Abstract

kasus pinjaman online di Indonesia telah menjadi perhatian serius karena dampaknya yang merugikan Masyarakat. Beberapa isi utama terkait dengan pinjol termasuk praktik pinjaman yang tidak bertanggung jawab, suku bunga tinggi, pelanggaran privasi, dan penagihan agresif. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui tahap observasi, persiapan materi, pelaksanaan kegiatan edukatif, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu terjadinya peningkatan pemahaman nilai-nilai perilaku ekonomi Islam secara aplikatif pada siswa/i melalui aktifitas keseharian. fokus utama dalam kegiatan adalah agar masyarakat dapat memilah dan memilih akad serta transaksi perekonomian mana yang legal dan bermanfaat ataupun mana akad serta transaksi perekonomian yang ilegal dan merugikan, sehingga masyarakat dapat tercerahkan dan dapat mengurangi mudharat bagi kehidupannya di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of Enterprise Architecture (EA) with a focus on two main methods, namely The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) and the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF). EA implementation is recognized as the key to integrating business strategy and information technology in organizations. TOGAF offers a structured approach with clear phases, while FEAF is more focused on the government sector with more general guidelines. TOGAF is known for its comprehensive coverage and global support, while FEAF has advantages in the United States government context. Comparative analysis identifies the advantages and disadvantages of both. TOGAF has complexities that can be a challenge, while FEAF may be suboptimal for complex private organizations. The research conclusion highlights that the choice of method depends on the needs and context of the organization. TOGAF may be better suited to a structured and comprehensive implementation, while FEAF may be quicker to implement with a more limited focus. This research provides guidance for decision makers in selecting EA methods that suit the unique characteristics and goals of the organization.

Abstract

The background of the problem in this study suggests that the impact of the internet, one of which is technological advances, has opened up new business opportunities. As one of the urgencies of digital business progress in Indonesia today is e-commerce through the encouragement of advanced technology. The focus of this research explains that the relationship between Ibnu Khaldun's theory and the concept of e-commerce. This research uses a qualitative method with a description approach. The data collection is through literature articles, books and newsletter. As for the results of the research that the regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 31 of 2023 officially prohibits the merger of e-commerce and social commerce through e-commerce platforms, they are only allowed to promote products or services. This is called political dumping; the practice of dumping is expressly prohibited in Islam. In Ibnu Khaldun's price theory: the Islamic principle of determining the seller's price of a good tends to use the concept of average, because the demands of justice must be linked to effort.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada lembaga keuangan syariah masih belum tepat sasaran dalam pelaksanaan pendistribusian ta’widh dan ta’zir. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan yang dilakukan lembaga keuangan syariah, yakni Adira Finance Syariah dalam pendistribusiannya dalam akad murobahah. Jenis metode penelitian ini kualitatif dan pendekatan deskripsi, dan data yang diambil dari hasil wawancara yang diperolah dari informan yang bekerja di Adira Finance Syariah, instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket wawancara, serta sumber data primer adalah informan dan data skunder dari beberapa sumber buku dan artikel ilmiah. Adapun temuan penelitian ini bahwa penerapan yang dilakukan pihak Adira Finance Syariah pada ta’widh dan ta’zir dalam akad murobahah dikemukan bahwa dana ta’diwh dan ta’zir di Adira Finance Syariah di distribusikan dalam 4 pilar antara lain untuk pendidikan dan penelitian, pembangunan dan pengembangan sarana/fasilitas umum, kesehatan serta pendayagunaan UMKM pada masyarakat agar mengalami peningkatan dalam kesejehatreraan hidup. Rekomendasi peneliti adalah bahwa penelitian penting untuk dikembangkan agar pihak lembaga keuangan syariah dapat belajar dari pengalaman maupun ilmu yang baru.

Abstract

Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi dalam penghimpunan zakat adalah ketika tempat yang dipilih untuk melakukan penggalangan dana tidak strategis dan jarang dikunjungi oleh masyarakat. Keterbatasan aksesibilitas ini dapat menjadi hambatan dalam upaya memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat untuk berzakat secara langsung. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan membantu Baznas dalam pembukaan stand relawan Ramadhan. Untuk memberikan layanan kepada pembayar zakat untuk menghitung dan membayar zakat. Kegiatan ini dinilai efektif karena memberikan layanan yang tepat dengan kebutuhan, disamping fasilitas layanan yang sudah dimiliki oleh Baznas DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Entrepreneurship has become an increasingly important skill in the healthcare industry, as healthcare professionals are being encouraged to think creatively and identify new opportunities for improvement. Objective: This study aims to explore innovative teaching strategies for integrating entrepreneurship into health education. Methods: A comprehensive literature review was conducted to identify existing teaching strategies that integrate entrepreneurship into health education. The data collection method used in this study is a systematic search of Scopus Database and reference lists following PRISMA flow chart guideline. Results: Several innovative teaching strategies were found, including case studies, simulation games, problem-based learning, and experiential learning. These strategies provide students with real-world scenarios and hands-on experiences, allowing them to develop their entrepreneurial skills in a healthcare context. Conclusion: By incorporating these innovative teaching strategies into health education, educators can equip future healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the rapidly changing landscape of the healthcare industry and become successful entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Every educational institution has a leader who has different abilities and leadership styles in improving the performance of their employees. In addition to the leadership style, performance is also influenced by the capabilities of each employee. This study aims to determine whether the principal's leadership style (X1) and teacher capability (X2) on teacher performance (Y) either partially or simultaneously, and which independent variables (X1 and X2) have a more significant influence on teacher performance. This research is a quantitative study that aims to test hypotheses between variables. The data used are primary data obtained directly from the respondents, as many as 48 people through filling out a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, which is processed using SPSS. At the same time, all instruments in this study have been tested for validity and reliability, where all instruments have been declared valid because of the value T count > T table. In contrast, it has been declared reliable because it is greater than the Cronbach alpha value of 0.60 processed. They were using SPSS. The T-test results of leadership style obtained a sig value of 0.002 and a teacher's capability value of 0.000. These results indicate that the variables of leadership style and teacher capability significantly influence teacher performance. In contrast, the teacher capability variable has a more significant influence on teacher performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of school climate and commitment on teacher performance through job satisfaction. School climate and commitment are considered important for improving teacher performance. The quality of teacher performance influences the quality of educational outcomes. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach technique. The sample was 60 teachers, the sampling technique used was total sampling, and the entire group of teachers was used as the population. Descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, linearity tests, and hypothesis tests are data analysis techniques used in this research. The results of this research show that school climate and commitment can improve teacher performance, so this research focuses on how teachers can improve their performance through school climate and commitment. Meanwhile, job satisfaction as a mediator variable has no influence on the commitment variable on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims at the Principal's Strategy for Improving Student Achievement at MAN 1 Mojokerto. 2. What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the Principal's management strategy in improving student achievement at MAN 1 Mojokerto? The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study type in conducting research. In making observations, the researcher acts as participatory and non-participatory observers, namely by participating in teaching and learning activities as well as other activities such as seminars and study groups, then as later as non-participatory observers the researcher observes activities that do not allow researchers to participate in such as activities evaluation and others. The results of the study show that in order to support the principal's strategy through the quality of human resources, infrastructure, learning materials, and rewards.

Abstract

The concept of Insan Berkemajuan is found in the Muhammadiyah slogan as a da'wah movement. The perspective of a progressive person is a person who has superior science and technology achievements. People who have prosperous and prosperous conditions. And progressive people can bring people to power, so that the governance of the people and nation can be carried out according to the values of Islamic da'wah. And progressive people are able to invite, teach and realize Islamic values in society. So that a truly Islamic society will be realized. Through educational institutions in higher education to realize students become progressive people, they integrate knowledge on Al Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) in every lecture. This research is a qualitative research with interview method. The data collection method in this study uses the documentation method by viewing and recording relevant available reports. The data analysis technique used is content analysis to draw conclusions from the documents used. Based on the results of the researcher's study of scientific integration in AIK implications for realizing progressive people in every lecture applied by lecturers, namely in the learning process integrated with Islamic teachings, Lecturers explicitly include AIK values in the Syllabus / RPS, Lecturers and Students behave and behave in accordance with Islamic teachings, Lecturers in the lecture process are integrated with Islamic teachings, and internalize Islamic values in each course.
