Abstract

ABSTRACT Firms are trying to increase their values, as this would represent the public’s trust in those firms for the efforts that they have made. Based on the gap phenomenons and research gaps that have been explained in this research, there are inconsistencies found in the independent variables examined on the firm values. This is the reason why this research was conducted, with the purpose of examining how profitability, leverage, liquidity, and firm size influence firm value. The population in this research are manufacturing firms listed on the BEI during the 2016-2021 period. The research samples used were 19 firms with the total of 114 observations. The research is based on quantitative data that was processed using multiple linear regression analysis technique through the SPSS 26 application. The results of the research reveal that profitability and firm size have a significant positive impact on firm value. Moreover, leverage has significant negative impact on firm value. Meanwhile, liquidity has no significant impact on firm value.

Abstract

Cita-cita petani kelapa sawit memiliki pabrik CPO sudah menjadi wacana secara nasional maupun lokal. Untuk mewujudkan cita-cita itu tentu menghendaki pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang cukup dari petani tentang deskripsi pabrik tersebut, bagaimana teknologi dan bagaimana manajemennya. Permasalahannya adalah tidak semua petani paham atau mengerti tentang bagaimana proses membangun pabrik, teknologi yang digunakan, dan sistem pengelolaannya serta manfaat apa yang akan diterimanya. Untuk mewujudkan hal itu maka petani/pekebun perlu diberi ruang yang cukup dalam cara berpikir dan bertindak sehingga keputusan yang diambil merupakan keputusan kolektif. Penyuluhan tentang pengenalan teknologi, manajemen dan pabrik kelapa sawit mini menuju kemandirian petani dalam pengelolaan TBS di KUD Marga Jaya Desa Petaling untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang teknologi dan pengelolaan pabrik CPO, dan pengetahuan tentang pabrik CPO berskala mini. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan ditengah Pandemi Covid -19 sehingga peserta hanya dipilih dari para ketua kelompok tani dan pengurus KUD. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa respon terhadap pelaksanaan sosialisasi cukup baik dan disertai harapan terjadi transfer pengetahuan secara lebih luas dan berkesinambungan di tengah petani kelapa sawit setempat.

Abstract

Research "Analysis of the Influence of Lecturer Personality Competence and Teaching Style on Student Achievement in the New Normal Period". The purpose of the research is to find out from this research is to analyze the influence of the lecturer's personality competence and teaching style on student learning achievement in the new normal period. The sample of this study was students of the Faculty of Economics, Jabal Ghafur University. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of the independent variable X (lecturer's personality competence and teaching style) on the dependent variable Y (student learning achievement). Based on the results of calculated f = 15,768 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, sohypothesis H1 is acceptedit means that there is an effect of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y). Ptest the value with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 because the value is greater than the hypothesis is accepted 15thitung=3.971>2.024thitungttabel"> it means that there is an effect of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y).Score the coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.293, which implies that the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 29.3%. Thus the magnitude of the influence of the lecturer's personality competence on learning outcomes is 29.37% which means it has an influence, while 70.63% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research is a research development practicum guide in the field of chemistry education. The aims of this research are 1) to getpractical guide based on type syntax Project Based Learning 2) Get the type practicum guide Project Based Learning. 3) Significant increase in learning outcomes that are taught using Zoom Cloud Meetingand a practical guide developed with the type Project Based Learning. 4) The effectiveness of the learning process that is taught by using Zoom Cloud Meeting by usingtype practicum guide Project Based Learning. The stages in this research are (1) Syntax analysis of the Project Based Learning learning model to determine the components of the chemistry practicum guide according to the Project Based Learning type, (2) Compile and develop a chemistry practicum guide for electrolyte and non-electrolyte materials in accordance with the Project Based type syntax. Learning, (3) Standardization or or feasibility test of practicum guides to teacher validators, (4) Implementation of practicum guides for class X students of SMA Negeri Unggul Sigli, (5) Analyzing the effectiveness of Project Based Learning type practicum guides in electrolyte and non-electrolyte learning by using Zoom Cloud Meetingwhich has been tested. The results of the feasibility test for the Project Based Learning type practicum guide 3.50. While the effectiveness of the use of Project Based Learning type practicum guides seen from student learning outcomes, it is known that the experimental class I that does not use Project Based Learning type practicum guides usesZoom Cloud Meeting an average of 56.00 with an increase in learning outcomes of 51.4% while the experimental class II which uses a Project Based Learning type practicum guide by using Zoom Cloud Meetingan average of 81.75 with an increase in learning outcomes of 58.8%. So it can be concluded that the Project Based Learning type practicum guide is feasible to be used as a practicum guide in schools, with an increase in learning outcomes using a Project Based Learning type practicum guide that usesZoom Cloud Meeting higher value compared to student learning outcomes without using a practicum guide

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The Bustanil Inshaf Islamic Boarding School, Tebo Regency, Jambi Province, was established in 2020. The founder of this Islamic Boarding School is not Kyai an Educator, but an entrepreneur who intends to invite the local community to take their children to study Islam. A year later the manager of the Islamic boarding school established a Public Relations (PR) section aimed at socializing the existence of this institution and attracting the interest of the surrounding community to take their children to study at the boarding school. This article will describe the communication strategy of the PR organization and the obstacles experienced in improving the image of the Bustanil Inshaf Islamic Boarding School. Using qualitative data, through interviews with 10 informants in March 2022, as well as observations of Islamic Boarding School Public Relations activities, the study found that the PR communication strategy for improving the image of the Bustanil Inshaf Islamic Boarding School is to build direct, active and good communication with multiple parties, namely: the community, local leaders and government agencies. Public Relations is also active in communicating through social media. The parents of the students were also asked to help spread the news about the existence of this Islamic Boarding School. The news about the extracurricular activities of active students and the strategic location of the Islamic Boarding School has made the image of the Islamic Boarding School increase. Barriers experienced by the PR are minimal resources with knowledge of multi-media publications that have not been optimal. However, these obstacles did not prevent the Public Relations of the Bustanil Inshaf Islamic Boarding School from trying to raise its image to spread religious teachings to the younger generation.

Abstract

Background : anxiety during pregnancy occurs around 8-10%, and increases to 13% before delivery. This percentage can increase during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially for pregnant women who need care while staying in the hospital. Anxiety experienced by pregnant women can have an impact on pregnant women and also the baby they are carrying. The impact that can occur on the mother in the form of hypertension, prolonged labor, miscarriage and if it continues until post partum can cause the mother to experiencebaby blues, while the impacts that can occur in infants are asphyxia, caput succedaneum, and prematurity. Several factors related to the anxiety of pregnant women include age, education, husband's support, and family support Objective: To determine the factors associated with anxiety in third trimester pregnant women in the Working Area of ​​the Lucky Raya Banjarmasin Health Center Method: The design of this research is quantitative analytic, with a designCross Sectional. The population and sample were third trimester pregnant women in the working area of ​​the Lucky Raya Health Center, totaling 63 people. Statistical test using the chi square test Results: 73% of pregnant women experience anxiety, 84% aged 20-35 years, 46% receive positive support from family, 60.3% with parity 2-3, 66.7% pregnant women do not work , and 71.4% with secondary education. There is a significant relationship between age, family support, and parity with anxiety in third trimester pregnant women

Abstract

Teenager girls one of vulnerable group to suffer anemia. The prevalence of anemia in South Kalimantan was still igh (17.81%). The Banjarbaru Health Departemen has carried out various efforts such as giving blood-added tablets (TTD) and checking for Haemoglobin (Hb) for teenager girls. This Activity aims to increase peer empowerment, increase understanding, knowledge and awareness of the teenager girls about anemia, body image, menstrual patterns, nutritional supplements and nutritional needs of teenager girls and healthy food. The target of this community sevice divided into the Sadar Anemia Youth Ambassadors was teenager girls from 5 (five) Senior High School, each school 2 students totaling 10 students., and target peer sharing group totaling 105 teenager girls. Implementation of this community service activity consists of several stages: stage Preparation, Stage Implementation: selection of the Sadar Anemia Youth Ambassadors, providing materials, and Implement peer group sharing. Results Implementation of Sadar Anemian Youth Ambassador was attended by 10 participants, hemoglobin test implemented on 131 teenager girls and found 32 teenager girls (24.4%) with anemia, Peer group sharing activity given Theory about anemia in teenager girls, body image, menstrual pattern, nutritional supplements, nutritional needs of teenager girls and last pre-posttest. At the pretest, level knowledge participants an average of 60% or level knowledge medium. Whereas on the posttest, knowledge level increase with an average of 87%, or level knowledge good, so could concluded knowledge teenager daughter increase by 27%.

Abstract

The results of the feasibility test for the Discovery type practicum guide 3.41 and the practicum guide at school 2.31. While the effectiveness of the use of the Discovery type practicum guide and the practicum guide commonly used in schools, judging by student learning outcomes, it is known that the experimental class I which uses the Discovery type practicum guide is an average of 86.00 with an increase in learning outcomes of 71.4% while the experimental class II which uses a practicum guide in the LKS an average of 61.75 with an increase in learning outcomes of 58.8%. So it can be concluded that the Discovery type practicum guide and the practicum guide being studied are feasible to be used as practicum guides in schools, with increased learning outcomes using the Discovery type practicum guide being higher in value than the existing practicum guides in the lectures.Keywords: Development of Practicum Guide, Type of Discovery.

Abstract

The active role of teachers in forming student character in reducing delinquency at SMA Negeri 2 Sigli.The problem in this research is: What is the active role of teachers in forming student character in reducing delinquency at SMA Negeri 2 Sigli?What are the active roles of teachers in forming student character in reducing delinquency at SMA Negeri 2 Sigli?This research aims to determine the active role of teachers in forming student character in reducing delinquency at SMA Negeri 2 Sigli and to identify what active role teachers play in forming student character in reducing delinquency at SMA Negeri 2 Sigli.This type of research is field research using a qualitative approach.Data collection was carried out by conducting observations, interviews and documentation.The results of the research show that teachers play an active role in forming students' character in reducing delinquency at SMA Negeri 2 Sigli.The active role of teachers in dealing with student delinquency is carried out in preventive and reactive ways. Keywords :Teacher, Character, Student Delinquency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat keefektitas pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran tipe talking stick lebih tinggi hasil belajar siswa. Sehingga teknik analisis data mengunakan analisis uji- test akhir dan uji-t. Dari uji- tes akhir distribusi (0,95)(3) = 7,81 karena -106,3 7,81 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa data distribusi tes akhir berdistribusi normal. Uji-t maka didapat thitung ttabel yaitu 7,65 1,70 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Penelitian yang diketahui oleh dua orang pengamat mencapi 86,87% termasuk kategori sangat tinggi, tingginya hasil siswa dilihat melalui tes yang dilakukan. Ketuntasan belajar siswa terhadap materi Hidrokarbon dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran tipe talking stick mencapai 93%. Respon siswa terhadap penggunaan model pembelajaran talking stick mencapai persentase yang tinggi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran tipe talking stick dapat memacu lebih tinggi keefektifan belajar siswa pada materi Hidrokarbon di SMA Negeri Unggul Sigli. Setiapnya pembelajaran tidak berpusat pada guru saja tetapi harus mengaktifkan siswa dalam belajar maka dari pada itu lebih baik guru saat proses belajar mengajar dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran tipe talking stick untuk mengaktifkan siswa.Kata kunci : Hasil Belajar, Hidrokarbon, Pembelajaran tipe Talking Stick.
