Abstract

Sebagai hasil dari keterbukaan hukum terhadap sains dan teknologi, generasi milenial mendapat manfaat dari Revolusi Industri 4.0, yang mempercepat proses administrasi, pengarsipan, dan pengiriman data. Revolusi Industri 4.0 akan memiliki dampak negatif karena robot dapat menggantikan sumber daya manusia yang tidak memiliki kecerdasan virtual. Sebaliknya, akan memiliki dampak positif, yaitu manusia akan tetap hidup dengan pemikiran ke depan dan kecerdasannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum yuridis normatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan (statue approach), pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach), pendekatan kasus (case approach), dan pendekatan sejarah (historical approach). Hasil penelitian menghasilkan Undang- Undang Jabatan Notaris tidak membatasi wewenang notaris untuk membuat kontrak. Oleh karena itu, dapat diperlukan bahwa notaris menyusun dan mengesahkan kontrak. Ini karena, menurut kewenangannya dalam Pasal 15 Undang- Undang Jabatan Notaris, notaris adalah pejabat umum yang berwenang membuat baik Akta autentik maupun Akta di bawah tangan sejauh hal tersebut tidak dikhususkan untuk pejabat umum.

Abstract

Hybrid flow shop scheduling (HFSS) with parallel machines has gained attention among researchers in manufacturing systems because of its critical role in enhancing production efficiency. This type of production system is widely implemented in modern factories today. This production system combines the characteristics of a job shop and flow shop, with each stage having more than one machine capable of processing all jobs. This review provides a comprehensive analysis of HFSS, focusing on the integration of parallel machines to address real-world manufacturing complexities. Key topics covered include problem formulations, mathematical models, heuristic and metaheuristic approaches, and recent advancements in solution techniques. The study highlights the advantages and limitations of various methodologies, emphasizing their applicability in diverse industrial contexts. Furthermore, the review identifies current trends, such as the incorporation of artificial intelligence and Industry 4.0 technologies, as well as gaps in the literature that require further exploration. By synthesizing existing research, this paper aims to guide future studies and offer practical insights for practitioners aiming to enhance scheduling performance in dynamic manufacturing environments.

Abstract

Environmental performance serves as a measure of a company’s responsibility toward the environment. Corporate environmental responsibility encompasses a broad range of areas, extending beyond the company’s immediate territory. Environmental damage that threatens ecosystems is primarily caused by pollution and degradation, especially within the oil and gas industry. This study investigates the environmental effects of a fuel terminal in distributing fuel to customers. A fuel distribution terminal produces four categories of environmental impacts: global warming, ozone layer depletion, acid rain, and eutrophication. The potential impact of global warming, based on three process units, is 117,664,330 kilograms of carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2 Eq.). The potential impact of ozone depletion, also based on three process units, is 274.84715 kilograms of chlorofluorocarbon-11 equivalent (CFC-11 Eq.). The potential impact of acid rain, based on three process units, is 169,227.85 kilograms of sulfur dioxide equivalent (SO2 Eq.). Lastly, the potential impact of eutrophication, based on three process units, is 259,521.64 kilograms of phosphate equivalent (PO4 Eq.).

Abstract

Social Work Lecture (KKS) is an applicable activity, namely implementing lecture material into social activities in the field. One of the main focuses in this service is providing training on financial management to the community of Cimanggu 1 Village. This activity involves FAI UHAMKA students as the implementing committee and the community as the object of the activity. It is hoped that the presence of this service will provide additional knowledge about how to manage finances well using M-Banking and be careful with online loans.

Abstract

Pengembangan produk model gigi berlubang mempunyai peran penting untuk pendidikan, pelatihan, dan perencanaan perawatan gigi. Menyediakan model gigi berlubang berkualitas tinggi merupakan hambatan yang signifikan dalam kemajuan kedokteran gigi. Pengembangan teknologi pencetakan 3D adalah cara kreatif untuk mengatasi masalah ini dengan menghasilkan model gigi berlubang yang akurat lebih cepat. Sebuah studi kolaboratif telah dilakukan yang melibatkan dokter gigi dan peneliti dari Departemen Teknik Industri, di salah satu PTN di Banten, Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Model gigi dibuat dengan menggunakan Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) sebagai bahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi ini memudahkan pembuatan prototipe model gigi berlubang yang mirip dengan struktur model yang sudah ada dan memenuhi standar seperti detail yang tepat, tampilan yang sebanding, berat standar, dan kualitas permukaan yang halus. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pencetakan 3D sebagai alternatif pembuatan model gigi berlubang memiliki potensi implementasi dan peningkatan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Human creativity extensively uses language to transform values, particularly through picture storybooks. "Qissat Asḥāb al-Fīl" (The Story of the Elephant Army) by Muhammad Abbas Al-Mubarak narrates the Asḥāb al-Fīl story, embedding various values, notably assertiveness. This study employs a descriptive qualitative analysis using content analysis to examine assertive characteristics in the storybook. Through denotative and connotative approaches, thirteen sentences exhibiting assertive traits were identified; eight sentences describe courage, one sentence describes responsibility, and four sentences describe desire. The findings indicate that "Qissat Asḥāb al-Fīl" promotes assertiveness, crucial for children's character development. This research underscores the potential of storybooks in fostering assertive behavior by enhancing readers' understanding of communication and recognizing linguistic nuances that convey assertiveness. Thus, this study contributes to the discourse on the educational value of storybooks in character building.

Abstract

This research addressed the job-shop scheduling problem in a manufacturing company. The objective is to minimize the makespan. Constraint programming approach is developed to solve the problem. The result obtained from constraint programming is better than that of currently applied by the company. The constraint programming approach is also tested on several randomly generated instances.
