Abstract

This study aims to develop sustainable livelihood potential in Jingah Village through the utilization of unused vacant land. Through the Community Service Program (KKN) conducted by IAIN Palangka Raya students, the village community was provided with training on vegetable cultivation. The vacant land in the village has not been utilized optimally due to a lack of knowledge and limited economic conditions. With this training, it is expected that the community can enhance their income and food security through vegetable planting. The methods used in this research include observation, extension services, organic fertilizer production practices, and mentoring until harvest time. The research findings indicate that proper plant care, including regular watering and the application of manure, significantly affects harvest success. Seedling planting is carried out collectively using suitable growing media, such as eggplant, tomatoes, and chili peppers. These findings suggest a significant potential to improve the local economy and the welfare of the community through empowerment based on vegetable cultivation techniques.

Abstract

Villages, with all their natural and human potential, play an important role in increasing national income. Therefore, development must be directed at the sustainable use of resources in rural areas. The New Generation BUMDes is part of the process of utilizing existing resources. This study aims to (1) identify the obstacles faced in managing the New Generation BUMDes and (2) formulate a management strategy for the New Generation BUMDes in Batu Bini Village, Padang Batung District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with the research subject being the New Generation BUMDes in Batu Bini Village, South Hulu Sungai Regency. The study results show that: (1) there are still several obstacles in BUMDes management, including budget constraints, insufficient capacity of human resources among managers, and a lack of participation from the community and private sector. (2) The management strategy of the New Generation BUMDes is carried out based on applicable regulations, including the process of institutional formation and the provision of facilities and infrastructure, as well as managing BUMDes with the continued use of the Village Government Budget. The study concludes that the management of the New Generation BUMDes in Batu Bini Village has been carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations. However, challenges such as limited budgets, inadequate human resource capacity, and minimal participation from the community and private sector must be addressed to ensure more effective BUMDes management, ultimately achieving the goals of its establishment.

Abstract

Mining companies have provided a level of security related to OHS, but there are still work accidents, occupational diseases, fires, explosions, avalanches, and the environment. Thei causei of worki accidentsi is determined byi thei actionsi ofi peoplei whoi doi noticomplyi withi worki safetyi (unsafei actions) and environmental conditions (unsafe conditions). Thei purposei of thisi studyi is to idetermine the potentiali hazardsi in mining activities and control controls in mining activities. This researchi iwas conductedi at PT Bumi Sentosa Jaya, locatedi ini Boedingi iVillage, Lasoloi Islandsi iDistrict, iNorth Konawei iRegency, Southeasti Sulawesii iProvince. The research was conducted usingi the HIRARCi (Hazardi iIdentification, Riski Assessmenti, and Riski iControl) imethod. Data on hazardi and riski controli are processed using the semi-quantitative.The findings were 20 potential hazards, with an incident rating obtained Extremely low 0%, Priority 20%, Medium 65%, Acceptable 15%After controlling the risk, the residual risk obtained is 40%. 60% is acceptable. Control is carried out by hierarchical control, consisting of engineering, administrative, work practices, and control methods.

Abstract

Cutibacterium acnes is a bacterium that can cause inflammation of the skin tissue and lead to acne. Inhibitory activity treatment can be carried out using natural compounds unique to Indonesia as a tropical country, namely Pometia pinnata stem bark and red Jatropha gossypifolia leaves. Pometia pinnata stem bark and red Jatropha gossypifolia leaves are known to have the potential for antibacterial activity. This study aims to combine the two plants as anti-bacterial agents against Cutibacterium acnes and as antioxidants. The method used in this study was maceration, employing ethanol and ethyl acetate solvents for antibacterial and antioxidant activity tests, specifically paper disc diffusion and DPPH assays. The results showed that J. gossypifolia and Pometia pinnata leaf extracts contain flavonoids, steroids, terpenoids, alkaloids, and tannins. The antibacterial activity of a mixture of ethanol extracts from J. gossypifolia and Pometia pinnata leaves against Cutibacterium acnes bacteria was strong, categorized at a concentration of 25%. Additionally, there was no significant difference in the antioxidant capacity between the mixture of ethanol and ethyl acetate extracts. The antioxidant capacity value was approximately 53% AEAC at a concentration of 500 ppm.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ketidakpuasan Konsumen, Word Of Mouth, dan Mencari Variasi terhadap Perpindahan Merek Smartphone I phone dengan merek smartphone yang lain. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 170 responden siswa SMA di kecamatan Tambun Selatan Kabupaten Bekasi yang pernah melakukan perpindahan merk smartphone dari Iphone ke merk smartphone yang lain dengan menggunakan teknik Convience Sampling (Accidental Sampling). Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien regresi secara parsial (uji t), uji koefisien regresi secara simultan (uji f),dan koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 26.0 bahwa secara parsial variabel Ketidakpuasan Konsumen berpengaruh terhadap Perpindahan Merek, hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil uji parsial atau uji t dimana t hitung > t tabel dengan nilai koefisien dari Ketidakpuasan Konsumen sebesar 3,089 > 1,974, variabel Word Of Mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perpindahan Merek, hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil uji parsial atau uji t dimana t hitung > t tabel dengan nilai koefisien dari Word Of Mouth sebesar 3,056 > 1,974, variabel Mencari Variasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perpindahan Merek, hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil uji parsial atau uji t dimana t hitung > t tabel dengan nilai koefisien dari Mencari Variasi sebesar 7,441 > 1,974, serta secara simultan variabel Ketidakpuasan Konsumen, Word Of Mouth, dan Mencari Variasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perpindahan Merek, hal ini dapat diliat dari koefisien determinasi (R2) atau Adjusted R Square bernilai 0,768 atau sebesar 76,8% yang menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh Ketidakpuasan Konsumen, Word Of Mouth, dan Mencari Variasi terhadap Perpindahan Merek sebesar 76,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 23,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak indikator rasio keuangan terhadap profitabilitas bank umum syariah di Indonesia.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis data kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data rasio keuangan dari bank umum syariah di Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi atau teknik analisis statistik lainnya untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara rasio keuangan tertentu dan profitabilitas.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa beberapa indikator rasio keuangan, seperti likuiditas, efisiensi, dan solvabilitas, memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas bank umum syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi hubungan ini, seperti kondisi pasar dan kebijakan industri.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya monitoring dan pengelolaan rasio keuangan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas bank umum syariah. Implikasi praktisnya adalah perlunya strategi manajemen keuangan yang baik dan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan bank-bank tersebut.

Abstract

Provinsi Maluku Utara salah satu penyumbang perikanan tangkap terbesar, yaitu 6.9 juta ton/tahun dalam tahun 2021, dari 9.6 juta ton/tahu, Kota Tidore Kepulauan memberikan hasil perikanan tangkap 688 ribu ton/tahun, adalah salah satu penyumbang terbesar di provinsi Maluku Utara, dari potensi Kota Tidore Kepulauan dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya kelautan terutama perikanan tangkap cukup tinggi sehingga potensi tersebut perlu di pertahankan dan kembangkan, terutama pada daerah atau wilayah nelayan misalny Kelurahan Tomalou, Kota Tidore Kepulauan, perlu di kembangkan. Di sisi lain Kampung Nelayan Tomalou dengan pertumbuhan permukiman sejauh ini tidak memperhatikan kualitas lingkungan Kawasan pemukiman, serta kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana masyarakat nelayan perikanan tangkap, dengan demikian, maka dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu Pemberian Jasa Perancangan Arsitektur Penataan Kawasan Nelayan di Tomalou Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Metode dalam dalam kegiatan PKM adalah glass box yaitu metode yang rasional dimana setiap tahapan maupun prosesnya dapat ditelusuri. Tujuan untuk merancang dan menata sarana prasarana sesuai dengan kebutuhan lingkungan dan pemukiman nelayan.Kata Kunci: infrastruktur, nelayan, perikanan, sosialisasi, perencanaan

Abstract

This study examines the impact of land burning ban policies on the socio-ecological systems of communities in Mantangai District, Central Kalimantan, focusing on traditional farming systems and their implications for food security, social structures, and ecological sustainability. Using a qualitative approach with case study methods, the research involved 27 informants through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal three major transformations: (1) the shift in human-environment relations from an integrated to a fragmented system, (2) the transformation of socio-economic structures from collective to individual, and (3) a food security crisis due to loss of access to traditional farming systems. Through Environmental Sociology and Environmental Justice perspectives, the research demonstrates how policies based on the Human Exemptionalism Paradigm ignore the complexity of community socio-ecological relations that reflect the New Environmental Paradigm. Modernization programs like food estate have failed due to disregarding local knowledge, while criminalization of traditional practices has created systemic environmental injustice. The study recommends policy reformulation that integrates local wisdom and environmental justice to strengthen community socio-ecological resilience.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: the effect of information technology utilization on the quality of accounting information systems, the influence of user competence on the quality of information systems, and the influence of the use of information technology and user competencies on the quality of accounting information systems. The population of this study were employees at manufacturing companies in Bekasi Regency. The data source used is primary data. The method used in this study is quantitative research methods through data collection techniques with questionnaires distributed to 78 employees. The data analysis technique used is SPSS with the help of SPSS V 23.0 software. The results showed that Information Technology Utilization influenced the Quality of Accounting Information Systems in manufacturing companies in Bekasi Regency. User Competence affects the Quality of Accounting Information Systems in manufacturing companies in Bekasi Regency. And the influence of the use of information technology and user competence on the quality of the accounting information system with the influence of the quality of the accounting information system is 60.40% and the remaining 39.60%.

Abstract

This study delves into the intricate interplay between transformational leadership and the Maqashid Shariah framework within the context of organizational triumph, drawing from established theory and a comprehensive analysis of prior research through literature review. Transformational leadership emphasizes visionary outlooks, motivational dynamics, and constructive influence, while Maqashid Shariah underscores Islamic ideals of prosperity. The amalgamation of these paradigms holds promise for cultivating leadership that is not solely effective in material terms but also morally grounded and adaptable amidst global transformations. Within the Maqashid Shariah framework, leaders are tasked with upholding religious tenets, safeguarding life, property, lineage, and rationality in their decision-making and actions, fostering inclusivity in the workplace, promoting mental well-being, ensuring economic equity, nurturing a morally upright future generation, and fostering intellectual growth. Consequently, leaders imbued with the ethos of Maqashid Shariah serve as catalysts for positive change, propelling organizational objectives forward with Islamic ethics as their moral compass.
