Abstract

Program senam pagi merupakan kegiatan yang dapat berkontribusi pada pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals, khususnya Good Health and Well-being dan Sustainable Cities and Communities. Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi program senam pagi dalam kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata sebagai bentuk pengabdian masyarakat di tingkat komunitas lokal. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan Community Based Participatory Research. Populasi mencakup komunitas desa yang berpartisipasi, dengan sampel 80 peserta senam pagi dan 15 informan kunci melalui purposive sampling. Instrumen meliputi pedoman observasi partisipatif, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi, dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dengan triangulasi untuk validitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan program berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran kesehatan sebesar 80 persen dan partisipasi masyarakat sebesar 75 persen, dengan dampak signifikan pada kesehatan fisik, mental, dan pembangunan komunitas yang inklusif. Kesimpulannya, program senam pagi terbukti efektif sebagai strategi pengabdian masyarakat terintegrasi dalam pencapaian SDGs dengan dampak terukur dan berkelanjutan di tingkat komunitas lokal.

Abstract

Sampah, terutama plastik, menjadi masalah serius di Desa Simalanggang. Banyak warga yang belum mengetahui bahwa sampah plastik membutuhkan waktu yang sangat lama, hingga ratusan tahun, untuk terurai. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdi melakukan program pemasangan papan edukasi “Waktu Sampah Terurai” di lokasi strategis dekat kantor wali nagari. Tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan informasi yang mudah dipahami dan menyadarkan masyarakat tentang dampak jangka panjang dari sampah mereka. Papan ini menampilkan waktu penguraian berbagai jenis sampah seperti plastik dan buah. Hasilnya, warga menjadi lebih tahu dan tersadar, yang merupakan langkah awal untuk mengubah kebiasaan membuang sampah. Kesimpulannya, papan ini terbukti efektif sebagai media penyadar yang sederhana. Untuk hasil yang maksimal, kegiatan ini perlu dilanjutkan dengan program nyata seperti pemilahan sampah dan pengurangan penggunaan plastik sekali pakai oleh seluruh masyarakat.an.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kemampuan membaca permulaan anak yang masih rendah. Hal ini terlihat dari temuan di lapangan masih banyak anak yang belum sepenuhnya mengenal simbol-simbol huruf, belum mampu membedakan antara huruf vokal dan huruf konsonan, belum mampu mengelompokkan kata dengan awalan huruf awal yang sama serta belum mampu menyusun huruf menjadi sebuah kata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan jumping alfabet terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua anak dengan jumlah peserta didik 73 anak, sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 30 anak, 15 anak B1 dan 15 anak B2. Sampel terbagi dalam dua kelas: kelas eksperimen (permainan jumping alfabet) dan kelas kontrol (kartu huruf). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes perbuatan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil post-test menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen memperoleh rata-rata nilai 26,80, sedangkan kelas kontrol 25,20. Uji statistik menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,026 (<0,05), untuk itu H0 ditolak serta Ha diterima. Untuk itu, bisa diambil simpulan permainan jumping alfabet memberi pengaruh signifikan pada peningkatan kemampuan membaca permulaan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Perkembangan motorik halus merupakan fondasi penting bagi kesiapan menulis dan kemandirian anak usia dini. Observasi awal menunjukkan rendahnya kemampuan motorik halus anak, khususnya pada aspek koordinasi mata-tangan dan kontrol gerakan jari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kegiatan melipat origami terhadap kemampuan motorik halus anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Kemala Bhayangkari 12 Pariaman.  Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dan dengan bentuk quasi eksperimental. Populasi dalam penelitin ini seluruh anak didik TK Kemala Bhayangkari 12 Pariaman dengan jumlah anak 44 anak, dan sampel dalampenelitian ini adalah kelas B1 dan kelas B2 yang masing-masingnya berjumlah 11 anak. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t, namun sebelum itu dilakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, dan diolah menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 26 for windows. Analisis data menunjukan bahwa rata-rata skor pre-test kelompok eksperimen Adalah 9,45 dan skor post-test Adalah 14,36. hasil pre-test rata-rata kelas kontrol Adalah 8,91 dan hasil post-test kelas kontrol aalah 11,73. Kumpulan data akhir bersifat homogen dan tersebar secara teratur. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,014 < 0,05. dengan demikian ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol.

Abstract

Music arts learning is not optimal, only focusing on mastering songs imitated by teachers, not utilizing digital technology effectively, and not exploring the values of local wisdom contained in songs are the main factors and urgency of the research. This study describes the improvement of singing skills and internalization of local wisdom values through the collaborative application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model, deep learning approach, and multimedia. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles with the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were class teachers and 24 fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 11 Padang City. Observers were 3 teachers who had teaching certificates and had more than 10 years of teaching experience. Data collection techniques were carried out through analysis of lesson plans, observations, interviews, learning outcome tests, and singing performance assessments. Data were analyzed using mixed methods, qualitative data using descriptive analysis and quantitative data using percentages and categories. The results of the study showed an increase in: (a) the quality of learning planning from 86.56% to 94.44%, (b) teacher and student activities from 81.93% to 92.59%, and (c) learning outcomes from 77.02 to 88.64. Thus, the combination of the application of the PjBL model, the Deep Learning approach supported by multimedia has proven effective in improving singing abilities, internalizing local wisdom values, thereby strengthening their cultural identity.

Abstract

Printed materials dominate the teaching materials used in elementary schools in Indonesia. These conditions are backward with the development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, so it is urgent to research the effectiveness of multimedia-based teaching material using Macromedia Flash Eight application with the learning approach of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) in Elementary Schools. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data collection instrument uses pre-test and post-test sheets, and an evaluation lift is open to the use of teaching materials for teachers and students. The respondents were eight teachers and 84 elementary school students. The effectiveness of the teaching material is analyzed in two ways: (1) the analysis of learning outcomes (pre-test and post-test) using the N-Gain Test, and (2) the evaluation of the product is based on the results of open-haul analysis, advice, and recommendations. This research and development results show that the pre-test average of 47,14 increased to 84.58 (post-test), while the test score of N-Gain was 71.75%, with the category quite effective. Thus, it can be concluded that Macromedia Flash 8-based teaching materials with STEAM approach to integrated thematic learning in elementary schools are practical and capable of improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This activity is an effort to strengthen stunting education in the Simalanggang community as a strategy to create a healthy generation. Stunting, a chronic nutritional problem caused by long-term nutritional deficiencies, is a serious challenge that impacts children's physical and cognitive development. Through a community empowerment approach, education, and the involvement of Padang State University Community Service Program students as educators and community leaders. The results of the stunting education activity in Simalanggang Village show an increase in community knowledge about the importance of stunting prevention as well as maternal nutrition, parenting patterns, and good sanitation. This activity is expected to be an effective first step in eradicating stunting and building a healthier generation in Simalanggang Village.

Abstract

Real Work Lectures (KKN) as a form of community service are vital for teaching young people about the risks associated with drug abuse (NAPZA). The research centers on an awareness campaign designed to highlight how social surroundings can shape teenagers' tendencies toward substance misuse. It delves into explanations of what drug abuse entails, its various forms, the consequences it brings, and methods to avoid it. To investigate how the initiative unfolded, a qualitative case study approach was employed, targeting two middle schools in Simalanggang. Information was collected via awareness sessions, direct involvement in observations, and record-keeping. The findings indicate that participants gained a deep grasp of NAPZA issues and practical ways to counteract them, while the campaign effectively inspired them to build better personal qualities.

Abstract

This study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental design. The research involved children at Taman Kanak-kanak Negeri Pembina 01 Sutera. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, with class B2 as the experimental group and class B3 as the control group, each consisting of 11 children. Data were collected using a test consisting of six statement items. The data analysis technique used in this study was a comparison of the differences between two mean scores, analyzed using a t-test. Data processing was conducted using SPSS version 26 for Windows.Based on the post-test hypothesis testing, the significance value (2-tailed) was 0.115 < 0.005. Therefore, it indicates that there is a significant difference between the mini drama game and the teacher’s instructional treatment in relation to children’s social skills. It can be concluded that the mini drama game has an effect on children’s social skills.

Abstract

Music education in elementary schools plays a crucial role in developing students' creativity, character, and cultural identity. However, many learning are still teacher-centered, emphasizing only technical skills, and under-involving students' thinking processes and exploration of local wisdom values. Educational reforms demand the integration of immersive learning and project-based learning to foster higher-order thinking skills, meaningful learning experiences, and character education. This study aims to develop a SWARA (Stimulus, Wondering, Active, Reflective, and Applicative) music learning model based on the principles of immersive learning and local cultural values through a systematic literature review (SLR). This review followed the PRISMA 2020 protocol by analyzing articles indexed in the Scopus and SINTA databases (2020 to 2025). Forty-eight relevant studies were selected through strict inclusion and exclusion criteria and subsequently assessed using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) critical appraisal tool. Thematic analysis revealed four dominant themes: (1) the role of immersive learning in music education, (2) integration of local cultural values, (3) project-based and collaborative music learning, and (4) the use of digital technology. Based on the research findings, the SWARA model is proposed as an innovative learning framework that integrates in-depth inquiry, local cultural values, collaborative creation, and digital enhancement. The SWARA model is expected to support meaningful, reflective, and culturally responsive music learning in elementary education that is oriented towards a deep learning approach.
