Abstract

Pelayanan Publik yang efektif dan efisien menjadi salah satu tolak ukur masyarakat dalam menilai kinerja penemrintah daerah secara kasat mata. Pelayanan publik seperti pembuatan surat dan pencarian data arsip sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas layanan pada Kantor Desa Banjarwaru. Proses pengarsipan surat dan administrasi lainnya di Desa Banjarwaru saat ini belum terdigitalisasi dan terdokumensi dengan baik. Hal tersebut sering membuat terjadinya kesalahan dalam penyimpanan data surat masuk dan membutuhkan ruang yang cukup luas untuk menyimpannya, selain itu juga seringnya terjadi kesalahan dalam penulisan nomor surat keluar karena pencarian nomor surat terakhir masih dicari manual pada buku besar. Guna untuk mewujudkan visi dan misi Desa Banjarwaru, maka sangat diperlukan Penerapan Sistem Informasi Kearsipan untuk pengembangan Desa Digital. Sistem informasi arsip persuratan mempunyai tujuan mengubah metode penyimpanan surat atau administrasi lainnya dengan proses pengarsapan secara digital sehingga mengurangi penggunaan kertas dan lebih efektif dan akurat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product development and promotion on sales volume at Cipta Lona Lestari Medan. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study are all consumers who make purchases at the Cipta Lona Lestari Medan, the number of which is unknown. The sampling technique using the Lemeshow sampling technique obtained as many as 96 research samples. The method of collecting data in this research is literature study and questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the value tcount (2.909) > ttable (1.985) with a significance of 0.005 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is an influence between Product Development on the Sales Volume. The value of tcount (5.158) > tTable (1.985) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is an influence between Promotion on the Sales Volume. Simultaneous Testing Results (F-Test), the value of Fcount (62.621) > FTable (3.07) with a significant level of 0.00 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that H3 is accepted with the understanding that there is an influence between Product Development and Promotion on the Sales Volume

Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting bagi suatu negara. Keberadaan UMKM akan memberiakan sumbangsih terhadap peningkatan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan ekonomi suatu negara. UMKM muncul dari orang-orang yang memiliki inisitif dan keberanian dalam mendirikan usaha atau bisnis. Jumlah UMKM di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan termasuk di provinsi Sumatera khususnya di kelurahan Helvetia Timur. Banyak potensi yang ada di kelurahan Helvetia Timur yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk diolah menjadi kegiatan bisnis atau usaha. Untuk menciptakan peluang usaha baru maka diperlukan orang-orang kreatif dan inovatif dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberiakan motivasi kepada masyarakat agar tertatik untuk mengembangkan potensi yang dimilinya agar dapat menciptakan dan mengembangkan kegiatan usaha atau bisnis baru.

Abstract

Tikus merupakan vektor penting dalam penyebaran penyakit zoonosis, salah satunya leptospirosis yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Leptospira spp. Pelabuhan sebagai area lalu lintas manusia dan barang sangat berisiko menjadi tempat berkembangbiaknya tikus dan penyebaran penyakit. Survei ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepadatan tikus serta mendeteksi keberadaan Leptospira pada ginjal tikus di wilayah Pelabuhan Tanjung Balai Karimun. Survei dilakukan pada 16–20 Juni 2025 dengan pemasangan 100 perangkap di berbagai titik strategis pelabuhan. Tikus yang tertangkap diidentifikasi secara morfologi, dan ginjalnya diperiksa menggunakan metode Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) untuk mendeteksi keberadaan Leptospira. Pemeriksaan laboratorium dilakukan di Balai Kekarantinaan Kesehatan Kelas I Tanjungpinang pada 24–26 Juni 2025. Sebanyak 14 ekor tikus berhasil ditangkap dengan success trap sebesar 14%, melebihi ambang baku mutu kesehatan lingkungan (<1%). Identifikasi spesies menunjukkan dominasi Rattus rattus (78,6%) dan Rattus norvegicus (21,4%). Pemeriksaan PCR terhadap 14 ginjal tikus menunjukkan seluruhnya negatif terhadap infeksi Leptospira. Tidak ditemukan infeksi Leptospira pada tikus yang ditangkap, tingkat kepadatan tikus yang tinggi menunjukkan risiko lingkungan yang signifikan. Keberadaan tikus tetap menjadi ancaman terhadap kesehatan masyarakat pelabuhan. Diperlukan pengendalian vektor secara sistematis serta peningkatan sanitasi lingkungan sebagai upaya preventif

Abstract

Pemerintah Republik Indonesia telah menerbitkan Undang-Undang Jaminan Produk Halal Nomor 33 Tahun 2014. Makanan, minuman, obat, kosmetika, dan barang gunaan yang masuk, beredar, dan dijual di wilayah Indonesia wajib bersertifikat halal. PT. XYZ memproduksi barang gunaan hand sanitizer. Perusahaan ini belum memiliki dan menerapkan Sistem Jaminan Halal (HAS 23000). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi SJH di PT. XYZ. Metode penelitian menggunakan data kualitatif. Penyusunan kebijakan halal, penunjukan tim manajemen halal, matriks halal dan dokumen pendukung bahan, serta fasilitas produksi menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penyusunan SOP dalam bentuk diagram alir menggunakan Microsoft Visio. Implementasi SJH dilakukan sesuai Manual SJH yang telah disusun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dokumen SJH yang disusun telah sesuai dengan proses bisnis perusahaan. Penerapan SJH juga telah diterapkan dengan baik. Seluruh karyawan lulus dalam evaluasi pelatihan SJH dengan post test. Evaluasi dengan diagnostic model, sistem traceability berada di level bawah. Evaluasi implementasi SJH ditemukan belum ada bukti pelatihan halal eksternal. Usulan perbaikan diberikan agar PT. XYZ memberikan pelatihan SJH secara berkala kepada karyawan, meningkatkan sistem traceability agar berada di level sedang, dan berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan halal yang diselenggarakan oleh LPPOM MUI.

Abstract

Flood disaster management is a local government affair that requires legislative oversight to ensure its implementation complies with statutory regulations and responds to community needs. The oversight function of the Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) of Kampar Regency in 2024 became crucial given the recurrent nature of flooding and its significant impact on the social and economic lives of the community, particularly in Kampar Kiri District. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the DPRD’s oversight function and to identify factors influencing the optimization of such oversight. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews and documentation, and analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The findings indicate that the oversight function of the Kampar Regency DPRD over the local government in flood disaster management in 2024 has not been implemented optimally. This suboptimal performance is reflected in the ineffective execution of oversight across the indicators of setting oversight standards, evaluative actions, and corrective actions as proposed in Siagian’s Supervision Theory. In particular, weaknesses are evident in the indicators of evaluative and corrective actions, which are directly related to field supervision, the absorption of public aspirations, and policy recommendations..Factors supporting the optimization of the DPRD’s oversight function include the existence of functional working relationships between the DPRD and local government agencies. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors consist of weak DPRD oversight, which has resulted in delays in the realization of assistance, discrepancies between flood management implementation and the mandates of local regulations, ineffective long-term disaster mitigation, weak formal coordination among institutions in flood management, and the underutilization of DPRD oversight instruments. The novelty of this study lies in its contribution to scholarly discourse by examining the DPRD’s oversight function in disaster management at the regency level through an integrative approach that combines political, institutional, and public policy dimensions. This approach has been rarely addressed in previous studies, which have generally focused on technical aspects of disaster management or policy implementation alone, and thus this research seeks to fill that gap. Furthermore, prior studies have predominantly concentrated on watershed (DAS) policy formulation and general oversight of local policies.

Abstract

This study investigates the magnetic characteristics and mineral composition of rocks in the Rammang-Rammang Karst area, Maros Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia, to clarify lithological variability and its implications for local magnetic anomalies. A total of 25 rock samples collected from field sampling points were analysed using a Bartington Susceptibility Meter, while five samples were further examined with a Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM), X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF), and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). The magnetic susceptibility values range from –0.6 to 10.5 m³/kg, indicating a predominance of diamagnetic behaviour with minor contributions from paramagnetic and antiferromagnetic minerals. Hysteresis curve analysis from VSM confirmed the consistency between magnetic responses and susceptibility measurements. XRF results show that Ca dominates the rocks (>95%), with minor amounts of Fe, Ti, Si, Mn, Cu, Sr, Mo, In, and Co, as well as trace amounts of rare-earth elements (Lu, Eu). XRD analysis confirmed calcite (CaCO₃) as the principal mineral phase, with crystallite sizes ranging from 39 to 44 nm, and the presence of dolomite in sample T18. The spatial distribution of magnetic susceptibility indicates that most of the study area exhibits low and negative values, reflecting diamagnetic behaviour. Whereas the highest value occurs at sampling point T12, which localizes the highest-susceptibility area, marked in red. These results indicate that the magnetic variability of Rammang-Rammang rocks is controlled by minor accessory magnetic minerals, providing valuable insights for mineral exploration and mitigating local magnetic anomalies.

Abstract

Advances in information technology in all fields currently result in rapid, dynamic changes and have a broad impact on the environment. One of them is related to education. Learning multimedia can be understood as a multimedia program that are applicable to the teaching process, namely to convey messages (knowledge, skills and attitudes) and ideas. , emotions, interest and willingness to learn to facilitate the teaching and learning process. One effort to create fun and creativity in learning is the use of multimedia video and PowerPoint learning methods resources educators may utilize to instructing and learning. The purpose of multimedia video and PowerPoint is to support communication and create an atmosphere that is not monotonous and boring. This study aims to determine how multimedia videos and PowerPoint are used in Islamic religious education lessons at SDN Pasirkamuning I class V. Using qualitative research can provide information and insight to researchers regarding multimedia video and powerpoint in learning Islamic religious education at SDN Pasirkamuning I class V able to attract the interest of students at SDN Pasirkamuning I, especially in class V, in acquiring religious instruction in Islam so that it can motivate other teachers to utilize multimedia video and powerpoint for learning.

Abstract

An important aspect of Muslim education is Islamic religious education, which aims to instill religious values ​​and principles in everyone. The Iqro and Ummi methods are used to improve Islamic learning in various environments. The aim of this research is to show how the iqra and Ummi methods are used in learning the Koran at SDIT Nurul Islam Tengaran, with a focus on application. Qualitative research can tell researchers that the Iqro and Ummi Method is a way to improve Islamic Religious Education learning in various environments. This can motivate other teachers to try using this method in Islamic religious education. This study found that the use of the Iqro and Ummi methods in Islamic religious education in the Al-Ikhlas DTA, Kondang Jaya Village improved the quality of learning and students' understanding of the Islamic religion. Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in improving tolerance in elementary school students. The study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with PRISMA guidelines as a reference in the process of searching, filtering, and analyzing articles. Data sources were obtained from various national scientific databases with articles published in 2020–2026. The selection results showed that there were 15 articles that met the inclusion criteria and were used in this study. Based on the analysis results, the implementation of PBL has been proven to improve students' tolerance through discussion activities, group work, and collaborative problem solving. In addition to increasing tolerance, this model also supports the development of communication skills, collaboration, social interaction, empathy, and an attitude of respect for diversity. The majority of articles analyzed used experimental methods and Classroom Action Research (CAR), and were applied to Pancasila Education and Mathematics subjects. Although the implementation of PBL requires more time and teacher skills in managing learning, this model is considered effective in creating active learning and supporting the strengthening of elementary school students' character.
