Abstract

The Village Consultative Body (BPD) is an institution needed to build and prosper the Village in its implementation. The Village Consultative Body (BPD) has the task and function to participate in building a transparent, accountable, and responsible village government, which results in a democratic and free village government. The Village Consultative Body (BPD) also functions as a channel for community aspirations to the village government, so that the village atmosphere becomes better. In carrying out supervision, the duties of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) are divided into three stages in carrying out its function as a supervisor of the performance of the village head. The first stage is planning village government activities, the second stage is implementing village government activities, and the third stage is reporting on the implementation of village government. By providing direction, supervision and input in building a better Village Government, the Village Consultative Body (BPD) is expected to make progress. The focus of this study is the problem of Supervision of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) on the Performance of the Village Head of Gambut Mutiara Village, Teluk Meranti District, Pelalawan Regency. This study was conducted by direct observation, namely observing directly in the field which was then followed by using interviews. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of village head performance supervision by the Village Consultative Body (BPD) has been quite good at the planning, supervision and reporting stages. This is evidenced by the success of the work program in 2023 to 2024 in Gambut Mutiara Village. In addition, village development allows the implementation of the main functions and tasks and village goals to be achieved.

Abstract

Management of Student Talent and Interest Development at MIN 15 Pidie Jaya. The potential talents and interests students possess vary from one student to another. So that the gifted child's ability does not decrease, attention to the gifted child must be developed according to his talents and interests. Based on great expectations for talented children, it is necessary to manage the development of talents and interests. This study aims to determine the management of talent development and interests of students in MIN 15 Pidie Jaya and to find out the factors that influence the process of implementing talent and interest development in MIN 15 Pidie Jaya. This research uses qualitative research methods; the subjects of this study are the head, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques are carried out using interview, observation, and documentation techniques, and data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the process of developing students' talents and interests at MIN 15 Pidie Jaya went through four stages, namely the planning stage carried out at the beginning of the school year, the organizing stage by dividing tasks by the competencies possessed and forming an activity development team, the implementation stage is carried out by carrying out activities according to a predetermined schedule. The evaluation stage is carried out by observing the implementation of talent and interest development activities. The activities for developing students' talents and interests at MIN 15 Pidie Jaya are in the form of extracurricular activities which are carried out during class hours by the subject, and extracurricular activities that are carried out, namely first the fields of art in the form of dance, calligraphy, literacy of the Qur'an and MTQ, the two fields of sports in the form of table tennis, badminton, and football, the third field of discipline in the form of scouting activities. Several factors support and hinder the smooth implementation of the talent development program and student interests at MIN 15 Pidie Jaya, namely keeping factors including the amount of teacher willingness to carry out development activities and the support of parents for the implementation of development activities, the inhibiting factors are the lack of facilities and infrastructure and the absence of standard talent and interest development activity modules. Researchers hope related parties can compile an extracurricular activity module for Ibtidaiyah Madrasah students

Abstract

This study tries to describe the phenomenon of exploitation of women's bodies in product marketing business activities (cars and cigarettes) played by SPG in Pekanbaru. The exploitation of the body is a consequence of the product marketing system in the business world through a "sensual marketing" approach to steal consumer sympathy by constructing a woman's body (SPG) through a sexy and active appearance. This study uses a critical social theory approach "Class Struggle" as a macro theory, and is followed by a "Victim" theory as a micro theory in its analysis chapter. Furthermore, this research method uses an approach in obtaining data, through unstructured in-depth interviews with various parties involved in procuring field data. From the results of the research that the author has described above, this research can be gathered with as is well known,SPG is a female saleswoman who offers services to serve customers. The use of SPG is based on intense competition between similar products. Let's say that cigarette products are one of the products that always use SPG services, because the level of public consumerism towards cigarettes is very high, cigarette manufacturers have started to make several variants of cigarette products to increase the purchasing power of these cigarette products

Abstract

In the business and daily life world, the principle of management is essential to avoid the risk of disadvantage and become the main method to achieve financial goals. Management always discusses the principles of financial management and company management. The need for media such as financial reports analysis is to manage the company to be a reference and as a company’s reflection of its condition holistically. The main purpose of financial statements is to be a reference to measure the condition of the company. Is the company in a good condition or is there any disablement on the finance itself? Finance reports include a scale, income statement, the summary of retained earnings, and a statement of finance reports. While management is the art of how a manager manages the company. Broadly speaking, this financial management includes planning, organizing, leading, directing/Commanding, motivating, Coordinating, Controlling, Reporting, Staffing and Forecasting. A manager must understand well all these management functions. The better the managerial skill will be directly proportional to the significance of performance quality in the company

Abstract

Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang diajarkan di sekolah dasar dan memiliki karakteristik pembelajaran yang berbasis teks atau informasi. Selama ini pembelajaran PPKn dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan ceramah dan penugasan sehingga membuat proses pembelajaran didominasi oleh guru dan membosankan bagi siswa. Kehadiran media pembelajaran dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran dan membantu guru lebih mudah menyampaikan informasi pembelajaran dan memudahkan siswa memahami materi pelajaran sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih menyenangkan. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah media bianglala yang berupa roda putar yang berfungsi menunjukkan wilayah di Indonesia yang perlu dikenali kekhasannya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dikemas dalam bentuk pelatihan penggunaan media bianglala sebagai media pembelajaran PPKn bagi guru-guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Labang Kabupaten Bangkalan. Peserta dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan media bianglala pada pembelajaran PPKn di sekolah sehingga dapat menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang kreatif, inovatif, dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi saat ini telah mendorong penggunaan internet sebagai media promosi. Seiring waktu munculah media sosial, yang dimanfaatkan sebagai media pertukaran informasi dan promosi. Salah satu usaha masyarakat yang memanfaatkan jasa media sosial untuk promosi memperomosikan produk dengan berbasis online dengan memanfaatkan media sosial Instagram, whatshapp, tiktok, shopie dan lain–lain sebagai media untuk melaksanakan aktivitas strategi untuk melakukan pemasaran produknya. Aktivitas tersebut mencakup usahanya dalam menyebarkan informasi mengenai produk, melakukan promosi pemasaran, serta memproduksi konten-konten lain untuk kebutuhan dan interaksi dengan pengikut akun media sosial yang digunakan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perumusan strategi digital marketing akun media sosial dalam penjualan produk makanan melalui (Instagram, whatshapp, tiktok, shopie dan lain-lain) yang dilakukan pada setiap level yang ada serta memahami bagaimana pengelolaan akun media sosial Instagram dalam melaksanakan aktivitas strategi pemasaran.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Baja memiliki keunggulan karena dapat menyesuaikan bentuk dalam sebuah perancangan dan mempercepat waktu konstruksi. Salah satunya adalah balok kastela yang terbuat dari baja. Namun, karena ukuran penampangnya yang tipis, mereka rentan terhadap deformasi dan ketidakstabilan yang terjadi pada balok yang sering disebut efek torsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari bentang efektif torsi pada balok kastela 225 x 75 x 7 x 8 akibat beban gempa statis dengan mengevaluasi beberapa bentang 3.1 – 3.5-meter menggunakan software etabs v.20. Dari hasil analisis struktur efek torsi pada bentang balok sumbu x dapat untuk bentang efektif balok kastela terhadap torsi akibat beban gempa adalah pada bentang 3.3 m dengan torsi untuk gempa statis sumbu x sebesar 8 Nm dan gempa statis sumbu y sebesar 2.7 Nm. Efektifitas torsi pada bentang balok sumbu y pada balok kastela terhadap torsi akibat beban gempa adalah pada bentang 3.3 m dengan torsi untuk gempa statis sumbu x dengan nilai 5.6 Nm dan gempa statis sumbu y 4.1 Nm. Kata Kunci: Software etabs, torsi, analisis struktur ABSTRACT The use of steel material offers benefits in terms of accelerating construction time and adapting the shape of steel beams to meet design requirements. One of them is a steel beam with battlements. However, because to the narrow nature of steel beams, there is a possibility of instability in the form of deformation occurring outside the loading plane. This type of deformation is commonly referred to as torsion in beams. The objective of this study is to determine the optimal torsion span in castella beams with dimensions of 225 x 75 x 7 x 8 under the influence of a static seismic load. The span range being considered is 3.1m to 3.5m. The analysis will be conducted using Etabs v.20 software. The torsion on the x-axis beam span is evident from the results of the structural analysis conducted using ETABS v.20 software. The castella beam has an effective span of 3.3 m for resisting torsion caused by earthquake stresses. It can withstand a torsion of 8 Nm for x-axis static earthquakes and y-axis static earthquakes. The value is 2.7 Newton meters (Nm). The torsional force acting on the y-axis beam span. The castella beam has an effective span of 3.3 m for resisting torsion caused by earthquake stresses. It can withstand a torsion of 5.6 Nm along the x-axis and 4.1 Nm along the y-axis for static earthquakes. Keywords: Etabs software, torsion, structural analysis

Abstract

Prospering the mosque by reviving congregational prayers is part of the symbols of Islam. However, increasing the intensity of congregational prayers has its own obstacles for mosque administrators. This study aims to analyze whether the cause of the community is not performing the Subuh prayer in congregation at the mosque. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Sources of data were taken from five informants through in-depth interviews consisting of two mosque administrators and three mosque congregations who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. All interview results were analyzed using techniques Analysis Interactive Model Milles & Huberman. The results of the analysis show that there are four inhibiting factors for the community not to perform the Subuh prayer in congregation at the mosque. The four inhibiting factors are i) Difficulty getting up early, ii) The distance to the mosque is too far, iii) There is no habit of praying at dawn in congregation at the mosque, iv) Being busy at work. The results of this study can be used as initial data for future researchers to examine this issue in different contexts and issues.

Abstract

Lemukutan Island has the potential of natural resources with a high level of diversity, including phytoplankton. Lemukutan Island has been developed as a marine tourism destination and other activities. A way to monitor water conditions is by observing physical, chemical, and biological parameters. This study aimed to determine the community structure of phytoplankton as a water quality bioindicator and analyze the environmental parameters' correlation to the abundance of phytoplankton in Teluk Melanau, Lemukutan Island. Determination of sampling stations using a purposive sampling method. Phytoplankton identification, quantity, biological index, and measurement of environmental parameters were carried out in this study. The results showed that the phytoplankton community consisted of 77 genera and Bacillariophyceae has the highest percentage contribution (90.44%). The most common genera were Cocconeis, Nitzchia, Synedra, and Chaetoceros. The abundance of phytoplankton ranged from 2-1521 ind/L. The biological index showed that Teluk Melanau was in an unpolluted condition. Environmental parameters were still in the optimal range for the growth of phytoplankton. The abundance of phytoplankton is very strongly correlated with salinity, DO, nitrate, and phosphate, strongly correlated with pH and very weakly correlated with brightness, temperature, and current velocity. Keywords: Community structure, phytoplankton, bioindicator, Lemukutan Island. Abstrak Perairan pulau Lemukutan memiliki potensi sumberdaya alam, termasuk fitoplankton. Pada saat ini, pulau Lemukutan telah dikembangkan sebagai destinasi wisata bahari dan berbagai aktivitas lainnya. Aktivitas tersebut dapat memberikan dampak terhadap kualitas perairan. Salah satu cara melakukan monitoring kondisi perairan yaitu dengan cara pengamatan parameter fisika, kimia, dan biologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur komunitas fitoplankton sebagai bioindikator kualitas perairan dan menganalisis korelasi parameter lingkungan terhadap kelimpahan fitoplankton di Perairan Teluk Melanau, Pulau Lemukutan. Penentuan stasiun pengamatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mewakili rona lingkungan yang ada. Identifikasi fitoplankton, kelimpahan, indeks biologis, dan pengukuran parameter lingkungan dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan struktur komunitas fitoplankton terdiri dari 77 genera, dimana Bacillariophyceae merupakan komponen dengan persen kontribusi tertinggi (90,44%). Jenis yang paling banyak ditemukan yaitu Cocconeis, Nitzchia, Synedra, dan Chaetoceros. Kelimpahan fitoplankton berkisar antara 2-1521 ind/L. Indeks biologi menunjukkan bahwa perairan Teluk Melanau berada pada kondisi tidak tercemar. Parameter lingkungan masih dalam rentang optimal untuk pertumbuhan fitoplankton. Kelimpahan fitoplankton berkorelasi sangat kuat dengan salinitas, DO, nitrat, dan fosfat, berkorelasi kuat dengan pH dan berkorelasi sangat lemah dengan kecerahan, suhu, dan kecepatan arus. Kata kunci: struktur komunitas, fitoplankton, bioindikator, pulau Lemukutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze Village Financial Management in Increasing the Effectiveness of the Implementation of Development Programs in Tassese Village, Gowa Regency. This type of research used a quantitative descriptive approach. The data used are village income budget in 2019, 2020, 2021. The calculation technique used in the study is the effectiveness ratio analysis. The results of the analysis though the calculation of the 2019 PAD effectiveness ratio income by 29% then the income is said to be ineffective and in 2020 the amount of revenue increased by 100% then the income is said to be effective, while in 2021 the amount of revenue decreased by 99% then the income is said to be quite effective. Financial analysis using the effectiveness fluctuation of PAD. Thus, it can be said that financial management through the effectiveness ratio helps planning and implementing development programs.
