Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of reading, learning environment and utilization of learning on learning outcomes of students of class VII Integrated IPS SMP Kartika II-2 Bandar Lampung academic year 2014/2015. The method used in this research is descriptive method approach verification ex post facto. The population in this study amounted to 256 students and a sample of 156 students. Data were collected through questionnaires and processed by a computer through SPSS version 16. Based on the analysis of data obtained research results show that: (1) There is an effect on the students' interest in reading learning outcomes Integrated Social Science (2) There is a study of environmental influences on learning outcomes Integrated Social Science (3) There is a learning tool utilization effect on learning outcomes Integrated Social Science (4) There is the effect of reading, learning environment and utilization of learning on learning outcomes Integrated IPS.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat baca, lingkungan belajar dan pemanfaatan sarana belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VII SMP Kartika II-2 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah dengan 256 siswa dan sampel 156 siswa. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket dan diolah dengan komputer melalui program SPSS versi 16. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh minat baca siswa terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu (2) Ada pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu (3) Ada pengaruh pemanfaatan sarana belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu (4) Ada pengaruh minat baca, lingkungan belajar dan pemanfaatan sarana belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, lingkungan belajar, minat baca, pemanfaatan sarana belajar

Abstract

 This aim of this research is to know influence of student perception about teacher’s teaching skills, and learning interest through learning motivation toward learning achievement of IPS Terpadu. The research method is descriptive verificative. Data analysis technique is path analysis. The result of the research shows that there are some influence as following: 1.influence of student perception about teacher teaching skills toward motivation 2.influence of learning interest toward motivation 3.there is correlation of student perception about teacher teaching skills and learning interest 4.a direct influence of student perception about teacher teaching skills toward of learning achievement 5.direct influence of learning interest toward learning achievement 6.influence of motivation toward learning achievement 7.influence of students perception about teacher teaching skills through motivation toward learning achievement 8.influence of learning interest through motivation toward learning achievement 9.influence of student perception about teacher teaching skills and learning interest toward motivation 10.influence of student perception about teacher teaching skills,learning interest and motivation toward learning achievement.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru,dan minat belajar melalui motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa IPS Terpadu. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif verifikatif.Teknik analisis data adalah analisis jalur. Hasil analisis menunjukan ada beberapa pengaruh: 1.persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap motivasi 2.minat belajar terhadap motivasi 3.ada hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dan minat belajar 4.pengaruh langsung persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar 5.pengaruh langsung minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar 6.pengaruh motivasi terhadap hasil belajar 7.pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi 8.pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi 9.persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dan minat belajar terhadap motivasi 10.persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru,minat dan motivasi terhadap hasil belajar.Kata kunci: keterampilan mengajar guru, minat, motivasi.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the effectiveness of VCT and CTL in developing the entrepreneurial attitude toward students with attention to intrapersonal intelligence and interpersonal intelligence students on subjects of entrepreneurship. The method used was experiment research with the comparative approach. The result showed there is a difference between entrepreneurial attitude toward students who are learning the lesson that uses VCT with CTL, there is no difference between entrepreneurial attitude toward students who have intrapersonal intelligence and interpersonal intelligence, there is an influence of the interaction between the learning model with intrapersonal intelligence and interpersonal intelligence towards self-employment attitudes.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas VCT dan CTL dalam menumbuh kembangkan sikap terhadap wirausaha siswa dengan memperhatikan kecerdasan intrapersonal dan interpersonal siswa pada mata pelajaran Kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan ada perbedaan sikap terhadap wirausaha antara siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran VCT dengan CTL, tidak Ada perbedaan sikap terhadap wirausaha antara siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan intrapersonal dan kecerdasan interpersonal, ada pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan kecerdasan intrapersonal dan kecerdasan interpersonal terhadap sikap wirausaha.Kata kunci: CTL, VCT, kecerdasan interpersonal, kecerdasan intrapersonal, sikap terhadap wirausaha

Abstract

This research aims was analyzed to determine the influence of service quality, price, facility, and location partially and simultaneously on the customer satisfaction of senior high school students of grade XII in Hafara Courses Pagar Alam Bandar Lampung. The population in this research is all students of grade XII in Hafara Courses Pagar Alam, Bandar Lampung which are 80 students and the sample used by the researcher is saturation sampling. The research method used in this research is descriptive verification method with ex facto approaches and surveys. The hypothesis testing was done by using T test partially and F test simultaneously. The results showed that there was a significant effect on service quality, price, facility, and location to customer satisfaction of senior high school students of grade XII in Hafara Courses Pagar Alam, Bandar Lampung which is 53,2%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, fasilitas, dan lokasi baik secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan peserta didik kelas XII SMA di Lembaga Bimbingan dan Konsultasi Belajar Hafara Cabang Pagar Alam Bandar Lampung. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta didik kelas XII SMA Program PTN IPA/IPS di Lembaga Bimbingan dan Konsultasi Belajar Hafara Cabang Pagar Alam Bandar Lampung dengan jumlah sebanyak 80 orang dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh sebanyak 80 responden. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex facto dan survey. Pengujian hipotesis secara parsial uji T dan secara simultan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas pelayanan, harga, fasilitas, dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan peserta didik kelas XII SMA di Lembaga Bimbingan dan Konsultasi Belajar Hafara Cabang Pagar Alam Bandar Lampung sebesar 53,2%. Kata kunci: Fasilitas, harga, kepuasan konsumen, kualitas pelayanan, lokasi

Abstract

The goal this research is to know effectiveness of the IOC learning model and role playing to improve student empathy with regard intelligence quotient eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 20 Bandarlampung years 2014/2015. Methods used in this study was a quasi-experimental. Population of this study amounted six classes, samples taken by cluster random sampling amounted two classes. The results showed: (1) theres a difference empathy students given the IOC with a given of role playing, (2) empathy students are given IOC higher than students given role playing for students who have a high level of intelligence quotient in integrated social learning, (3) empathy students are given role playing is higher than a given student IOC for students who have a low level of intelligence quotient in integrated social learning, and (4) there is an interaction between learning model with an intelligence quotient of the empathy students.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran IOC dan role playing untuk meningkatkan empati siswa dengan memperhatikan intelligence quotient siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 20 Bandarlampung Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 6 kelas, sampel diambil berdasarkan cluster random sampling berjumlah 2 kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) ada perbedaan empati siswa yang diberikan IOC dengan siswa yang diberikan role playing, (2) empati siswa yang diberikan IOC lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diberikan role playing bagi siswa yang memiliki tingkat intelligence quotient tinggi dalam pembelajaran IPS Terpadu, (3) empati siswa yang diberikan role playing lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diberikan IOC bagi siswa yang memiliki tingkat intelligence quotient rendah dalam pembelajaran IPS Terpadu, dan (4) ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan intelligence quotient terhadap empati siswa.Kata kunci: empati, IOC, IQ, role playing

Abstract

The method which used in this research is comparative study with experimental approaches. Hypotheses of test using anava and the t-test two independent samples.Based on the analysis of data it obtained the following research findings, 1) there is a difference of student morality in learning of IPS between students who are using portofolio and CTL. 2) there are difference of morality in the learning of IPS between students who have intrapersonal with interpersonal intelligence. 3) There is no interaction between learning model with intelligence 4) students morality in learning of IPS which is using portofolio is higher than CTL on students who have intrapersonal intelligence. 5) students morality in learning of IPS which is using portofolio is higher than CTL on students who have interpersonal intelligence 6)students morality in learning of IPS which have the intrapersonal intelligence is lower than the interpersonal intelligence in portofolio. 7) students morality in learning of IPS which have the intrapersonal is lower than the interpersonal by using CTL.Metode dalam penelitian ini studi banding dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Tes Hipotesis menggunakan anava dan t-test dua sampel independen. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh 1) Terdapat perbedaan moralitas siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS menggunakan portofolio dan CTL. 2) Terdapat perbedaan moralitas dalam pembelajaran IPS yang berkecerdasan intrapersonal dan interpersonal. 3) Tidak ada interaksi model pembelajaran dengan kecerdasan. 4) Moralitas siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS dengan portofolio lebih tinggi dibandingkan CTL pada siswa berkecerdasan intrapersonal. 5) Moralitas siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS menggunakan portofolio lebih tinggi dibandingkan CTL pada siswa berkecerdasan interpersonal. 6) Moralitas siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS yang berkecerdasan intrapersonal lebih rendah dibandingkan interpersonal menggunakan portofolio. 7) Moralitas siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS yang berkecerdasan intrapersonal lebih rendah dibandingkan interpersonal menggunakan CTL.Kata kunci: ctl, intrapersonal, interpersonal, moralitas, portofolio

Abstract

This comparative study was motivated by the entrepreneurial student learning outcomes which is low. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in entrepreneurial learning outcomes among students learning using learning model Problem Based Learning and Group Investigation as well as the interaction between the model of learning and achievement motivation on the subjects of entrepreneurship. The study population amounted to 86 students with a sample of 50 students. The results of data analysis showed (1) There are differences between the results of studying accounting model of Problem Based Learning Group Investigation, (2) The learning outcome of accounting using problem based learning model is higher than the Group Investigation on students who have high achievement motivation, (3) The results of learning entrepreneurial using problem based learning model is lower than the Group Investigation on students with low achievement motivation, (4) There is an interaction between the model of learning and achievement motivationPenelitian komparatif ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar kewirausahaan siswa yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar kewirausahaan antara siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan Group Investigation serta mengetahui interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan motivasi berprestasi pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 86 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 50 siswa. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of retail mix and customer satisfication against customer loyalty through customer purchasing decisions of Express Giant Kedamaian Bandar Lampung. The population in this study is consumer of Express Giant Kedamaian Bandar Lampung. The method used descriptive method approach verification ex post facto and surveys. The data collection were done by spreading the questionnaire to 97 consumer. The hypothesis testing using path analysis. The results showed that: There is a simultaneous effect between retail mix and customer satisfication of customer loyalty. There is a correlation between retail mix to customer catisfication. There is a partial effect between retail mix and customer satisfication of customer loyalty. There is a direct and indirect between retail mix and customer satisfication against customer loyalty. There is customer purchasing decisions for customer loyalty.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran ritel dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui keputusan pembelian konsumen di Giant Ekspres Kedamaian Bandar Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Gaint Ekpres Kedamaian Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuisioner kepada 97 konsumen. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa: ada pengaruh simultan antara bauran ritel dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen, ada hubungan antara bauran ritel dengan kepuasan konsumen, ada pengaruh parsial antara bauran ritel dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen, ada pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara bauran ritel dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen. ada pengaruh keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen.Kata Kunci : Kepuasan, Keputusan, Loyalitas, Ritel

Abstract

The objective of the research was to find out the effect teacher perception about the principals supervision, work discipline, teachers competence through work motivation toward teachers performance at SMP Negeri 1 Pugung. This research used descriptive verificative design by approaching expostfacto and survey. The data collecting tehnique was used by distributing questionnaire to the 46 teachers. The data analysis showed path analysis and was managed by SPSS program. The result showed that there is an effect of teacher perception about the princiaplss supervision, work discipline, and teachers competence through work motivation toward teachers performance at SMP Negeri Pugung with the level of determination 0,670.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi guru tentang supervisi kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja, dan kompetensi guru melalui motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 1 Pugung.
