Abstract

Quality and competitive and reliable Human Resources (HR) in completing organizational tasks in order to realize a superior, clean and authoritative government system beginning with the enforcement of employee discipline. This research is an associative or causal research that examines the relationship between leadership, supervision and punishment variables as independent variables on work discipline as the dependent variable. The sample of this study was determined by calculation using the Slovin formula and the sampling technique using the Probability Sampling technique as many as 100 people as the research sample. Then the instrument for data collection is a questionnaire and before being used, the validity and reliability tests are carried out first. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis, namely the analysis of connecting more than two variables to determine the magnitude of the change from one variable to another variable or in other words a technique that aims to determine the contribution or influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the description analysis show that the leadership style belongs to the high/good category. Supervision of work is relatively high on average. Regarding punishment, the results showed that respondents rated professionalism in giving sanctions or punishments to employees who were not disciplined in their work as high and the basis for consideration was as good as possible. The average discipline is good/high. The results of multiple linear regression analysis that: (1) Leadership Style Has a Positive and Significant Effect on Employee Discipline; (2) Supervision Has a Positive and Significant Effect on Employee Discipline; (3) Punishment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance; and (4) Punishment is the dominant variable affecting the work discipline of the Regional Secretariat of Bima Regency. The Bima Regency Government, especially the Regent and Deputy Regent and officials within the Bima Regency, should be given strict sanctions for undisciplined employees while still prioritizing supervision and adjustment of their leadership style in order to improve employee work discipline.

Abstract

Banks always implement intermediation as a liaison function between funds collected from the public which are then channeled back to the public in form of loans. This enhances service provision to the public in form of transfer, collection, trade financing, bank guarantees, e-banking, ATM services, and others. As financial institutions, banks possess funds, where most are from the public or called Third Party Funds (TPF). TPF is in form of Current Accounts, Savings, and Time Deposits. Currently, a bank is an important institution for the economy of a country, which functions in the issuance of Government Securities (SBN). Risk-free investments such as time deposits certainly affects the TPF collected. This research aims to determine the Issuance of SBN with the Indonesian Retail Bonds (IRB) series on the growth of TPF. Furthermore, it was conducted between February and August 2020 at the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The panel data regression analysis methodology was applied using the EViews 9 program. It was observed that partially, IRB had no effect on TPF, and inflation partially has a negative effect on TPF. Meanwhile, IRB and inflation have a simultaneous effect on TPF.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Legalisasi perkawinan via penetapan hakim suatu pengadilan agama merupakan itsbat nikah. Itsbat nikah dilaksanakan pada berjenis-jenis alasan dan motif misalnya dikarenakan pernikahan yang dilaksanakan sebelumnya dilaksanakan secaran hukum Islam sahaja dan belum dicatat pada Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) yang lazim disebut dengan nikah di bawah tangan atau nikah siri. Pemandangan perkawinan nikah siri terdapat banyak sekali ditemui pada berbagai wilayah di Indonesia khususnya di daerah Kota Tanjungbalai. Kata kunci: Pelaksanaan, Isbat, Nikah, Kota, Tanjungbalai. ABSTRACT The legalization of marriage through the ruling of a religious court judge is the basis of marriage. Marriage rituals are carried out for various reasons and motives, for example because the previous marriage was carried out under Islamic law only and has not been recorded at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) which is commonly referred to as an underhand marriage or unregistered marriage. There are many views of unmarried marriages found in various regions in Indonesia, especially in the Tanjungbalai City area.

Abstract

A contractor is a company that contracts with another person or government or company to supply goods or complete certain services. PT. XYZ has a lot of project contract data and it has not yet been processed into information. To facilitate the employees of PT. XYZ in analyzing and evaluating past or future projects requires a Data Warehouse. The purpose of this research is to design and analyze the data warehouse needed to provide information regarding project contract data at PT. XYZ. The data warehouse design method uses 4 stages (Four-Step Methodology) proposed by Ralph Kimball in designing a data warehouse system. The final result to be achieved is the design of a data warehouse and dashboard is a visualization that will provide significant information about the project contract data at PT. XYZ which can be seen from different perspectives and facilitates related parties in making decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal the effect of the system of providing additional employee income (TPP) on satisfaction and work motivation of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports, Bima City. The population and sample in this study amounted to 32 people. The research instrument used questionnaires, and interviews. Then the data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results of the research are that: (1) There is a direct significant effect of the Employee Income Supplemental Provision System on State Civil Apparatus Employees; (2) there is a direct significant effect of job satisfaction on State Civil Apparatus Employees; (3) there is a direct significant effect of the Employee Income Supplement System on Job Satisfaction and Motivation in a stimulant manner; (4) it is known that the direct effect given by job satisfaction on Z (Bima City Youth and Sports Tourism Office) is 0.146. Meanwhile, the indirect effect of job satisfaction through Y (State Civil Apparatus) on Z (Bima City Youth and Sports Tourism Office) is 0.247. So the total effect given by job satisfaction on Z (Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports City of Bima) is a direct effect plus an indirect effect, namely: 0.146 +0.247 = 0.393. With the additional income of employees in the form of facsimile so that it affects job satisfaction and motivation of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). Additional Employee Income (Incentives) in the form of facsimile will motivate the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Bima City Tourism Office.

Abstract

This article is aimed to describe the functions of the Operative Act Number 41 Year 2004 about Waqf (endowment) towards cash waqf and its effect on legal status of cash waqf. There are such reasons urged The Government to intervene this religious social institution until the Operative Act Number 41 Year 2004 about Waqf was declared. This legislation has many functions such as social control and social engineering; not only solve many existing problems of waqf but to create a change constructively in society. Moreover, the legislation also plays a regulatory function which arranging waqf properties, institutionalization, and management of waqf development. It has function else such as legitimacy toward any institutions made by government. When this Operative Act was declared, status of cash waqf—which was debatable—declare legally valid based on ijtihâd fî tathbîq al-ahkâm by using ijtihâd jama`iy method. Determination of legal status of cash waqf is considered important which is closely related to public legal awareness; so that it can be impetus for the development of cash waqf.

Abstract

Sebagian besar makanan tradisional di Indonesia memiliki masa simpan rendah, salah satunya mangut lele. Ikan lele yang dimasak dalam bumbu mangut ini merupakan makanan khas daerah Jawa yang banyak disukai masyarakat. Salah satu teknologi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan masa simpan adalah dengan pengemasan menggunakan kemasan kaleng. Tahapan proses pengalengan meliputi preparasi bahan, pembuatan sayur mangut lele, pengisian dalam kaleng, penghampaan udara (80o C, 10 menit), penutupan kaleng, sterilisasi (121o C, 20 menit), pendinginan, dan karantina 14 hari. Analisa teknoekonomi telah dilakukan terhadap pengalengan mangut lele dengan kapasitas produksi sebesar 1000 kaleng/hari. Nilai Return of Investment (ROI) cukup tinggi, sehingga usaha produksi pengalengan mangut lele ini sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan.Proses pengalengan telah dilakukan terhadap produk mangut lele dengan nilai Fo/kecukupan panas sebesar 10,48 menit. Karakteristik kimia mangut lele kaleng meliputi kadar air 75,71%; kadar abu 2,30%; lemak 6,24%; protein 12,30%; dan karbohidrat 3,45%. Mangut lele kaleng mengandung 119 kalori per 100 gram produk. Pengujian mikrobiologi menunjukkan produk negatif dari kandungan salmonella, staphylococcus aureus, dan clostridium. Pengujian cemaran logam telah dilakukan dan hasilnya masih dibatas aman yaitu timbal (Pb) <0,0007 mg/kg; tembaga (Cu) 0,0718 mg/kg; seng (Zn) 0,0022 mg/kg; timah (Sn) <0,8 mg/kg; mercuri (Hg) <0,0003 mg/kg; arsen (As) 0,029 mg/kg.

Abstract

Research about thermal process of fried rice in retort pouch packaging and its shelf life prediction were conducted. The aim of this study were thermal process optimization and predicted shelf life of fried rice in retort pouch packaging. Thermal process was done in temperature of 110 °C and 121°C during 15 minutesand 20 minutes using parameters i.e. lethality value (Fo) and Total Plate count (TPC). Shelf life prediction used Accelerated Shelf-life Test (ASLT) model Arrhenius through decresed of rancidity approach. The samples were storaged in various temperature 27, 35 dan 55 °C and analyzed once a week for 35 days. The results showed that the best of thermal process in 121°C for 20 minutes. The Result of TPC value was 0,4 x 103cfu/ml and lethality value 11.88 minutes. Shelf life prediction of fried rice in retort pouch packaging was 8.25 months.                                                       ABSTRAK Penelitian mengenai proses termal dan pendugaan umur simpan nasi goreng dalam kemasan retort pouch telah dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu melakukan optimasi sterilisasi dan pendugaan umur simpan nasi goreng dalam retort pouch. Optimasi sterilisasi dilakukan pada suhu 110 °C dan 121°C dengan waktu 15 menit dan 20 menit, menggunakan parameter uji Angka Kecukupan Panas (Fo) dan uji Angka Lempeng Total (ALT). Pendugaan umur simpan menggunakan teknik Accelerated Shelf-life Test (ASLT) model Arrhenius melalui pendekatan penurunan mutu angka ketengikan thiobarbituric acid (TBA). Penyimpanan sampel pada variasi suhu 27, 35 dan 55°C, diuji setiap 7 hari selama 35 hari.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses sterilisasi retort pouch yang terbaik yaitu pada suhu 121°C selama 20 menit. Hasil ALT yaitu 0,4 x 103 cfu/ml dan Angka Kecukupan Panas Fo 11,88 menit. Perkiraan umur simpan nasi goreng dalam retort pouch adalah 8,25 bulan.Kata kunci: Nasi goreng, umur simpan, retort pouch, model Arrhenius, Fo, TBA

Abstract

Pemerintah Republik Indonesia telah menerbitkan Undang-Undang Jaminan Produk Halal Nomor 33 Tahun 2014. Makanan, minuman, obat, kosmetika, dan barang gunaan yang masuk, beredar, dan dijual di wilayah Indonesia wajib bersertifikat halal. PT. XYZ memproduksi barang gunaan hand sanitizer. Perusahaan ini belum memiliki dan menerapkan Sistem Jaminan Halal (HAS 23000). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi SJH di PT. XYZ. Metode penelitian menggunakan data kualitatif. Penyusunan kebijakan halal, penunjukan tim manajemen halal, matriks halal dan dokumen pendukung bahan, serta fasilitas produksi menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penyusunan SOP dalam bentuk diagram alir menggunakan Microsoft Visio. Implementasi SJH dilakukan sesuai Manual SJH yang telah disusun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dokumen SJH yang disusun telah sesuai dengan proses bisnis perusahaan. Penerapan SJH juga telah diterapkan dengan baik. Seluruh karyawan lulus dalam evaluasi pelatihan SJH dengan post test. Evaluasi dengan diagnostic model, sistem traceability berada di level bawah. Evaluasi implementasi SJH ditemukan belum ada bukti pelatihan halal eksternal. Usulan perbaikan diberikan agar PT. XYZ memberikan pelatihan SJH secara berkala kepada karyawan, meningkatkan sistem traceability agar berada di level sedang, dan berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan halal yang diselenggarakan oleh LPPOM MUI.

Abstract

This research is empirical in which the goal to be achieved in this research is to know the influence of intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence on audit quality at the Office of the Inspectorate of Aceh, either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study is the Auditor who works at the Inspectorate Office of Aceh. The number of population taken is 83 people. Samples taken in the study were 83 people. So the sampling method used is a census because it involves the entire population to be a research respondent. Based on the results of research based on simultaneous testing obtained Fcount value of 31.991, while Ftabel at significance level µ = 5% is equal to 3,110. It shows that Fcount> Ftable, with a probability level of 0.000. Thus the results of this calculation can be taken a decision that accept alternative hypothesis and reject the null hypothesis, meaning that the intellectual intelligence (X1), and spiritual intelligence (X2), together significantly affect the quality of audit at the Office of the Inspectorate Aceh. While the result of partial test of the variable having the highest regression coefficient value (most dominant), is intellectual intelligence (X1) has dominant influence on audit quality, with coefficient value 0,200, it shows that intellectual intelligence run by Office Inspektorat Aceh in perform audit actions are appropriate, so that affect the improvement of audit quality.
