Abstract

Perilaku merokok masih menjadi masalah sosial karena berdampak negatif pada kesehatan masyarakat. Prevalensi merokok di Indonesia semakin meningkat, terutama di kalangan anak-anak dan remaja. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku merokok pada siswa remaja awal di Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Populasi adalah siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kota Depok, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 2.440 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan frekuensi umur paling banyak berusia 12 tahun sebanyak 851 siswa (34.9%), jenis kelamin siswa laki-laki sebanyak 1807 siswa (74%), pengetahuan dampak merokok pada kesehatan sebanyak 1799 siswa (73.7%), frekuensi siswa yang memiliki anggota keluarga di rumah yang merokok 1843 siswa (75%) lebih besar dibandingkan dengan melihat teman dekat yang merokok 1101 siswa (45.1%) dan melihat orang merokok di satuan pendidikan sebanyak 797 siswa (32.7%). Hasil uji bivariat menggunakan analisis Chi Square terdapat 3 variabel yang memiliki hubungan signifikansi terhadap perilaku merokok yaitu sumber paparan melihat orang yang merokok di satuan pendidikan (p value 0.000), ada anggota keluarga di rumah yang merokok (p value 0.000) dan teman dekat banyak yang merokok (p value 0.000). Penurunan prevalensi perokok remaja harus dilakukan oleh seluruh stakeholder lintas sektor, perguruan tinggi, media, masyarakat, orang tua, termasuk peran anak sebagai subjek yang dilindungi serta penguatan program promosi dan preventif secara komprehensif.

Abstract

Coconut meal is an agricultural waste that has not been widely utilized but still contains nutrients. This study aims to evaluate the effect of fermentation on the protein, fat, and carbohydrate content of coconut meal. Three main treatments were compared: unfermented coconut meal, coconut meal fermented with Rhizopus sp., and coconut meal fermented with EM4. The results of the analysis showed that unfermented coconut meal had a protein content of 34,77%, fat 8,84%, and carbohydrate 27,73%. Fermentation with Rhizopus sp. increased the protein content to 37,37%, decreased the fat content to 6.11%, and slightly increased the carbohydrate content to 23,04%. Meanwhile, fermentation with EM4 increased the protein content to 35.87%, decreased the fat content to 6.55%, and increased the carbohydrate content to 26.86%. Based on the results of the study, fermentation with Rhizopus sp. was more effective in increasing protein content and decreasing fat content compared to fermentation with EM4. Fermentation with EM4 showed a significant increase in carbohydrate content. In conclusion, the fermentation process can improve the nutritional quality of coconut meal, so that it can be a more nutritious alternative as animal feed

Abstract

Daerah Aliran Sungai Krueng Aceh dengan sungai utamanya adalah Krueng Aceh, memiliki luas 174.785 Ha, bagian hulu Krueng Aceh terdapat di kawasan Janthoe. Bagian tengah Krueng Aceh terdapat di Kuta Cot Glie dan kawasan hilirnya terdapat di Sub DAS Krueng Jreue yang bermuara di Kota Banda Aceh. Metode ini sudah di laksanakan pada DAS Hulu dengan Menerapkan system Agroforestry tanpa Metode NbS. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat kondisi Sub DAS Krueng Jreue, tutupan lahan, dan kondisi biofisik DAS Krueng Jreue. Hasil Penelitian yaitu tutupan lahan pada Sub DAS Krueng Jreue saat ini di hulu Kecamatan Indrapuri masih 30% ada hutan, dengan kelas 0-8% yang sudah di berubah tutupan lahan. Untuk Kecamatan Aceh Besar sebahagian wilayah masih ada hutan, sekitar 15%, selebihnya sudah berubah menjadi perumahan dan perkotaan. Kecamatan Aceh besar beberapa kecamatan sudah memasuki zona kuning 25-40% dan zona merah >40% daerah perubahan tutupan lahan, atau daerah kritis. Hampir 60% wilayah sub DAS Krueng Jreue saat ini di dominasi oleh wilayah Hutan Lahan Kering Sekunder, 30% perumahan dan 10% hutan lindung, hutan primer, pertanian lahan basah, pertanian lahan kering, savana.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competency-based training and mentoring on employee career development at PT. Quarta Medika Indonesia. Career development is an important aspect of Human Resource Management (HRM) that supports improved employee performance, motivation, and loyalty. Training and mentoring are seen as strategies that can help employees achieve their career goals. This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees as respondents, then analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables.The results of the study indicate that competency-based training has no significant effect on career development. This indicates that training is not yet fully relevant or effective in promoting employee careers. Meanwhile, mentoring has a significant effect on career development, which means that the role of mentors in providing direction, guidance, and support is very important for employee career advancement. Simultaneously, competency-based training and mentoring have a positive effect on career development with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.381. This means that 38.1% of the variation in career development can be explained by these two variables. This study recommends that companies improve the quality and relevance of training, and strengthen mentoring programs as part of a sustainable HR development strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, at the PCC (Product Creation Center) Department of PT. Adis Dimension Footwear. The background of this research is based on indications of declining work effectiveness and motivation among team member-level employees in the PCC Department, which plays a vital role in the product development process. One of the phenomena that triggered this research is the demotivation experienced by team members due to a lack of support from their superiors, which also leads to a decline in performance. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. Datawere collected through questionnaires distributed to 55 respondents, selected using the Slovin formula from a population of 120 employees. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, t-test, F-test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 26. Based on the research results show that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation also has a significant effect on employee performance and simultaneously, leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. These findings emphasize theimportance of applying effective leadership styles and improving work motivation to support optimal employee performance.

Abstract

Community service activities at the Integrated Service Post for Teenage Girls in Tabukan Raya Village, Tabukan Subdistrict, involved 10 cadres and 17 teenage girls. The event was opened by the Head of Village together with the managing midwife, village midwife, Family Empowerment and Welfare Organization, and cadres from the Integrated Service Post. The cadre training was conducted with pre-tests and post-tests to assess knowledge about adolescent girls' health, particularly the prevention of anemia, stunting, balanced nutrition, and healthy eating patterns. The results showed an increase in the cadres' knowledge about the risk factors for stunting, anemia, consumption of iron tablets, and nutritious foods. Knowledge plays a vital role in shaping health behavior (Lawrence Green's concept), and education is an effective strategy for changing the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of adolescents. After the education, all cadres had good knowledge. The cadres are expected to be able to become health promotion agents and sources of information for their peers. The results of the adolescent girls' examination showed that there were still 12% with anemia, 47% underweight, 18% with chronic energy deficiency, and 35% short. Adolescence is a second window of opportunity to improve nutrition, as growth occurs rapidly. Anemia is a risk factor for stunting in early adolescent girls, so preventing anemia plays an important role in reducing stunting. Thus, empowering youth integrated service post cadres is a strategic alternative solution in improving adolescent health, especially in preventing stunting, as well as optimizing adolescent reproductive health.

Abstract

Penerapan keadilan sosial bagi korban korupsi memerlukan pengakuan yang layak, perlindungan yang memadai, serta upaya pemulihan dan kompensasi yang efektif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sistem hukum perlu lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan korban korupsi, tidak hanya fokus pada penghukuman pelaku, tetapi juga pada pemulihan keadilan dan kesejahteraan bagi mereka yang terdampak.Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam mewujudkan keadilan sosial bagi korban korupsi di Indonesia, termasuk kelemahan sistem hukum, minimnya pemulihan hak korban, dan perspektif penegak hukum yang belum sepenuhnya berpihak pada korban. Penelitian ini mengusulkan reformasi hukum yang lebih responsif, dengan memasukkan perspektif viktimologi dalam perumusan kebijakan, meningkatkan transparansi dan partisipasi publik, serta mengadopsi mekanisme restitusi yang efektif untuk memulihkan kerugian korban dan membangun kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap lembaga negara.Kata Kunci: Korupsi, Keadilan Sosial, Viktimologi, Korban, Reformasi Hukum, Restitusi.

Abstract

COVID-19 has been declared a global pandemic by WHO. The spread of the Corona virus can trigger anxiety for parents, especially for those who have small children. Transmission of Covid-19 in children is usually caused by weak immunity or transmission from adults. For this reason, families, especially parents, need to give the education, understanding and protect their children from Covid-19 transmission by implementing health protocols. The purpose of this research is to know the description of knowledge and attitudes of parents in the application of health protocols to children during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive research by using primary data obtained from questionnaires. Respondents is 30 parents which have children who study at TK Darul Falah Cukir Jombang. Data are analyzed univariate and presented in the form of tabel. The results of the knowledge level variable data shows 26 responden (87.5%) have a good level of knowledge, and 4 people (12.5%) has sufficient knowledge level. The attitude variable data show that all respondents (100%) have a positive attitude in applying health protocols to children during the covid-19 pandemic. The conclusion is the level of knowledge and attitudes of parents in implementing health protocols for children during the COVID-19 pandemic at TK Darul Falah Cukir Jombang is mostly in the good category. Parents are expected to always facilitate their children in implementing health protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan kegiatan pengalihan sumber mata pencaharian utama petanikelapa sawit selama peremajaan di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi; dan (2) mendeskripsikan strategi koping yangdilakukan petani kelapa sawit selama peremajaan di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi; Penelitian ini dilakukan denganmenggunakan data primer dan sekunder di empat desa di Kecamatan Sungai Bahar, yaitu Desa Suka Makmur,Desa Mekar Sari Makmur, Desa Marga Mulya dan Desa Panca Mulya dengan sampel sebanyak 60 orang petani.Kegiatan pengalihan sumber mata pencaharian dan strategi koping petani selama peremajaan dideskripsikanmenggunakan analisis deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) Petani yang melaksanakan kegiatanperemajaan tanaman kelapa sawitnya mengalihkan sumber mata pencaharian utamanya dari petani kelapa sawitdengan kegiatan usahatani lainnya, seperti dengan menaman tanaman jagung, semangka dan sebagian lainnyabekerja sebagai buruh panen dan jasa angkut kelapa sawit ;dan (2) Strategi koping yang dilakukan petani selamatanaman kelapa sawitnya masih dalam masa peremajaan dan guna mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnyadengan cara melakukan strategi aktif. Strategi aktif dilakukan dengan cara diversifikasi mata pencaharian, sepertimenanam tanaman semusim, berdagang, menjadi buruh dan usaha jasa angkut hasil panen kepala sawit. Darisegi pendapatan, pendapatan petani yang melakukan peremajaan memiliki rata-rata pendapatanRp21.879006/tahun dengan 61,28% pendapatan petani berasal dari kegiatan luar usahatani kelapa sawit.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: 1) describe the attitude of the younger generation towards rice farming activities; 2) describe the factors related to the younger generation's attitude towards rice farming activities; and 3) analyze the factors related to the younger generation's attitude in rice farming activities in Sumber Jaya Village, Kumpeh Ulu District. The selection of respondents used purposive sampling techniques with a total of 76 young respondents. Data analysis in this research used descriptive analysis with the Chi-square formula. The results of the study indicate that 1) the attitude of the younger generation towards rice farming activities in Sumber Jaya Village, Kumpeh Ulu District, Muaro Jambi Regency is categorized as low. 2) The depiction of education level factors and employment factors outside of farming is categorized as high, while family socialization factors and information from outside the village are categorized as low. 3) The factors that positively relate to the attitude of the younger generation in rice farming activities in Sumber Jaya Village, Kumpeh Ulu District, Muaro Jambi Regency are family socialization factors and information from outside the village, while employment factors outside of farming and education level factors have a negative relationship with the attitude of the younger generation in rice farming activities in Sumber Jaya Village.
