Abstract

UMKM are one of the UMKM businesses based on technology media in the production, distribution and consumption processes which apply family values in their transaction activities, both in the production, distribution and consumption processes. Digitalization of UMKM has become something that is inevitable, as well as an opportunity and challenge for the relatively large number of UMKM actors. The opportunity is to simplify the service process for UMKM activities, while the challenge is dealing with the lack of qualified human resources in digital-based UMKM businesses. The stages of implementing community service activities are carried out using the Participatory Rural Appraisal approach method and then providing assistance with 1 motorbike and additional capital for business partners. Based on the results of the community service activities above, it can be concluded that there is potential for competitive human resources oriented towards entrepreneurship and ownership in the Gowa area, Makassar City. There needs to be more attention to small and medium business actors in the context of developing entrepreneurship for them as a means of improving a better standard of living. Small and medium businesses must receive full support from the government so that small and medium businesses can develop further and also create greater job opportunities.

Abstract

Islamic banks play a vital role in Indonesia's financial system, especially among Muslims seeking to avoid interest. Loss of customer funds poses a serious issue requiring attention. OJK regulations play a key role in guiding Islamic banks to control the risk of customer fund loss. This research aims to provide an understanding of the roles of banks, OJK, and regulatory implications on the sustainability of Indonesia's Islamic banking sector. This normative study examines the regulatory framework of Islamic banks regarding customer fund loss. The approach includes analysis of legal literature, laws, and OJK case studies. Data collection methods involve literature review and document analysis. The results offer insights into the responsibility of Islamic banks in addressing customer fund loss issues, considering OJK regulations. Islamic banks are accountable for customer fund loss under Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 24/POJK.03/2015. This regulation requires OJK approval to ensure customer fund protection, emphasizing the need for careful supervision to ensure Islamic banks' compliance with established procedures and standards. As the regulator of the financial sector, OJK plays a crucial role in overseeing Islamic banks, ensuring their health and stability, and protecting customers by regulating licensing, overseeing operations, and imposing sanctions when necessary. In addressing customer fund loss in Islamic banks, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) plays a crucial role. OJK regulates, supervises, and enforces Sharia principles while providing protection to customers. Routine inspections by OJK prevent risks and ensure the stability of the Islamic banking sector. OJK can enhance regulations and educate the public to protect customers, reduce the risk of fund loss, and support the growth of Islamic banking.

Abstract

Cigarettes are an industrial product and international commodity that contain around 300 chemical ingredients. The purpose of this research is to determine smoking behavior among students at Makassar State Middle School. The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach using total sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents to see frequency distribution. The results of the study showed that the level of knowledge of respondents about the dangers of smoking was in the good category, namely 57 people (71.2%), while people's attitudes about the dangers of smoking were in the positive category, namely 16 people (20.0%), for the influence of society in handling the dangers. smoking in the good category, namely 57 heads of families (71.2%). From the results of this study, it was concluded that the knowledge, attitudes of students and community influences regarding the dangers of smoking were quite good. To increase students' knowledge, it is necessary to conduct counseling and seminars about the dangers of smoking to help increase students' knowledge.

Abstract

Radikalisme merupakan suatu gagasan, ide, atau gerakan yang menghendaki perubahan secara menyeluruh baik dalam lingkup sosial, politik, maupun keagamaan dengan mengandalkan kekerasan. Studi penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui gerakan paham radikalisme di Desa Tadang Palie, Kecematan Cempa, Kabupaten Pinrang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawacara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan yaitu bahwa gerakan paham radikalisme di Desa Tadang Palie, Kecematan Cempa, masih dilakukan sebagian kecil dari masyarakat yang telah terpapar paham radikalisme. Perkiraan sekitar 10% sudah ada yang sudah terpapar paham radikalisme. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan, sholat tidak ada lagi pengajian radio masjid terlibih dahulu langsung saja adzan, padahal sebelumnya masyarakat di sini selalu putar bunyi Al-Qur’an sebelum adzan. Menjustifikasi bahwa kegiatan maulid, tahlilalan, syukuran dan lain-lain itu adalah bid’ah. Pemahaman ini sudah terlalu melenceng dan dapat mengubah budaya di kampung yang selama ini terjaga. Bahkan aliran ini menggangap aliran meraka seolah-olah yang selalu benar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze crisis communication strategies implemented by organizations in Indonesia through social media, using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. This method was chosen to collect, evaluate, and analyze relevant literature, in order to obtain a comprehensive picture of crisis communication practices in Indonesia in the context of social media. The data collection process was carried out by filtering relevant scientific articles, reports, and studies related to crisis communication and social media, published through various sources such as academic journals, conferences, and industry reports. Each selected article was evaluated based on the criteria of relevance, methodological quality, and its contribution to the understanding of crisis communication in social media. The results of the study indicate that effective crisis communication in social media requires a fast, transparent, and consistent response. Organizations that successfully manage communication through social media have a greater chance of maintaining public trust and reducing the negative impact on their reputation. The speed of response is a key factor, given the very rapid spread of information on social media. In addition, transparency and consistency of messages are essential to prevent public confusion. This study concludes that organizations in Indonesia must design communication strategies that are adaptive to the dynamics of social media, by ensuring clear, accurate, open messages, and monitoring public reactions directly. Thus, effective communication can help organizations manage crises and maintain public trust.

Abstract

Formulation of Ethanol Extract Capsules of Sambung Nyawa Leaves (Gynurae procumbens (Lour) Merr) with Varying Concentrations of Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone (PVP) Sambungnyawa (Gynurae procumbens (Lour) Merr) is known to have several secondary metabolite compounds including alkaloids, flavonoids, anthraquinones, saponins, glycosides and essential oils. The aim of this research is to obtain a stable concentration of PVP binder if formulated in granule form for encapsulation in ethanol extract of sambungjiwa leaves. The variation in PVP concentration used was 0.5%; 1.5 %; 2.5 %; 3.5 %; and 4.5%. Granules are made using the wet granulation method then put into the capsule shell and continued with evaluation. Based on the evaluation results of the ethanol extract capsule formulations of sambungjiwa leaves, it can be concluded that variations in the concentration of PVP as a binder can affect the physical stability of the capsule preparation, where the five formulas with different concentration variations have different stability after hygroscopicity testing. The formula that has good physical stability is the FK4 formula with a PVP concentration of 3.5%. Sambung Nyawa (Gynurae procumbens (Lour) Merr) diketahui memiliki beberapa senyawa metabolit sekunder diantaranya alkaloid, flavonoid, antraquinon, saponin, glikosida dan minyak atsiri, Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi bahan pengikat PVP yang stabil jika diformulasi dalam bentuk granul untuk dikapsulkan pada ekstrak etanol daun Sambung Nyawa. Variasi konsentrasi PVP yang digunakan adalah 0,5 %; 1,5 %; 2,5 %; 3,5 %; dan 4,5 %. Granul dibuat dengan metode granulasi basah kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam cangkang kapsul dan dilanjutkan dengan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dari formulasi kapsul ekstrak etanol daun Sambung Nyawa  dapat disimpulkan bahwa variasi konsentrasi PVP sebagai bahan pengikat dapat mempengaruhi kestabilan fisik sediaan kapsul, dimana kelima formula dengan variasi konsentrasi yang berbeda memiliki kestabilan yang berbeda-beda setelah pengujian higroskopisitas. Formula yang memiliki kestabilan fisik yang baik adalah formula FK4 dengan konsentrasi PVP 3.5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze public transportation policies in Medan City from the perspective of economic law using the principle of al-maslahah to evaluate the extent to which these policies prioritize public welfare, particularly in terms of passenger safety, comfort, and security. This study aims to provide policy recommendations that are more effective in addressing the existing issues in Medan's public transportation system. This article falls under qualitative field research. The methodology employed is normative legal study, presented in a descriptive-analytical narrative. The findings reveal that current public transportation policies in Medan City do not fully adhere to the principle of al-maslahah, as there is still disorder in the operation of public transportation that potentially harms the public. The lack of oversight, inadequate facilities, and neglect of passenger safety and comfort standards have resulted in public losses and a decline in trust toward public transportation.

Abstract

This study seeks to assess the impact of the Islamic Spiritual Extracurricular (Rohis) in raising students' knowledge of worship at SMAN 1 NA IX X. The Rohis events are intended to develop pupils' understanding of the value of worship in life. The study approach adopted is qualitative, with active student engagement in Rohis activities. Data were gathered by observation, interviews, and documentation. This study employed data analysis approaches such as reduction, data display, and conclusion drafting. The study's findings indicate that student engagement in Rohis events has a major influence on raising worship awareness. Students who participate in religious activities are more consistent in conducting mandatory worship, such as the five daily prayers, and demonstrate progress in optional worship. Rohis is implemented once a week, on Tuesday after school. Rohis participate in extracurricular activities like as study groups, congregational Zuhr prayers, and brief religious discourses. This Rohis activity is supported by the school administrator, facilities and infrastructure, and collaboration between teachers and parents. Meanwhile, the main impediment is the kids' lack of interest. Rohis activities have also succeeded in building a more congenial and religious school climate, with kids who are more sympathetic and supportive of one another's efforts to do good. This study concludes that the Rohis extracurricular program is highly successful in raising students' awareness of worship at SMAN 1 NA IX X. ABSTRAKStudi ini bertujuan untuk menilai dampak Ekstrakurikuler Spiritual Islam (Rohis) dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang ibadah di SMAN 1 NA IX X. Acara Rohis bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pemahaman siswa tentang nilai ibadah dalam kehidupan. Pendekatan studi yang diadopsi adalah kualitatif, dengan keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam kegiatan Rohis. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis data seperti reduksi, tampilan data, dan penyusunan kesimpulan. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan siswa dalam acara Rohis memiliki pengaruh besar dalam meningkatkan kesadaran beribadah. Siswa yang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan keagamaan lebih konsisten dalam melaksanakan ibadah wajib, seperti shalat lima waktu, dan menunjukkan kemajuan dalam ibadah sunnah. Rohis dilaksanakan sekali seminggu, pada hari Selasa setelah sekolah. Rohis berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seperti kelompok belajar, shalat Zuhr berjamaah, dan diskusi agama singkat. Kegiatan Rohis ini didukung oleh pihak sekolah, fasilitas dan infrastruktur, serta kolaborasi antara guru dan orang tua. Sementara itu, hambatan utama adalah kurangnya minat anak-anak. Kegiatan Rohis juga telah berhasil menciptakan iklim sekolah yang lebih bersahabat dan religius, dengan anak-anak yang lebih simpatik dan saling mendukung usaha satu sama lain untuk berbuat baik. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa program ekstrakurikuler Rohis sangat berhasil dalam meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang ibadah di SMAN 1 NA IX X.

Abstract

Saat ini, kenakalan remaja merupakan sebuah fenomena sosial yang lumrah. Biasanya, tuduhan kenakalan remaja melibatkan pencurian, pergaulan bebas, pembunuhan dan narkoba. Maka dari itu, pendidikan karakter harus diperkuat sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi krisis karakter tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PAI di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Medan dengan fokus pada 5 karakter yaitu religius, jujur, disiplin, mandiri, dan tanggung jawab. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Diperoleh hasil yang menunjukan bahwa karakter religius, jujur, disiplin, mandiri dan tanggung jawab siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Medan secara umum menunjukan perkembangan yang positif, namun masih terdapat beberapa siswa yang berkarakter kurang baik. Bentuk penguatan pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PAI yaitu ekstrakurikuler Tahfidzul Qur’an dan Tilawatil Qur’an.
