smoothly and comply with applicable legal requirements. A qualitative approach was used in this study, and data were collected through interviews, observations, and document research. The findings show that the secretary plays an important role in the administrative management of the Banda Aceh District Public Prosecutor's Office. This role includes drafting and managing various documents and letters, arranging meetings, managing information, and coordinating with other departments within the judiciary. The Director is also responsible for maintaining the Secretariat and ensuring the confidentiality of important documents relating to the Office of the Attorney General's duties and responsibilities. In this case, the secretary's ability to systematically assemble, store, and manage documents is critical to maintaining the security of confidential information. In addition, secretaries help ensure effective communication between the prosecution and external parties such as courts, other law enforcement agencies, and the public. Good communication skills and effective leadership are key factors that enable secretaries to perform their duties effectively. In summary, the role of the Commissioner is very important for the smooth running of the Banda Aceh District Attorney's Office. By properly managing documents, arranging meetings, managing information, and communicating effectively, the secretary can make a significant contribution to the efficiency and effectiveness of the work of the Banda Aceh District Prosecutor's Office. It is hoped that this study will lead to a better understanding of the role of secretaries in prosecution administration and provide useful recommendations for improving administrative performance in the future.

Abstract

Pemerintah mempunyai daya jangkau yang dekat dengan masyarakat lokal yang mempunyai daya wilayah uang cukup untuk memberdayakan sumber daya lokal. Desa merupakan ujung tombak pembangunan Nasional. Oleh karena itu pemerintah terus berupaya mendorong ekonomi desa, melalui (Indonesia), Undang-Undang No 6 Tahun 2014 disebutkan bahwa desa disarankan untuk memiliki suatu badan usaha yang berguna untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat, terutama kebutuhan pokok dan tersedianya sumber daya desa yang belum dimanfaatkan dan manusia yang mampu mengelola badan usaha sebagai asset penggerak perekonomian masyarakat. Salah satunya adalah BUMDes.Tujuan dari penelitian ini guna untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi dan hambatan Implementasi Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat Melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa di Kecamatan Bunyu. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah, dengan data yang dikumpulkan berupa kalimat, bagan, gambar yang berfungsi untuk menjelaskan permasalahan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa melalui Bumdes.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Terdapat 33 isu strategis pembangunan desa pulau Bunyu, dan diambil 20% atau 7 isu strategis untuk dipilih serta dibahas peserta terkait isu yang Terpenting dan Paling Bermasalah.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to disseminate useful knowledge regarding the usefulness of Classroom Action Research to improve the professional competence of teachers at the Saifullah An-Nadliyah Modern Islamic Boarding School. The PKM method takes the form of lectures, simulations and discussions. The results of activities measured using the oral question and answer method prove that there is an increase in the knowledge and understanding of participants (Islamic boarding school teachers) regarding the use of Classroom Action Research in Islamic boarding schools. The participants were motivated to apply the Classroom Action Research method in real terms in various aspects of the learning process. The realization of PKM activities is expected to increase quality learning output and outcomes, teacher professional competence, as well as the quality of Islamic boarding school institutions as a choice of place to study that is increasingly in demand by society today.

Abstract

Websites are now widely accessible across all disciplines. The aim of this study is to analyze the comparative trends in research on the 100 most cited website-based learning publications across all fields, to identify comparative visualizations of trend mapping in website-based learning publications in physics education research, and to determine the countries that have published the most website-based learning research from 2002 to 2023. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis using the keywords 'website-based learning' as a general field and 'website-based physics' to specifically investigate the implementation of websites in physics education. The metadata collected is sourced from the Scopus database and analyzed and visualized using VOSviewer and datawrapper. This research shows that the research trend in website-based learning across all fields is increasing annually. The main keywords used in website-based physics learning research are 'Websites', 'Learning systems', and 'Artificial intelligence' with a total link strength of 23, 16, and 14, respectively.       Keywords: website, bilbliometric, physics learning.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpmipa/v25i3.pp1165-1182

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya kecurangan akademik yang terjadi didunia pendidikan khususnya dalam perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh tekanan dan kesempatan terhadap perilaku kecurangan akademik dengan rasionalisasi dan capability sebagai variabel mediasi. Variabel-variabel dikembangkan berdasarkan teori fraud triangle Donald Cressey (1953) dan capability Wolfe Hermanson (2004). Populasi dalam penelitian adalah mahasiswa akuntansi universitas djuanda bogor. Penentuan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria mahasiswa yang sudah pernah mengikuti pengalaman ujian dan sudah menyelesaikan tugas. Data dalam penelitian ini dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 172 responden pada mahasiswa prodi akuntansi fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas djuanda bogor. Alat olah data yang digunakan SmartPLS versi 3.0 dengan menguji inner dan outer model. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa tekanan dan kesempatan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap perilaku kecurangan akademik. Sedangkan, tekanan dan kesempatan melalui rasionalisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku kecurangan akademik. Begitu pula, tekanan dan kesempatan melalui capability berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kecurangan akademik.

Abstract

This research endeavors to evaluate the impact of taxpayer perceptions on the efficacy of the implementation of Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number of 2023 in enhancing the compliance of individual taxpayers in filing annual tax returns, with tax comprehension serving as a moderating variable. The study included 169,672 individual taxpayers who were registered at KPP Pratama Palu. The research sample was randomly selected using a random sampling approach, and the total number of samples used was 399 respondents, as determined by the Slovin formula. This study employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing questionnaires distributed directly and online. The WarpPLS 7.0 software used the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method to analyze the data. The findings indicated that taxpayers' assessments of the efficacy of Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number of 2023 substantially impacted their compliance with tax return reporting, as evidenced by a path coefficient value of 0.516 and a p-value of less than 0.001. Furthermore, the relationship between perception and compliance is fortified by tax understanding as a moderating variable, as evidenced by a path coefficient value of 0.097 and a p-value of 0.026.

Abstract

The low land and building tax receipts in Pagaran Lambung III village need to be strengthened by the role of the village government in this case apparatus and institutional resources. This study aims to identify and describe the role of the village government in increasing land and building tax revenues. Through the role of a good village government and complete village head office facilities, which can support the administration of tax payments, it can increase land and building tax revenue and community participation in Pagaran Lambung III village, which is one of the sources of local revenue (PAD) of North Tapanuli district. The inhibiting factors are the low level of the people's economy, the low level of public tax knowledge and the payment system which is still manual. In solving the problems that occur researchers use the role theory put forward by Ryaas Rasyid. This type of research uses a qualitative approach descriptive method. Data sources were collected based on data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. As a reinforcement of this study, it consisted of key informants, main informants and additional informants. The research results obtained are that the role of the village government has not optimally carried out its functions and obligations in providing guidance or direction in solving land and building tax revenue problems that have not reached the tax realization target set by the North Tapanuli district government.

Abstract

Anugerah Indah Sippan Tourism is a natural destination that offers the charm of a hill in the Saribu Dolok area.. Even though it has just opened, Anugerah Indah Sippan Tourism is a favorite vacation location on weekends. This is because many distinctive charms can be found such as stunning views of the surrounding natural orchestra, a garden on a hill and cool fresh air. However, there are several problems such as accessibility and infrastructure facilities for the Sippan Village tourist attraction, which are still lacking in attention from the government. In this case, the Simalungun Regency Tourism and Culture Office as the manager of the Sippan Village tourist attraction has an important role in managing village tourism objects. The theory used in this study is the role theory by Pitana and Gayatri (2005:95), this research uses a qualitative type methodology that uses interview techniques, observation, and also documentation. As reinforcement, this study also consisted of key informants, main informants and additional informants using data analysis techniques by Miles and Hubermen namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of birth certificate preparation services at the Medan City Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) by identifying factors that affect the quality of these services. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study involved 10 employees of the Disdukcapil and 15 community users of the service as respondents. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. This research adopts Zeithaml's theory of service quality, which includes five dimensions: tangible (physical evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness, assurance (guarantee), and empathy. The results of the study show that the Medan City Disdukcapil has provided good service in several dimensions, such as the cleanliness of the waiting room and the responsiveness of officers. However, there are still shortcomings in the reliability dimension related to inaccuracy in data filling, as well as a lack of clear information about management procedures. This research recommends increasing human resource capacity, providing better information facilities, and developing more efficient technology systems to improve service quality.
