Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are village business entities that are managed by residents and village governments in an effort to strengthen the village economy and build socio-economic residents based on the needs and abilities of the village. oriented towards improving economic and social welfare, functioning actively in an effort to improve the quality of human life and citizens, strengthening the people's economy as under the strength and resilience of the economy. (BUMDes) in Palibelo District. This research is an associative research, namely research that seeks a relationship between one variable and another. The relationship used is a causal relationship that is causal. In this type of research, there are hypotheses that will be tested for truth. The hypothesis itself describes the relationship between two or more variables and to find out whether a variable is associated or not with other variables, and or whether a variable is caused/influenced or not by other variables. The research sample of all BUMDes members of Palibelo District was 54 people. The research instrument is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data is then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that knowledge, attitudes and work skills have a significant and positive influence on the performance of BUMDes managers in Palibelo District, Bima Regency. Village governments throughout the Palibelo sub-district should pay more attention to the performance of BUMDes managers by recruiting managers based on competence and carrying out strict supervision of the performance of managers so that the results of supervision become the basis for evaluating the work of each manager.

Abstract

In this study, the victims of domestic violence were generally women, and the perpetrators were men. So that so far the laws that have been formed provide more legal protection for wives and the community considers that violence perpetrated by wives against their husbands is a natural thing, because it is part of the dynamics of married life that usually occurs. Domestic violence against men is related to domestic violence experienced by men or boys in intimate relationships such as marriage, living together, or within the family. Domestic violence is a social fact. because it can occur in the household regardless of culture, religion, ethnicity, and age of the perpetrator and the victim. The law on the elimination of domestic violence provides guarantees of protection. Where this form of protection may take the form; temporary protection and protection orders.

Abstract

Female civil servants tend to have lower levels of retirement readiness than men. This study examines the factors influencing retirement readiness: financial literacy, financial management application, and saving behavior. Moreover, this study also examines financial knowledge and attitudes as moderating variables. The research design uses quantitative research with a causal approach. The sample of this study was 286 female civil servants in the Waropen Regency. Data analysis uses the SEM-PLS method with the help of SmartPLS3 software. The analysis results show that financial literacy, financial management application, and saving behavior positively and significantly affect retirement readiness. Financial knowledge can moderate the financial management application to retirement readiness, but financial attitudes cannot moderate saving behavior towards retirement readiness. The study results provide significant implications for the government and management of the public sector, especially in Waropen Regency, to improve the retirement readiness of female civil servants.

Abstract

Stainless-steel passenger coaches are the most operated passenger trains in Indonesia, which are manufactured by the Indonesian railway industry, (PT. INKA), from its first launch to the last generation of trains. PT. INKA still keeps innovating to improve the performance of these trains. Nowadays, this passenger coach is being developed to reach a speed of more than 120 km/hour, while keeping the stability, ride quality index, and ride comfort index during operation. This new train would be called a stainless-steel new generation (SS-NG) passenger coach. To reach the target, one of the methods is redesigning the old bogie structure of the stainless-steel passenger coach. The purpose of this research is to design a new bogie for the SS-NG passenger coach and analyze its dynamics during operation at high-speed using multibody simulation. The result was then compared to the existing passenger coach (SS-2018) which was structured by the old bogie one. Sperling’s method was utilized for evaluating the ride comfort index of all designed trains. As a result, the SS-NG with a new bogie design showed stable operation and gave an acceptable ride comfort index based on Sperling’s method even though travels at 240 Km/h in speed. The results will be important for improving the performance of any train, especially the SS-NG passenger coach which will be fabricated by PT. INKA.

Abstract

At present many of the clients connected in EFTENET still experience problems in delays in sending data when accessing data communication services. Therefore, a study was conducted to look at the performance of EFTENET's outdoor wireless services with the Quality of service method. The parameters used to measure are bandwidth, delay, packet lost and jitter which are then compared with the standardization version of Telecommunications and Internet Protocol Harmonization Over Network. From the results of the study concluded that outdoor wireless networks EFTENET has the category of "GOOD" degradation in the parameters of bandwidth, delay, jitter and geographical conditions between the transmitter and client. Data transmission delay occurs because the value of packet lost has the value of the "MEDIUM" degradation category. The value of packet lost is affected by a fairly high noise condition between the transmitter point and receiver so that the transmitted data is not received optimaly.

Abstract

Kegiatan pertambangan membawa berdampak negatif jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, seperti menurunnya kualitas air permukaan, kualitas udara ambien dan terganggunya flora dan fauna akibat pembukaan lahan untuk menunjang kegiatan pertambangan. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya pengelolaan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan dengan melaksankan program reklamasi lahan bekas tambang secara progresif, seperti pada kasus kegiatan pertambangan emas PT Meares Soputan Mining (PT MSM).  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis risiko dampak pembukaan lahan pada kegiatan pertambangan emas PT Meares Soputan Mining dalam meningkatkan kinerja pengelolaan lingkungan berkelanjutan melalui pelaksanaan program reklamasi lahan terganggu selama tahap operasi produksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif melalui analisis numerik atau statistik menggunakan teknik Discounting dan Habitat Equivalency Analysis (HEA) untuk analisis risiko lingkungan yang memerlukan tahapan yang harus dilakukan secara cermat, dimana setiap tahapan merupakan langkah penting karena akan menetukan hasil akhir dari kompensasi kerusakan lingkungan yang dihitung dalam skala restorasi. Analisis data menggunakan rasio tutupan lahan dengan metode Habitat Equivalency Analysis (HEA). Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk analisis data statistik adalah MS-Excel 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil perhitungan analisis risiko terhadap rasio tutupan lahan menunjukkan bahwa untuk mengganti kerugian (debit) sebesar 1.876,16 DSHaYs, diperlukan program reklamasi (kredit) seluas 25,76 hektar setiap tahun selama 28 tahun untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengelolaan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan.

AbstrakPenegakan hukum manusia atau anggota masyarakat itu harus memperhatikan dan menaati kaidah-kaidah atau norma-norma serta peraturan-peraturan tertentu yang berlaku. Peraturan itu memberi petunjuk bagi manusia bagaimana harus bertingkah laku dan bertindak. Dalam hal pelanggaran lalu lintas yang rentan terjadi di Indonesia salah satunya dikarenakan masyarakat Indonesia yang kurang mentaati peraturan lalu lintas sehingga kasus pelanggaran dan resiko kecelakaan juga masih tinggi. Faktor-faktor penyebab pengemudi melarikan diri adalah ada rasa ketakutan, surat-surat kendaraan tidak lengkap, pengendara kendaraan bermotor yang tak dipasangi Tanda Nomor Kendaraan, pengendara sepeda motor yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan teknis dan laik jalan seperti spion, lampu rem, klakson, pengendara atau penumpang sepeda motor yang tak mengenakan helm standar nasional, Membawa barang yang dilarang, misalnya narkoba, Kendaraan hasil curian. Penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku yang melarikan diri saat ditilang berupa sanksi hukum. Sanksi hukum terdapat dalam Pasal 216. Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana. Kepolisian hendaknya terus menerus melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak (sekolah, perguruan tinggi, maupun organisasi desa) terutama sosialisasi berkendara dengan baik di jalan raya dan apa saja yang harus dilengkapi dalam hal berkendara sehingga dapat mengurangi tingkat pelanggaran.Pihak Satuan Polisi Lalu Lintas harus meningkatkan dan memaksimalkan kinerjanya agar dapat meningkatkan keamanan, ketertiban, setiap pelanggaran harus di tindak dan di kenakan sanksi yang tegas, dalam artian menegakkan hukum tanpa pandang bulu.Kata Kunci : Penegakan Hukum, Pelaku, Melarikan Diri, Tilang. AbstractHuman law enforcement or community members must pay attention to and comply with certain rules or norms and regulations that apply. The rules give instructions for humans how to behave and act. In terms of traffic violations that are prone to occur in Indonesia, one of them is because Indonesian people do not comply with traffic regulations so that cases of violations and the risk of accidents are still high. Factors that cause drivers to run away are fear, incomplete vehicle documents, motorized vehicle drivers who do not have a vehicle registration number, motorcyclists who do not meet technical and road-worthiness requirements such as mirrors, brake lights, horns, drivers or motorcycle passengers who do not wear national standard helmets, carry prohibited items, such as drugs, stolen vehicles. Law enforcement against perpetrators who run away when ticketed is in the form of legal sanctions. Legal sanctions are contained in Article 216. The Criminal Code. The police should continue to socialize with the community by involving various parties (schools, colleges and village organizations), especially the socialization of good driving on the highway and what needs to be completed in terms of driving so as to reduce the level of violations. The Traffic Police Unit must improve and maximize its performance in order to increase security, order, every violation must be followed up and subject to strict sanctions, in the sense of enforcing the law indiscriminately.

Abstract

Persaingan pasar obat tradisional masuk angin di Indonesia yang sangat sengit akan menentukan produkproduk mana yang terus eksis di masyarakat. Di dalam pasar Indonesia terdapat tiga merek yang kuatyaitu Tolak angin, Antangin JRG dan Bintang Toedjoe Masuk Angin. Produk-produk ini adalah produkyang memiliki citra merek yang kuat. Citra merek yang kuat tidak terjadi dalam semalam tetapi perludibangun dengan susah payah. Pembangunan citra merek sebagai bagian dari komunikasi pemasarandilakukan dengan bauran kegiatan pemasaran, salah satunya dilakukan dengan melalui pesan iklantelevisi. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana perusahaan-perusahaan yang menaungi Tolak Angin, AntanginJRG dan Bintang Toedjoe Masuk Angin membangun citra produknya digunakan metode kualitatif yangbersifat deskriptif yang mana peneliti memberikan deskriptif tentang pembangunan citra merek melaluikegiatan iklan televisi oleh masing-masing perusahaan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pembangunancitra merek melalui iklan dipengaruhi oleh pengambilan tema iklan, penentuan talen iklan, jargon iklandan setting dari iklan tersebut.Kata Kunci : Citra Merek dan Pesan Iklan

Abstract

This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that 1) the management system has not been implemented properly because the indicators used such as planning, organizing, monitoring, directing have not been carried out optimally 2) Factors that influence the Management of Village Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) Patalo Bumi in Farmers Village there are two, namely the lack of community participation and human resources.
