Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is influence of learning dicipline and students perception of teacher’s teaching method to learning outcomes of IPA Terpadu for VII class students of Purnama Junior High School in Trimurjo on 2012/2013 academic year. The method used is verificative description with ex post facto approach. The amount of population is 103 students and the sample is about 82 students by using slovin formula. To find out hypotheses 1 and 2 using simple linear regression and hypothesis 3 by using multiple linear regression. The results of analysis show that: (1) There is influence of learning dicipline to learning outcomes of integrated social subject; (2) There is influence of students perception of teacher’s teaching method to learning outcomes of IPS Terpadu; (3) There is influence of learning dicipline and students perception of teacher’s teaching method on learning outcomes of IPS Terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh disiplin belajar dan persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar ips terpadu siswa kelas VII semester ganjil SMP Purnama Trimurjo Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif verivikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 103 orang siswa dengan jumlah sampel berdasarkan rumus slovin sejumlah 82 orang. Untuk mengetahui hipotesis 1 dan 2 menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan hipotesis 3 dengan menggunakan regresi linier multiple. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar ips terpadu;(2) Ada pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar ips terpadu;(3) Ada pengaruh disiplin belajar dan persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar ips terpadu. Kata kunci: disiplin, hasil belajar, metode

Abstract

The research have purpose to knowing comparison Life Skills among students that used model learning type Numbered Head Together and students that used model type in Student Teams Achievement Division with attention to student achievement motivation class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Metro. The method from this research is experiment cast method with approach comparative. Population in this reasearch is students in class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Metro, totally 252 students and sample that used are 63 half-and-half class: class VIII A and VIII D that depended through cluster random sampling techinic with accumulation data used observasion sheet and questionnaire, data that accumulat analyzed with t-test two sample independent. Analize result showed that there is comparison that Life Skills the process used study process kooperative type Numbered Head Together and type Student Teams Achievement Division students class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Metro.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan Life skills siswa antara siswa yang menggunakan model permbelajaran tipe Numbered Head Together  dan siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran tipe Student Teams Achievment Division dengan memperhatikan motivasi berprestasi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Metro. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Metro, sebanyak 252 siswa dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 63 siswa yang terbagi menjadi dua kelas yaitu kelas VIII A  dan VIII D yang ditentukan melalui teknik cluster random sampling. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan t-test dua sampel independent. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan Life skills siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together  dan tipe Student Teams Achievment Division pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Metro. Kata Kunci: Life skills, Numbered Head Together, Student Teams Achievment Division

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of students attitude towards the learning subject, motivation of achievement, and self concept to the economic learning result. The method used was descriptive verification with ex post facto and surveys approach. The population in this study were all the students of class XI IPS consist of 137 students and the sample was 102 students who were determined by the Cochran formula. The sampling technique that was probability sampling by using simple random sampling. The hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results show that: There was an impact of students attitude towards the learning subject on the results to the economic learning result. There was an impact of motivation of achievment to the economic learning result. There was an impact of self concept to the economic learning result. There was an impact together of students attitude towards the learning subject, motivation of achievement, and self concept to the economic learning result.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap siswa terhadap mata pelajaran, motivasi berpretasi, dan konsep diri terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS dengan jumlah 137 siswa dan sampel 102 siswa yang ditentukan dengan rumus Cochran. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu probability sampling menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multipel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: Ada pengaruh sikap siswa terhadap mata pelajaran terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Ada pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Ada pengaruh konsep diri terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Ada pengaruh secara bersama-sama sikap siswa terhadap mata pelajaran, motivasi berprestasi, dan konsep diri terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi.Kata kunci: sikap, motivasi, konsep diri, hasil belajar

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant differences between the attitude of students for entrepreneurship in enterpreneurship subject with the Cooperative Learning type of Learning Cycle and Talking Stick regarding the students parental background in SMK N 3 Bandar Lampung. The sample in this study were 74 students divided into two classes, 1st grade of Hospitality 1 and 1st grade of Cullinary Art 3. It was selected by Cluster Random Sampling. Unit of analysis used T-Test Two Independent Samples and Two Paths Variance analysis. The result of this study showed there were significant differences between the attitude of students for entrepreneurship in enterpreneurship subject that used the Cooperative Learning type of Learning Cycle and the students that used the Cooperative Learning type of Talking Stick regarding the students parental background in SMK N 3 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan antara sikap siswa terhadap berwirausaha pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan dengan model kooperatif tipe Learning Cycle dan tipe Talking Stick dengan memperhatikan latar belakang orang tua siswa di SMK N 3 Bandar Lampung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 74 orang siswa yang tersebar ke dalam 2 kelas yaitu kelas X AP 1 dan kelas X TB 3. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Unit analisis menggunakan T-Test Dua Sample Independent dan Analisis Varian Dua Jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara sikap siswa terhadap berwirausaha pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan yang diberikan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Learning Cycle dengan siswa yang diberikan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick dengan memperhatikan latar belakang orang tua siswa di SMK N 3 Bandar LampungKata kunci: sikap berwirausaha, learning cycle, talking stick, latar belakang orang tua

Abstract

Results of further observations known that there are many teachers who have not applied learning method that can explore and develop an active student involvement in the learning process. Teaching and learning process is centered on the teacher where delivery of content more dominated by the teacher. Teachers active control, while the students act passively so that the learning process is less involved role of students both physically and mentally. Learning process listed above make the most of students are less enthusiastic about learning. This condition is indicated by the number of students who ask fewer, less daring to express their opinions, and feel quite accept material that has been presented by the teacher. In addition, there are many teachers who use the direct method, ie the teacher explained, students pay attention, and noted that the subject matter, resulting in a lack ofactivity in the learning process.Hasil observasi lebih lanjut diketahui bahwa masih banyak guru yang belum menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang dapat menggali serta mengembangkan keterlibatan siswa secara aktif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Proses belajar mengajar masih berpusat pada guru di mana penyampaian materi lebih banyak didominasi oleh guru. Guru memegang kendali aktif, sementara siswa bersikap pasif sehingga proses pembelajaran kurang melibatkan peran siswa baik secara fisik maupun mental. Proses pembelajaran demikian membuat sebagian besar siswa kurang bersemangat dalam belajar. Kondisi ini ditunjukkan dengan jumlah siswa yang bertanya sedikit, kurang berani untuk mengungkapkan pendapat, dan merasa cukup menerima materi yang telah disampaikan oleh guru. Selain itu, masih banyak guru yang menggunakan metode langsung, yaitu guru menjelaskan, siswa memperhatikan, dan mencatat materi pelajaran sehingga, mengakibatkan kurangnya aktivitas siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata kunci: gi, motode pembelajaran, problem solving

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the difference of learning outcomes, the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of concept mapping and make a match type by considering the student interest. Research methodology used in this research was experiments with comparative approach. The experimental methods were divided into two, which is true experiment and quasi experiment. The methodology that was used in this research was quasi experiment. Data collection was done, by using questionairre and test. The data which were collected through questionairre and learning outcomes were analyzed by using SPSS program. Based on analysis of the data, it obtained the result that there is a difference in learning outcomes and the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of concept mapping type and make a match by considering the student interest.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar, interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe concept mapping dan make a match dengan memperhatikan minat siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Metode eksperimen dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu eksperimen murni (True Eksperimen) dan eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimen). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen). Pengumpulan data dilakukan, angket dan tes. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket dan hasil belajar diolah dengan program SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan hasil belajar dan interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe concept mapping dan make a match dengan memperhatikan minat siswa.Kata kunci: concept mapping, hasil belajar, make a match, minat siswa

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment, job stress, job spirit and job satisfaction on the job performance of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Lampung. The method used in this study is descriptive verification with the ex post facto approaches and surveys. The population in this study is 52 respondents. The sample obtained was 34 respondents. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The hypothesis testing is done by using T test partially and F test simultaneously. The result of the analysis shows that there is a significant influence of the  organizational commitment, job stress, job spirit and job satisfaction on the job performance interest by 70.6%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi, job stress, semangat kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 responden. Sampel yang diperoleh adalah 34 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuisioner/angket. pengujian hipotesis secara parsial uji T dan secara simultan uji F. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh komitmen organisasi, job stress, semangat kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 70,6%.  Kata Kunci  : komitmen organisasi, job stress, semangat kerja, kepuasan        kerja dan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

On learning activities in school is confronted by the problem of result and studen achievment. Student learning outcomes are influenced by many factors, both internal and external factors. One of external factors that can determine the variety of teachers outcomes are pursuing teacher while one internal factor is how student learn. The purpose of this study was to obtain data on the effect of variations in students perceptions of teachers teaching and students learning of SMP N 7 Bandarlampung academic year 2012/2013. The population in this study were students of grade VIII first semester SMP N 7  Bandarlampung with 180 students for five classes. By using the Slovin formula in probability sampling with a sample obtained 124 peoples, and then performed proportional allocation sampling with samples that taken to be more proportional. The method that used in this study is verification with ex post facto approach. The problem and research is the perception of teachers to teach students about the negative variation and the ineffectiveness of student learning are thought to affect learning outcomes of IPS Integrated for student grade VIII SMP N 7 Bandarlampung for first semester on academic year 2012/2013. Based on the analysis of the results for this study shown that : (1). There is a positive and significant effect of variations in student’s perception about teachers teaching outcomes of IPS Integrated for student grade VIII SMP N 7 Bandarlampung for first semester on academic year 2012/2013. (2). There is a positive and significant of how student learn outcomes IPS integrated for student grade VIII SMP N 7 Bandarlampung for first semester on academic year 2012/2013. (3). Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the methods of teaching and learning motivation towards learning outcomes through learning activities. The method used in this research was descriptive verification with ex post facto approach and survey. The population in this research was class VIII of odd semester in SMP Negeri 1 Dente Teladas Academic Year 2015-2016 and 69 sample students were determined by Slovin formula. Sample determination method used probability sampling by using simple random sampling. Hypothesis testing was using linear regression path analysis. The results showed that there is an influence of the research results directly or indirectly between students perceptions about the teaching methods of teachers and students motivation to the learning results of the integrated IPS through the learning activities of students in SMP Negeri 1 Dente Teladas Tulang Bawang.Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode mengajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar melalui aktivitas belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VIII Semester ganjil SMP Negeri 1 Dente Teladas Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 dan sampel 69 siswa yang ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin. Metode penetapan sampel yaitu probability sampling dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil penelitian ada pengaruh secara langsung maupun tidak langsung antara persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu melalui aktivitas belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Dente Teladas Kabupaten Tulang Bawang.Kata kunci: aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar, metode mengajar, motivasi belajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the effect on the retail mix which included location, merchandise, price, promotion, service and athmosphere on customer stratification in Swalayan Putra Baru Bandar Jaya. The methodused in this research was descriptive verification, ex post facto approach and survey method. The reaserch subjects were the consumer of Swalayan Putra Baru Bandar Jaya. The hypotheses analyzes by using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was an influence of retail mix covering the location, merchandise, price, promotion, service, and store athmosphere on customer stratification.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh retail mix yang meliputi lokasi, barang dagang, harga, promosi, pelayanan dan suasana tokonterhadap kepuasan konsumen di Swalayan Putra Baru Bandar Jaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode diskritif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex facto dan metode survey. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh retail mix yang meliputi lokasi, barang dagang, harga, promosi, pelayanan dan suasana toko terhadap kepuasan konsumen.Kata kunci: retail mix, kepuaan konsumen, swalayan putra baru
